The harbor is also close to Ala Moana, and it's only about a 5-minute boat ride to the point, making it very efficient to enjoy. Seeing Waikiki from the sea is worth it by itself.

港もアラモアナと近く、ポイントまでもボートで5分程と近く大変効率的に楽しめした。海から見るワイキキはそれだけでも価値があります。

A long time ago when I visited Waikiki, I took a catamaran ride, so I requested it again this time. The boat was sturdier than before, and I think it was quite fast just with the sails. Everyone was cheerful, and it was a fun 90 minutes.

ずいぶん以前にワイキキに来た時に、カタマランに乗船したので、今回も頼みました。
以前より、しっかりした船で、帆だけでもかなりのスピードが出ていたと思います。皆さん陽気で、楽しい90分でした。

The meeting place, meeting time, and waiting time were all fine. There were only a few hotels to visit, so I was very satisfied that we arrived without any frustration. However, when I tried to book the return trip (from the hotel to the airport) on-site, it was marked as "sold out," possibly because I was trying to book it two days in advance. It was my fault for booking late, but if they could accept reservations a little closer to the time, I would have given it five stars. I would like to use this service again next time.

集合場所・集合時間・待ち時間ともに問題なかったです。
周るホテル数も少なくてイライラすることもなくホテルに着けて大満足でした。
ただ、現地で帰り（ホテル→空港）を予約しようとしたら、前々日だったためか「販売終了」でした。
遅く予約した私が悪いのですが、もう少し直前まで受け付けていただけたら☆5つでした。
次の機会にはまた利用したいと思います。

I was worried about finding the check-in location, but I quickly figured it out, which was a relief. Among the crew and passengers, we were the only Japanese, but that actually made me feel more like a traveler and lifted my spirits.

For the first drink, almost everyone had a sweet cocktail, but after quickly finishing that, we enjoyed unlimited champagne from the second drink (not sure if it was Champagne). Other passengers talked to us, but let's do our best with gestures here.

We toasted while watching Waikiki illuminated by the sunset, toasted again while enjoying the sunset, toasted to the night view of Waikiki, and finally toasted to the supermoon. It was the best cruise that provided various scenes.

Note 1: You will get wet up to your knees when boarding.
Note 2: Warm clothing is essential.

受付場所が分かるか不安でしたが、直ぐに分かり一安心。
受付のスタッフからクルー、そして乗客を含め日本人は我々のみでしたが、逆に旅行に来てる感があって気持ちも上がりました。
スタートの１杯目はほぼ全員、甘めのカクテルですが、さっと飲みほして２杯目からはシャンパン飲み放題(シャンパーニュかは未確認)
他の乗客から話しかけられましたが、ここは身振り手振りで頑張りましょう
夕日に照らされたワイキキ見ながら乾杯、サンセットを見ながらまた乾杯、ワイキキの夜景に乾杯、最後はスーパームーンに乾杯と色々なシーンを提供してくれる最高のクルーズでした。

This was our second time using the service with my family of three. Unfortunately, it started to rain lightly just as we set sail, and it was cold and windy, so our spirits weren't very high. However, since this is an activity that involves nature, we tried to shift our mindset and enjoy it. The crew was kind, lending out bath towels to protect us from the cold and rain.

今回家族３人で２回目の利用でした。生憎出港と同時に小雨が降り始め風も強く寒い中でのセーリングでしたのでテンションは上がりませんでしたが自然が相手のアクティビティなので気持ちを切り替えて楽しむようにしました。クルーの方は寒さ・雨よけにバスタオルを貸し出し配ってくれたり親切でしたよ。

I had a lot of fun on a boat like the one in the movie Moana, which was also fast. This time, I participated with my family, but there were no other Japanese people besides us. The guide only spoke English. It was a very satisfying tour.

I recommend that those who are prone to motion sickness take anti-nausea medication in advance.

映画モアナに出てる様な船で、スピードもあって凄く楽しめました。
今回、家族での参加でしたが自分達以外に日本人がいなかったです。
ガイドも英語のみです。すごく満足出来るツアーです。

I experienced severe seasickness, but it was fun. I would like to request the shuttle service to be a bit more punctual. Overall, the staff at the parasailing company were friendly, and I had a great time.

