It was my first experience with parasailing, and I was scared at first, but I enjoyed the scenery of Hawaii. My 6-year-old child was also very excited and wants to go parasailing again. The guide was kind and it was a lot of fun.

The Japanese staff explained everything in English, so there were parts I didn't understand, but I enjoyed it without any issues. They informed us when the turtles were swimming and lent us towels to dry off. However, the meeting time was quite a bit earlier than the departure time, so we had to wait for over 30 minutes.

日本人は自分たちだけで、英語での説明でしたので、一部分からないところがありましたが、問題なく楽しめました。
亀が泳いでいるときは教えてくれたり、体をふく為のタオルを貸してくれたりしました。
ただ、集合時間が出航時間よりもかなり前なので、３０分以上待たされました。

Absolutely amazing time! The crew of the Holokai was great! They provided everything needed for our snorkeling adventure, they knew just where to go to see wondrous underwater life, and everyone aboard saw sea turtles as well as several different schools of colorful fish!!! They knew just where to go! Such a great value for our money! Sun, music, snacks, sails, water, and beverages. Woohoo! If you must pick one activity while in Hawaii, this is it! You will not be disappointed

The HIS shuttle was one dollar cheaper, but the schedule didn't match, so I used this one instead. It shares the ride with many people, and it probably stops at hotels in order starting from the airport, so it might take a bit longer if you're staying at a hotel on the eastern side of Waikiki.

HISの送迎シャトルの方が１ドル安いのですが、運行時間が合わず、こちらを利用しました。多くの人と混載になり、おそらく空港寄りのホテルから順に止まっていくので、ワイキキの東の方のホテルだと少し時間がかかるかもしれません。

Despite my companion, who is afraid of heights and dislikes water, feeling nervous before the jump, once we were in the air, they were laughing joyfully. I even worried they might be losing it from fear... But thanks to the motion sickness medication, there was no seasickness, and once we were up, the breathtaking view was all mine. In a way, it was a graceful experience (laughs). The staff and the other people in our group were also enjoyable and satisfied! The driver who picked us up was so chatty that I wondered if they were okay, but they seemed to be really considerate and engaged us in various conversations. Thanks to that, the journey was never boring (＾∇＾).

スタッフも同じ組みの人達も楽しく満足です‼️
お迎えのドライバーさんも喋りっぱなしで大丈夫か？と思うほど気を使ってくれてるみたいで色々話しかけてくれます。お陰で道中も飽きないです（＾∇＾）

I was able to enjoy the stunning views, including Diamond Head. My 64-year-old mother also enjoyed the 120 meters, but she was initially scared of the height, so for those wanting to be considerate to their parents, a lower height might be better. Additionally, you can purchase photos on an SD card for $30, which made for a nice keepsake.

64歳の母も120mを楽しんでいましたが、高さは最初怖がっていた
ので親孝行の方はもっと低い高さでも良いかもしれません。
なお、写真をSDカードで30$で購入できますが、良い記念になりました。

The catamaran, which is neither a sightseeing boat nor a yacht, was the best tour where we could enjoy the sea breeze while drinking Mai Tais and champagne, chatting, and dancing together. I saw comments saying they would repeat this, and I recommend it as well. The sunset, the night view of Waikiki, and Diamond Head were all visible from the sea, making the scenery absolutely stunning. The crew was also lively and made sure we had a great time.

遊覧船でもなく、ヨットでもないカタマラン号は、直接海風を感じながら、マイタイやシャンパンを飲んでしゃべって、踊って？皆で楽しく過ごせる、最高のツアーでした。コメントにリピするとあったのですが、私もリコメンドします。夕陽も、ワイキキの夜景、ダイアモンドヘッドも海から望め、景色も最高でした。クルーの方もノリが良く、楽しませてくれました。

The flight arrived at Honolulu Airport as scheduled, but the arrival wing's finger deck was malfunctioning, preventing access to the airplane door. As a result, they had to work on bringing the plane closer to the finger deck, which caused us to miss our pickup reservation time by over an hour. However, when we went to the group exit counter, they guided us to the bus as if nothing had happened, and we were able to arrive at the hotel safely. It was reassuring that they spoke Japanese at the counter.

