I participated in a short course. The early morning sea is calm and feels wonderful. We paddle along the shore without going too far out, enjoying the scenery. After turning back, we stop at the snorkeling point and can enjoy snorkeling for a while.

Of course, the underwater world is a different realm. The guide was fluent in Japanese and very kind. The canoe operation is easy. If couples participate, it might deepen their bond? Well, in the end, it turns out that only the man at the back ends up paddling...^^

Since the tour ends at the spot, it's a good idea to borrow a restroom and shower at the nearby Sheraton. Although the meeting place might seem uncertain on the map, it's easy to find and parking is simple. It's reasonably priced and very satisfying. I highly recommend it.

短時間コースに参加しました。早朝の海は穏やかでとても気持ち良いです。そんなに沖には出ないで陸沿いを景色を楽しみながら漕いで行きます。折り返してスノーケルポイントでカヌーを止めてしばらくスノーケルを楽しめます。
無論海の中は別世界です。
ガイドさんは日本語堪能でとても親切にして頂きました。
カヌーの操作も簡単です。夫婦、カップルで参加すれば絆が深まるかも？まぁ結局は後ろで男性だけが漕ぐ羽目になりますが・・・^^
その場で解散なので目の前のシェラトンでトイレとプールでシャワーを借りると良いでしょう。
集合場所も地図だと不安ですがわかりやすく駐車も簡単で
す。お手頃価格で満足感高いです。オススメです。

We arrived at the Royal Kona Resort in about 15 minutes by taxi.
There’s nothing in particular that you need, but if you have sensitive skin, it's definitely a good idea to apply sunscreen!
The guide was cheerful and it was a lot of fun!
We took many photos, which became great memories.

必要なものは特にないですが、肌弱い方はかならず日焼け止めは必ず塗ったほうがいいです！

It was my first time kayaking, but I managed to move forward somehow. I went snorkeling, and I felt a bit anxious when I couldn't return to the kayak, but I somehow got back on board like a beached tuna. It was fun!

We had a total of 8 participants ranging from 6 to 70 years old. Everyone was a beginner at kayaking, and we were quite worried, but the 4 kayaks smoothly paddled out into the Pacific Ocean and safely made the round trip to the cave. We were blessed with clear weather and everyone enjoyed snorkeling together. The guide was very kind and took great care of us.

My husband and I did this for the first time and we had a truly wonderful experience! Kevin was a great guide! He was helpful, kind, informative and thoughtful by taking photos and suggesting what to do and what not to do to get the best experience. We loved the snorkeling and the sea cave experience! I did get nauseas so I suggest you bring an antinausea medication, also unfortunately we didn't see the dolphins. But other than that we loved it!!

"Riding out into the bay" means we're already in the Pacific Ocean! While I was wondering if it was really okay, under the excellent guidance of our guide, we smoothly paddled the kayak and successfully tackled the challenge of exploring the caves. After the kayak tour, we returned to Keauhou Bay for snorkeling. I lost track of time as I became completely absorbed in snorkeling with the many fish swimming among the corals. If you look closely, there are people along the shore of Keauhou Bay, but in the middle of the bay, it was just the two of us, which made for an incredibly luxurious activity that left us very satisfied.

It felt like a private tour since it was just the two of us. Our guide, Kevin, was very kind and great. However, the weather was not ideal, and it was disappointing that we couldn't enter the sea caves during the tour due to the rough waves. We also didn't see any dolphins... well, it can't be helped; it's due to the weather.

Paddling through the vast ocean in a sea kayak was a bit intimidating at first, but once I got on, the sea, the waves, and the refreshing breeze felt absolutely wonderful. The scenery on the Big Island of Hawaii is stunning, and as I moved forward in front of the gentle slopes of Mauna Loa, it became the best experience to float in the ocean with such magnificent nature before my eyes.