送迎だけもう少し時間ジャストにお願いしたいです。全体的にはパラセーリングの会社方達も気さくな方が多く楽しく過ごせました。

Food, service, entertainment, timing, and organization were all outstanding!! Loved our first luau!

I participated in this tour with my 16-year-old son. The backstage tour allowed us to experience a bit of the behind-the-scenes world and the view from the stage to the audience, which was a very luxurious time. The show featuring Elvis and Michael was incredibly impressive, and my son enjoyed it even though he didn't know the songs. Especially, the fire dance was intense, and being in the front row added to the excitement.

The meals were generous and delicious; the American couple sitting next to us also mentioned how good the meat was. (Personally, I really enjoyed the conversation in English with that couple.) While you can enjoy just watching the show, this tour allowed us to have a total experience.

息子（16歳）との二人旅で今回のツアーに参加しました。バックステージツアーで舞台裏、ステージ上からの観客席展望と演出者達の世界を少し体験でき、またショーも最前列で鑑賞と大変贅沢な時間となります。
ショーもエルビス、マイケルと非常に見ごたえがあり、息子も曲が分からなくてもノリノリで楽しんでいました。特に、ファイヤーダンスは最前列ならではの熱気も感じ緊張感がハンパありません。
食事もボリュームがあり全て美味しかったです、隣に座ったアメリカ人夫婦もお肉が美味しいと言ってました。（個人的には、その夫婦との英語での会話も非常に楽しかったです）
ショーを観るだけでも楽しめますが、このツアーでトータル的に楽しむ事ができました。

It was a shared bus, so I felt it was just like that. The driver was a cheerful person, and I had fun in a Hawaiian way. We went around several hotels, and there was someone who was late for the meeting. We took a detour and arrived at the airport. Since we had plenty of time at the airport, I was able to do some last-minute shopping.

乗り合わせバスだったので、そんなものかなぁって感じです。　運転手が陽気な方で、ハワイっぽく私は楽しかった❤いくつかのホテルを回り、乗り合わせで… 待ち合わせに遅れた方がいた。遠回りして空港へ着。空港の到着時間は余裕があったので、空港で最後の買い物が出来ました。

When I exited, it said to turn left, but there wasn't really a counter or anything. There were two young men with something like luggage carts, but both of them were on their phones, so I thought they might be from the same company based on their uniforms, but it was hard to approach them. I wondered if they were from a different place and ended up wandering around for a while. In the end, I asked a woman who was speaking to someone who hadn't made a reservation, and she took me to the two men, so I thought, "So this is where I was supposed to go." After that, everything went smoothly, but since it was my first time, I felt it would be better if it were a bit clearer.

出口を出て左となってましたが、特にカウンターなどがある訳ではなかったです。
荷物を運ぶカートの様な物に若い男性が２人いましたが、２人とも携帯をやっていた状態だったのでユニフォーム的には同じ会社の人かとは思ったのですが声を掛けにくく、違う所の人かと思い暫くウロウロしてしまいました。
結局、その人達ではなく予約してない人に声を掛けている女性に聞いてみると、その２人組の所に連れて行かれたので、やっぱりココだったのかと思った感じでした。
その後は問題なくスムーズでしたが初めてだったので、もう少し分かりやすいと良いなというのが感想です。

Since it was a trip with my sister, taking a taxi would have been expensive, so I made a reservation here. Initially, I thought about booking directly through the Roberts Hawaii website, but I had difficulty entering information due to some glitch on the site. When I checked here, I found the same price, and since I could use points as well, I decided to book here. The pickup for the return was a little over 10 minutes late, so I was a bit nervous, haha.

妹と二人旅でしたので、タクシーだと高くつくためこちらを予約。当初ロバーツハワイのサイトから直接予約をしようと思いましたが、サイトに入力していると、サイトのズレ？か何かで入力し難く、こちらを覗いたら同じ金額で出ていたので、ポイントも使えるし…と思い、こちらで予約しました。
帰りのピックアップが10分少し遅れてバスが来たので、少しドキドキしました笑

I found a staff member and when I spoke to them, they put a shell lei around my neck. My husband was able to smoke until other guests arrived, which was nice since we had plenty of time.

