Before putting on the equipment, I had to take off my clothes that I didn't want to get wet, but I forgot to take them off and it was a bit chaotic. However, I had a great time floating in the sky! It was amazing!!

As the reviews mentioned, there were many international guests, and only two groups of Japanese people, including us. This made it feel less like being away from home, and everyone was friendly and cheerful. There are restrooms available, but they are the typical ones found on boats. I thought we would only be able to see the sunset, but to my surprise, we encountered a whale!!! As soon as we spotted it, the captain quickly changed our course towards the whale, and we were able to see it multiple times! Drinks were served promptly, and it felt great to see Waikiki from the sea♪

夕日を観られるだけかと思いきや、まさかのクジラに遭遇！！！しかも見つけた瞬間キャプテンはすぐに航路をクジラへと変えてくださり、何度も見ることができました！
ドリンクもすぐに提供してくださいますし、ワイキキを海から見るのもまた良い気分でした♪

It was the first parasailing experience for my parents in their 50s and 60s. Both of them had great smiles. I regret not being able to give the tip smoothly. I wanted to express my gratitude, so it's a good idea to research the customary amount and prepare it in advance, rather than rushing at the moment.

50・60代の両親にとって、初めてのパラセーリングでした。2人ともいい笑顔が見れました。チップをスマートに渡せなかったのが悔やまれます。
感謝の気持ちを伝えたくて、渡したくなるので、その時慌てるより予め相場を調べて用意しておくと良いですよ。

We were greeted at baggage claim and escorted to the bus. The bus then went to two other areas to pick up other passengers. It was approximately an hour after getting our baggage that we finally left the airport. The driver was very pleasant and friendly. The bus was clean and comfortable.

Third Mai Tai cruise and once again did not disappoint. First was the Sunset in 2016, Fireworks 2017 and Fireworks again 2018 !! Had a great time, drinks were fabulous as were the staff... See you again in 2019 !!!!

This was one of my highlights. This is a well-planned thriller for anyone that wishes to get a great view of the waterfront. Safety is paramount, putting everyone at ease. The pleasant banter is great and the staff members are experts in their field. I enjoyed the entire time and got some great shots of the boat and the view. Anyone wanting some adventure without travelling far from the beach - this is a great package!

My first sunset catamaran experience. The views of Waikiki, Diamond Head, and the horizon from the boat were all amazing! We even happened to see a whale, and everyone got excited pointing it out. The sunset was incredibly beautiful. However, the $24 for the photo taken before boarding the boat felt a bit pricey... I didn't buy it.

初めてのサンセットカタマラン。船上から見るワイキキ、ダイヤモンドヘッド、水平線。どれも最高でした！偶然にもクジラにも出会えて他の方たちとあっちだこっちだと盛り上がりました。サンセットは最高にキレイでした。 ただ、船に乗る前に撮ってくれた写真が$24はちと高いかな。。買いませんでした。

We flew as a family of three. My son, who just turned five, could only experience this here. It was about a five-minute walk from our accommodation at Hilton Grand Vacations, so the kids were fine without getting cranky. The weather wasn't great, so it was a bit chilly... I thought he might be scared of the activity, but he was super excited (laughs). On the way back, he managed to splash just his feet in the sea :-) I brought a waterproof camera, so I took pictures of the scenery from the sky myself instead of asking someone else to do it. The people who participated with us had someone take their pictures, and they got some quite humorous shots, so I thought I might ask for photos when my younger son is old enough to join.

５歳になったばかりの息子が体験できるのはここくらいでした。
宿泊しているヒルトングランドバケーションから徒歩で５分くらいのところだったので、子どももグズることなくよかったです。
天気はあまりよくなかったので、少し肌寒かったです・・・
アクティビティ自体は怖がるかなーと思っていたのですが、大興奮でした（笑）
戻るときにうまい具合に足だけ海ポチャしてくれました:-)
防水カメラを持参していたので、撮影は頼まず自分で空からの風景を撮りました。
一緒に参加した方たちは撮影を頼んでいて、なかなかユーモアのある写真を撮ってもらっていたので、次男が参加できる年齢になったときには撮影をお願いしようかなぁ、と思いました。

After reading the reviews, we decided to participate because it met our travel conditions:
- Activities suitable for three people
- Enjoyable for elementary school children and older adults.

The staff seemed to speak a little Japanese, so there were no communication issues. Everyone on the same boat was Japanese, which created a sense of camaraderie.

On the boat, cheerful music played as we headed out to sea. Each group took turns jumping.

