Despite my worries before going, it was the best experience, and I was very satisfied with the views. The sunset over the sea of clouds at an altitude of over 4000 meters brought me to tears. After the sun set, I forgot the cold while marveling at the starry sky, which was truly breathtaking. The guide primarily spoke English, but they did their best to communicate in my limited Japanese and took great care in preventing altitude sickness, which made me very happy as well.

We formed a group of six, with the guide leading us in a single file. This time, we were in a group with two couples from America and Australia. Throughout the two hours, the guide moved to the front, the middle, and the back, carefully following each person. It was my first time riding for such a long duration, and I was nervous at first, but the guide's support allowed me to ride with peace of mind. At some point, I felt a connection with the horse, and I couldn't help but find it adorable. Before the ride, the guide mounted a horse and explained how to ride. We enjoyed our day. The staff were organized and very friendly. They ensured everyone was safe and comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and we enjoyed being able to explore the property and look at the waterfalls. We had a nice time sitting by the waterfall and having time to enjoy going in the water. We were a bit disappointed by the ride itself as were are more seasoned and experienced riders. The pace was very geared to beginners and some guests had no clue what they were doing and that slowed the activity. We also hoped to have a ride close by ocean and that isn’t part of this activity, not their fault. I should have looked into that more. We basically road around through trails in a field. One last bit of advice, they should chill the drink they serve better. We appreciated though being provided a drink and snack part way through.

I had always wanted to visit Kualoa Ranch in Hawaii. I participated with my parents and my two children, aged 8 and 10. We chose a plan that included transportation, and since we stayed at the Embassy, we were picked up at the Sheraton. At that point, there was a guide who spoke Japanese, so it was reassuring even though we couldn't speak English. They also showed us a video in Japanese with important information before the experience.

We followed behind another guide on buggies, keeping about two buggies' distance. We stopped about three times along the way for explanations about the locations and to take photos. Everything during those stops was in English, so I thought it would have been even more enjoyable if I understood English ( ; ; ).

I was a bit worried that my children might be scared of the buggies, but they were completely fine. The thrill of the bumpy roads and climbing hills excited them, and they were captivated by the stunning views of Kualoa. It was a memorable two hours.

We walked through a jungle-like natural environment to reach the waterfall. It was great that we were able to borrow trekking poles. The weather in March was mild, but I ended up sweating quite a bit. Our Japanese guide, Mei, was a wonderful person. The lunch was also very delicious; my husband had a pastrami sandwich while I enjoyed a vegetable sandwich, all while overlooking the stunning view from Tantalus Hill. It was a very good tour!

This was my second visit to Kualoa Ranch. Since my last visit was before COVID-19, I noticed quite a few changes, but both the café and the shop were well-stocked and enjoyable. I only participated in the horseback riding tour, so my stay was short, but I had a great time. The tour was supposed to be two hours, but I was surprised to hear it would only be an hour and a half that day, with a refund offered. However, even with just an hour and a half, the horseback riding was more than enough. The scenery you can enjoy at Kualoa Ranch is unique, so I definitely want to go back.

This was so awesome and our pilot was so knowledgeable about the whole area, she even circled around the water a couple of times when we spotted a whale in the water, she was also in the navy at one time and had a lot of knowledge about Pearl Harbor. I highly recommend this flight, it is for 1 hour and you see a lot.

Dining while watching the sunset from the summit was a luxurious experience that only those who have done it can appreciate. The music that played in each situation was a stylish touch typical of Yamapi, and I was so moved by the song that played while gazing at the starry sky that I ended up in tears (^◇^;). The hospitality was incredible. I gained the courage to live my life authentically. If you go to Maui, I absolutely recommend this tour. I hope to visit again in a different season.
