It was my first time parasailing! The weather was great, and the view was amazing! All the other participants were foreigners, and since I'm not good at English, I was really anxious at first. However, the staff and the other participants were very friendly, and I was able to communicate with them happily, which made me very satisfied! Also, we spotted a pod of dolphins from the sky, and when we landed, we were able to see the dolphins up close! According to the staff, it's rare to see dolphins. It became the best memory!

人生初のパラセーリングでした！天気も良く、眺めも最高でした！私たち以外の参加者は皆さん外国の方で、英語が苦手なので最初はとても不安でしたが、スタッフの方や他の参加者の方、皆さんとても気さくで、楽しくコミュニケーションを取ることができ、大満足です！！また、上空からイルカの群れを発見し、着地時にはすぐ近くでイルカを見ることができました！スタッフさん曰く、イルカが見れるのはレアとのこと。最高の思い出になりました！

I read the reviews on the site and decided to try the 50-minute Lomi Lomi course. It was reassuring to be able to communicate my requests in Japanese. My back and legs, which were feeling tight, felt much better! If I could have stayed a little longer, I would have considered going for a second time. I also climbed Diamond Head.

So happy that I finally decided to go parasailing! I can't believe I waited so many years to do it. This is an experience I'll do again.

I always use this service for airport transfers. There are few hotels to stop by, and I arrived at the airport on schedule with the timely pickup. I think it's reasonable since it includes the tip.

I participated with my 8-year-old daughter and my parents who are over 60, and everyone enjoyed it from the bottom of their hearts. At first, I was nervous, but the view from above was so beautiful; it was the best.

My mother was wearing marine shoes, but when she got splashed with water, her shoes were swept away by the sea. I recommend participating barefoot.

I went parasailing for the first time this New Year. It was a small tour with about four groups. I thought it wouldn't be too bumpy, but as soon as we left the yacht harbor, the boat started rocking a lot. I took some motion sickness medication, but I still felt a bit nauseous. My son joined me, and he didn't take any medication, so he got quite seasick. However, once we were up in the air, the view was amazing, and the altitude was impressive. I didn't feel too scared and was able to enjoy it. Next time, I plan to take better precautions against seasickness.

新年1発目にパラセーリングをしてきました。
4組程で少人数でのツアーでした。
大して揺れないだろうと思っていましたが、ヨットハーバーから
外に出たとたんに船が大きく揺れて酔い止めを飲んでいましたが
それでも少し気持ち悪くなりました。息子も一緒に参加したのですが
彼は酔い止めを飲んでなく相当酔っていました。
それでも上空に上がったら景色は最高で決行な高度がありましたが
怖さもあまりなく楽しむことができました。
次回は船酔い対策をしっかりして挑もうと思います。

On the day of the event, it was a bit disappointing that the luau was held indoors due to the weather, but I was greeted with a lei at the entrance and chose a Mai Tai. There were many types of food available to fill up before the show, and I was quite satisfied. The show included audience participation events, creating a friendly atmosphere. The singing and hula were fantastic, and the fire dance brought everything to a climax. It was an incredibly enjoyable evening.

当日は天候の影響で室内でのルアウとなり少し残念でしたが
入り口でレイを掛けていただき、マイタイをチョイス。
ショーの前の腹ごなしも多くの種類が並び満腹になりました。
ショーでは客席参加型のイベントもあり和やかな雰囲気でした。
歌、フラも最高、ファイヤーダンスで最高潮となり
とても楽しく過ごせた夕べでした。

This was my fourth experience. Usually, I choose the most expensive options, but this time it was 120m. I enjoyed it refreshingly.
There are usually some pushy aspects, but this time there was none of that, and I was able to give a tip comfortably, as the service was humble.

Last year, I requested transportation from the airport to my hotel in Waikiki again. The meeting point was in an easy-to-find location right outside the airport, and the communication was in simple English, which made the transfer smooth.

去年に続き、空港からワイキキのホテルまで頼みました.
空港でてすぐの分かりやすい所に集合場所はあり、言葉も平易な英語で伝わり、スムーズに移動できました

I was a bit scared before getting on, but once I started flying, it was very refreshing and felt great. The weather was nice, so both the sky and the sea were a brilliant blue, and the view of Waikiki from the ocean was spectacular. I'm glad I experienced it. The staff were also very kind. I don't understand much English, but they showed me a paper with explanations in Japanese, so it was totally fine! It’s very bright, so I think it’s better to have sunglasses.

乗るまでは怖いのかなと思いましたが、
いざ飛んでみたら、そんな事はなくとても爽快で気持ちよかったです。
天気が良かったので空も海も真っ青で
海から眺めるワイキキの景色も絶景で
体験して良かったです。
スタッフの方もとても親切にしてくれました。
英語はあまり分からないのですが、日本語の説明の紙も見せてもらえたので、全然大丈夫でした！
とても眩しいのでサングラスはあった方がいいと思います。

I was able to see the view of Waikiki, and it was fun to see the hotel from the ocean!
I had some photos taken!
There are pictures where it looks like I could be eaten by a shark, and you can even see the airline in the background, making for great memories!
However, it was unfortunate that the camera lens was dirty, and all the photos had spots in the same position...
Also, the waves were high, and I got seasick.
Please make sure to take motion sickness medication and enjoy yourselves!