It mentioned to wear swimsuits in advance, but I didn’t have one, so I participated in clothes that could get wet. That was not a problem at all.

During the parasailing, we enjoyed the view of the horizon, Diamond Head, and airplanes from the ocean, with a refreshing breeze making it the best experience! After we got off the boat, we were lucky enough to see a whale swimming at just the right moment! Before the parasailing ended, they let us dip our feet in the water. They adjusted based on the people, and while we only dipped once, a couple went in twice, and a group of male college students got splashed several times, which was entertaining for us to watch.

While we were flying, the staff took many photos. We received the data on an SD card for $30. Considering that in Japanese theme parks, one photo costs 2000 to 3000 yen, this was a bargain!

It was a valuable experience!

スタッフさんは、日本語も少し話せるみたいで、コミュニケーションに問題はなかったです。
同じ船に乗った人たちは、みんな日本人だったので、なんとなく連帯感も。笑

船の上では、陽気な音楽が流れ、沖までいきます。各グループごとに順番に飛びました。

水着を事前に着用してくださいと書いてましたが、私は水着を持ってなく、濡れてもいい格好で参加しました。それでも問題なかったです。

パラセイリング中は、沖から眺める水平線、ダイヤモンドヘッド、飛行機、など景色が楽しめて、爽やかな風が気持ちよく最高の体験でした！
そして私たちは、船に降りてからでしたが、タイミングよくクジラが泳いでるのが見れました！
パラセイリングが終わる前に、海に足が浸かるようにしてくれます。人をみて加減してくれてて、私たちは、一回浸かっただけでしたが、カップルは二回、男子大学生？のグループは、身体まで何回かポチャンしてもらってて、見てる私たちも楽しませてもらいました。
飛んでる間、スタッフさんが写真を沢山撮ってくれます。
S Dカードでデータをもらい、30ドルです。日本のテーマパークで、１枚写真を買うのに、2000〜3000円することを思うと、安い！

貴重な体験ができました！

I used the shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport. The driver was punctual and friendly, but we had to wait quite a bit because a white customer was late at a hotel we stopped at. During the ride to the airport, the driver was chatting with this customer and got distracted while driving, which made me quite nervous.

ホテルから空港へシャトルバスを利用。ドライバーは時間通りで対応もいい方でしたが、途中立寄りのホテルで白人客が遅れ結構待たされた、空港への移動中もドライバーがこのお客さんと雑談で盛り上がって、運転中振替ったりよそ見をするのでヒヤヒヤした。

Due to heavy snowfall, my departure from Japan was delayed by five and a half hours, and I thought it was understandable if my plans were canceled. However, I was welcomed as if nothing had happened and was taken care of. I was very grateful as I was tired, and although it was my first time using the service, I would like to request it again next time.

大雪の為、日本の出発が5時間半も遅れ出口も予定の方に出られずキャンセルされていても仕方ないと思っていたところ、何もなかったように迎えてくれて送っていただけました。疲れていたので非常にありがたく初めて利用しましたが次回もお願いしたいと思いました。

Fun time- would’ve been better with fins in the current. I was assuming a younger child. The turtles were quite the experience. We saw whales during the sail portion. We met fun people. The kids got to play in the water around the boat when they were done snorkeling. The crew was playful but professional.
Overall it was a win!

I was able to move smoothly without waiting on both the outbound and return trips. Although the driver couldn't speak Japanese, I appreciated their polite service.

I used this service before, so I requested it again this time. I also rented a Wi-Fi device, so I was glad to wait a little and arrived at the hotel smoothly.

以前も利用したので今回もこちらにお願いしました。Wi-Fiもレンタルで借りてたので少し待っていただきスムーズにホテルに到着できて良かったです。

We departed from the harbor located further inside the Ala Moana Shopping Center. The staff spoke Japanese, so I felt at ease listening to their explanations.
The 150m parasailing offered breathtaking views!!
As a kind gesture, they let us splash into the sea while being pulled back to the boat from the air. The time spent heading out was also fun, like riding a jet ski.

ご厚意で、空から船へ紐を引っ張って戻るとき海にバシャバシャッと付けてもらいました。沖に出るまでの時間もジェットスキーみたいで楽しいです。

We travel by boat from the shore to the open sea and board a submarine. The boat rocks a lot, but the submarine is quiet. The sight of the large schools of fish gathering around the reef is spectacular. While there aren't as many coral reefs as in Okinawa, it's a great experience to have at least once.

