My family and I were very impressed. We were able to see a kaleidoscope of fishes even a shark and leopard stingray. We were even able to see large leather back sea turtles. Definitely worth it

The staff, boat, and experience was awesome! The only thing I wish was a bit more clear is the check in time is actually 30 minutes before you load the boat. We walked and had to kill 30 minutes in the heat.

The first time I learned to surf was at Ala Moana, the second time in Lahaina on Maui, and this time I took lessons in Waikiki. There were so many people that I almost collided with others, and since I couldn't avoid them, I had no choice but to jump off my board, which was a bit scary. Well, since this is the birthplace of surfing, I guess it's to be expected. The waves were also higher this time, making it tough for the students. I definitely want to try again.

1回目はアラモアナで、2回目はマウイ島のラハイナ、そして今回はワイキキでサーフィンを習いました。人が多くてぶつかりそうになったり、よけられないからボードから飛び降りるしかないので少し怖かったです。まぁサーフィン発祥の地なので仕方ないかな、波も今回は高めなので、レッスン生にはきつかったです。またリベンジしたいと思います。

The guide, who was fluent in Japanese, taught us various things and made everything easy to understand! That guide was also fluent in English and Chinese. It was my first time on a submarine, so I was excited the whole time. However, I felt there were a bit fewer fish than expected, but I was very satisfied because I got to see a sea turtle! Being able to see the depths of the ocean at 30 meters was truly mystical! I highly recommend this tour!

日本語がペラペラなガイドさんがいろいろ教えてくださり、分かりやすかったです！そのガイドさんは英語、中国語もペラペラでした。
潜水艦は初めてだったので終始興奮でした
ただ、お魚がちょっと少なかったかなという印象でしたが海ガメにも出会えたのでとっても満足です‼️３０メートルも深い海の中を見ることができてとても神秘的です！おすすめツアーです！

The pickup from Waikiki Beachcomber to the airport was on time and included the tip, so it was easy without worrying about the tip.

The service was good. However, there was a delay of more than 15 minutes on the return trip. Since the voucher stated to contact them if we were 5 minutes late, I was quite anxious.

バウチャーに5分遅れたら連絡をと記載があったので、焦りました。

I participated with my partner. We traveled out to sea by boat, and the outstanding location for parasailing from there made for a precious moment. I highly recommend it, so definitely give it a try!

I have been to Hawaii many times, but the Atlantis Submarine was a first-time experience for me. There was Japanese audio available, but I didn't feel the need for it because the Japanese spoken by the guide was very interesting. I was very lucky to see both a sea turtle sleeping and swimming at the same time. The windows were smaller than I imagined, so it was definitely the right choice to book the "Premium Plan with Larger Windows."

何回もハワイへ行っていますが、アトランティス潜水艦は初めての体験でした。日本語のオーディオが用意されていましたが、実際にお話する方の日本語が非常に面白かったため、必要性を感じませんでした。
海ガメが寝ているところと実際に泳いでいるところをダブルで見られ、とてもラッキーでした。
窓は想像よりも小さかったため、『窓が大きいプレミアムプラン』を予約していて大正解です。

The arrival flight was delayed by over an hour from the scheduled time, arriving just past 1 PM. The bus to the center of Waikiki did not arrive even after waiting for more than 30 minutes, and we were left waiting without any explanation. When I asked how much longer we would have to wait, I was answered with a reluctant "30 minutes," which left me feeling upset, and I considered taking a taxi instead. Delays in flights can be anticipated, and I had repeated my choice thinking that the smaller bus from a certain major travel company, which promised to deliver us to our destination faster by limiting stops to five hotels, would be a better option, but I was disappointed by the outcome.