I experienced parasailing 20 years ago, but perhaps due to my age, fear took over this time...

I took motion sickness medication to prevent seasickness, changed into my swimsuit, and got into the pickup car. However, upon arrival, it was canceled due to strong winds. They smoothly rescheduled for the next day. After that, I also received an email from Veltra, and their quick response was appreciated.

My children had their first experience, enjoying simple English with the fun driver and getting excited about the speed of the boat. We had a great time.

Although the weather affected our plans, I was glad we could experience it safely.

I was worried about falling into the sea, but it was just shallow enough to stand. If I had communicated my concerns about falling in beforehand, it would have been fine. However, there wasn't much thrill.

I also requested photo shooting, and they captured a family photo on one SD card. There were some unique pictures, and I was glad I asked for it. In total, there were about 80 photos.

その場で、翌日に変更していただき、対応も
スムーズでした。
そのあと、ベルトラさんからもメールがきて
素早い対応をしていただきました。

子供たちは初めての体験で、ノリのいいドライバーさんと
簡単な英語を楽しんだり、
ボートのスピード感に興奮したり
楽しい時間を過ごせました。

天候に左右されましたが、無事に体験出来て
よかったです。

心配していた海ポチャは足がつく程度で
最初に海ポチャはやめて～と伝えておけば大丈夫でした。
ただ、スリル感は無いですが。

写真撮影もお願いして、４人家族で１枚のSDカードに
納めてくれました。
ユニークな写真もあり、お願いしてよかったです。
全部で８０枚くらいありました。

My 9-year-old child participated, and they were taught kindly, quickly getting the hang of riding the waves. They even took us further out based on their progress, and my child was very satisfied. We will definitely go again next time.

They provide marine shoes, but it's better to bring your own. It might also be good to have a rash guard. I think it's best to be prepared to change quickly.

9歳の子供が参加しましたが優しく教えてくれてあっという間に波に乗れました。上達具合で沖にも連れて行ってくれて本人も大満足です。また、次回乗りに行きます。
マリンシューズは貸してくれますが、持参したほうが良いです。ラッシュもあったほうが良いかも。すぐ着替えられるようにして行ったほうが良いと思います。

Parasailing was so much fun! I forgot my smartphone on the shuttle bus, but when I called the tour contact, they quickly checked and brought it to the original meeting point. I really appreciated it. Thank you!

What I realized after coming to Waikiki is that the waves are very small. My children (ages 13 and 11) participated, and they were able to stand up on the longboard right away on those small waves. The instructor pushes them from behind, so even kids can ride easily. Once they get on, they can stay up for quite a while. I think they were out there for about 30 to 40 minutes. After finishing, we had to wait about 30 minutes for the bus to arrive, and later I thought that since we stayed at the Sheraton and the location was near the Marriott, we could have just walked back. In the morning, the pickup was also about 30 minutes late. The transportation service was quite unreliable.

ワイキキにきて分かったのは波が非常に小さいということ。
子供（13,11歳）だけが参加したのですが、あの小さな波にロングボード
で一発で立てていました。インストラクターが後から押してくれるので
子供でも楽に乗ることが出来ます。一度乗ると結構長く乗っていられます。
3～40分位やっていたと思います。終わってからバスがくるまで３０分位
待たされ、後で考えたら泊まったのがシェラトン、現地がマリオット付近。
歩いて帰れば良かった。朝も30分位迎えに来るのが遅れた。送迎がいいかげんでした。

I'm sorry. I don't think I was able to get on the right one. When I showed my voucher to someone nearby, there was a bus that took me. I never thought it would be a different bus. I was safely taken to my hotel, but I really didn't expect it to be a different bus.

すいません。たぶん、こちらには乗れてないと思います。近くにいた人にバウチャーを見せたところ、乗せてくれたバスがありました。まさか、違うバスとは思わず。無事ホテルまで送ってもらえましたが、まさか、違うバスとは思いませんでした。

I participated with my partner. Every time I come to Hawaii, I can't help but join in on parasailing because it's so much fun. The excitement of going up into the sky and the surrounding scenery is just amazing! As we go higher and higher, when we reach the top, it becomes a quiet space just for the two of us, where we can only hear the sound of the wind (*^^*).

