We had such a fantastic time with our family of 5 on this venture. The views were breathtaking and the horses were so well behaved. They knew what they were doing. The guides were very friendly and gave wonderful direction. My 9 year old son understood everything and all went smoothly. We took the most beautiful pictures up on the mountain and will frame them to remember this experience. Thank you so much.

There were about 15 participants, and a guide was at the front and back. The gathering and dispersal felt casual, as we just came to the bay and then left, so I think it's good to come in swimsuits and leave in swimsuits. There were public restrooms nearby. If you have a certain level of English or some canoeing experience, you'll feel more comfortable participating. Also, the light snacks provided were small bags of snacks and about one can of juice. They lent out life jackets for children. The snorkeling masks were one size, so the kids used their own goggles. It was a beautiful bay with very clear blue water, and it was a wonderful half-day tour while feeling the nature of Hawaii. Thank you very much.

とても澄んだブルーの綺麗な湾で、ハワイの自然を感じながらのツアーで素晴らしい半日になりました。ありがとうございました。

I was worried about what would happen due to the unfortunate rain, but when it was time to ride the horses, the rain stopped, and the weather was just right! Since the temperature was a bit low, I wasn't too hot wearing a windbreaker over my short sleeves. All the horses were calm, and my younger child (9) had a great time riding. Along the way, the guide picked guava for us to eat! It was delicious. The guide was very fun, making jokes and giving us polite advice, which was great. The path down to the canyon was incredibly steep, which was a bit nerve-wracking, but the guide's driving was very skilled! At the end, the guide took pictures of each of us!

All the horses were very gentle, and riding in the beautiful, vast ranch was enjoyable. Since the wind is strong, it can get chilly even if it's hot, so I think it's a good idea to borrow a riding jacket and wrap it around your waist. Be sure to let your guide know when you want to put on or take off your jacket or windbreaker, and do this while the guide is holding the horse's reins.

Jackie, our guide, explained how to ride in very clear, slow, and polite English, which was great! Thanks to that, my 15-year-old child was able to enjoy it safely. We rode a somewhat lazy horse (who kept munching on grass), but thanks to Bridget, our guide's advice, we didn't spend all our time eating grass.

It's best to leave valuables in the car. The parking space is just before you can see the reception building. If you're worried about leaving things in the car, you can also have them stored in the reception office.

When we got off the horse, it nuzzled against me, and it was so, so cute! Thank you for a wonderful experience! I want to go again.

風が強いので暑くても途中から冷えてきますが、乗馬ジャケットを貸してくれるので腰に巻いておくと良いかと思います。ジャケットやウインドブレーカーは必ずガイドさんに一声かけて、ガイドさんが馬の手綱を握ってくれている状態で着脱します。
ガイドのジャッキーさんの乗り方の説明が、わかり易くゆっくりと丁寧な英語で話してくれたのでとても良かったです！おかげで、15才の子供も安全に楽しむことができました。私たちはちょっとlazyな（すぐに草を喰む）馬に乗りましたが、ガイドのブリジットさんのアドバイスのおかげで草を食べてばかりという事も無かったです。
貴重品類は基本的に車に置いてくるのが良いです。受付棟が見える少し手前が駐車スペースです。車に置くのが心配な場合には、受付の事務室でも預かってくれます。
乗っていた馬を降りたら、馬が頬ずりしてきて、とてもとてもかわいかったです！　素敵な体験をありがとう！また行きたいです。

My only complaint is that I wish it was longer! Our captain was entertaining, the crew knowledgeable, and the facilities were clean. Equipment was sufficient and the waters were clear and calm. I highly recommend!

It was a perfect day! The plantation was BEAUTIFUL and we learned so much about all the native and non-native agricultural while walking to the next platform. Byron and Monique were amazing and had our family laughing the whole time! Totally making everyone feel at ease. The tips they provided ensuring we got the most out of each ”zip”were a huge help and made the adventure just that much more fun. We would do it all again in a heartbeat!

The zip line experience was excellent! Ages 8-45 in our group all loved it!!
We weren’t sure about the waterfall swim/kayak, the kids said this was their favorite part of the time at Umauma, even better than zip lining!!

The crew and view was amazing! You can see A-Bay at its best. Blue waters, sea turtles and beautiful fish. Calm waters and blue skies with shade. Kids will absolutely live this short and safe tour. Bring your swimsuits for afterwards and enjoy the sandy coastline. Plenty of trees, restrooms. The Marriott has a walking trail with fish ponds too! Mahalo, Angel

My child (a middle school student) wanted to participate, so our family joined in. We paddled about 2 km out into the bay. It was quite serious. We couldn't go through the cave, and since I was a beginner at kayaking, we just peeked around the entrance area. We also had some time to enjoy snorkeling.