到着便が出発から遅れたので、予定より1時間以上遅れて13時過ぎの到着となりました。
ワイキキ中心部に向かうバスが30分以上待っても来ず、何の説明も無いまま待たされました。
あとどれくらい待つのか尋ねると、30分と面倒くさそうに答えられ気分が悪く、タクシーに乗ろうかと思いました。飛行機の遅れは予め予測出来ることですし、某大手旅行会社のバスより小型でホテルを5箇所以内にして早く目的地に届けるのが一番の売りだと思ってリピートしたのに期待を裏切る結果にガッカリしました。

Mai Tai Katamaran is fully booked for reservations, so it's hard to get a spot once you're there. Moreover, I think this tour is very special because you can enjoy the fireworks. The departure time is after dinner, which gives you some leeway. First, we boarded the boat and toasted with Mai Tai. After that, we cruised and docked on the Hilton side. The boat stays in a position where you can see the fireworks from either side. If I had to say, the best position is the front right from the beach. At 8:00 PM, the fireworks started. For almost five minutes, you can enjoy the fireworks without anything obstructing your view. After the fireworks, we continued cruising along Waikiki Beach up to the Diamond Head area. It was a wonderful time. However, I noticed that other boats departing from Waikiki Beach had a higher ratio of foreigners, which created a more lively atmosphere, and I really liked that feeling of being abroad!

マイタイカタマランは、現地に行ってからではまず予約できません。予約でいっぱいなので。
しかも、今回は花火鑑賞ができるということで、とても貴重なツアーだと思います。出発時間も夕飯を食べてからの出発なので余裕もありました。まずは、船内に乗り込みマイタイで乾杯。その後クルーズを経てヒルトン側に停泊。船の左右からどちからでも見えるように、泊まってくれます。強いて言うなら浜から見て右手手前がベストポジション。20:00になり花火開始。5分弱の時間、遮るものもなく花火を満喫できます。花火鑑賞後はクルージング。ワイキキビーチに沿ってダイアモンドヘッド付近までいきます。素敵な時間でした。ただ、ワイキキビーチから出ているほかの船の方が外国人比率が高いので、さらに盛り上がり、海外に来ている！という雰囲気は好きかな〜

I tried parasailing for the first time, and the view of the ocean and Oahu was amazing. There isn't much thrill, so I think anyone who isn't afraid of heights can enjoy it. You can leave anything that might get wet on the boat before the flight, which is reassuring. You can buy an SD card with photos for $30. The quality is good, so I recommend it.

パラセールは初めてしたのですが、海とオアフ島が一望できて最高でした。スリルはそれほどないので高所恐怖症でなければ楽しめると思います。
濡れて困るものは船に置いてからフライト出来るので安心です。
30ドルで写真入りのSDカードを買うことができます。画質もよいのでおすすめです。

I experienced a group lesson with 6 people and 2 instructors. The instructors didn't speak Japanese, so the explanations were in English, which some people found a bit difficult to understand. However, they spoke in simple English, so I think it will be fine! It was fun!

グループレッスンで体験しましたが、6名で2人のインストラクターさんでした。
インストラクターさんは、日本語ができない？方だったので、英語での説明だったので、なかなか分からない方もいらしたよです。
簡単な英語で話してくださるので、大丈夫だと思いますよ！楽しかったです！

The weather was great, and the strong wind created the perfect conditions. However, the meeting point was very hard to find, and we wandered around the Sheraton multiple times. Among the participants, we were the only Japanese. The waves were high, and the strong wind splashed water on us, which felt refreshing. It was nice to see the backside of Diamond Head and to spot sea turtles.

天気も良く、風も強く最高のコンディションでした。ただ、集合場所が非常に分かりにくく、何回もシェラトンの周りをウロウロ。参加した人の中に日本人は私たちだけでした。波も高く、風も強く水しぶきがかかり、気持ち良かったです。ダイヤモンドヘッドの裏側が見られ、ウミガメも見られて、良かったです。

I found the service to be very courteous, and although it is a shared shuttle, I think it is much more economical compared to a flat-rate taxi. It is chosen not only by Japanese people but also by foreigners, so I felt comfortable requesting it.

The person who picked us up spoke a little Japanese and was polite, which made me feel at ease. When we actually went parasailing, the staff were all locals, but they were very accustomed to Japanese tourists. There were five groups on the boat, including us, so we spent quite a bit of time rocking on the boat, which made me feel quite seasick. My friend was on the verge of throwing up. If you take motion sickness medication properly, it's the best tour where you can enjoy a panoramic view of Waikiki!

