Big Island Horseback Ride Tour, Chocolate Tasting & Pizza - Pali Nana Farms
Amazing experience with an exceptional staff!
Reviewed by: Maribell, 2023/07/06Would absolutely recommend to other and we will both be back! The ranch is beautiful; nestled on the hillside overlooking the ocean. We arrived a bit early and were greeted in the parking lot by Brooklyn. While they were finishing up, we were invited to explore the ranch. We opted to help out with grooming of the horses. The ranch house is beautifully open with a few friendly cats lounging around soaking up the Aloha. Brooklyn and Kuiana matched our experience and personalities with 2 horses (Wonder and Jack) and gave us a refresher before we headed off on the trail. The trail was a breathtaking walk/trot through eucalyptus trees, hills and views of Hamaku coastline. Brooklyn and Kuiana engaged us in conversation the entire time and made sure that we were both having fun and were comfortable. The clouds moved in at the beginning of our ride, so we both had warmer clothes on, but were able to shed a layer as soon as they passed and stow extra clothes and water in our saddle pockets. We finished the ride and were served wood-fired pizza! We ended with a tour of the farm plants/crops and fresh chocolate tasting. It was a memorable time that we will treasure!

Hawaii Glass Bottom Boat Scenic Cruise from Waikoloa | Kids 0-5 Ride for Free
Amazing experience- great guides

The guides were great and answered all our questions while expertly navigating the reef to make sure we saw a ton of fish. I was skeptical initially, but sooooo worth it and a ball for all ages (1.5 -70+).

Great Excursion!

Mauna Kea Summit Adventures Sunset & Stargazing Guided Tour with Transportation
Better than ever!
Reviewed by: Pete and Tara Hudson, 2023/07/01This is our second trip up the mountain with Mauna Kea Stargazing Tour & Sunset Adventure. We were so awed in 2015, we wanted to take it all in again. Of course, we never expected it to be even better than our first experience. Our host/driver/guide, Kea, was excellent! His knowledge of the land, the people, and the culture was extensive and well-delivered. We wanted to listen to him for hours more! Kea's respect and request, in Hawaiian, to visit the mountain was moving. It reminded us we were guests, and to honor those before us and where we were. Stepping out of the van for stargazing took our breath away. The stars are so brilliant. Kea had so much information to share on each of the selections he chose to show us through the mighty telescope. We saw Polaris, the Southern Cross, and the Milky Way all in the same sky. Quit searching and choose Kea with Mauna Kea Stargazing! Best in Class!

Legends of Hawaii Luau Dinner Show with Open Bar at Hilton Waikoloa Village
Luau on the Big Island at the Hilton Resort

We were seated with enough time to get our food and appreciated that they served the children first while the adults were able to get their drinks from the open bar. Loved having the chance to try different types of drinks from the bar. I was concerned about the weather with it being out in the open since it was cloudy and had rained in the afternoon recently but it was perfect weather! Our kids and I really enjoyed the show and we had a lovely family next to us from Wisconsin that made the dinner even more enjoyable. Would have preferred the waiters/ess come more from the back as they helped their tables so that we could see and record the event a little better. Over wonderful family event that we highly recommend!

Totally awesome experience w professional zippers who keep safety first but make it super fun!! I embraced the challenge of the bridges to help me w my fear of high edges. Curtis and Eli , our guides, are very knowledgeable of Hawaii , and some hidden gems to visit!

There were four manta rays swimming around us-truly awe inspiring! Our kids are 16, 14, and 10...ALL LOVED IT and said it was the highlight of our trip! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

最初にイルカを見つけに沖合に出ましたが、残念ながら会えませんでしたでもゴムボートでスピード出して進むのでとても気持ち良かったです！
シュノーケルも綺麗でした。沖縄のケラマとかの方が魚の種類は多いかな？透明度は25mくらいあったと思います！
小1時間シュノーケルした後に戻りながら海岸線の溶岩洞窟の説明などもしてくれました。

Excellent Family Snorkel Tour

Everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The crew were so friendly and helpful! We were impressed with their safety precautions, including all of the crew being certified lifeguards and were watching out for everyone the entire time we were in the water. The water was pristine and we saw so many varieties of fish and even saw an eel. The coral was beautiful, too.

