My wife and I did this tour on our honeymoon. We come from the Midwest US and have not ever really been able to see many stars hence our booking this trip. The pickup location was convenient, the tour guide friendly and informative, and the experience overall was enjoyable. Would recommend to anyone going to try and book this tour as it was fun and definitely worth it.

This was such a cool experience & so much fun! Going through the tunnels with headlamps makes it different than any other tubing experience. We loved our guides. Maka & her sister & Kai Nalu. They were all very helpful, informative & made you feel like you were hanging out with friends. Those 3 deserve a nice raise. I would definitely do this tour again & I would suggest it to anyone who is considering it. You won’t regret it.

It was a once in a lifetime experience. Our tour guide was real friendly and knowledgeable. He showed us a shopping center on our way. He serve crispy krispy cream donuts and tea. Shared his knowledge and showed us Jupiter, the craters of the moon and constellations. The drive up did not take very long. It was freezing during the night so put on layers. Watching the sunset was beautiful.

Our guide was the nicest and most welcoming guide with a good sense of humor. He also took so many photos and videos of us along the way and AirDropped them to us afterwards without anyone even asking him too. Also the ATV riding was awesome and everybody needs to make sure they take a turn to drive. Just don’t be like my wife and wear a white tee if you ever expect to wear it white again as the red dirt will do a number on it. 100% we will be doing this again next time we are in Hawaii and will recommend this to everyone.

What a fabulous time we had. The hike consists of a fairly steep but mild trek downhill with a highly knowledgeable and friendly guide pointing out the various types of foliage you are hiking through. You descend to two very beautiful waterfalls, the 2nd of which is around 60 feet cascading into a small swimmable pond. We saw a few prawns as well as fish there. We were given the choice of hiking back the same way we came in or to go back a shorter, more intense hike back up. We chose the more intense option and it was still very "doable" and enjoyable. I just wish I could remember our guides name, he was truly outstanding (I am just horrible with names tho, sorry).

We participated as two families (two elementary school students, two middle school students, and four adults). The ranch provides helmets, which can be borrowed for free at each person's discretion (it's better to wear a helmet due to the possibility of falling off!).

At the beginning, the ranch staff gave a brief explanation of how to handle the horses and important points to note (everything was in English, so I needed to lightly interpret for the kids).

After that, the staff selected horses based on the participants' body types, and we quickly started riding. It might be hard to believe in Japan, but even beginners were able to ride the horses, and instead of just leading them around, we all went outside the ranch! The horses were quite accustomed to the trail, so we formed a line following the horse in front of us, but depending on the horse's nature, some wanted to move quickly while others were a bit reluctant to go forward.

At one point, there was a challenge to try a gallop, which made me a bit nervous for the third grader, wondering if they would be thrown off.

This bold tour is unique to America, and riding while overlooking the beautiful ocean was amazing; I believe it will become a lifelong memory! ✨

途中駆け足に挑戦しよう！と、駆け足チャレンジもあったので小3の子など、振り落とされないか少しドキドキしました。

アメリカならではの大胆なツアーですがとにかく美しい海を見下ろしながらの乗馬はすばらしく、一生の思い出になると思います✨

After the COVID-19 pandemic, during my long-awaited trip to Hawaii, I consulted with a major Japanese travel agency's Waikiki tour desk, but they had no offerings. The Japanese tour desks that were available locally were all out of service, and I was about to give up. However, I contacted Veltra online from my hotel in Waikiki and completed my reservation, allowing me to enjoy a helicopter tour without any issues.

The local staff at the helicopter tour desk were friendly and helpful, and even with my zero English skills, I was able to enjoy a tour of Oahu without any problems.

I will continue to use this service in the future.

It was myself and my 17 and 16 year old sons. The tour guides on the trail at the ranch were really nice and informative. So cool to ride through the ranch, up the mountain and overlook the water. Beauty every where you looked. Also, the scenes were movies were filmed was fun to see.
You do get dirty - it was very dry when we went so lots of dust. If it’s wet I image you’re covered in mud. They give you goggles and buffs to cover your nose and mouth. You need them! Another reviewer suggested to bring wipes to wash your face afterwards- solid advice. We did that to get some of the dirt off our faces. Plenty more came off in the shower. Haha
The bus to/ from was comfortable and clean. Only not so great thing I can say is there was a very long wait time from when we arrived at the ranch until our scheduled tour started. Had I known that I maybe would have rented a car and drove up on our own. Price would have been Equivalent, and plenty of other places to stop in along the way. All in all it was a great adventure and I definitely recommend it!

We had Jessica as one of our tour guides and she was awesome! She did a lot of fun things with the group to make the experience more fun! If you love Jurassic World, you will love being able to see some cool things from the movie. Definitely a fantastic experience!

We were in capable hands with Joshua, our born-on-Lanai travel guide. His enthusiasm and pride in sharing with us his homeland on this historically fascinating island was infectious as it was a pleasure.

We were picked up promptly at the ferry dock and whisked away upcountry into the hart of the island. The small town of Lanai City was a historical treat as Joshua pointed out many informative funfacts and things only personal knowledge can regale and recount.

We had a terrific time and will likely do it again when we visit. We highly recommend this tour for a close personal look at one of the jewels of the island state.

For safety, you will wear a helmet, goggles, and a take-home Kualoa-patterned cloth mask. This is because you'll be kicking up sand and dust for two hours. Our family of four shared one vehicle. The driver must have a valid driver's license. If there is no licensed driver, a Kualoa instructor will drive for you.