　ホノルル空港には、予定通りに飛行機は到着したが、到着ウイングのフィンガーデッキが調子悪くて、飛行機のドアーに接近できないので、なんと飛行機がフィンガーデッキに接近する作業をして、そんなこんなで１時間以上ピックアップの予約時間を過ぎてしまったが、団体出口のカウンターに行くと、何事もなかったように、バスに案内してくれて無事ホテルに到着できました。カウンターでは、日本語も通じて安心出来ました。

It was my first time participating, but I had a wonderful time thanks to the friendly atmosphere created by the crew. Since it was Friday night, watching the fireworks while drinking champagne was incredibly exciting. I definitely recommend the Friday night cruise.

はじめての参加でしたが、クルーの皆さんのアットホームな雰囲気にたいへん楽しい時間を過ごさせていただきました。金曜日の夜でしたので、シャンパンを飲みながらの花火もすごくエキサイティングでした。金曜日の夜のクルーズは絶対にオススメです。

My husband had a high fever the day before, and I was worried about canceling, but thankfully his fever went down on the day of the trip. We both felt unwell and took some motion sickness medicine we bought at the ABC Store, unsure if it would help. There were three groups of Japanese people. There was hardly any time to stop, and I truly felt it was worth coming for the breathtaking views and the pleasant experience right from the start. After it ended, we quickly finished by watching others, and I didn't feel sick at all. You can get the photos on an SD card for $30. They show you the pictures, so you can decline if you want. I would love to ride again when I go to Hawaii.

まさかの旦那さんが前日高熱で、キャンセルしようかとも悩みましたが当日なんとか熱は下がり、2人ともに不調のままABCストアで買った聞くかどうかわからない酔い止めだけ飲んでいどみました。日本人3組。止まってる時がほぼなく、つくない1番最初で絶景の景色と気持ち良さで本当に来て良かったと思いました。終わった後も他の人の見たりであっという間に終わり全く酔いませんでした。30ドルでSDカードにしてもえます。写真を見せてくれるので断ることもできます。またハワイいったら乗りたいです。

At first, I was a bit nervous because there were few Japanese people, but once I got drunk with the free drinks, it didn't matter that we couldn't communicate!

On the outbound trip, I used HIS's service, but for the return trip, I used this service because it was outside of their operating hours. My flight was at 09:30 am, so the pickup was at 06:00 (the hotel was the Kapilani Hotel at the far end of Waikiki. There were four groups picked up from there). Since Scoot's check-in was three hours prior, there were no timing issues, and I was able to check in and pass through security with minimal wait time at the airport.

往路はHISのサービスを利用しましたが、復路は対応時間外のためこちらのサービスを利用。
フライトが09:30amのため、迎えが06:00でした（ホテルはワイキキ一番端のカピオラニホテル。そこから４組ピックアップでした）。
Scootのチェックインは３時間前からでしたので、時間的には問題なく、逆に空港で待ち時間少なくチェックイン、セキュリティーゲート通過できました。

Very fun, we had a great time. Definitely the best way to enjoy a true Hawaiian sunset.

The departure location was also close to the hotel where I stayed. Although it was the arrival day, the meeting time was just right. I usually watch fireworks from the beach, but seeing them from the sea was powerful and moving. Even though I was traveling alone, I made friends with a pair of women at the meeting place and was able to have a great time.

到着日でしたが集合時間もちょうど良い時間でした。
花火はいつもビーチから見ていますが、海から見る花火は迫力あって感動しました。
ひとりたびでしたが、集合場所からふたり組の女性と仲良くなり、楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。

I had a great and refreshing experience last time, so I decided to repeat it. Unfortunately, I couldn't see the wonderful sunset like I did before, but it's still recommended as a great way to wrap up your trip.

