We enjoyed the kayaking and hiking both. The Scared Falls were well worth the hike. I recommend good water shoes for the hike. I did it in flip flops and it was a bit tricky! Jesse was our guide and he was great, very energetic and knowledgable.

my wife and i are in our sixties. the staff made it so easy for us and removed any anxieties we may have had. completely safe. we would do it again and again. the ride to the zip line in the safari-type truck was also fun. highly recommend to all.

My family (wife and 2 teenagers & I) did the bike and hike tour last week. Our excursion lead was Mateais and he was very knowledgeable, friendly and somewhat entertaining with his canned one liners that he's been working on for quite a while. The tour started with a bike ride (mostly downhill) in a very scenic neighborhood with great view of downtown and into the valley. The hilight of the tour was the hike into the rain forest. It was quite a kick being able to get lost so close to civilization on a path that not many people have been on. The hike was not strenuous and the rain forest definitly lived up to its name. Recommend you wear the rain boots they offer as its is very wet at times and muddy in parts. The path was scenic taking you through deep brish, through small streams, up to an isolated waterfall and then through a mile long stretch of a bamboo forest. We had a blast on this tubing adventure. Definitely a great way to have fun without to much effort. Just sit back and relax on the tube and off you go. I took my kids (7 & 12), husband and parents and everyone had a great time. And the way Grandma (almost 60) was talking about it afterward, I know she really enjoyed herself. I booked this tubing adventure and the Na Pali Coast Snorkel Tour and my family told me I was 2 for 2.

Hawaii is an island of the South Seas. It was a mystical experience that completely dispelled that image. The air at an altitude of 4,000 meters was crystal clear, and I was breathless at the majestic sight of nature untouched by human hands. The sun quickly set, and the colors of the sky changed vividly along with it, while the brilliance of the stars that filled the night sky afterward was an overwhelming sight that is hard to put into words. The guide who explained the constellations, stars, and the Milky Way under this natural planetarium, weaving in stories related to them, was truly wonderful. I want to go again to gaze at the autumn and winter skies.

This was alot of fun the staff was really awesome and the views from the trails were truelly beautiful.

Absolutely fantastic! We had the best time!! We would highly recommend this activity to anyone visiting Kauai. Floating through the rainforest and through tunnels - it was a great experience and we felt safe every bit of the way. Don't miss this if you visit Kauai!

Horseback riding has always been a really fun pastime for me, and I especially thought after seeing the ad on your site that this particular ride seemed different and unique. And it was!

The horses themselves are polo horses....and wow...are they beautiful. Very different from most ranch horses i have seen...and the ride itself...all I have ever been on have been on ranches along dusty trails or in the woods...THIS WAS ON THE BEACH...RIGHT BY THE WATER...IN HAWAII!! I honestly think I don't need to say anymore! On the beach...in Hawaii!

I choose this horsebackriding venue because of the website which stated they are not your typical trail ride. According to the ad we would not be riding nose to tail - that's exactly what we had to do--- also the ad stated we would be free to ride the horses to our ability-absolutely not, we were not allowed out of the line or to go faster than a walk or to go ahead of the guide-who was a most unpleasant woman. Also the beach part of the ride was very limited. The only high marks I give are to the horses!! They were not your typical trail horses. Overall I was disappointed, especially considering the high cost.

It was my first experience and I was very nervous, but as the instructor said, I was able to fly like a bird without feeling weightless. Falling from 4,200 meters at a speed of 200 km/h was thrilling. If you pay an additional fee (USD 188), a personal photographer will capture the entire experience from takeoff to landing on DVD and in about 100 photos. If you request something like "Please take a photo that captures the curvature of the Earth," they will likely accommodate that. Before flying, there is a few minutes of an image video and a brief lesson, but you will sign a contract stating that they are not responsible for any accidents, so the decision to participate is at your own risk. If you have any health concerns, it is recommended to see a doctor beforehand.

初めての体験でとても緊張したが、インストラクターの言ったとおり無重力を感じることなく鳥のように飛べた。4200ｍを時速200Kmの速さで落下するのでスリル満点。追加料金（USD188)を支払えば自分専属のカメラマンが離陸から着地までの一部始終をDVDと写真（約100枚）に撮ってくれる。おそらく「地球の丸さを感じる写真を撮ってください」などと希望すればそうしてくれるだろう。なお飛ぶ前には数分間のイメージビデオと簡単なレッスンがあるが、いかなる事故の責任も問わない旨の契約を結ぶので、やるやらないは自己責任。体調に不安がある人は、事前に医者に診てもらうことをお勧めする。

Just go on this tour! So freaking fun!