You will arrive on a bus marked "Roberts Hawaii," so even though there are various buses in Hawaii, you can easily spot it just by looking at the bus!

The pickup was right on time.

Additionally, since there were customers from two different airlines when I was on board, they dropped us off at each respective boarding gate, which was great because it allowed for quick check-in without any detours.

「ロバーツハワイ」と記載してるバスでくるので、ハワイには色んなバスがありますが、バスを見ただけですぐに見つけられます！

待ち合わせの時間通りにピックアップでした。

また、私が乗っていた時には2つの航空会社のお客様でしたので、各々の搭乗口で降ろしてくれたのが、遠回り等せずに、すぐに搭乗手続きができて良かったです。

The weather was nice, and we had an amazing time. The height of 90 meters was more than enough for us. My 9-year-old daughter, rather than being scared, enjoyed it the most. She said that parasailing was the most fun she had in Hawaii. The other people on the boat were also Japanese, and even though we didn't know each other, we cheered and felt a sense of unity, which was fun. The guide took a lot of photos for an additional fee of $30, and we received an SD card. This was a great deal. By the way, I gave the captain a tip of $20.

特に９才の娘が怖がるどころか一番楽しんでいました。パラセイリグがハワイで一番楽しかったと言っています。
一緒に船に乗った他の人達も日本人で、知らない方々ですが、イエーイなどと盛り上がり、なんとなく一体感を感じて面白かったです。
ガイドのお兄さんが写真を別料金30ドルでたくさんとってくれて、SD カードをもらいました。これはとてもお得でした。
ちなみに船長にチップ20ドルを渡しました。

It was very pleasant and fun! You should definitely try it at least once♪ Next time I go to Hawaii, I want to do it again!

We challenged ourselves with a group of nine at 150 meters. There was a bit of wind, so the boat swayed a little on the way to the site, but there were no particular issues. Two staff members helped to create a lively atmosphere, and we had a great time.

Regarding the height, it’s not like you’re suddenly thrown up to that height; the gradual ascent was not scary at all, even for someone like me who has a fear of heights. The feeling of being up in the air was wonderful. I would love to experience this again on my next trip to Hawaii.

I highly recommend this tour.

総勢９名で１５０Mに挑戦しました。
やや風があったので、現場に到着するまでの道中、少しボートが揺れましたが、特に問題はありませんでした。スタッフの方２名が盛り上げてくれて、楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。
高さについては、急にその高さに放り出される訳ではありませんし、徐々に上がっていく過程は高所恐怖症の私でも何の怖さも感じませんでした。上空での心地よさは素晴らしいものでした。次回のハワイでもまた体験したいです。
お勧めのツアーです。

I was able to participate from Japan without any worries, thanks to the kind answers to my questions during the reservation process. The atmosphere was even better than I imagined, the drinks were very delicious, and they served plenty. Both of the captains were cool, which added to the charm of the sunset cruising. I am still reminiscing about the experience since returning home. Thank you very much. I will definitely make a reservation next time.

Arriving ahead of time was very reassuring. Last year, the shuttle I used was late, so I was anxious, but this time I was able to use it without any stress, which was fantastic!

時間前に到着しているのは、とても心強いです。昨年利用したシャトルは時間に遅れてきたので、不安でしたが、今回はストレスなく利用できたので最高でした！

The driver seemed to not speak Japanese, but it was clearly marked with "Roberts Hawaii" on the car, which I thought was a kind service for those who are not good at English.

ドライバーは日本語が話せないようでしたが、車にロバーツハワイと分かりやすく書いてあり、英語が苦手な人にも親切なサービスだと思いました。

We received prompt service! A representative walked us from baggage claim to the shuttle.

There was a reception counter right in front of the baggage claim area, which was easy to find. A staff member holding a tablet with our names displayed was standing there, which I thought would be reassuring for those who are not good at English.

手荷物受取所の目の前に受付けカウンターがあり、分かりやすかったです。自分たちの名前が表示されたタブレットを持ったスタッフが立っていて、英語が苦手な人にも安心だと思いました。

Regarding the shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport at the end of my trip, the voucher states, "There may be a delay of 5 to 10 minutes from the scheduled time, but if you are not picked up 15 minutes past the scheduled time, please call the operating company listed on the voucher." I thought I would need to contact them after 15 minutes past the scheduled time, but when I checked the voucher, it had the company name but no phone number. I was in a panic, wondering if I should ask the hotel where I checked out to look it up. Fortunately, the bus arrived nearly 20 minutes late, so it all worked out. After confirming my name with the English-speaking driver, he asked me something, but it was hard to understand... It took me a moment to realize he was asking for my airline. I think it would have been smoother if the voucher had stated, "We will confirm your name and airline at the time of boarding." I also believe the operating company's phone number should be a required inclusion.

