About 30 to 40 people were on board (I think there were three groups from Japan). Thanks to the favorable weather, we were able to see a truly wonderful sunset. However, the issue was with the response of the boarding staff from the previous year. Perhaps because they assume Japanese people can't speak English, they didn't approach us at all. On the other hand, they actively engaged with groups from other countries (like the mainland United States and Australia), checking on drinks and snacks. My group consisted of returnee students, so there was no problem with communication in English. It's really disappointing that the quality of service changed due to stereotypes.

1船 約 30~40 名が乗船 (日本からのグループは 3 グループとかだったかと思います)
天気に恵まれたおかげでしょうが、本当に素晴らしい夕焼けをみることができました。
ただ前年だったのは乗船スタッフの対応です。
日本人=英語ができない、と思っているからか当方には声をかけてくることはありませんでした。
その一方で他の国(アメリカ本土やオーストラリアなど)からの参加グループには積極的に声をかけ、飲み物の確認やスナックの確認があります。
私のグループは帰国子女グループだったので英語でのコミュニケーションにはまったく問題ありません。
そのため、ステレオタイプが原因でサービスの質が変わるのは本当に残念でした。

At the domestic terminal of the airport, there were no other people besides us who got off. At that time, they were unloading luggage from the bus, but when it was our turn, there was no sign that they would help with our luggage, so we unloaded our own trunks. Since the fare included a tip and no additional tip could be given, I wonder if that’s why they didn’t help with the luggage? The driver we had on the way there quickly unloaded our bags at the hotel and returned to the car with a smile, so it might depend on the driver.

空港の国内線乗り場で私達以外の人は降りました。
その時は、バスから荷物を降ろしてあげていましたが、私達の時は荷物を降ろしてくれる気配がなく、自分でトランクを降ろしました。
チップ込料金で、もうチップはもらえないので、荷物も降ろしてくれなかったのかな？
行きに乗った時の運転手さんは、ホテルで荷物をテキパキ降ろし、ニコニコしながら素早く車に戻って行きましたので、ドライバーによるのかもしれません。

On the third day in Hawaii, I was filled with excitement as I headed to the meeting place! The shuttle bus arrived! The person in charge got off the bus! Their first words were, "This tour is canceled today!?" Seriously! Unbelievable!

ハワイ3日目朝から心ウキウキワクワクさせながら集合場所へ！お迎えのバスが到着！バスから担当者が降りてきた！第一声がこのコースは今日キャンセル⁉️マジ！あり得ない！

I participated with my father and son. It was much more fun than I expected, and I think it's a recommended tour for people who love marine sports!

私の父と息子で参加。思ってたよりもすごく楽しかったようでマリンスポーツ好きの人にはお勧めのツアーと思います！

I have been using this service for round trips. They arrive on time, which gives me a lot of peace of mind.

I plan to request it again next year.

I participated first thing in the morning, so the ending time was also in the morning. It was great that there was no wasted time. I've done parasailing a few times, so I chose a height of 150 meters. It was really pleasant and the best experience. It was still a bit chilly in the morning, so after getting splashed in the sea, I felt a little cold. The foreign girl whose birthday it was that day was getting dunked in the water as a special treat, so by the time she returned to the boat, she was shivering (laughs). That must have become a good memory for her too (*^_^*). I’ve definitely decided to participate again next time!

時間に無駄がなくてすごく良かったです。
パラセーリングは何度かやっているので、高さは150メートルにしました。
本当に気持ちよくて最高でした。
朝はまだ少し肌寒かったので、海ポチャされた後はちょっと寒かったです。
その日が誕生日だった外国人の女の子は、大サービスで海に沈みまくられていたので、船に戻ったときには震えていました（笑）
それもいい思い出になったことでしょう(*^_^*)
次回もまた参加決定です！！

I thought it was a bit early for sunset. There were fewer Japanese people and many Westerners, but the reservations were fully booked.

All the explanations were in English. Among the stylishly dressed young people, it felt like being in a scene from a movie. In reality, people of various ages were enjoying sailing. The staff was attentive to all the guests.

サンセットの時間には少し早いかと思いました。
日本人は少なく欧米のかたが多いですが、予約は一杯でした。

説明は全て英語です。
華やかにおしゃれをした若者の中で、映画のワンシーンにいるかのようでした。実際には様々な年代の方がセーリングを楽しんでいました。スタッフも全てのお客さんに気を配っていました。

I had an absolutely amazing time!!! The boat was smaller than I expected, and there were just four groups of Japanese people, which was just right! The waves and wind were thrilling! If you're even a little worried about seasickness, taking motion sickness medication is a must to enjoy the experience! The staff was really entertaining!