送迎の方はやや日本語を話せる方でしたし、丁寧だったので、安心でした。
実際にパラセーリングをする際は完全に現地の方でしたが、みなさん日本人慣れしていました。
私が乗った船には私たち含め、5組がおり、その分船に揺られる時間も多かったので、船酔いは結構きつかったです。友人は吐く寸前でした。
酔い止めをしっかり飲めば、ワイキキを一望できる最高のツアーです！

The hotel elevator was extremely crowded, and I arrived just in time for the meeting. The hotel parking space was also full. Even though I knew the Roberts van was there, I thought it would move further in, so I waited, but it seemed to have gone to the next pickup location. Fortunately, the hotel bellboy called out to me and even made a phone call, and somehow they came back, allowing me to board safely. I really appreciated the bellboy's help, and I'm also grateful to the driver who came without a frown.

ホテルのエレベーターが激混みで集合時間ギリギリに到着…ホテルの駐車スペースも満員…Robertsワゴン車来てること知りつつももっと中に入ってくれるだろうと待ってると次のピックアップ場所へ行ってしまったようで、ホテルのボーイさんが声をかけてくれ、電話もしてくれて、なんとかきてくれて無事乗ることができました
ホテルのボーイさん様々でしたが、嫌な顔せずきてくれた運転手さんにも感謝です♪

I boarded the Mai Tai Catamaran with my wife, eldest daughter, and grandchild (2.5 years old). During the approximately one and a half hour cruise, everyone was thrilled with the wonderful scenery, the crew's entertaining talks, and the many splashes of waves. Next time, I hope to enjoy it with the whole family.

Also, the meeting point (registration) can be hard to find, so I recommend checking it in advance.

私、妻、長女、孫（2.5才）を連れてマイタイ・カタマラン号に搭乗しました。
およそ1時間半のクルージングの間、素晴らしい景色とクルーの楽しいトーク、そして多くの波しぶきにみんな大喜びでした。
次回は、家族全員で楽しみたいと思います。

なお、集合場所（受付）が分かりにくいので、事前に確認することをお勧め致します。

This time, the transfer from Domestic was smooth and I was taken to the hotel quickly, which was great. I would like to use it again next time.

今回はドメスティクからの送迎でしたが、スムーズに時間も早くホテルまで送っていただき良かったです。次回も利用したいと思います。

- I waited a little before the pickup time, but when the time came, no one showed up. I became worried and called the contact number, but I couldn't get through, so I was left feeling anxious for 30 minutes. They mentioned it was due to traffic, but not being able to reach the contact number is a separate issue.
- I was told, "Since the start was delayed by 30 minutes, the end will also be pushed back by 30 minutes," but in the end, it finished at the original time.
- They have rash guards available for rent, but there are no bottoms, so women who are concerned about that need to prepare their own.

・ピックアップ時間の少し前から待っていたが時間になっても来なかったため、心配になり問い合わせ先へ電話したが繋がらず、ただただ不安なまま30分待たされた。交通事情とのことだったが問い合わせ先と連絡が取れないのは別の問題。
・「開始が30分遅れたから終了も30分ずらす」と言われたが、結果的に終了は元の時間どおりだった。
・ラッシュガード貸出があるが、下は無いため女性で気になる方は自身で準備が必要。

When I exited the group area and went to the counter, there was no staff present. When someone finally arrived, they directed me to the individual exit because the bus was delayed. I was made to go to the individual exit while holding my suitcase and carrying my child, but we had to wait a long time before we could board. After waiting for an hour, we finally got on. If I had to wait this long in the heat, I would have preferred not to use this service from the start. I should have taken a taxi instead. I will never use this service again.

団体出口に出て、カウンターへ行くと誰もスタッフがいない。
やっと来たら、ここはバスが遅いから個人出口へと。
スーツケース片手に子供を抱え個人出口へ行かされたのに、待ってても中々乗せてもらえない。1時待ってようやく乗れた。暑い中こんなに待つなら最初から利用しなかった。
あまりに待たされたのでタクシーにすれば良かった。
二度と使わない。

They arrived on time in front of the hotel and stopped by other hotels as well, which was very convenient. I would like to use it again.

This was my third trip to Hawaii, including my honeymoon, and this year I used Roberts for the first time after using a major travel agency's shuttle bus for the previous two trips. It was great to be able to communicate with other travelers, including foreigners! The travel agency's shuttle only had Japanese passengers, so the vibe of international travel was a bit lacking...↓↓

We were about 10 minutes late on the way back, but that's just Hawaii time; it’s not a big deal! Overall, it’s affordable and a friend to the common traveler, so I’ll definitely use Roberts again next year!