Everything was a first experience! My two daughters, one in third grade and the other over 20, teamed up while my husband and I paired up to challenge ourselves with kayaking. Although we didn't progress as smoothly as we hoped (it was quite physically demanding), it was very fun and interesting! The view of the land from the sea was also amazing! However, at the beginning, the staff reminded us to apply sunscreen properly, but I didn't have any with me, so I just applied it before leaving in the morning. By the evening, my shoulders, legs, and forehead were bright red and a bit painful. Make sure to carry sunscreen with you!

On November 6th, I participated with a friend, just the two of us. We are in our late 30s. It was my first time kayaking, but I was able to paddle smoothly right away. I thought we would be experiencing it in a bay, but we headed straight out into the open sea. I was a bit surprised, but I didn't feel scared at all.

I also enjoyed snorkeling in a place where no one else was around. You can get some really cool photos too. I just wish we could have seen some dolphins! It was perfect.

You might want to be a little careful about sunburn and seasickness. :) But it was very refreshing and fun!

We were informed that the sea was in the best condition with no wind since the morning, and it was very reassuring that they spoke to us in Japanese. I had read in reviews that some people get seasick, so I took motion sickness medicine, but I ended up feeling sick myself. The kids were paddling slowly, and we couldn't reach our destination... However, after returning, we were able to snorkel and see beautiful fish, which made us very satisfied. Since it was an early morning plan, we were able to play at a nearby beach on our way back, making the day feel very long and enjoyable.

I was a bit worried about the 6:40 AM pickup, but I woke up well in the morning, basked in the sunlight, and was able to participate with a refreshing feeling. The pickup location was easy to find, and despite being a small group tour, we were lucky to have just our family. The guide was Japanese, which made it easy to follow along with confidence. It was unfortunate that we couldn't encounter the pod of dolphins that had come close the day before, but snorkeling in the clear sea was a lot of fun.

Even as a family with no canoeing experience, we managed to get the hang of it in the second half thanks to our guide Noni's advice. Unfortunately, we didn't see any dolphins or turtles, but it was a fun two and a half hours that flew by.

Shared a lot of Hawaiian culture with us. That alone was great but it was even better to get our lesson on sea while looking back at the island. Totally totally worth it. Absolutely gorgeous morning...our guides Ben and Happy were amazing....they were really great....very helpful and very knowledgeable....it was the advertising of this event that I'm pissed about....me and my kids wanted to travel into sea caves....well....there was no sea cave...it was literally a hole in the mountain.....you don't go into a "cave" and explore and see amazing things....you literally go up to a wall and thats it. Had I known that....I wouldn't have dropped $85.00 bucks each to paddle out in a kayak to see a hole in a mountain!!! It's very misleading and I wouldn't waste the money on this.....we did see dolphins run by us in the kayaks, we did see some fish while snorkeling..even though my mask they provided kept fogging up...I eventually just gave up on the snorkeling and sat on a rock until it was time to go. No pictures to provide bc go pro didn't work.

My husband and two kids (12 and 9 y.o.) went on this kayaking tour. At first, I was nervous that 4 hours would be too long and my kids would not last. It turned out that my kids and husband loved it and could have gone longer. It was easy paddling. The day was perfect for kayaking - very relaxing and beautiful scenic route. Best part was snorkeling at Keauhou Bay. Our guide, Kevin, at King Kayak was very knowledgeable about the area and gave us a good history overview. Would definitely do this again and want to go longer next time.

I signed up because I wanted to go cave exploring, but we didn't go to the cave. There was no explanation for not going (there might have been one, but it wasn't heard by everyone over the sea). It ended earlier than planned. Snorkeling was fun, but I feel like I missed out.

We had a great time kayaking the beautiful clear blue water with our guides Ben and Devin. Was a lot of fun getting to snorkel and cliff jump and the guides provided us with snacks and drinks on the cliffs. The highlight for sure, however, was having a pod of dolphins swim by/amongst us on both our way there and our way back. Awesome time. Thanks Ben and Devin!