Underground cave exploring on this tour made me seriously feel like I was some scientist sent to uncover hidden secret mystical wonders of the unknown world! I felt chills being there, it was so cool!

The road to Hana was as gorgeous as I had read it was, and the ride was nice and smooth and comfortable. Overall a rockin' tour!

June 25, 2011: My first and probably last skydiving! I want to praise myself for doing well... Anyway, 1. Fear of heights doesn't really matter 2. There’s no G-force like on a roller coaster, and you don’t feel that floating sensation 3. The instructor is reliable, and you can experience it without any anxiety 4. The rapid descent changes the air pressure quickly, so your ears might hurt a bit 5. I think those who participated should definitely order the DVD 6. For those who haven't experienced it yet, those who are hesitating, and those who are unsure, I highly recommend participating (please consider the risks carefully). In December, I'm going to Hawaii with my husband, and he has also expressed his intention to participate, lol. It was so much fun!! Thank you to all the instructors!!

I've jumped a solo skydive from one km height before, but it can not compare to this tandemjump five km above the hawiian sea with one minut of free fall. Exciting, thrilling, beautiful and well worth trying.

We took the two hour tour around the amazingly beautiful valley. The tour was in a pleasant pace, yet spicet up with some mud and water. We saw scenes from different movies and shows, ex Godzilla and Lost. Worth doing to fully take in the beauty of the valley and experience the old scenes.

With the borrowed gear and over-pants, I hardly felt the cold.

After that, we descended to 3,900 meters for stargazing. The starry sky exceeded my expectations. Choosing a date close to the new moon was the right decision.
The guide's explanations were easy to understand, and I had downloaded a constellation app (Star Walk) on my iPhone, but it didn't see much use, which was a pleasant surprise.
Taking photos of the starry sky was quite challenging, but with a simple tripod and a compact digital camera that allowed manual shooting, I managed to capture some shots.

The round trip drive is a bit long, so it might be a challenge for those who are prone to motion sickness, but it's definitely worth the effort to prepare and take on the challenge.

新月に近い日程を選んで正解でした。
ガイドの方の説明もわかりやすく、iPhoneに星座早見アプリ（Star Walk）を仕込んでいきましたが、あまり活躍せず、嬉しい誤算でした。
星空の写真撮影はなかなか難しかったのですが、簡単な三脚とマニュアル撮影が可能なコンパクトデジカメで、なんとか撮影が出来ました。

往復のドライブがちょっと長いので、車酔いに弱い方にはちょっと難点かもしれませんが、体長を整えてチャレンジする価値は高いです。

When you live in the city, you rarely get to gaze at the starry sky. Given the season, "Tanabata" is one of the events for Japanese people, drawing attention to the night sky. However, it's also the rainy season, and it's rare to have clear weather in Japan.

So, off to the Big Island of Hawaii! A natural planetarium!

The starry sky at the summit of Mauna Kea was truly wonderful. I could see Saturn's rings clearly. To see both the Southern Cross and the North Star in the same night sky! I saw countless shooting stars. Thank you to our engaging guide, Mr. Yamamoto, for keeping us entertained with his witty storytelling.

It was a summit tour that felt like it was over in the blink of an eye. It's no wonder there are so many repeat visitors.

季節柄、「七夕」は日本人なら行事の一つで、夜空を眺める注意を惹かれます。しかしながら、梅雨の時期でもあり、日本で晴天に恵まれる事は稀です。

マウナケア山頂の星空はとても素敵でした。
土星の「輪」も良く見えました。
「南十字星」と北極星が一つの夜空で見られるなんて！
流れ星も数え切れないほど見えました。
軽妙な話術で飽きさせないコンダクターの山本さん、ありがとうございました。


「あっ」という間の山頂ツアーでした。
リピーターが多いのもうなづけました。

The view from above was very beautiful.
The sensation of being hit by the wind during free fall, which is hard to experience elsewhere, was incredibly refreshing.

We purchased the photos and DVD.
It will be a wonderful memory.

