I participated in a double date with four people. Everyone else was foreign. English was the standard language, and I was initially anxious, but they provided the necessary instructions in Japanese.

At the meeting point, a driver with high energy was waiting for us, constantly saying things like "hee-haw." I thought it was unimaginable in Japan that he was chewing something like tobacco while driving and giving instructions.

We boarded the boat and handed over to a handsome young man and the captain. The parasailing started with the white guests in order, and we were last. I love roller coasters, but while taking off it was fun, and during the 10 minutes of floating, there wasn't much movement, which was actually a bit scary. It ended in the blink of an eye, but be careful as you can't go to the bathroom for an hour and a half.

We each paid a tip of $10, but it seemed that some of the white guests didn't tip.

Wデートで4人で参加しました。私達の他は全て外人。英語がスタンダードで初めは不安でしたが必要最低限の注意は日本語でしてくれました。
集合場所にテンション高めで常にヒーハー等と言っているドライバーが迎えに来ました。運転中も案内中も噛みタバコみたいなのを常に噛んでて日本では考えられないなと思いました。
船に乗りイケメンのお兄さんとキャプテンにバトンタッチ。白人から順番にパラセーリングが始まり、私達は一番最後でした。ジェットコースター大好きな私ですが、飛び上がる時は楽しく、浮遊中の10分くらいはあまり動きがなく逆に怖かったです。あっと言う間に終了しましたが、1時間半トイレに行けないので注意です。
チップは1人10ドルづつ払いましたが、白人のお客さんは払っていない人もいたようでした。

Choosing the 150m was the right decision! There were rock songs playing on the boat, and the other members were really into it, which was great!

This year, I requested transportation from the hotel in Waikiki to the airport. The communication was conveyed in simple English, and the transfer went smoothly.

今年も、ワイキキのホテルから空港まで頼みました. 言葉も平易な英語で伝わり、スムーズに移動できました

I participated in the 120m jump that started at 9:00. Since I was staying at the Hilton, I walked to the meeting point. We were the last group of three, and the moment we took off was amazing! It was great to see the streets of Waikiki and Diamond Head, which we climbed on the day of our arrival, from the sky. My husband, who has a fear of heights, was thrilled and said, "This is something you have to do!" And of course, we ended with the traditional splash into the ocean! They pulled us up right away, but we made quite a splash, and I ended up with a face full of water. If you let the crew know in advance that you don't want to jump, they can accommodate your request.

The crew took photos for us, which can be purchased for $30 on an SD card, and there were lots of great pictures of us having fun. We started on time, and since there were few groups, we wrapped up by 9:30. I considered the 150m jump, but the 120m was plenty high enough. I highly recommend this activity!

9：00スタートの120mに参加しました。ヒルトン滞在だったので歩いて集合場所へ。手際よくスタンバイし 私達は最後の3組目。フワッと飛び立つ瞬間は最高です！ ワイキキの街並みや 到着日に登ったダイヤモンドヘッドを空から眺めて 高所恐怖症の主人も大喜び。「これはやるべき！」と言ってました。そして最後はお決まりの海へジャポン！腰くらいまでで直ぐに引き上げてくれますが私達は1番派手に着水、そして勢いも良かったせいか水しぶきで顔が濡れました。クルーに予め「ジャポン無し」など伝えればリクエストに応えてくれるそうです。
クルーが撮ってくれた写真は$30でSDカードに入れてくれ希望購入できます。はしゃいでいるイイ写真が沢山入っていました。
時間通りにスタートでき組数も少なかったせいか9:30には解散です
150mと悩みましたが120mでも十分な高さを感じられます。お勧めのアクティビティです

In conclusion, I will never use this service again. The driver during my return trip was average. For over ten years, I have directly used Roberts Hawaii, but this time, after about two years, I used it through VELTRA for the first time while in Oahu. The experience upon arrival with Roberts Hawaii and the driver's behavior were completely unreasonable and unacceptable by any standard.

I have been using this service for over ten years, but in the past two years, there have been many changes to Roberts Hawaii regarding round-trip services.

- Arriving in Honolulu in the morning and using the personal exit at the airport → Depending on the time, we had to use the group exit like others.

- We had to wait much longer before departure than before.

- Other than us, there were only non-Japanese users → Only Japanese people.

- The number of drop-off locations was less than five → Now it’s seven or more.

- The vehicle used for the transfer was average → The seats were noticeably torn and dirty.

- The driver was carrying the suitcases → He casually told us to carry them ourselves!

- Normal driving → Rough driving that made it feel like my neck was going to get whiplash.

- Quality of the driver.