I was nervous before taking off, but once we were in the air, it was so much fun, and the view of the blue ocean, Diamond Head, and Waikiki was incredible!!! I put my smartphone in a waterproof case and hung it around my neck, and I was able to take photos while flying!

When you drop into the water, they probably adjust based on the people. You can purchase the SD card with the photos taken. I paid $30 in cash. This experience was truly the best! I highly recommend it!!!

めちゃくちゃ楽しかったです！！！
船は思ってたより小さくて、日本人ばかりの四組でしたが丁度いいくらい！波も風も迫力ありで味わえます！船酔いが少しでも心配な人は楽しむために酔い止めは必須！
スタッフの盛り上げがとてもおもしろい！
飛ぶまでがドキドキでしたが、いざ飛んでみたらめちゃくちゃ楽しくて、青い海とダイヤモンドヘッドにワイキキの景色が最高！！！
スマホを防水ケースに入れて首にかけてましたが、飛んでる間も撮影できました！
海にポチャンはたぶん人をみてして加減してくれます。
写真撮影をしてくれたSDカードが購入できます。30ドルで私はドルで支払いました。
この経験は本当に最高！

I've used this several times!
It's a parasailing tour with some really funky boat captains!
On my last day in Hawaii, I always look down at the city of Waikiki from the sky here and think, "I want to come back next time!"

ハワイの最終日は、いつもここで、空からワイキキの街を眺めて、また次回も来よう！と思ってます！

The staff was great they made sure your experience was good and always had a drink in hand you never went without one the entire time. Only problem was the water was alittle rough but they can't control that. Overall I would do again and I recommend anyone visiting and want to do a drinking cruise this is the one to go on.

It was my first time surfing, and I was worried about participating alone, especially since I'm not very good at English, but I had a great time. The instructor provided careful guidance in simple English and broken Japanese, and I was able to stand on the board from the very first time. Thank you very much.

サーフィンは初めてなうえ、ひとりでの参加、しかも英語はそんなに得意ではないので参加するまでは心配でしたが、とても楽しい時間を過ごせました。
インストラクターは簡単な英語とカタコトの日本語で丁寧に指導してくださり、一回目からボードの上に立つことが出来ました。

I participated with my 7-year-old daughter.
It was her first time paragliding.
Since she loves roller coasters, I thought she would enjoy it, so we chose the 120-meter option.

When we took off, she seemed scared and cried! (laughs)
But as she got used to it, she started to enjoy it, albeit nervously. (^_^)

We hadn't planned to buy photos, but we decided to purchase them as a keepsake.
They are provided on an SD card.

7歳の娘と二人で参加しました。
娘は初めてのパラセイリングでした。
ジェットコースター好きなので、喜ぶと思い120メートルを選びました。

いざ、飛び？出すと怖かったようで、泣きました！笑
だんだんなれてくると、ビビりながらも楽しんでました(^_^)

写真は購入予定ではなかったですが、記念にと購入しました。
SDカードで渡されます。

What an amazing time we had on our sunset cruise that left right outside of our hotel (Hilton Hawaiian Village). The staff on the boat were incredibly friendly, and we enjoyed chatting with them as we sailed along. The drinks and snacks were great, and the best part of all were the breath-taking views, especially watching the sun set! We went with another couple with whom we were traveling, and we all put this activity toward the top of our list of memorable things we did while visiting.

I was impressed that we could see fish up close! It was exciting and fun to ride in a submarine on the sea. We participated as a three-generation family, and everyone was very satisfied.

すぐそばで魚が見れるのには感動❗海上で潜水艦に乗るときはドキドキして面白かったです。３世代での参加でしたが皆大満足です

We were the only Japanese people there. Hardly anyone spoke English. Suddenly, there was cheering and applause as everyone teased a man who arrived late. The man stylishly apologized, and even though the departure was delayed, it turned into a fun event! Last time I got seasick on a dinner cruise, so I was advised not to drink citrus beverages the day before to prevent seasickness, and I felt great!

日本人は私達だけでした。英語はほとんど喋れません。
突然、歓声と拍手がして、遅刻した男性を皆で茶化しました。
男性もカッコよくお詫びして、出航が遅れたのに、それすらも楽しいイベントになりました！。前回ディナークルーズで船酔いしたので船酔い防止に、前日から柑橘系の飲み物を取らない事を教えてもらったので体調もベストでした！

The road was congested, so we had quite a wait. It was fortunate that we had a priority check-in, but after buying souvenirs at the airport, we boarded right away.

