I was worried about a smooth pickup since my flight from the mainland U.S. was delayed significantly, but as usual, the staff was waiting at baggage claim and there were no issues.

アメリカ本土から夜遅くのフライトで、到着が大幅に遅れたのでスムーズにピックアップされるか心配でしたがいつも通りバゲージクレームにスタッフが待っていて問題ありませんでした。

I have used this service multiple times, but this time there were no other passengers besides us, and we went directly from the airport to the hotel, so we were able to arrive at the hotel very smoothly.

何度も利用していますが今回は私達以外同乗者が無く空港からホテルへ直行だったったのでとてもスムーズにホテルへ到着することが出来ました。

Had a fabulous time on the fireworks cruise with the guys from Maitai catamaran. This was for my 50th birthday and was the most amazing way to spend it.
The crew where so nice and the drinks where yummy. Great music.

I always use it. I always stay at the Trump Hotel, so it's very good. Since I go from the airport to Hilton Village and then to Trump, it saves me time.

They picked us up on time. Since the route is Trump Hotel → Hilton Village → Airport, I think this hotel is great for those staying here.

It's all foreigners, so it feels a bit like an away game! If you can speak English, it might be fun~ And it depends on the weather~ Also, language skills! Communication too!

Timely pick-up. Courteous driver. Splendid ride. Makes you come back again.

While I was at the sandy boarding area, a staff member approached me. I got a little wet while boarding, but it was comfortable on the boat. We were the only Asians among the passengers. Although they only spoke English, it wasn't a problem. I was able to encounter dolphins and whales, and I was very satisfied.

乗合場所の砂浜にいたら、係の方から、お声掛けされました。乗り込む時、少し濡れましたが、船の上は快適でした。利用者でアジア人は私達だけでした。英語のみですが不自由はありませんでした。イルカやクジラにも遭遇する事が出来、満足です。

You can see airplanes sunk deep on the ocean floor, making it truly an adventure. If you're lucky, you might also spot a large sea turtle swimming gracefully next to the submarine. Before diving in the submarine, you'll travel by boat, and I think the views from there are also very nice. If you mainly want to enjoy the fish, consider choosing a different tour, such as snorkeling.

深く海底に沈んでいる飛行機なども見れてまさにアドベンチャー。運が良ければ大きなウミガメが潜水艦の横を悠々と泳ぐ姿も見れます。潜水艦で潜る前に船で移動しますが、そこからの景色もとても良いと思います。なお、お魚をメインで楽しみたい方は、シュノーケルなど別なツアーにしましょう。

I sent two hotels together without any waste, arrived earlier than expected, and was able to check into the room right away, which was great. I would like to use this service again; the driver provided guidance in Japanese as well, which was enjoyable.

About 5-6 years ago, I paid $30 directly to ride the same Manukau Ikatara. The price has increased by $9-19 since then, and drinks are now charged separately. I feel it's a bit expensive.

5-6年前、30ドル直接払って、同じマヌカイカタラマン乗っていました。当時より値上がり9-19ドル、かつ飲み物有料です。
ちょっと高いと感じます。

Had a long dive with the turtles. We saw 6-8 turtles and tons of fish. Crew was super friendly and very accommodating to our needs. Felt very safe with my 11 year old daughter with us. Snacks were plentiful as most were hungry after the dive. We had a nice sail after the dive too.

I participated with my 5-year-old daughter and my partner. It started without much explanation, and we paddled out, enjoying the waves alongside surfers. After it ended, I was asked if I saw any photos, but there wasn't anyone taking pictures, so I wondered if they had taken some without us knowing. In the end, no photos were taken. I wonder if they would take pictures if requested, although it might be an additional charge. We don't have any photos of us on the canoe, and while it remains a nice memory, I think it would have been great to have some, especially since we were with a child.

5歳の娘と親子3人で参加しました。
特に説明もなく始まり、パドルをもって漕ぎ出し、サーファーと一緒に気持ち良く波乗りを楽しみました。
終了後、写真見ました？と言われましたが、特に撮影している人もいなかったですし、どこかで知らない間に撮ってたのか？とも思いましたが、結局撮っていませんでした。
写真を希望すれば、撮ってくださるのかな？別料金でしょうけど。
カヌーに乗った写真はなく、思い出に残っていますが、子連れでしたし、あったら良かったなと思いました。

The sunset was very beautiful, and the view of the ocean was truly the best location!!
The height of 150 meters was quite impressive, and it was so much fun (*^^*)
I definitely recommend joining if you come to Hawaii.

I have used this service several times, but this time I used Hawaiian Airlines. However, the drop-off location was far from the Narita-bound counter. When I was boarding, I was asked about the airline, so I wish they had confirmed my destination before dropping me off. Other than that, the pickup was on time and smooth. I would definitely like to use this service again.