結論から言うと、もう二度と利用しない。この帰国時の利用のドライバーは普通だった。この10年以上、直接ロバーツハワイに申し込んで利用してきたが、今回、約2年ぶりにオアフで利用する際に、初めてVELTRA経由で利用した。その際、ロバーツハワイの到着時の体験とドライバーの言動は、あまりにも理不尽で、常識的にも言語道断で決して許されるものではない。

すべて事実であり、正直に記載している。

10年以上前から利用してきたが、この2年の間に、ロバーツハワイに関し、往復利用で、いくつもサービスなどが変更されている。


・午前ホノルル着で利用し、空港の個人出口
→ 時間により、自分達のように団体出口

・ これまでより、だいぶ出発まで待たされる

・ 自分達以外は、日本人以外の利用者ばかり
→ 日本人のみ

・ 送迎先は5箇所以下 → 7カ所など

・ 送迎に利用する車内は 普通だった→
椅子など 破れや汚れが顕著

・ スーツケースは ドライバーが 運んでいた →
自分達で 運べ！と平然と言い放つ

・ 普通の運転 → 粗暴な運転、首がむちうちになりそうなほど

・ ドライバーの質

The pickup time is the same as the flight arrival time. Since there was no time indicated on the voucher, I was a bit worried, but once I exited through the personal exit, the person picking me up was right there! They also took care of two suitcases per person, and everything went smoothly without any issues. It was very convenient! I would like to use this service again next time. ^ - ^

ピックアップ時間は飛行機の到着時間。と、バウチャーに書かれていて、時間の表記が無かったので少し心配でしたが個人用の出口から出たら、お迎えの人がきちんといました！トランクも1人２つ預かってもらえるし、なんの問題もなく大変便利でした！また次も利用したいと思います^ - ^

This is a repeat. They were waiting in front of the hotel a little before the scheduled time. They confirmed the airline at the time of boarding and dropped us off in order, which was reassuring.

リピートです。予定時刻の少し前にはホテルの前で待機してくださっていました。乗車時に利用航空会社を確認して、順番に降ろしてくれるので安心です。

I was picked up for the airport with five other people. Along the way, there were times when no passengers showed up, and someone who hadn't made a reservation asked to get on, which took extra time. By the time we arrived at the airport, there was no time at all for the check-in process. We were two adults and one toddler. I chose this option because it was just a little cheaper, but considering the time, I think it would have been better to go directly by taxi.

The day after our wedding in Hawaii, we took both families, including our parents and grandmothers, to see some activities! We were satisfied with the food, and the main show was enjoyable for both our student cousins and grandmothers. It had a strong element of impersonation and was of high quality.

ハワイ婚で結婚式の次の日のアクティビティとして、両家の親とおばあちゃんいとこたちを連れて見に行きました！
ご飯も満足できましたし、肝心なショーは学生のいとこもおばあちゃんも楽しめる内容でした。ものまねショーの要素が強くクオリティ高かったです。

I experienced the 150 meters. As my turn got closer, my fear increased, but once I tried it, it was so much fun. The view overlooking Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head was amazing! I would love to challenge myself again if I get the chance.

順番が近づくにつれ、恐怖感が増しましたが、いざ体験してみると、すごく楽しかったです。
ワイキキビーチやダイヤモンドヘッドを見下ろす景色は最高でした！
機会があればまたチャレンジしてみたいです。

I think the cost performance is better than other transportation options. They safely took me to my destination on time. I appreciated their clear communication, and I'm glad I used their service.

ほかの送迎よりコスパが良いと思います。安全に時間内に送ってくれました。わかりやすく声をかけて頂き利用して良かったです。

Although the sunset sailing was delayed a bit due to some circumstances (high tide?), we ended up watching from the beach, which was disappointing. However, since it was a Friday sailing, the fireworks off the Hilton matched perfectly with the night view and were absolutely amazing! Also, the captain's entertaining performance while we enjoyed our drinks was great!

サンセットセーリングなのに、何かの都合（満潮？）で出航が少し遅れて、結局ビーチから眺める羽目になってしまいその点は残念でしたが、金曜のセーリングだったので、ヒルトン沖の花火も目の前で夜景とマッチして最高でした！また、アルコールを飲みながら聞くキャプテンの盛り上げ演出がグッドでした！

They arrived at the front of the hotel to pick us up right on time. Upon our arrival at the airport, they asked for our flight number and took us to the check-in area for that flight. I would definitely like to request Roberts Hawaii for our transportation next time.

空港到着時も、飛行機の便名を聞いてくださり、その便の受付の所まで送ってくれました。
次回もぜひロバーツハワイさんに送迎をお願いします。

My husband and I had a great time snorkeling and saw lots of turtles up close. While sailing we even got to see dolphins playing around the boat. The staff was very professional, helpful and fun...highly recommend this activity!

I had a vague image of it and didn't have high expectations, but experiencing it in reality was truly moving. Riding in a submarine was also a valuable experience, and above all, I was able to experience the clear blue seabed as if I were diving myself. I'm glad I participated. You can also see sea turtles!

何となくイメージも出来るし、そこまで期待していませんでしたが、
実際に体験すると感動モノでした。
潜水艦に乗る経験も価値あるものでしたし、何よりも青く澄んだ海底を
まるで自分が潜っているみたいに体験でき、参加してよかったです。
ウミガメも見れますよ！！

We went on our honeymoon for our first overseas trip, and I was really glad that we requested a transfer for the last day, and they arrived on time.