The driver was polite, but I wished we had a bit more time to spare.

道路が混んでいたのか、結構待ちました。
搭乗手続きが、たまたま優先で手続き出来るシートだった為良かったですが
空港でのお土産を買い、直ぐ搭乗となりました。

ドライバーは、丁寧な方でしたが
もう少し時間に余裕が欲しかったです。

As we boarded the boat from the port and transferred to the real submarine offshore, I felt a mix of half worry and excitement about seeing the underwater world of Hawaii. It was a time when there were hardly any Japanese people around, but the Japanese explanations through the headphones helped me understand well, and I could clearly see the corals and fish on the ocean floor. Fortunately, towards the end, I was lucky enough to see a sea turtle swimming as well.

港からボートに乗り、沖で本格的な潜水艦に移るときには心配半分、これからハワイの海底が見れるというドキドキ感が入り混じりました。
日本人が殆どいないかった時間帯でしたがヘッドホンからの日本語説明で
良く理解でき海底のサンゴや魚たちの様子がはっきり見れました。
ラッキーなことに終盤にはウミガメが泳いでいるところも見られましたよ。

The climate is refreshing, so it's not as humid as a beer garden in Japan. The show was enjoyable, and the food was delicious.

However, the venue might be a bit hard to find...

気候が爽やかなので、日本のビヤガーデンみたいに蒸し暑くありません。
ショーも楽しく、料理も美味しかったです。

が、会場が少しわかりづらいかな…

They arrived on time to pick me up. It's cheaper and faster than other companies, so I highly recommend it. Also, the fact that they have smaller group transfers compared to other companies is a big plus. Previously, I used a certain Japanese travel agency's transfer from the airport to Waikiki, and I had to wait over an hour until everyone was gathered.

時間通りに迎えに来てくれました。他社の送迎より安いし早いしオススメです。
それに他社より少人数送迎なのもポイントが高いです。
以前ですが空港からワイキキまで、日系の某旅行会社の送迎を利用したら全員が揃うまで一時間以上も待たされました。

The timely pickup and friendly driver made for a comfortable round trip. It was great that there were few hotel stops along the way. I definitely want to do this again next time!

The dinner was delicious and the portion size was just right for us. The show was diverse and we enjoyed the Hawaiian atmosphere. Additionally, sitting at a table by the stage was impressive, and it was great to interact with the members of the show.

ディナーは美味しくボリュームも我々にはちょうど良かった。
ショーもバラエティに富み、ハワイの雰囲気も味わえてよかった。また、ステージサイドのテーブルで迫力があり、ショーのメンバとふれあいもありよかった。

During our first trip to Hawaii, we decided to sign up for a Hawaiian show. We went in early June, and since it was in the evening, the sun was still shining when we were shown to our seats, which were directly in the sunlight. There was nothing to block the sun, so the seats that weren't in the shade (the ones directly in front of the stage) were extremely hot until the sun went down. Fortunately, we were seated in a shaded area, which was a relief.

The meal was a buffet, and since many people were going to get food, I was a bit worried about whether there would be enough left. However, it turned out fine. (There was a system in place where the area for getting food was determined, and you couldn't go up to get food unless you were called by the staff.)

We enjoyed the event even from our seats that weren't directly in front, and the dancing was wonderful. The male hula dancers were incredibly impressive and surprised us.

On the way back, we were able to take photos with the dancers in the lobby, which made for a great memory for us, as we had never seen authentic hula before.

初めてのハワイで、ハワイアンショーを見てみたいと思い申し込みました。
行ったのは6月上旬、夕方からなのでまだ陽も落ちてなくて座席に通される時間帯は日差し直撃。
特にさえぎる物もないため、陰になっていない席（ステージ正面席）は陽が落ちるまでは暑さ地獄。幸運にも横っちょの陰の席だったので助かりました。
食事はビュッフェで、かなりの人が取りにいくので「残っているのかなぁ～」と少々不安ではありましたが、大丈夫でした。（ビュッフェを取りにいくエリア順が決まったいました。ボーイさんからそのエリアへ声がかからないと勝手に取りにいってはいけない仕組みでした）
イベント自体は正面席でなくても十分に楽しめましたし、踊りも素晴らしかったです。男性フラが迫力満点で驚きました。
帰りには、ロビーで踊り子さんたちと写真が撮れましたし、
一度も本場のフラを見たことない私たちにとってはとても良い思い出になりました。

I visited Hawaii for my wedding and honeymoon. The day before going to Hawaii, I suddenly decided I wanted to participate in this activity, so I thought it would be quicker to check for availability with someone local. As soon as I arrived in Hawaii, I visited the Beltora store there and made a reservation. The staff spoke Japanese, which made the reservation and payment process smooth. The activity itself was a lot of fun! My wife, who usually isn't comfortable with heights, seemed fine even at 150 meters and really enjoyed it.