Unfortunately, I couldn't see the dolphins, but I was able to meet a sea turtle while snorkeling. It was great to swim up close (you need to stay 3 meters away). I arrived about 10 minutes ago and took a seat in the middle. It seemed that the seats in the front were reserved separately, so I couldn't choose those.
I used the hotel parking lot, and the staff took note of my number. I wonder if it was discounted? It was $5.
I enjoyed the show, and the food was delicious and representative of Hawaii. The sunset was also wonderful.
However, I felt that the number of dishes was a bit lacking considering the price.

I participated on August 9, when there was an impact from the typhoon. Since I was staying in Waikoloa and there were strong winds with whitecaps, I thought this might be canceled as I headed to the port. However, the area around Keauhou Bay was very calm and sunny ☀️, and I was moved by the wonderful scenery and the blue of the ocean. It was a tour that even a couple like us, who are nearing retirement age, could enjoy very much. The staff were cheerful and kind, and we had a fun day. It was fascinating how the weather varied so much in different places on the Big Island.

It was an amazing experience to fly on top of the waterfalls, Our tour guides both Zoey and Emma were so fun and took care of us in every step of the Zipline with safety!! Me and my sons were able to experience the Zipline on top of the big waterfalls more than 500ft who was an amazing memory this summer!!

We participated as a family of six and had a private tour. It was everyone's first time, but our guide Noni provided careful instruction and guidance in Japanese. For those who are not proficient in English, I recommend the Japanese guide.

The outward journey was quite challenging due to the headwind, but Noni regularly checked in on everyone's condition to decide whether to turn back, and we managed to reach the cave. The return trip was quick.

Considering everyone's stamina, we decided to do the snorkeling in the bay. We had a very enjoyable and fulfilling time. Noni took a lot of photos for us!

Although it was an early morning course, the sunlight became increasingly intense, so a rash guard (preferably with long sleeves) and a hat are essential. Wearing gloves might make paddling easier. Shoes that can get wet are recommended, but going barefoot is also fine.

You can bring valuables in a waterproof bag, but I think just a phone and a tip would suffice. You will receive one bottle of water, but if needed, you might want to bring an extra bottle.

I'm not very good at swimming, so I felt safer snorkeling in the bay. They also lent me a kickboard, which made snorkeling enjoyable. Noni mentioned that the waves are calmer in the morning in Hawaii, and since the tour ends by 10:30, you might feel a bit tired, but you can make good use of the afternoon, so I recommend the early morning course.

とても楽しく充実した時間をすごせました。
ノニさんが写真をたくさん撮ってくれました！

早朝のコースでしたが、段々と日差しがキツくなるので、ラッシュガード（できれば下も）帽子は必須。軍手があったほうが漕ぎやすいかも。
靴は濡れてもいい靴で。裸足でも大丈夫です。
貴重品は防水バッグに入れて持っていけますが、携帯とチップくらいでいいと思います。
お水を１本もらえます。必要であれば自分でも１本くらい持って行ってもいいと思います。
私は泳ぎがあまり得意ではないので、湾でのシュノーケリングの方が安心でした。ビート板も貸してもらえたので、シュノーケリングも楽しくできました。
ハワイの海は早朝の方が波が穏やかだとノニさんが言ってましたし、10時半には終了するので、少し疲れていますが、午後からの時間も有効に使えるので、早朝コースがおすすめです。

I had a really fun time, sometimes trotting and sometimes slowly herding cattle in the magnificent scenery.

It seems that horses have various personalities; there were horses that could walk almost automatically for children, while adults had to give proper instructions, and larger horses for well-built foreigners. There were a total of 10 participants, and they selected horses that suited each person, explaining, "This horse is..." when it was time to ride.

The explanations were in English, but they spoke slowly for the Japanese participants, so it was relatively easy to understand (the difference in speaking speed for native speakers was quite noticeable, haha). However, if it's your first time riding, it might be tough if you can't understand and speak English well.

雄大な景色の中、時に駈歩したり、牛を追ったり(ゆっくり)、すごく楽しい時間を過ごせました。
馬は、色々性格があるらしく、子供にはほぼ自動運転で歩ける子、ちゃんと指示出さないといけない子には大人、体格のいい外国の方には大きな子…と合計10名の参加でしたが、それぞれに合わせた馬を選択してくれ、乗る時に「この子は…」説明してくれました。
英語での説明でしたが、日本人にはゆっくり喋ってくれていたので比較的わかりやすかったです(ネイティブの方に対するトークスピードの差が凄かった笑)。
ただ…初めての乗馬だと、ちゃんと英語を理解して喋れないとキツいかもしれません。

I liked how you start small for those who a less experienced and afraid of heights. Our guides were awesome in explaining everything and giving history of the area. The funniest part was when Angela hid behind some bushes and started making pig sounds, causing one of the participants to jump back! LOL! The guides really did a great job making it fun and relaxing my nerves.