何度か利用していますが、今回ハワイアン航空の利用でした。
でも降ろされた場所が成田行きのカウンターから離れた場所でした。
乗るときに航空会社を聞かれたので行き先も確認して降ろして欲しかったです。
その他はピックアップも時間どおりでスムーズでした。
またぜひ利用したいです。

I arrived just in time for the 5 PM meeting, but the local staff greeted us with smiles. The waves were calm, and it felt great when the boat caught the wind and picked up a bit of speed. The scenery while sipping a Mai Tai on the boat, with the blue sky, the setting sun, and Diamond Head illuminated by the sunset, was truly wonderful.

There were two couples and a family of four, in addition to my own family of three, and everyone else was from various countries. Since we could speak English, we were able to chat with other passengers, which made for a very enjoyable time. There was no sign of poor service just because we were Japanese or because we couldn't speak English.

The staff on the boat were very friendly and helped create a lively atmosphere, making it a lot of fun. While there were no explanations in Japanese, I think even those who don't understand English at all could follow along through the staff's gestures.

I was a bit anxious about how to get to the meeting point, but if you go through the Sheraton's pool and bar, it's right in front of you. If you're unsure, you can show your voucher at the Sheraton front desk and say "Mai Tai Sunset," and they should be able to help you.

17時集合のギリギリ滑り込みになってしまいましたが、現地スタッフも笑顔で対応してくれました。
波も静かで、船が帆を張って風を受けて進むときに少しスピードが出て気持ちが良かったです。青い空、沈んでいく夕日、夕日を受けたダイアモンドヘッドなど、船上でマイタイを飲みながら見る景色は本当に素晴らしかったです。

日本人は自分の家族（3人）以外にカップルで2組とご家族で4人ぐらいで、他は皆さんいろんな国から来ていた人ばかりでした。自分たちは英語が話せたので、ほかの乗客とも話したりできてとても良い時間になりました。日本人だから、英語が話せないからといって、サービスが酷いなどの事も見られませんでした。

船上のスタッフもとても気さくで、その場を盛り上げてくれて楽しかったです。日本語での説明などはありませんが、全く英語が分からなくてもスタッフのジェスチャーなどで説明は理解できると思います。

集合場所への行き方が不安でしたが、シェラトンのプールとバーを抜けていくとすぐ目の前にあります。分からなかったら、シェラトンのフロントとかでバウチャー見せて「マイタイ・サンセット」と言えば教えてくれるかと思います。

Due to the tour reservation being close to the date, there was only availability for 150 meters. It was the longest option, and I was a bit anxious, but it turned out to be unnecessary worry.
Viewing Waikiki Beach from the sea had a different charm!
The pickup was almost entirely in English, but I had a good impression of all the staff.
Next time I go, I would like to apply again.

ツアーの予約が実施日に近かった為、150メートルのみ空きがありました。1番長い事もあり、無事不安でしたが、やってみると取り越し苦労でした。
ワイキキビーチを海から眺めるのは、また違った良さがありました！
送迎からほぼ英語のみの対応でしたが、スタッフ全てに好感をもてました。
次回、行くなら再度申し込みたいと思います。

Two mature women’s first experience. At first, it was nerve-wracking, but once we took off, it was so much fun! It truly felt like we were soaring to the heavens. It was over in the blink of an eye, but we were able to capture it in photos, so it became a great memory.

熟女二人の初体験。最初はドキドキでしたが、いざ飛んでみると楽しい！楽しい！
まさしく天に昇るような気分でした。
あっと言う間でしたが、ちゃんと写真に残せたので いい思い出になりました。

Before departure, they confirmed that there were no issues with my foot disability. I have flown whenever I had the chance, but this time was the best. In the past, there were times when couples were separated during busy periods, and the flight time was often short without any indication, leaving some dissatisfaction. However, this time, the altitude and flight time were clearly indicated, and I booked a flight at 150 meters. Both the reception staff and the boat crew were polite and kind, and I was very satisfied. Next time I come to Hawaii, I will definitely book Hawaiian Parasail again. Perhaps it will be for our golden wedding anniversary.

One thing: I was told that the meeting place was near the parking lot in front of the Hilton Lagoon, so I waited in front of the Hilton parking lot by the Lagoon Tower, but I became anxious and confirmed with the Hilton, only to find out it was a different location. It was actually the parking lot next to the Lagoon in front of the Lagoon Tower. It was a bit hard to find.