浜から沖まで船で移動し、潜水艦に乗艦します。船はよく揺れますが潜水艦は静かです。漁礁に群がる魚の大群は見ものです。沖縄のようにサンゴ礁はいっぱいありませんが一度経験するには最高です

I used this service for round trips between Honolulu and the airport. The $15 per person one-way fare was appreciated for our family of three, and we were happy to use it. We had a 3-year-old, and although it was stated that they could sit on our lap, there was enough space for them to sit in a seat, and since it was quite empty, no one said anything. Naturally, there were no tour-like explanations, and there was only one other group of passengers, so we went straight to the hotel. I think it took about 25 minutes to arrive. I will use this service again.

ホノルルと空港の往復に利用しました。
片道1人15ドルは3人家族としてはありがたく、喜んで利用させていただきました。
3歳児がおり、膝上とのことでしたが、シートに座れる余裕がありシートに座らせていましたが、ガラガラでしたので何も言われませんでした。
当然ながらツアーのような説明会もなく、乗客もたまたま他に1組だけだったのでホテルまで一直線。25分くらいで着いたと思います。
また利用します。

The counter was easy to find from the airport, and it was reassuring to have a Japanese person there. It didn't take much time to get to the hotel, which was helpful.

空港から集合場所まで分かりやすくカウンターは日本人の方で安心感がありました。

The night view and fireworks were beautiful and amazing. The all-you-can-drink menu was also rich with options like beer, champagne, and Mai Tai! I want to participate again.

夜景も花火も綺麗で最高でした。飲み放題のメニューもビールやシャンパンやマイタイ等豊富でした！また参加したいです。

I had an amazing time! The Mai Tai was delicious, and the staff were great at getting everyone excited! Above all, the sunset was beautiful, and we even saw a whale! There were three groups of Japanese and one Korean family, and we were able to blend in with the Westerners without feeling out of place! Everyone shared their seats, and we were able to take photos at the stunning viewpoint! This was my fourth time in Hawaii, and I will definitely participate again next time.

Last time, we arrived at the hotel very smoothly and quickly, so we requested the same this time... However, there was no one at the desk... After being guided to the car, we had to wait quite a while without any explanation... It's our fault for not understanding English!! So we applied for it!! It was a bit disappointing!

I tried parasailing for the first time, and I'm glad I did! It was less scary than I expected, and I was able to enjoy the view from above!

Flight at 9:35 AM. Departing Japan while debating between public bus, taxi, and shuttle service. During my stay in Hawaii, public buses are scary in terms of timing. Taxis are expensive. So, I made a reservation with Veltra in Hawaii. A few hours after the reservation, I received a confirmation email. The pickup was at 6:00 AM. It was still dark in Waikiki. They came to pick me up before the scheduled time and took me to the airport. There were also other people from the same accommodation on board. A few others from different hotels shared the ride as well. The driver was friendly. Thank you very much. By the time I arrived at the airport, it was completely bright outside.

朝９時３５分のフライト。公共バス・タクシー・送迎シャトルと迷いながら日本出発。ハワイ滞在中、公共バスは時間がこわい。タクシーは値段が高い。と思い、ハワイにてベルトラで予約。予約後、数時間後に予約確認のメールが入りました。６時ピックアップでした。まだワイキキは暗いときです。予定時刻前に迎えに来てくれて、空港までおくってくれました。同じ宿に泊まっていた人も乗車。別のホテルでも数名乗車しての相乗りです。ドライバーも気さくな方でした。ありがとうございました。空港にくつとすっかり明るくなっていました。

I got a little lost on the way, but since there were only a few people and I knew the destination, I was able to reach the hotel quickly. The staff's response was good, and I would like to use it again.

場所を少し迷ってしまいましたが、行先と人数が少なかったのですぐにホテルに着く事が出来ました。スタッフの方の対応も良く、また利用したいと思います。

I chose the 150m option since I was there. It was a tandem flight with my elementary school son, and the view from above was amazing. The staff were experienced and had everything ready in no time. With that momentum, we said, "Let's go! Bye-bye!" and soared into the sky. We even had a splash at the end!

I highly recommend this active experience.

せっかくなので150ｍをチョイス。
小学生の息子とのタンデムフライトでしたが、上空からの眺めはサイコーです。
スタッフも手慣れたもので、あっという間に準備完了。
その勢いで、レッツゴー！　ばいばーい！　って感じで大空へ。

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed the sailing adventure! The staff was funny and helped make it a great time with lots of laughs. We went with the all-you-can-drink option for a little extra and it was a great choice. Sail lasted an hour and a half which was plenty of time to drink enough to make it worth it. We enjoyed it so much that as soon as we got off the sail we went right up to the check-in umbrella and signed up for another sail the next day.