It seemed that the staff wouldn't take photos unless you asked them. When we went out on the boat and I mentioned it while the other guests were flying, they took out a camera and started taking pictures. In the end, they took about 70 or 80 photos. When we got back, I checked the data on the camera and received it on an SD card. By the way, it cost $30. I'm very satisfied as we made some wonderful memories.

ハワイには挙式とハネムーンで訪問しました。
ハワイに行く前日にこのアクティビティに参加したいと急遽思い立ち、空きの確認等現地の方が早いかなと思って、ハワイに到着してすぐにベルトラさんのハワイの店舗に訪問し予約しました。
対応スタッフの方は日本語も対応していてスムーズに予約と支払い完了。アクティビティ自体もとても楽しかったです(^-^)嫁も高い所は苦手だったけど150mでも大丈夫そうでとても楽しんでいました。
写真の撮影はスタッフに言っておかないとしてくれない様子でした。ボートで沖に出て、他のお客さん飛ばしてる時に言ったら、カメラ取り出して撮り始めてくれました。結果7,80枚くらい写真撮ってくれました。帰ったら一応カメラで中のデータ確認してSDカードで貰いました。ちなみに30ドルでした。とても良い思い出ができて満足です。

I thought the Aloha pattern looked like Roberts, so I approached them, but I couldn't remember their name or anything, and my friend asked me, "How did you know?" (laughs) If you remember the patterns from the Roberts website, you might have smoother encounters.

ロバーツと分かるのがアロハの柄がロバーツぽいなと思ってこちらから声をかけたのですが、名前も何も出でなかったので友人になんで分かったの？笑と聞かれました。ロバーツのサイトにあるブランドの柄をおぼえておくと、スムーズに出会えるかもです

I stayed in Honolulu after flying from Haneda, then spent some time on the outer islands before returning to Honolulu. I was given a lei again, but I thought it would have been nice to have just one time. I feel like the quality of the leis has declined compared to before.

羽田からホノルルにステイ、その後離島で過ごしまたホノルルに戻ってきたのですが、またレイをかけてもらい一度でいいのにって思いました。
以前はよりレイの質が落ちた感じがしてます。

The arrival was on time, and the car was exactly as shown in the pictures, making it easy to identify. The drop-off instructions at the airport terminal were also accurate.

指定の時間通りの到着で、写真通りの車だったので分かりやすかった。
空港ターミナルでの下車案内も的確だった。

Evening rush hour can often cause delays, but the departure time was set appropriately, and we made it with plenty of time to spare. The luggage was also handled for us as usual, making for a comfortable experience.

夕方はラッシュで遅くなりがちですが、出発の時間設定が適切で余裕で間に合いました。
荷物もいつも運んでもらえ快適です。

I was picked up 5 minutes late. Then, I got caught in a light traffic jam and arrived at the airport after the flight time had already passed by 2 hours. Other flights were checking in at the same time, and the counter had a long line, making for a very tight check-in. It would have been better if the pickup time for the hotel had been more flexible. The driver was a cheerful person.

５分遅れてお迎え。さらに軽い渋滞に捕まりフライト時間の２時間前を過ぎて空港に到着。他の便とチェックインが重なりカウンターは長蛇の列でギリギリのチェックイン。ホテルへのお迎え時間はもっと余裕があって良いかと。運転手さんは陽気な方でした。

I used the service from the hotel to Daniel K. Inouye International Airport. This time, my departure was delayed, and I found out about it on the day by checking the app. I received an email about the change in pickup time, but it wasn't sent to my smartphone, so it might be a good idea to ensure that emails are accessible.

今回は出発が遅くなって、当日アプリを見てそのことを知りました。
ピックアップ時間の変更メールが来ていたけれど、スマホにくるメールではなかったので、メールがわかるようにしておくと良いかもしれません。