出発前に足の障害に問題無しの確認もきちんとしてくださいました。
今まで、機会あるたびに飛んでいましたが、今回が最高でした。今まで忙しそうな時にはカップルでも別々だったり滞空時間も提示も無く確実短かったりと何か不満残ることも。でも今回は高度も、滞空時間も提示してあり150mを予約しました。受け付けスタッフの方もボートのスタッフの方も丁寧親切で充分満足でした。次回もハワイに来るときはきっとハワイアンパラセイル予約します。次回は金婚式かな
一つだけ：集合場所がヒルトンのラグーンの前の駐車場前付近との事だったので、ラグーンタワーの前のヒルトンの駐車場前で待っていましたが不安になりヒルトンに確認すると違うとのこと。ラグーンタワー前のラグーンの隣に有る駐車場でした。ちょっと分かりづらかったです。

I wanted to surf in Hawaii, so on the morning of the day, I searched and found a session available from the afternoon, and I joined. Since I had experience with wakeboarding and snowboarding, I thought I would be able to stand up easily. It was a group session, but that day there were few people, so it ended up being just me and the coach (lucky!). We watched a video on the basics, and then headed out to the ocean! The coach said, "Go, go!" and I managed to stand up on my first try for about 20 meters! After that, I rode the waves 7 or 8 more times and stood up every time. It was incredibly fun! I'm grateful to the coach!!

I had a great time surfing for the first time!

ハワイでサーフィンしたいと思い当日の朝、探していると、昼から参加可能を見つけて、参加しました。
ウェイクボードとスノボードはした事あるので、立てたらなのとかなると思っていました。
グループ参加でしたが、その日は、人が少なくコーチとツーマンでした。（ラッキー！）
基本をビデオで見て、いざ沖へ！
コーチが「コイデーコイデー」っと言って、
いざ波へ1回目で立てて20mくらいは、立っていたと思います！！
その後も7〜8回滑って全部立てました。
最高ー！に楽しかったです。
コーチに感謝！！

初めてのサーフィン楽しく遊べました！

I participated alone. Both the instructor and the participants were friendly, so it was fine. There were about 5 instructors for 9 participants. It's okay even if there isn't an instructor who speaks Japanese, but there was one on this day. You can have fun even by yourself! The waves in Hawaii are easy to ride and you can stand for a long time, so even those who can't stand in Japan can enjoy it. Most of the participants were beginners, but everyone was able to stand up.

一人で参加しました。インストラクターも参加者も気さくで大丈夫です。9人参加にインストラクター5人位いました。日本語が話せるインストラクターが居なくても大丈夫ですが、この日は居ました。一人でも楽しめます！ハワイは波が乗りやすい波で長く立て、日本で立てない人も楽しめもす。参加者ほぼ初めての方でしたが、全員立てていました。

This cruise was a great way to conclude our visit to Waikiki Beach. Beautiful sunset, friendly crew, lots of memories. We enjoyed the company of other people and the whole atmosphere on the boat.

Captain Chris and his crew were amazing. My wife and I had a blast.
If we hadn't already booked other attractions through the week, we'd have just hung out with the Manu Kai team for days. The guys spotted dolphins and redirected course to give us the up-close experience.

From the airport to Outrigger East. For some reason, I was told to get off at the Princess Kaiulani. When I communicated that it was the wrong place and that I needed to go to East, they said I had already passed it and that I should get off here. I walked along the bumpy sidewalk, dragging my suitcase. I wasn't feeling great upon arrival.

空港から、アウトリガーイーストまで。
何故だか、プリンセスカイウラニで、降りてと言われ。違うことと、イーストだと伝えると、通り過ぎたから、もうここで降りてと。
スーツケースをゴロゴロしながら、ガタガタの歩道を歩きました。
到着そうそう、いい気分ではありませんでした。

I used this service for transportation from Waikiki to the airport. Initially, the voucher did not specify the pickup time, and I was anxious because I still didn't know the time two days prior. I contacted the transportation company directly, and finally found out the pickup time. On the day of the transfer, they arrived on time for the pickup. The driver was also a nice person.

ワイキキから空港までの送迎として利用しました。
最初バウチャーにはピックアップ時間が書いておらず、2日前になっても時間が分からなかったため不安でした。
こちらから直接送迎会社へ連絡し、やっとお迎えの時間がわかりました。
当日は時間通りにピックアップに来ていただけました。
ドライバーさんも良い方でした。

There was a slight delay in the pickup time, but the trip to the airport was smooth and good. I usually make my reservation with Roberts through the hotel, but this time the pickup time felt unusually early (too much leeway?). I felt that there was less wasted time compared to usual, and I was satisfied.

お迎え時間に若干の遅れがあったものの、空港まではスムーズで良かったです。
いつもホテル経由でロバーツの予約を入れていますが、迎えの時間が異常に早く(余裕を持たせ過ぎ？)感じていました。今回はいつもに比べ無駄な時間が少ないような気がして満足でした。

The final wrap-up was enjoyable, so I was very satisfied with the trip. While not being particular about time may be part of the local lifestyle, it made us a bit anxious, so it was great that they picked us up on time.

最後の締めくくりも、楽しくできたので、旅行は大満足でした。時間にこだわらないのも、現地の人たちの生活スタイルでしょうが、私たちにとっては、不安になりますので、時間通りに迎えに来てもらって良かったです。

I requested a ride to the airport for the island trip. The pickup was at 4:25 AM, but they arrived right away when I was waiting in front of the hotel 10 minutes early. I always feel安心して利用させていただいてます!
