How often can you get a kiss from a dolphin!? For me, this is once in a lifetime experience.. at least until I I come back and do it again!! The dolphins were great to interact with, our dolphin handler really ensured we all had time to interact with the dolphins. And Jennifer made sure that we understood how to appropriately interact with them. Always wonderful when animal handlers ensure the welfare and safety of the animal is a priority.

Initially, the day I had reserved was canceled due to bad weather. The staff kindly assisted me, and I changed it to another day. On the rescheduled tour date, the weather was favorable, and the staff's service was excellent, making it a fun day.

Had a great time. Well worth the money. We got fresh fruit from the farm and was really tasty.

We had an awesome experience with Blue Hawaiian. We weren't able to experience the complete experience because of poor weather over Volcano National Park but Blue Hawaiian did an excellent job of working with us to create an alternative tour for us. Dale was great as our pilot and tour guide.

We had a free afternoon on the Big Island and wanted to check out the Waipio Valley. After a little research, we found that the only way for non-locals to visit was with an official guide. The Waipio shuttle is a custom vehicle designed to safely navigate the tricky terrain - including steep grade and crossing shallow rivers. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and fun! Not only could he expertly drive us where we needed to go, but he also offered to take photos at each beautiful stop. This was a highlight of our trip!

Gary was a knowledgeable and easy guide, and everything was well organized.

Unfortunately, the weather on the day was not great, and we couldn't do the planned flight over the volcano, which was disappointing. However, the alternative suggested was a landing plan at the waterfall. When I signed up, I thought it was a bit pricey, so I didn't include the waterfall landing, but adding that option turned out to be a great decision!

The view of the waterfall from above and the experience of landing right next to it are completely different in terms of impact. Walking through the tropical rainforest after descending was refreshing, and it was fascinating to see various fruits along the way. Since we could land in places that only a helicopter can reach, I highly recommend the waterfall landing!

We had the helicopter to ourselves as there were five of us in the family. The seating arrangement is determined by weight, so those who got to sit in the front row or on the ends were lucky.

当日はあいにくのお天気で予定していた火山上空へのフライトは出来ず残念でしたが、代わりに提案いただいたのが滝の着陸プラン。
申し込んだときはちょっとお高いので滝への着陸はつけていなかったのですが、オプション付けて大正解！！
上から見たと滝と着陸して間近に見る滝とでは迫力が全然違うし、滝を降りての熱帯雨林のお散歩は気持ちよく、様々なフルーツも見れてとても興味深かったです。ヘリじゃなくちゃいけないところに着陸できるので、滝の着陸、おススメ！！
家族5人で乗ったので貸しきりでした。
体重などによって乗る場所が決まるので、最前列や両端に載れた人はラッキー。

The weather was perfect with no wind, and we had a truly happy time riding such cute and smart horses while enjoying the breathtaking views. Thanks to the guide's thoughtful care and gentle support, we felt safe and relaxed throughout the entire experience. My husband and I kept saying how much fun it was, and it truly became a wonderful memory for us. The woman who joined the tour with us was also very lovely, which made the atmosphere even nicer. This was one of the most unforgettable experiences of our trip to the Big Island. When we come back to Hawaii Island, we will definitely join again. If there were goods featuring the horse I rode or local items to support the ranch, I would have absolutely bought them. I would be so happy if you could create something like that. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!!

天気も最高で風もなく、素晴らしい景色の中で可愛くて賢いお馬さんに乗ることができ、本当に幸せな時間でした。ガイドさんの細やかな気遣いや優しいサポートのおかげで、終始安心して楽しむことができました。夫と「本当に楽しかったね」と何度も話すほど、心から素敵な思い出になりました。一緒に参加していた女性の方もとても素敵な方で、雰囲気もとても良く、ハワイ島旅行の中で忘れられない体験のひとつになりました。次にハワイ島に来た時も、絶対にまた参加したいです。自分が乗ったお馬さんのグッズや、牧場を応援できるローカルグッズがあったら必ず買っていたと思います。もし作っていただけたらとても嬉しいです。本当にありがとうございました！

We had a wonderful time watching an impressive Hawaiian show. As the night got cooler, it might be a good idea to have a cardigan or something to wear during the winter.

圧巻のハワイアンショーを見ながら素敵なひと時を過ごしました。夜になるにつれて肌寒かなったので、冬はカーディガンなど羽織があると良いかもです。

The Royal Kona Resort Luau was a fantastic oceanfront experience. The setting overlooking the water was beautiful, especially at sunset, and the evening was well organized from start to finish

Swimming beneath the waterfalls was refreshing, and the kayaking and SUP added a fun mix of adventure

The food and show were both great. It seemed like a smaller venue than one we went to on Maui a few years ago, which was nice because there was less wait to get food and every seat had a great view of the show. Great for the kids, it wrapped up around 7:30pm. Fire dance was pretty cool as well.