旅行終わりのホテルから空港までのシャトルバスの利用ですが、バウチャーには「5~10分は予定時間から遅れることもあるが、予定時刻から15分過ぎてもピックアップされなかったら、バウチャー記載の催行会社に電話を」とあるので、予定時刻から15分過ぎたところで、連絡しなくてはならないかとバウチャーを見たら、会社名は載っているが電話番号はなし。チェックアウトしたホテルに調べてもらうか？と慌てていたら、20分近く遅れてバスが来たので事なきを得ました。英語だけのドライバーから氏名の確認のあと何かを聞かれたけれど聞き取りづらい…利用航空会社を聞かれているとわかるまで少しかかるのは英語力と想像力のないせいですが、「乗車時には氏名と航空会社を確認します」とバウチャーに記載されていたらスムーズなのに、と感じました。また催行会社の電話番号は記載必須ではないかと思います。

We boarded the boat and first headed a little offshore for some snorkeling. It’s not too far from the shore, but surprisingly there is quite a current and depth. That said, life vests are provided, so there’s no need to worry. We were able to swim while watching sea turtles and small fish.

During the sailing afterward, we got to see dolphins up close. However, the wind was strong offshore, which made the boat quite rocky. Additionally, being wet and exposed to the wind made it feel much colder, even though the sun was strong. I think motion sickness medication and a jacket are essential.

船に乗り込んでまずは少し沖に出て、そこでシュノーケリングです。岸からそこまで離れていないのですが意外に流れと深さがあります。とはいえライフベストが配られるので心配ありません。ウミガメや小さな魚を見ながら泳ぐことができました。
その後のセーリングではイルカを間近で見ることができました。ただし風が沖では強かったこともあってかなり揺れました。また濡れたまま風にあたるので日差しは強かったのにかなり冷えました。酔い止めと上着は必須だと思います。

I used the service again this time, following my experience last September. The pickup arrived as scheduled, and we arrived at the airport smoothly. I also plan to go to Hawaii in October, so I intend to use the service then as well.

予定通り迎えがきて、順調に空港に到着。
また、10月にハワイに行く予定なので
そのときも利用する予定です。

I used the service for both arrival and departure.

Upon arrival, as soon as I exited through the personal exit at the airport, there was a staff member waiting to confirm my name. From there, another staff member guided me to the bus with my luggage. For the return trip, they came to pick me up at the hotel almost on time, and the driver helped with my luggage and confirmed my name and airline.

For both trips, they picked me up from about four hotels. Since they consolidated nearby hotels, the transfers were relatively quick.

However, after I had my luggage unloaded at the hotel upon arrival, I was asked for a tip with "Tip, tip!" The staff member was quite large and imposing, so I gave them a dollar (laughs). I was under the impression that the fee included tips, so I wasn't satisfied with that. The driver for the return trip was very pleasant and kind. Other than that, there were no issues!

行きは、空港に着いて個人用出口から出たすぐのところに、名前確認担当のスタッフの方が待っていてくれました。そこから別のスタッフが荷物とともにバスまで案内してくれました。
帰りは、ほぼ時間通りにホテルまで迎えに来てくださり、運転手の方が荷物運びと、名前と航空会社の確認もしてくれました。
行き帰りともに、だいたい4か所くらいのホテルを回って送迎してもらいました。
近くのホテルを少なくまとめているので、わりと早く移動できました。

ただ、行きにホテルで荷物を降ろしてもらった後に、「チップチップ！」と要求されました。体も大きい方で圧がすごかったので１ドル渡しました(笑)
チップ込みの料金だから利用したのに、ここは納得いきませんでした。
帰りの方はとても感じがよくて親切でした。
あとは問題なかったです！

I was a bit anxious about my first optional tour abroad (parasailing), but everything went smoothly and it was fun! I was also worried about seasickness, but I was fine! It might have been because the waves weren't too rough, but in any case, I was satisfied.

初めての海外でのオプショナルツアー（パラセーリング）で少し不安でしたが全てスムーズで楽しかったです！
それと船酔いも心配しましたが大丈夫でした！
これはあまり波が立ってなかったのが良かったかもですが、何はともあれ満足出来ました。

Liz was great. She and the other staff were super friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful. She gave us a couple of nice dives....we didn't have to do a thing, the crew took care of all the hard work of loading tanks and equipment, so just got to have fun. 10 out 10 would do again!

We had a great time on the Sunset Cruise, the staff were great, sunset didn’t disappoint!!
I bought the tickets as a surprise for my husband’s 60th in Hawaii, and we both had a ball! Watch those Maitais though, as they warned us, they really do creep up on you...