There are breaks at key points where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery, take photos, and explore movie set locations—it's a packed two hours. After the activity, when you look in the mirror, you'll be covered in dust, and you'll end up laughing as you look at each other. That's the vibe.

Since it's hot, please bring plenty of water.

I highly recommend it.

We were really pleased with the waterfall hike and our tour guide, Katie. She got us hooked up with good footwear ($10 each to rent, which is definitely worth it). The hike itself was short but sweet, and we learned a lot about local plants and animals. Katie found some white Hawaiian ginger and showed us how to suck nectar from the roots and demonstrated how one might make paper using the papyrus growing by the water.

The waterfalls were gorgeous and very private. We were a small group of about 8 and we saw no one else. The second waterfall, the one you swim in, was wonderful. The water was cool but refreshing and Katie guided us all (even younger kids) as we climbed up to walk behind it.

After the swim you do have a few minutes of pretty steep climbing, but the shoes and the guard ropes really help and no one had any issues (aside from being a tad winded).

I highly recommend this tour and will absolutely do it again.

To provide some reference for others, here are the reasons I chose Pacific Skydiving for my experience. The decision was made because they had specific days available that matched my travel dates. There was no shuttle service, so I had to rent a car to get there. It took about an hour using the highway, and while the area around Waikiki can be quite congested, it clears up after a while. (Be cautious of speed traps along the way; Google shows marked enforcement points.)

After about an hour, I could see the airport, and if I turned onto the road before it, I found Pacific Skydiving and another company's location.
1. At the check-in counter, I stated my reservation name and completed the registration.
2. I took the waiver I received at check-in to a room for a safety briefing.
3. I was given an English waiver to fill out, but it was quite lengthy and might be difficult unless you're fluent in English. When I said I didn't understand, they provided me with a Japanese sample; however, I was advised not to fill it out as it would be used later.
4. After watching a safety video, my registration was complete. I was then told to wait in the waiting area. (This part took a while; I waited about an hour. If it’s busy, it might take longer. The order is determined by the sequence of check-ins rather than the reservation time.)
5. While waiting, an announcement was made, and it was finally time to gear up. When called, I went to the counter to receive a sticker with my name on it. I placed the sticker on my body and waited for the instructor to come and attach the harness. Since I didn't choose the camera or video option, I waited until the instructor arrived. Those who opted for the camera had a photographer take various commemorative photos and videos before the jump.
6. Finally, it was showtime. When the plane arrived, the instructor called out, "Alright, let's go!" and we headed over together.
7. Now, it was time to board the Cessna. (I was getting nervous.) This time, there were six tandem jumpers plus the photographer. There were two rows of benches, and since it was a tandem dive, the instructor sat first, and we all got ready in front of them. We took off.
8. Once we reached altitude, there was no turning back. I felt the urge to jump and went with the instructor. This was the scariest part.
9. Once we jumped, it was over in an instant. I believe this experience is something you can't find anywhere else. It was amazing!! By the way, my son, who jumped with me, said it was the best, but he tends to get motion sickness, so he seemed to struggle a bit. I usually handle motion sickness well, but I couldn't shake off the floating sensation afterward. It’s advisable to be cautious when driving the rental car.

I’ve shared my experience, and I highly recommend it; it was fantastic! Just remember, everything is at your own risk. Oh, and the optional costs are around $100.

③誓約書(英語)を渡され記入するように渡されますが、誓約書自体量が多く英語が堪能でない限り難しいと思います。
私は分からないと言ったら、日本語のサンプルを渡されました、しかし、これは今後も使うので記入しないようにと念を押されました。
④安全ビデオを見て本受付完了です。
その後、待合室で待っててくれと伝えられます。
(ここが長いです、小一時間待ちます。混んでいれば更に掛かると思います。予約の時間より受け付けた順番で順番が決まります。)
⑤待合室で待っていると放送が入り、いよいよ装備装着します。
呼ばれたらカウンターで名前の書いたシールを貰いに行きます。
シールを身体に貼り待っていると、インストラクターが来てハーネスを取り付けてくれます。
今回、私はカメラ、ビデオのオプションはつけませんでしたので、インストラクターが来るまで待ちぼうけ。
オプションを選んだ方はカメラマンが飛ぶ前から記念に色々な演出の写真ビデオを撮ってくれます。
⑥いよいよ、本番。
飛行機が来る時間になるとインストラクターから、よし行くぞ‼︎みたいに声をかけられて一緒に向かいます。
⑦さぁ、セスナへ搭乗です。(ドキドキしてきました)
今回は6タンデム＋カメラマン。
長椅子が2列あり、タンデムダイブなのでインストラクターが先に座り、その前に座り各々準備完了。
飛び立ちします。
⑧高度に到着したら、もう飛ぶしかないです。
行くしかない感じてインストラクターと飛びます。
ここが1番怖かった。
⑨飛んだら、もう一瞬です。
この体感は他では味合えないと思います。
最高ですね‼️
因みに一緒に飛んだ息子は最高と言いながら乗り物酔いに弱いのでヤバかったみたいです。
私も、乗り物酔いには強いのですが後々フワフワ感が消えませんでした。
レンタカーの運転は気をつけた方が良いでしょう。
以上、体験談を書きましたが最高ですのでお勧めしますね、是非。
ただ、何もかも自己責任です。
あ、後オプション費用ですが100$前後です。

Great vibe from the crew that works at kualoa ranch and they made the ride really fun! Also they are super available to take pictures for you and get in on the fun. Also transportation was on time and everything was organized.