From the boat, a photographer was taking pictures, and it was great to have memories captured both in my heart and in physical form! When I looked at the photos I received, I was surprised at how big my smile was! (laughs) There were also families participating, like a father, mother, and daughter, and they looked like they were having a lot of fun.

空に上がっていく時のワクワク感と周りの景色がとにかく最高です！どんどん高くなっていき、1番上まで行くと風の音だけ聞こえる静かな2人だけの空間になります(*^^*)
船の上からはカメラマンのお兄さんが写真を撮っていてくれて、思い出が心にも形にも残るのもまた嬉しかっです！受け取ったデータを見ると、びっくりするくらいの笑顔で写っていました！（笑）

It was my first experience. Since I was there, I did the 150. The view from the sky was amazing. After going out to sea by boat, those who are prone to seasickness might need medication. It's something you can't do in everyday life, so I definitely recommend trying it!

初めて経験。せっかくなので150をしました。空からの景色はすごく良かったです。船で沖まで出てからなので船酔いは気になる人は薬がいるかも。日常では出来ないので是非やって見てもらいたい！

The specified time was provided, and the pickup location was easy to understand, allowing for a smooth transfer. However, I’m not sure if it was due to the season or if it’s always like this, but it took quite a while to check in at the airport. I personally had no problem with it, but for those who want to spend more time at the airport, I think it would be a good idea to discuss the specified time.

時間の指定もしていただき、送迎場所もわかりやすく、スムーズに移動できました。しかし時期的？なのかいつも？なのか分かりませんが、空港でチェックインにかなり時間を取られました。私はそれでも全然問題ありませんでしたが、空港でゆっくり過ごしたい方は、指定していただいた時間について相談してみるのがいいかと思います。

The staff at the airport were waiting for me. I was a bit anxious since I was traveling alone, but they quickly recognized me and guided me to where the car was. Once everyone had gathered, they provided the transfer. It was great to be able to move without any loss of time.

空港で係の方が待っててくださいます。ひとり旅なので不安ではありましたが、すぐわかり車があるとことまでご案内いただき、人数がまとまった段階で送迎していただけました。時間のロスなく移動ができてよかったです。

I used a shuttle service from Honolulu Airport (Inter-Island Terminal) to Waikiki (Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort) after my flight from the Big Island. It was my first time at the Inter-Island Terminal, and the meeting point with the staff was hard to find, which caused some hassle. All my fellow passengers were foreigners, and both the staff and the driver spoke only English, making it feel like I was traveling outside of Hawaii. Additionally, we made stops at other terminals, which took quite a bit of time to reach Waikiki. The worst part was that we encountered a downpour during the trip, and the seat I was sitting in was leaking, so I ended up getting wet. I think it was all just bad luck, but I wonder what my next experience will be like.

ハワイ島からの便でホノルル空港（インターアイランドターミナル）からワイキキ（アウトリガー・リーフ・ワイキキ・ビーチ・リゾート）への送迎利用でした。インターアイランドターミナルは初めてで係員さんとの待ち合わせ場所も分かりづらく、手間取りました。同乗者はすべて異邦人で係員・ドライバーさんも英語のみで、ハワイ以外の海外旅行状態でした。また他のターミナルへ立ち寄りワイキキまで結構時間がかかりました。最悪は道中スコールに遭い、座っていた席が雨漏りしており、濡れてしまいました。全てたまたまだと思いますが、次回は？です。

Very friendly staff. Check in place is walking distance from my hotel. Since I do get sea sick, I took motion sickness pill an hour before and I didn't eat until it's time to go back to Waikiki beach. Therefore, providing snacks only without meals is perfect for me. They have a guide to swim with us and find turtles and other sea life for us. Our guide even dived to retrieve GoPro for a girl in our group. After snorkeling, they rises their sail and took us to see whales. My 2 teenage boys really enjoyed the activity the whole time.

It's a shuttle service that you can ride with peace of mind. Since I always stay at the Ilikai Hotel, I get dropped off first.