新婚旅行から合わせて渡ハ3回目、2回は大手旅行会社のシャトルバスを利用させてもらい今年初めてロバーツを利用しました。
外人さんも乗り合わせてコミュニケーションとれたりして良かったですよ!

帰りに10分ほど遅れましたが、そこはハワイタイム来ないという事はありませんっ♪

This was my second time in Hawaii, and I rode a submarine for the first time. Since I don't usually get to do this, I was really looking forward to it. We saw many creatures like sea turtles and sharks, and the kids were very happy. The cheerful captain spoke in a fun way and provided interesting explanations, making it a very meaningful experience. I would love to do it again if I have the chance.

2回目のハワイで初めて潜水艦に乗りました。
日常では乗ることはないので楽しみにしていましたが、
海がめやサメなど多くの生き物が沢山集まっていて子供たちも
大変喜んでいました。また陽気な見本語をしゃべる船長が
面白おかしく説明してくれてとても有意義な時間を過ごすことが
できました。また機会があれば利用したいです。

I was a bit confused trying to find the meeting place, but once I got on the boat, the staff were very kind, and I was able to enjoy my time with the international guests on board! The cocktail called Mai Tai was delicious, and the scenery was beautiful, making for a wonderful time!

集合場所を探すのに少し戸惑いましたが、船に乗ってからはスタッフの方々もとても親切で一緒の船に乗船したいた海外の方々とも楽しく過ごすことができました！マイタイと呼ばれるカクテルも美味しく、景色も綺麗で楽しいひと時でした！

Instead of diving, I participated in this submarine tour as a way to explore the ocean. I was able to see sea turtles both on the shuttle to the submarine and inside the submarine! There was also an audio guide in Japanese, and the crew members were very friendly, so I had a great time!

ダイビングができない代わりに海に潜る方法として、この潜水艦ツアーに参加しました。潜水艦までの連絡船、潜水艦の中両方でウミガメを見ることができました！日本語での音声ガイドもあり、クルーの方々も親切だったのでとても楽しめました！

I challenged myself to 150 meters. It was higher than I imagined, and I was scared at first, but once I got used to it, it felt great. I'm glad I decided to go for the full 150 meters instead of a half-hearted height. The staff were friendly and took lots of photos for a fee. The final splash of water was surprisingly fun.

150mに挑戦。想像以上に高く、始めは怖かったけど慣れると気持ちいい。
中途半端な高さにするのではなく150mにチャレンジしてよかった。
スタッフの方のノリも良く、有料だが写真をいっぱいとってくれた。最後にお約束のお水ジャブンが意外と楽しい。

The captain was a nice guy.
The boat was rocking a lot, so it's not suitable for small children.
There were children who were vomiting.
It's more for adults.

Since it was my first time using an international flight, I was anxious, but there was a counter at the baggage claim area, which made it easy to find and reassuring.

国際線は初めての利用だったので不安でしたが、荷物受け取り場所にカウンターがあるので分かりやすく安心でした。

I arrived at the meeting place 10 minutes early, but the bus didn't arrive even 10 minutes after the scheduled time. I became worried and called the number on the voucher to confirm the situation, and that’s when the bus finally arrived. Both the outbound and return trips left a very bad impression.

集合場所に10分前には着いていたのですが、集合時間から10分過ぎてもバスが来なかったため、心配になりバウチャーにある通り電話をかけて確認をしていたところにバスが到着しました、行きといい帰りといい、とても印象が悪かったです。

This was my first time using this shuttle service, and it seemed like they were deciding the order of pickups among several groups that got off the same flight. When we told them the name of our hotel, they asked us to wait for the next bus, which took about 30 minutes. When the next bus arrived, we were made to wait again until it was full. It seemed like they were determining the order of pickups, but our hotel was last. It took too long, and I was disappointed. I don't want to use this service again.

今回初めてこちらの送迎を利用しましたが、同じ飛行機で何組か降りた同じ業者を利用する中で、送迎順を決めていたように見えましたが、我々がホテル名を告げると、次のバスまで待って、ということで30分くらい待ちました、次のバスが到着すると、さらに満席になるまで待たされ、送迎順を決めているようでしたが、我々のホテルは最後でした、時間がかかりすぎてがっかりです、もうこの業者は利用したくありません。
