Great zip line experience! Beautiful scenery. Always felt safe. Guides were awesome! I was worried about transportation from cruise ship and back. We caught a taxi and same guy came back to pick us up. No problem.

The zip line gradually becomes higher and longer, designed to be more exciting and high-speed, making it a lot of fun. This was an absolutely amazing experience and I highly recommend! The view is stunning- truly unbelievable. You feel as if you have been transported to another world.

Tips from someone who has been there-
Dress as if you are visiting a frozen tundra. Its cold.

Take someone you love with you so you have a witness to what you are seeing- this helps to ease your mind from thinking its a dream. You will be in disbelief of the awesome beauty.

Awesome and fun way to see this small corner of the island!

We had a blast exploring the WOH ranch on our ATVs. Be prepared to get covered in dust but the amazing views make it worth it! Our guides were amazing - making sure the whole group was comfortable and having fun. They shared info about the ranch as well as the island. In addition to being great tour guides they had a lot of great suggestions for places to eat and things to see while on the big island.

Horses have their own personalities, but they are well-trained, making it a安心して乗馬体験できます for beginners! The staff was very helpful, providing support from three people. It was a 1.5-hour course, and I was very satisfied. Although it's a bit far from the sea, I was able to fully enjoy the mountains. There is no map at the entrance, so it's important to check carefully.

Great pre-excusion communication. All personnel were helpful and friendly. We were fortunate to be a small group overall with the team in the lead and rear vehicles and only us tourists in 3 vehicles. Our only issue was it seemed like the goal was to drive as fast as possible - we were constantly behind (not as comfortable with the speed) and we sometimes lost site of the vehicle in front. Even with tring to look for their dust trail, it was stressful. They did stop when there was a turn so we could catch up, and we knew there was a guide behind us. Still recommend!

Riding up to the top of Mauna Kea with James, our tour guide and driver, was interesting and entertaining! James is very knowledgeable about the Hawaiian culture and history; volcanic geology; the telescopes on Mauna Kea; and the night sky. And he always paid close attention to all his customers. A better telescope would have made this tour perfect.

My husband and I and our two kids (ages 8 & 6) rode in the 4-seater and it was great fun! Driving through the mud was slippery and exciting and while we all got a bit muddy and wet the UTV protects you from most of the splash. Our favourite bit was swimming in the waterfall. There were life vests for the kids which made it easy not to worry about them. The water was cold but really refreshing and beautiful. The guides were great and helped us out of a few jams after we fishtailed off the track!

I would not change one thing about this tour. It exceeded our expectations. the communication before the experience was excellent. Jason was an exceptional guide - so attentive! He is an expert in astronomy and Hawaiian history which we greatly enjoyed. He had a great telescope and a cool machine that takes pictures of celestial objects in the sky that he EVEN EMAILED TO US LATER! Just wow! The chicken stew was delicious too! You can enjoy a horseback riding experience in the wonderfully beautiful nature shown in the photos. The horses are all gentle and well-trained, and even as a beginner, I had a great time riding.
There are Japanese versions of the notices and forms available on-site.
The guide speaks only in English, but they talk very slowly and clearly.
Wearing a helmet while riding is optional, but it's best to wear one.
The ranch is located at an altitude of about 1000 meters, and it can get quite cold when the wind blows or it rains. They can lend you a jacket, but make sure to prepare for the cold as well.

現地での注意書き、記入用紙などは日本語版が備えてあります。

Breathtaking sunset and star gaze!

We took the tour on 12/24/2024. It was a full car but very friendly and nice guests together! The eruption was very stunning and the star gaze - wow!
Our guide James is very helpful patient and good at photo shooting as well. He can also speak a little Japanese. Parka jackets saved our lives for sure.
The overall trip experience was excellent. The sandwich was surprisingly good as well.
