初出航ながら運良く大遭遇！

出航して5分ほどで逢えました！
その後も続々とブロー・ブリーチング・テールスラップ・ペックスラップを見せてくれました。
距離はけっして近くなかったけれど、これだけ頻繁に“ダンス”を魅せてくれたので大満足です。
宿泊していたヒルトン・ワイコロアが運良く海側最突端の部屋でしたが、朝や昼に海を眺めていると遠くでブロー＆ブリーチングをしている姿が見えます。
ツアーに参加したのは3月初旬でしたが、頻繁に出逢えるホエールウォッチングには最適・絶好の時期のようです。
好天に恵まれて、多少の波はありましたが心配していた船の揺れも少なく、快適な船の旅でした。

Big Island ATV Tour & Ranch Off-Road Adventure from Hamakua - All About The View
Awesome and fun way to see this small corner of the island!

We had a blast exploring the WOH ranch on our ATVs. Be prepared to get covered in dust but the amazing views make it worth it! Our guides were amazing - making sure the whole group was comfortable and having fun. They shared info about the ranch as well as the island. In addition to being great tour guides they had a lot of great suggestions for places to eat and things to see while on the big island.
Bring a change of clothes and your camera!

ヘリコプターの初搭乗なこともありますが、エキサイティングでした。パイロットさんが日本語でも解説してくれたので、助かりました。まあ、火山活動なので仕方ないですが、キラウエアの赤い溶岩は見られませんでした。あと、滝への着陸ツアーではありませんが、見られると思っていたので少し残念です。
やはり助手席だったらと思います。グループ外の人がパイロット助手席に同乗した場合、その人の服装、振る舞いで、後席の人は快適性、外の見易さに影響アリです。ガイダンス通り暗めの服装をして欲しいです。

とにかく、イルカはかわいいです！
一緒に遊び、泳ぎ、エサやり。貴重な体験でした。
多少、英語が苦手でもチャレンジすべきです。なんとかなります。イルカを大事に思い、インストラクターの動作をよく見れば触って良いところがわかります。

Deluxe Captain Cook Snorkeling Tour at Kealakekua Bay - Fair Wind Cruises
Snorkeling for all ages!

Excellent crew. Very knowledgeable and made sure everyone had a positive experience. All ages can do this experience. We saw humpback whales on the boat ride to snorkeling and a pod of dolphins joined us in the bay while snorkeling. It was a very fun experience and I would highly recommend it.
Do it, you won’t be disappointed.

In general, my family and I had a good experience. Dexter was a fantastic driver and tour guide.
The only thing we did not like is that we had to drop and pick-up people at the airport 3 times, I'd rather spend more time in the rainbow falls than going over and over to the airport.
Be prepare for cook weather, rain, slippery trails, etc.

海に入りたくない高齢の母と、せっかく初めてのハワイ島だからシュノーケルで海の中を見てみたい私。どちらの希望も叶えてくれたのがこのグラスボートでした。
色とりどりの珊瑚〜とまではいきませんでしたが、予想より水の透明度が高く、そこそこ魚も見られました。イルカも遭遇しましたよ！ヒレしか見えませんでしたが。
スタッフも明るく親切、英語のほとんど話せない私達でも充分楽しめました。

Our experience on the boat was fantastic! The vessel was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. Day Trip from Kona to Oahu - Arizona Memorial & USS Missouri Pearl Harbor Tour
Our trip to Hawaii would not have been complete without visiting Pearl Harbor.

This tour was exactly what we were looking for...all details taken care of. All we had to do was get ourselves to the Kona Airprt. Our tour guide, Moana, met us at the airport in Honolulu and explained every step of the way...where and when to meet her for the next stop. All of the memorials were so special and we felt such gratitude to these soldiers who risked and gave their lives for us. The USS Missouri was especially impressive to us for its enormity and how she continues to serve our country as a representative of the great battleships that protected our country.
We especially recommend the tour if you are on another island, as they make your flight plans.

Hawaii Glass Bottom Boat Scenic Cruise from Waikoloa | Kids 0-5 Ride for Free
Great tour!

As we left the shoreline, the captain noticed several whales breaching in the distance. He asked if we wanted to go past the reef to see it and we all said yes, of course. We spent most of the 30 minutes whale watching from a distance. On our return trip, the crew still found time to pass over the reef and explain several interesting details not only about the reef but the animals the call it home. It was a great time and the crew did a great job!

Great family adventure!

My husband and I and our two kids (ages 8 & 6) rode in the 4-seater and it was great fun! Driving through the mud was slippery and exciting and while we all got a bit muddy and wet the UTV protects you from most of the splash. Our favourite bit was swimming in the waterfall. There were life vests for the kids which made it easy not to worry about them. The water was cold but really refreshing and beautiful. The guides were great and helped us out of a few jams after we fishtailed off the track!
Bring a change of clothes and change of shoes for after! Putting wet socks back on is the worst.

ワイコロアビレッジに宿泊したため、せっかくなのでドルフィンクエストを予約しました。
円安だし値段は高かったけど、子供の経験はプライスレスだと思い予約。
グループを2つに分けられて、英語がわかるチームと分からないチームに分けられました。
英語わからない方は日本人4.インド系1でした。
後日ダウンロードの写真購入ができます。

King Kayak Hawaii - Keauhou Bay Kayaking & Snorkeling Tour

Kevin was fantastic! He gave us wonderful instruction and tips for the tandem kayak.
He also gave us amazing information on the island and ocean. Kevin provided all equipment and even water.
We had the best time snorkeling, cliff jumping and kayaking along the coast. We loved the sea cave stop.

素晴らしい体験

写真のような大変素晴らしい自然の中で、乗馬体験ができます。お馬さんたちはみな大人しく、よくトレーニングされており、初心の私も楽しく乗馬を楽しめました。
現地での注意書き、記入用紙などは日本語版が備えてあります。
ガイドは英語のみですが、大変ゆっくりとわかりやすく話してくれます。
乗馬の際にヘルメット着用は選択性になっていますが、必ず着用しましょう。
牧場は標高が1000mくらいの所にあり、風が吹いたり雨が降ったりすると、かなりの寒さになります。ジャケットは貸してもらえるのですが、防寒対策もきちんとしていきましょう。