新婚旅行で初めての海外に行きましたが、最終日に送迎をお願いして、時間通りに来て下さって本当に良かったです。

Waikiki was congested, and they arrived about 15 minutes later than scheduled. However, it was not a problem since the transportation schedule was planned with some buffer time.

ワイキキが渋滞しており予定時刻より１５分くらい遅れて迎えに来られました。それでも余裕を持った送迎スケジュールなので問題ありませんでした。

It was my first time parasailing, and I chose the highest option at 150 meters. It was very high, but seeing the vast scenery of Hawaii in a panoramic view became an unforgettable memory. However, I did get a bit seasick, so I recommend that anyone who is prone to motion sickness take proper precautions before going.

初パラセーリングでしたが一番高い150メートルを選択。とても高かったですが、ハワイの広大な景色をパノラマで見れたのは最高の思い出になりました。ただ船酔いをしてしまったので、少しでも酔いが気になる方はしっかりと対策をして行くことをオススメします。

It was my first time paragliding, and I participated with my family. I got a bit seasick on the boat, but when we ascended into the sky during paragliding, I was able to enjoy the breathtaking views!

I often use this for my trips to and from Waikiki. Usually, I don't pay much attention, but this time the driver was unpleasant, which was very disappointing.

ワイキキまでの行き帰りによく利用しています。いつもは特に気にならないのですが、今回はドライバーが感じ悪い人で、とても残念でした。

We flew together as a family of three. The view of Waikiki Beach from the sky is amazing. Additionally, this time we were able to see whales spouting from above!

I rode on the 150m! I have a fear of heights, but I felt no fear at all, and the beautiful sea was breathtaking!! However, I only brought a small amount of money, thinking I might get wet, so I couldn't buy any photos (ToT) lol.

ただ、濡れてしまうのではと思い、チップ程度のお金しか持たずに行ってしまったので、写真が購入できずでした(ToT)笑

Before departure, there was quite a heavy rain and rough seas, so I thought it might be canceled. However, against the backdrop of whitecaps, we set sail. Since it was a catamaran, I felt there was less rocking. When the weather is bad, it can get very cold on the boat, so it's good to have something to wear. Also, because of the all-you-can-drink option, if you get carried away and drink too much, you'll find yourself needing the restroom more often. There is indeed a type of restroom located on the left side of the bow that you enter from below. However, you have to go down a ladder of about 1 meter (and it's quite cramped inside), so those with mobility issues or elderly individuals should be extra careful.

出港する前まではかなり大雨と時化でしたので、中止になるのかな～と思って待っていたら、白波が立つ中なんと出港しました。双胴船なので揺れは少なかったように思います。天気が悪いと船上はとても寒いので羽織るものがあると良いです。また、飲み放題のため調子に乗って飲み過ぎるとトイレが近くなってきますが、なんと舳先の左側の方に下に入るタイプのトイレがあります。しかし、梯子で１mちょっと降りないと行けない（しかも中はかなり狭い）ので足が悪い方やお年寄りの方は更に気を付けて下さい。

My husband, son (25 years old), and I went for a 150M jump together. We all jumped at the same time. Just to be safe, I took some motion sickness medication, but it wasn't necessary. We were blessed with great weather and enjoyed the stunning views of Hawaii. I didn't change clothes and just laid a bath towel on the car seat to sit on (no one was wet above the waist). The guide for our transportation was cheerful from the start and kindly shared information about delicious restaurants and shopping. Since it ends in a short time, I think we can easily enjoy our plans afterward. It's also nice to head to the hotel pool or beach still in our swimsuits!

夫、息子（25才）と3人で150M。3人一緒に飛べました。念のため私は酔い止めの薬を飲みましたが、必要無かったです。天気にも恵まれ最高のハワイの景色を堪能出来ました。着替えはせず、車のシートにバスタオルを敷いて座ってOKでした。（腰上まで濡れてる人は居ませんでした）送迎のガイドさんは最初からずーっと陽気で、美味しいお店や買い物の情報など親切に教えてくれました。短時間で終わるので、その後のプランも余裕で楽しめると思います。水着を着たままホテルのプールやビーチに繰り出すのもいいですね！

I was a bit scared when I heard it was 150 meters, but it was fine. It felt good.

Seeing the coastline of Honolulu from the sea was refreshing.

I used a different shuttle service before, but I have been using this one every time for the past two years. The wait time is short, which is helpful. I would like to use it again.

I used this service before and it was punctual, so I arranged it again this time. The pickup was 7 minutes before the scheduled time! The driver was pleasant, and the car was new and clean, allowing us to arrive at the airport with plenty of time. I would like to use this service again next time.

以前利用した時も時刻に正確だったので今回もこちらを手配しました。予定時刻の7分前にピックアップ！ドライバーの方も感じ良く、車内も新しくキレイで余裕を持って空港に到着出来ました。また次回も利用したいです。

My wife, who is not fond of heights, was gripping the belt tightly but still had quite a bit of fun.

When we got splashed with water, I dropped my shoes, so I recommend participating barefoot.