前回たいへん楽しく、爽快だったのでリピートしました。残念ながら前回のような素晴らしい夕陽は拝めなかったのですが、旅の締めくくりには時間的にもお勧めです。

This is my second time participating.
There was no guidance in Japanese, and more than half of the passengers were non-Japanese, but that international vibe is GREAT! While feeling a bit tipsy with Mai Tais and sparkling wine, I chatted with the foreigner next to me, saw a pod of about 20 dolphins jumping up close, and witnessed a very beautiful sunset—all for a great price!!
By the way, wearing rain gear or a jacket for warmth is essential!

今回で2回目の参加。
日本語の案内もなく、乗客は半分以上日本人以外ですが、その海外感がＧＯＯＤ！マイタイやスパークリングワインでほろ酔い気分の中、隣の外国人とも会話して、20頭くらいのイルカ群れのジャンプも間近で見て、とっても美しいサンセットも見て、このお値段は安い！！
ちなみにレインウエアやパーカーなどの防寒着は必須ですよ～

I was late for the pickup time, and when I was asked for the airline to be dropped off near the check-in counter, I said "Scoot," but they looked at me as if they didn't know what that was.

Since they are in this line of work, I wish they would at least be aware of that much.

Although the waves were small, it was my first time surfing, so I felt a sense of accomplishment being able to stand and ride the waves. I don't speak much English, but since not much conversation is needed, I managed just fine.

波は少なかったものの、初サーフィンなので、
立って波に乗るということができて達成感もありました。
英語はほとんどできませんが、さほど会話も必要ないので、
なんとかなります。

I experienced it once a few years ago. I liked it at that time, so I applied again this time. I signed up for a higher altitude than last time. This was a success!! I enjoyed an endless sense of exhilaration while seeing tiny figures below. My schedule was flexible, so I made a reservation the night before, but I was able to book without any issues. I recommend it for those who want to enjoy a sense of freedom.

前回より一段と高い高度を申し込みました。
これが成功！！
豆粒程の人影を他所目に限りない爽快感を満喫しました。
スケジュールが流動的だったので、前日夜の予約だったのですが、問題なく予約ができました。
開放感を満喫したい人にはおすすめです。

Due to strong winds on the day of the tour, there were overall delays, and the start time was pushed back. However, the woman at the reception booth and the staff on the boat provided friendly and professional service. I was concerned that the time spent in the air might be short, but it was sufficient. I think it was because it was a windy day, but there can be some turbulence while in the air. For those with a weak vestibular system or who are prone to motion sickness, I recommend taking motion sickness medication in advance, avoiding heavy meals beforehand, and participating on an empty stomach.

当日強風のためツアーが全体的に遅れており、開始時間は後倒しになりましたが、受付小屋の女性も、船上のスタッフも、フレンドリーでプロフェッショナルなサービスを提供してくれました。上空滞在時間が短いのではないか？と思いましたが、充分です。風が強い日だったからだと思うのですが、上空で揺れる場合があります。三半規管が弱い方、乗り物酔いし易い方は予め酔い止めを服用し、事前の食事は控え、胃の中を空にして参加することをお勧めいたします。

I've always wanted to ride on a catamaran that I see at the beach. This time, my wife and I, along with another couple, boarded the boat. There were few Japanese guests, mostly foreigners, with about 50 people on board in total.

Under the cheerful captain's signal, we departed from the beach in front of the Sheraton. Drinks were served right away as we headed out to sea. The drinks were all-you-can-drink, with Mai Tai being the main offering, dispensed from a tap similar to a draft beer server. There were also options for beer, champagne, and non-alcoholic beverages.

We sailed around the back of Diamond Head and returned. By the time we came back, we were able to enjoy the night view of Waikiki during sunset, which felt like quite a bargain. I highly recommend it.