When I made the reservation, there were no reviews, so I was torn between the tour to Waipi'o Valley, but I wanted to cross the river, so I chose this company and participated with some anxiety. However, it exceeded my expectations in a good way, and I had a really enjoyable time. I could tell that the guide was trying to entertain us, and everyone, including quite a few Japanese participants, got excited together. We crossed multiple rivers and even encountered wild horses. I'm not sure if the guide was the only one, but I was able to understand more Japanese than I expected, and the explanation on how to ride the horses was clear. I had heard that there are many mosquitoes in Waipi'o, so I took a lot of precautions, but I didn't hear any mosquito sounds. The horses were beautiful, and even my somewhat fastidious self was fine with them. It was truly great. For those who are hesitant, I highly recommend it!

予約する時、レビューがなかったのでワイピオの淵を行くツアーと迷い、でも川を渡ったりしたかったのでこちらの会社を選び、不安なまま参加しました。でも良い意味で想像を超え、本当に楽しい時間が過ごせました。ガイドさんが楽しませようとしてくれているのがわかるし参加者みんなで（日本人も結構いました）盛り上がり、川をいくつも渡り、野生の馬にも出会いました。ガイドさんがその方ひとりなのかは分からないですが、思っていたより日本語も通じるし、馬の乗り方の説明も伝わります。ワイピオは蚊が多いと聞いていたので蚊よけをかなりしていきましたが蚊の音は聞かなかったです。馬もきれいで潔癖ぎみの私も平気でした。本当に良かった。迷っている方、ぜひお勧めします！

This tour gets an enthusiastic YES from me! And my boyfriend agrees. We both had a great time. We are outdoor enthusiasts, so we wanted to stay in nature out and doing activities while here in Hawaii, so this was just right for us.

I like especially how the trip was mixed in that we got to paddle along the river in a kayak, and then mix it up a bit with a nature walk...kept things interesting and allowed different muscles to rest.

Really good time, we both had a lot of fun.

My wife, who is an avid bird watcher, convinced me to come on this tour. Okay, she basically dragged me here...and I seriously thought I was going to be miserable and bored the whole time....but I was honestly amazed at how much fun I had!

It was an entire day, but it didn't feel too long at all...in fact, there were so many new birds that I had never seen before that we were learning the names of and all, that I felt like by day's end we were just skimming the surface of all these rare species!

My wife teases me now when we talk about it, that I might have had even more fun than her! Great tour.

was skeptical at first b/c i'd never been on a chopper before. it was a smooth ride with an experienced pilot. i was able to actually be over a rainbow...somewhere over the rainbow, way up high! would do it again. highly recommend it. you only live once.

Everyone should take this tour. Although it is open to the public, the guides provide you with a wealth of knowledge you may not get otherwise. They also know of secluded waterfalls, so you can actually enjoy them. Dylan was an amazing guide and truly expanded our knowledge! It kept our interest the entire time.

My husband and I did the hike bike tour with Jeremy and it total exceeded our expectations! Not being olympic athletes, more like weekend warriors, we were a little apprehensive about the hike. It was amazing! He paced it well. He
stopped to let us taste some of the local plants and to point out the rare foliage in the rainforest. Our return hike included a rare trail through the dense bamboo forest. Absolutely amazing!! Finishing the day was a relaxing down hill bike ride with some of the most amazing views of the island. Would recommend this activity highly! Oh by the way, wear old hiking shoes/sneakers it is very muddy in the forest.

The explanation before horseback riding was just a simple Japanese video, so I was honestly quite anxious, but once I got on the horse, all my worries disappeared.

I understood that I needed to follow the horse in front of me, so when the horse in front stopped, I stopped too. When it moved, I moved. All the horses were very smart and didn’t stray off course at all. They are really clever!

This time, in addition to the four of us, there were two Westerners participating individually, making a total of six people plus one guide for the two-hour course.

The guide only knew simple Japanese necessary for horseback riding, like “kick with both feet” and “pull,” so all the explanations about the movie filming along the way were in English. I thought that maybe Japanese people tend to sign up for half-day courses, as there were not many participants in the two-hour course.

At the end, we passed by another group of about 20 people, who were mostly Japanese. They had a Japanese guide. If you want to hear explanations in Japanese, this course might be better for you.