Forrest was an amazing guide for a very complex and breathtaking history/landscape/culture.

What a wonderful experience to get close to dolphins! My daughter (11) loved it so much. She got to swim with the dolphins and work with the trainer to give commands to the dolphins. It was so exciting to see all the amazing knowledge these beautiful creatures have. The trainers provide so much information as to the care and conservation of dolphins.

Our guide was excellent, very knowledgeable and prepared and our experience was unique with the viewing of a huge shooting star crossing the sky as a prelude to the eruption of the volcano in the distance. Unforgettable, thank you!

Highly recommend. We had a local guide who did a fantastic job educating us about the people and culture of the valley. The views were stunning. Can’t say enough good about it.

I participated with my 69-year-old mother at the end of December. I was anxious because I couldn't speak English and it was my first experience with snorkeling, but thanks to the excellent support, I was able to participate in the activities with peace of mind.

First, they were able to confirm reservations and answer inquiries in Japanese over the phone. Additionally, although the boarding staff only provided English guidance that day, a Japanese-speaking staff member came to pick us up since we had requested hotel transportation. That person helped us prepare for boarding, provided us with important information after we boarded, and supported us after we disembarked.

Even though it was the end of December in Hawaii, which made me worry about the cold sea, I followed the staff's recommendation to rent a wetsuit, and I felt comfortable without feeling cold at all. During the activities, there were enough staff members watching over and supporting the participants.

Thanks to this, I had a wonderful experience seeing many manta rays and a beautiful sunset. Even if we hadn't encountered any manta rays, I still think just snorkeling in the waters of Hawaii would have been a fantastic experience. I highly recommend it!

英語も話せずシュノーケリングも初体験のため不安でしたが、手厚いサポートのおかげで安心してアクティビティに参加することができました。
まず、電話での予約確認や問い合わせに、日本語で対応していただけます。
また、乗船スタッフは英語ガイドのみの日でしたが、ホテルへの送迎を頼んでいたところ日本語スタッフの方が迎えに来てくださいました。
その方に乗船までの準備を手伝っていただいたり、乗船後の注意点も教えていただいたり、下船後のサポートもしていただきました。
ハワイとはいえ12月末の海ということで寒さが不安でしたが、スタッフの方のお勧めに従いウェットスーツを借りたところ、寒さを感じることはなく快適に過ごせました。
アクティビティ中も、参加者に対して十分な人数のスタッフが見守ってサポートしてくれます。
おかげさまでたくさんのマンタと綺麗な夕日を見るという素晴らしい体験ができましたが、もしマンタと遭遇できなかったとしても、ハワイの海でシュノーケリングするというだけでも十分に素敵な経験だったと思います。
とてもおすすめです！

There is an observatory. The starry sky is very beautiful. I do not recommend driving there by yourself. The return trip is dark and the roads are bad.

This tour is long but well worth it. We were picked up at the Starbucks, Queen’s Shopping Center, Waikoloa Beach Resort. We drove to the Mauna Kea Visitor’s Center where we had a very nice dinner. Next we went to the summit to view the telescopes and sunset from almost 14,000 feet. We the viewed the night sky through telescopes in almost complete darkness. Our driver and guide, Arthur, was fantastic. What a great experience!

Our Pearl Harbor and Ford Island tour was an unforgettable and meaningful experience. The visit to the USS Arizona Memorial was deeply moving, offering a powerful reminder of the events of December 7, 1941, and the lives lost that day. Touring the Battleship Missouri was equally inspiring—standing on the very deck where World War II ended felt humbling and historic. Our tour guide, Ernest, was an interesting and engaging addition who shared fascinating stories and insights that brought history to life. Lunch at the Ford Island Aviation Museum was good and provided a nice break in the day. We also appreciated the smooth, on-time flights between Kona and Honolulu with Southwest Airlines—comfortable and well-handled from start to finish. The round-trip bus transportation to and from the airport was convenient, well-organized, and stress-free. Overall, this was a well-planned, educational, and memorable day we’ll long remember.

This is a must see. Shuttle tour was safe, timely, and very informative. Our guide actually grew up in the valley so shared very accurate info. Beautiful place.

This was my second time participating, and I loved it just as much as last year! The two-hour horseback riding experience with the adorable horses is something you can't find in Japan. The hospitality of the staff was also wonderful, and I was very satisfied once again! I've been to the Big Island over ten times, but this experience is truly the best.

昨年に引き続き、大変気に入って2度目の参加でした！かわいい馬と一緒にたっぷり2時間の乗馬体験は日本では味わえません。スタッフの皆さんのホスピタリティも素晴らしく、今回も大満足でした！ハワイ島は10回以上来ていますが、この体験は本当に最高です。