*Note: You won't be able to use the restroom for about 1 hour and 30 minutes during the cruise, so be careful not to drink too much.*

前々からビーチで見るたびに一度乗ってみたいと思っていたカタマラン。
今回、我々夫婦と友人夫婦4人で乗船しました。
日本人客は少なく、ほとんど外国の方でした。総勢50名位が乗船。
陽気な船長の出向の合図のもと、シェラトン前のビーチを出発。
すぐに飲み物が配られ、沖へ向かいます。
飲み物は飲み放題。船名となっているマイタイが主で、生ビールのサーバーのような注ぎ口からマイタイが出てきます。ビール、シャンパン、ノンアルコールなどもあります。
ダイヤモンドヘッドの裏手まで航行して戻ってきます。
サンセットと戻る頃にはワイキキの夜景まで見る事ができてかなりのお得感。
お薦めします。
※航行中約1時間30分トイレに行けないので飲みすぎは禁物です。

We used this service for a family trip during the New Year holidays (5 adults). We had a lot of luggage, including golf bags and suitcases, but Roberts Hawaii included golf bags within the allowance of two pieces per person, which was very helpful. I researched other companies as well, but many charged extra for large items like golf bags and surfboards. I recommend this service for those with large luggage. The driver was also very cheerful and kind. However, the pickup time for our return was about 20 minutes late, which made me a bit anxious, but we made it to the flight without any issues, so that was good. Overall, everything went smoothly, and I would like to use this service again next time.

年末年始の家族旅行（大人5名）で利用しました。
ゴルフバッグ、スーツケースと荷物が多かったのですが、ロバーツハワイさんは、料金内の一人2個までの範囲内にゴルフバッグも含まれるのでとても助かりました。他社もいろいろ調べましたが、ゴルフバッグやサーフボードなど大型荷物は別途料金がかかるところが多かったです。
大きい荷物がある方にはオススメです。ドライバーさんもとても明るく親切な方でした。
ただ、帰りのピックアップの時間は20分ほど遅れてきたので、少しハラハラしましたが、問題なく飛行機に間に合ったので良かったです。全体的には問題なく、また次回も利用したいと思います。

The flight lasted longer than I expected.
We were able to ride with three family members.
Even though I couldn't speak Japanese, it was totally fine.
It was so much fun!
The only downside was my son's motion sickness...

We were the only Japanese people on the tour. I couldn't understand Japanese, and I didn't know what the captain was saying, but it was okay, haha.

The tour description mentioned that they would lend us fins, but they only provided snorkeling gear and life jackets. I think the tour details need to be updated. Everyone else around us brought their own fins! It was fine without them, though.

Once we set out, we encountered a pod of dolphins!

There was only one snorkeling spot. We got to swim with five big turtles! If you have a GoPro, the staff will dive down to take pictures of the turtles for you.

We enjoyed drinks (for a fee) while listening to music and having fun. They said that if you jumped into the sea, beer was free! But it was too cold for me to do that.

We went further out to look for whales, but we couldn't find any and had to head back.

Although I couldn't understand Japanese, the staff lady was cheerful and friendly.

I usually don't get motion sickness, but I felt seasick this time. It was cold in January, so be prepared!

日本人は私達だけでした。日本語も通じませんし、船長は何言ってるかわかりませんでしたが大丈夫です笑
ツアー内容にフィンも貸してくれるとありましたが、シュノーケルと救命胴衣だけでした。ツアー内容に変更が必要かと思います。周りの外国人達はみんな持ってきてました！なしでも大丈夫です。

This time, we arrived five minutes late, but it was within expectations, and we made it just fine. Our family of four was picked up first, followed by three other pickups—one person, one person, and three people—before heading to the airport. It didn't take much time, and we were sent to the airport without any stress. I would like to request this service again.

今回は到着が５分遅れでしたが、まぁ想定内でちゃんと来られました。うちの家族4人が初めで、その後は３件ほど１人、１人、3人とピックアップしてから空港へ。
さほど時間もかからずストレスなく空港まで送っていただきました。
またお願いしたく思います。

I entered Honolulu Airport via the Big Island, and there is a baggage claim counter, so it's reassuring. It's also cheaper than taking a taxi for two people, which is great.