Twilight Volcano Tour with Stargazing, Black Sand Beach & Coffee Farm

Our tour started when Tod picked us up on time and whisked us off to our island adventure. He was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to explain Hawaiian culture and pointed out things in our drive that were informative.
The stargazing portion of our tour was an incredibly unique and awe-inspiring experience. Tod was a knowledgeable guide and took us to a dark and remote location in Mauna Kea, perfect for stargazing. With the use of his personal high-quality telescope, binoculars and a powerful laser pointer, we were able to see constellations, planets, and even faint nebulae. Tod also shared interesting facts and stories about the night sky, making the experience both informative and enjoyable.
Tod even made the experience memorable by playing The Planets by Gustav Holst, its those little details, that made this tour the highlight of our Big Island Vacation.
Overall, this tour is a must-do for anyone who wants to see the stars in all their glory accompanied by our an amazing guide Tod.
Make sure to request him on your next stargazing adventure.

She was well prepared with all the supplies including backpacks, snacks, rain gear and jackets. On our visit we got sun and rain and sun and rain. My kids’ were tired so we cut our hike short but it was just enough to have great introduction to the park, and the plants and history around it.

ハワイ島 乗馬ツアー コハラ・コーストの牧場をゆったり乗馬！ ＜午前・午後／英語ガイド＞by ナアラパ・ステーブルズ
海や空の青、草や山の緑、馬の賢さに感動しました。

クアロアは観光化されていて英語がわからなくても安心して利用できましたが、こちらは日本語が話せる方はいなかったので不安のあまり馬の上でくらくらしました。しかしスタッフの方が熱心で温かくフォローしてくださったのでなんとか安全に過ごすことができました。
馬が賢いのでほとんど乗っているだけで大丈夫でしたが、下りは少し怖くて力が入り、終了時は膝が痛かったです。
乗馬時は危険防止のため、水と携帯は専用のバッグにいれるように言われました。また、風がつめたいので、羽織るものも必要です。ウインドブレーカーに長ズボン、スニーカーで参加しました。
ヘルメットは自己責任らしかったでが、私はお借りしました。帽子は風で飛ばされて自分も馬もおどろくので、ヘルメットで正解でした。今回は説明がわからず、緊張したため雄大な景色を堪能できませんでしたが、もう一度ぜひ参加したいです。途中でスタッフの方が撮ってくださった写真は素晴らしく、とてもよい思い出になりました。

everything went smooth since the pick up, the tour guide assigned to us has so much knowledge about the culture, and the places.
you get a meal which is delicious to start the day, the the views from the sunset never in my life had experience something like that
then the cherry on top the stars, this was a life experience like never before you can see even the space station crusing the skies.
do not hesitate on talking this tour you wont regret it

Loved Every Minute!!
Reviewed by: Christine K, 2023/06/11I enjoyed everything about this experience! The ride to the farm was both scenic and calming. I really liked seeing the other side of The Big Island on my way there. Upon arriving and stepping out of the car, I was greeted with an amazing view of the ocean from the top of a hill. I also thought I was the first to arrive for the ride, but soon learned that I was the only rider for the 1:00 ride. My daughter was unable to join me, as previously planned, but I decided to attend anyway. They were so happy to have me, extremely welcoming and accommodating to take me out by myself. They gave me my choice of horse, and allowed me to decide if we would ride first, or have the wood- fired pizza for lunch before setting out on the trail. I chose to ride first, as this was what I had been looking forward to for weeks! My beautiful horse was Rain, and she was lovely. The ride was wonderful as we made our way through the eucalyptus forest. I was accompanied by two guides who were very knowledgeable of horses, of course, but also the trees, plants, and Hawaiian history of the farm and the Big Island. When we returned from a wonderfully enjoyable trail ride, my hand made garden pizza was hot and ready. I also learned how they make their artisan chocolate, participated in a small step of the process and received samples of the cocoa nibs and the finished chocolate! I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting The Big Island who is looking for a relaxing and beautiful way to spend several hours in nature with beautiful animals, and a wonderful, friendly and easygoing staff!!

The grace of the dances made for a nice calming evening while the fire dances were mesmerising and a must see.
Great food and the free flow of drinks are always a welcome!
A Must if in Kona!!

Spirit of Aloha Waikoloa Sunset Cruise with FREE Cocktails - Hawaii Nautical

The crew was amazing, the boat was clean, and the drinks were strong. My husband usually gets sea sick, but this was the first time he was completely fine. The boat is big and stable. The crew had several drink choices, snacks, and even brought out teriyaki rice bowls for everyone. They let my three year drive the boat, which made his whole trip. We’re definitely going again on this next time we’re on the Big Island.

Honestly just okay

Seating was a nightmare because the sun is literally right in your face and there’s no shade.
The food was bleh. It was cold and not too flavorful.