The scenery was absolutely amazing, and the two hours flew by! Many movies, including "Lost," "Jurassic Park," and "Godzilla," were filmed here, and we also passed the filming location for the remake of "Journey to the Center of the Earth," which is scheduled for release in 2012.

It’s quite far from Waikiki to Kualoa Ranch, but if I have the chance, I would love to join the two-hour course again!

乗馬前の説明は簡単な日本語ビデオを見るだけだったので、正直かなり不安でしたが、お馬さんに乗ったら不安も吹っ飛びました。

前の馬についていくことをわかっているので、前の馬が止まったら自分も止まる。動いたら動く。とどの馬もとっても頭がよく、激しくコースを外れることはありません。
本当におりこうさんたちです。

今回、私たち4人のほかに西洋人2名がそれぞれ一人参加で、計6人＋ガイド1名で2時間コースを楽しみました。

ガイドさんは「両足蹴って」とか「引っ張って」とか乗馬に必要な簡単な日本語しかわからない方だったので、途中の映画撮影についての説明などはすべて英語です。日本人はほとんどの方が半日コースなどに申し込まれるからか、日本人の2時間コースの参加は少ないのかなと思いました。

最後、ほかのグループとすれ違いましたが、20名ぐらい？の大人数でほぼ日本人のようでした。こちらは日本人ガイドさんがいらっしゃいました。説明を日本語で聞きたいのならこちらのコースがいいのかもしれません。

景色はとっても最高で、あっという間の2時間でした！
ロスト、ロストワールドやゴジラのほかにもたくさんの映画が撮影され、2012年に公開予定の「travel to the center of the earth」？のリメイク？撮影場所も通ります。

ワイキキからクアロア牧場までかなり遠いけど、機会があればまた2時間コースに参加したいです♪

This was by far the best activity that we booked on Oahu. The scenery was gorgeous and the horses were well behaved. The two guides were very knowledgeable about the ranch and you run into some interesting leftover movie/TV sets throughout the valley that make for some great pictures!

So much fun... Great crew leaders..

When I arrived on the Big Island, I joined a tour to see the stars! I hope this helps those who are planning to participate in the future.

I recommend going during the new moon. Without the moonlight, the stars are beautiful. The tour company provides warm clothing, so it’s best to prepare your own warm socks for your feet and ear muffs or a mask for your face.

Also, you will drive on rough roads, and there are temperature and pressure differences, so I think it’s a good idea to rest well the day before you go. It’s also recommended not to have a packed schedule the next day (I personally felt like I wanted to take it easy the following day).

I chose the tour company based on price after some deliberation, and I’m really glad I did. There was an older gentleman who was a veteran of the Big Island among the participants, and he said this tour was the best.

The main reason is that they focus on the stars. Since there is an observatory nearby, there are some restrictions, but they push it to the limit (laughs). Other companies seem to have shorter times. However, it seems they stop at supermarkets, so if that’s something you want to do, you might prefer that option. I think it’s good to choose a company based on other people's comments as well. The new moon days are popular, so make your reservation early!

お薦めは、新月に行かれること。
月の光がないので、星が綺麗です。
そして、防寒具は催行会社が貸してくれるので、それ以外、足（厚手の靴下）、顔（耳あて、マスク？）の準備をご自身でされていかれると良いです。

それと、道中はあらい道を車で通りますが、気温差、気圧差もあるので、前日はゆっくり休まれてからむかうのが良いと思います。翌日もあまり詰め込んだスケジュールにしない方がお薦め（どちらかというと、翌日の方がゆっくりしたいなと思いました）。

催行会社さんは、悩んで最後は値段で決めたのですが、ここで本当に良かったです。
一緒に参加されている方に、ハワイ島ベテランの年配の方がいらっしゃいましたが、その方もこのツアーが1番良かったとおっしゃっていました。

1番の理由は、星に重点をおいてくれることでしょうか。
天文台が近くにあるため、制約があるのですが、ぎりぎりまでねばってくれます（笑）
他社さんはもう少し時間が短いようです。その代り、スーパーとかに行かれているようなので、その点は事前に確認し、寄りたいというのであればそっちの方が良いという方もいるかも。
他の方のコメントも参考に、会社を選ばれると良いと思います。新月の日は人気なので、お早めに予約を~。

Ziplining was an awesome experience and the staff was excellent! Definitely worth the money :)