ハワイ島経由でホノルル空港に入りましたが、バゲージクレイムにカウンターがありますので安心です。2人でもタクシーよりも安いのでいいですよ。

When you arrive at the meeting place, you'll be taken by caravan to the departure location. A high-energy man came to greet us.
On the bus, I met others who would be participating in parasailing and we chatted. Since we had participated in the Honolulu Marathon, we had a common topic to bond over.
Upon arrival, we checked in, and a young man guided us to the boat that would take us to the parasailing spot.
There are no changing rooms, so I recommend wearing your swimsuit under your clothes.
You will be instructed on how to put on the harness. Then, you'll take turns parasailing. Even if you can't speak English, you can understand through gestures. All dangerous items are removed. You can bring a GoPro.
If you want to take your phone, I recommend putting it in a waterproof case and hanging it around your neck.

I felt nervous before flying, but since you ascend slowly, it's not scary. The harness provides stability, so I wasn't anxious even at 150 meters above the ground.
At the end, the young man driving the boat adjusts it so that you can dip your feet in the sea (photo included).
Also, if you become friendly with others parasailing, you can take turns taking pictures of each other. We entrusted our phones and cameras to each other and took great photos.

Finally, the young man who drove the boat asks for a tip. It feels awkward not to pay, so I recommend bringing some change.

At the end, they will drive you back to the front of the hotel.

集合場所に行くと、キャラバンに乗せられて出航場所で行きます。ハイテンションなおじさんが迎えに来てくれました
バスの中で一緒にパラセーリングに参加する人達と出会い、お話などもしました。私達はホノルルマラソンに参加していた事もあって、共通話題で盛り上がりました‍♀️
到着すると受付をし、若いお兄さんの誘導でボートに乗ってパラセーリングをする場所まで連れて行ってくれます
着替え場所はないので、服の下に水着を着ておくと良いと思います。
ベルトの装着を指導に従ってつけて行きます。そして、順番にパラセーリングします。英語が話せなくてもジェスチャーでわかります。危険なものは全て退けます。ゴープロは持って行くことが出来ました
携帯を持って行きたい方は、防水ケースに入れて、首からさげておけるようにしておくことをお勧めします。

飛ぶ前はドキドキしましたが、ゆっくり上昇していくので怖くはありません。ベルトで安定感があるので上空150メートルも不安はありませんでした
最後に足を海につけられるように、ボートを運転するお兄さんが調整してくれます。（写真あり）
また、一緒にパラセーリングをする方と仲良くなっておくと、写真の取り合いっこができます。
それぞれに携帯を預けたり、カメラを預けたりなどして、良い写真を撮り合いしました

最後にボートの運転をしたお兄さんにチップをお願いされます。払わないのも気まずいので、小銭を持って行くことをお勧めします。

最後にまたホテル前まで車で送ってくれます。

One family member arrived late, so I hurriedly made arrangements. My brother, who is not good at English, was able to join us safely. I would like to repeat this experience.

家族が一人遅れてきたので、慌てて手配しました。英語な苦手な弟でしたが、無事に私達と合流することができました。またリピートしたいと思います。

I participated in a sunset sailing for the first time. The meeting place was conveniently located in front of a hotel on Waikiki Beach, and I was really looking forward to it since it was my first time on a yacht. Unlike a cruise on a large ship, I think the thrill of being on a yacht and the closeness to the crew and other passengers is a big attraction. The crew was friendly, and there were many drink options, which was great. However, the strong rocking of the boat and the cold as the sun set meant that I couldn't get a refill of cold drinks, even with the all-you-can-drink option. I think it can be enjoyable, but it gets quite cold, so warm clothing is essential.

初めて、サンセットセーリングに参加しました。
集合場所もワイキキビーチのホテル前で便利でしたし、ヨットは初めてでしたので、とても楽しみにしていました。
大型船でのクルーズと違って、ヨットならではのスリルとクルーやほかの乗客の方との距離の近さが魅力だと思います。
クルーもフレンドリーで、飲み物の種類も多くてよかったです。
でも、かなりの迫力の揺れと、日が暮れての寒さで、飲み放題でも冷たい飲み物のおかわりはできませんでした。
それなりに、楽しめると思いますが、かなり寒いので防寒は必須です。
