It was amazing to enjoy two hours of horseback riding at Kualoa Ranch! The initial meeting place and other explanations were provided by a Japanese person, and from the actual horseback riding onward, the guide spoke only in English. They communicated directions like "left" and "right" in Japanese, but everything else was explained in English! (I think it might vary depending on which guide you get.)

The horses each seemed to have different personalities, and it appeared that the order in which they walked the course changed depending on the day. I was at the front, but the guide didn't always walk right in front of me, so there were times when I had to properly control the reins and change direction myself!

The horses were very smart, and I was able to enjoy the natural surroundings and horseback riding in a relaxed manner for the full two hours! The items you can bring while riding are drinks and smartphones, but you are advised to never let go of the reins with your left hand for the entire two hours. So, basically, you will be drinking water or using your smartphone with one hand! You also need to be careful not to drop your smartphone, as you can't pick it up while riding!

This is a tour that you definitely want to join if you have a Japanese driver's license! The time, content, scenery, and guide are all fantastic, and you can enjoy it even if you don't speak English! The sand and dust are intense, and you'll end up completely covered in dirt afterward. Other activities also look fun, but this one is more than enough. In the afternoon, a stroll around Waikiki might be nice.

I was a bit anxious because my English isn't very good, but when I arrived, the Japanese staff explained the meeting point for the tour, the location of the restrooms, and what to bring. The staff for the horseback riding tour spoke English, but some of them spoke a little Japanese and used simple words to make things clear, which was very kind of them. There was also a Japanese video prepared for the horseback riding instructions.
The horses are very smart and will move and stop in sync with the horse in front of them without needing much direction from us.
However, each horse seems to have its own personality; the horse I rode wanted to eat grass right away, making it difficult to pull on the reins, and my arms started to hurt. I was a bit scared that it would lean forward to eat grass and I might fall off.
The scenery was beautiful, and the experience of horseback riding in nature was a valuable one.

The atv was basically a track on a large piece of property- nice view but guess we had expected a ride to woods to a waterfall. The waterfall view is best from the gift shop but it was fun to swim in their river. Didn’t feel like we were really out in nature.
My husband wanted to go faster on the atv- but it was fine for me as a newbie and more cautious person. The guides were very nice. It was overall ok- but very pricey for the experience we thought.

Be careful with your clothes and bags as they can get quite dirty. Your face will also get covered in dust, so it's a good idea to bring face wipes.

It might help to watch the Jurassic Park movies beforehand to better understand the explanations, as the guide speaks English quite quickly.

It's best to take turns driving, but the second half of the drive is more challenging (with puddles and uneven roads), so it's advisable for someone who isn't very confident to drive at first! I think you'll enjoy it even more if you watch Jurassic Park before you go! Driving on rough roads is a lot of fun, but if you're not a fan of dust, it's a good idea to bring a poncho or something similar, as it can get quite dirty. Even though I got dirty, it was a very satisfying experience, so definitely ride the buggy! ✨

I finally got to visit Manoa Falls, which I had wanted to see for a long time. I signed up for a Japanese tour, but I was the only Japanese person there. However, the guide was Japanese, and even the English explanations were very easy to understand.

The hike was quite tough, and the walking stick they lent me was very helpful. I wore long sleeves and long pants, but I was sweating a lot along the way. I wanted to take them off, but I was afraid of getting bitten by mosquitoes, so I endured it.

My shoes ended up muddy. There is a place to wash them, so you can get some of the dirt off, but they won't get completely clean, so I think it's best to wear shoes that you don't mind throwing away.

For lunch, we ate on Tantalus Hill while looking at Diamond Head and Waikiki. The view was much nicer than at night.

The sandwich was very delicious. It was from the sandwich shop next to the Starbucks in Manoa.

I'm glad I had such a fun experience.

ランチはタンタラスの丘でダイヤモンドヘッドやワイキキを見ながら食べます。夜のタンタラスよりもずっと素敵な景色です。
サンドイッチがとても美味しかったです。
あのマノアのスタバのお隣のサンドイッチ屋さんのものでした。
楽しい経験ができて良かったです。

This was the best vehicle experience I've had in Hawaii!
First of all, driving the 4WD was really fun!
There were various types of terrain, and we drove on slippery surfaces and off-road paths, which is quite an experience that you can't easily have in Japan!
Moreover, the stunning nature and the lively narration by our guide Kioki (I think his American name was Johnny) made the history of Hawaii come alive, and his precise driving support truly enhanced the experience!
Having lived in America for about 10 years, I didn't have any language barriers, but if you don't understand English, you might miss out on about 30% of the fun. Still, I think it's a tour worth participating in!
Also, be prepared to get covered in mud and dust! (laughs)

I had experienced zip-lining in Japan, but in Hawaii, there were multiple courses available. I think I spent about two hours experiencing everything. My satisfaction level was quite high. The accompanying staff were locals who engaged with us to ensure we had a good time. I struggled with English and couldn't speak well, but the female guide was always smiling and made it enjoyable. On the longer lines, you glide through the air for about 30 seconds, and the views are amazing. I definitely think it's something everyone should try at least once.

Being able to drive up into the mountains and learn so much about the history of the mountains and the area was amazing. The added bonus of seeing different movie sites and learning about movies and shows being filmed in that area was cool too.
I was surprised that we did not stop at all of the sites with movie props. Especially the ones specific to Jurassic park so that was a bit of a disappointment but otherwise it was a great excursion.

Weather was ideal for gliding, some clouds but above where we were flying.

Aerobatic exercises are exciting and one is able to experience some G-forces plus weightlessness during the loops. A most enjoyable flight from take off to landing. Would do it again if the opportunity presented itself.

The trip was excellent. Parking at the Maalea harbor dock is a pain. In the future tell your clients to get the ParkWhiz app on their phone You can pay for close up parking on this app. The code reader at the dock is crappy. Our Lanai on site guide, Russ was a wealth of information and had as much fun with us and the other couple as we did with him and the tour. A nice day was had by all.

Horseback riding while enjoying the vast scenery was amazing. It was a solid two hours of non-stop riding, with no breaks in between. There was hardly any time to relax. Make sure to use the restroom beforehand. Your butt and legs can get quite tired; researching how to ride might help ease that. The staff members were all wonderful. The accompanying staff took photos along the way and transferred them to my phone afterward. When I come back, I don't think I'll want to try other activities since I already rode last time; I still want to ride again. For such an experience, the price was more than satisfactory.

I enjoyed an exhilarating buggy ride while taking in the magnificent scenery and feeling the pleasant breeze! We stopped several times at photo spots, so I was able to take plenty of pictures. The staff were very kind; I got stung by a bee during the ride, but they brought me first aid and ointment, which was a huge help.

They provide bandanas to cover your face, but since the dust is intense while driving, it's definitely a good idea to have sunglasses! Your face will get really dirty, so I recommend bringing a towel or handkerchief. As for clothing, in addition to sun protection, it's best to wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty from the dust (it gets really dirty). I had so much fun that I want to book this again when I come back to Hawaii!

途中で何度かフォトスポットで停車するので写真もたくさん撮れます。
スタッフの方は大変親切で、途中で蜂に刺されてしまったのですが、応急処置と塗り薬を持ってきてくださり大変助かりました。

顔を覆うバンダナが配布されますが、運転中砂埃がすごいのでサングラスは絶対あったほうがいいです！顔もすごい汚れるのでタオルやハンカチは持っていくと良いと思います。
洋服についても日焼け対策はもちろん、砂埃で上下汚れてもいい服装がおすすめです（めっちゃ汚れます）
とっても楽しかったのでまたハワイに来たら予約したいです！！
