The earphones came with a Japanese guide, so I had no trouble at all!

The staff were very kind, pointing things out to me, and the boat went around to the other side so I could see everything again, so I didn't miss anything!

This was my first time using the service. Until now, the pickups to the hotel had been quite early, so I was ready 10 minutes in advance this time as well. However! Even 5 minutes before the scheduled time, no one had arrived; at the exact time, still no one… even 5 minutes late, no one showed up… I started to feel anxious. The voucher mentioned to call if there was a 15-minute delay, but I called at the 5-minute mark! The airport was really crowded, so I wanted to arrive quickly! Then, 10 minutes later, an empty van finally arrived. It was late!!! Those 5 or 10 minutes felt incredibly long. The Asian driver didn’t offer any apology or explanation, so it was unclear whether it was a delay or a mix-up. There was only one other group that boarded from a hotel closer to the airport, so we arrived at the airport sooner than expected. However, if there had been issues with picking up passengers at the maximum of five hotels, I don’t know what would have happened… The journey from the airport to the hotel didn’t go smoothly either, so I’m not considering a repeat. It’s more reassuring to go with a major company. I learned a lot from this experience.

こちらは初めての利用です。
これまではホテルへの迎えは指定時刻より かな～り早めだったので、
今回も10分前にスタンバイしておりました。
しかし！5分前になっても来ない、ジャストになっても来ない…5分遅れても来ない…
だんだん不安に。。。(:_;)
15分遅れたら電話するようバウチャーには記さていますが、5分遅延の段階でTELしました！
空港も激込みなんだから、早く着きたい！
それから10分後に、空のバンが来ました。遅い！！！
こんな時の５分１０分てとてつもなく長く感じますね～
アジア系のドライバーさんからは詫びや説明が無かったので、遅延なのか、誤手配かは不明です。
あと1組、空港寄りのホテルから乗り込んできただけだったので、空港へは思ったより早く着きましたが、
最大の５軒のホテルをまわって、乗る客がいたりいなかったり、など悶着があれば
どうなっていたかわかりません。。。
空港からホテルまでも すんなり行かなかったので、
もうリピートは考えておりません、大手さんの方が安心ですな　(*‘∀‘)
経験して、よい勉強になりました。

Finally, as my time in Honolulu was coming to an end and I was just about to head back, I realized I had forgotten to book my shuttle service. The shuttle bus here was quite frequent and was very accommodating even for such a sudden request. Additionally, when the driver was loading our luggage onto the bus, he mentioned that if I lifted it, we wouldn't have to worry about the weight limit at the airport. This made us chuckle, as we were quite concerned about our luggage weight. I would definitely like to use this service again on my next trip.

いよいよ、ホノルル生活も終わりあとは帰るのみだったところで、送迎の予約を忘れてしまったことに気づきました。こちらのシャトルバスは、本数も豊富でありそんな突然の対応にも応じてくださる良心的なシャトルバスでした。それから、運転手の方が荷物をバスに積んでくださる時に、私が持ち上げれば空港での重量制限に引っかからないわと一言、結構荷物の重さを気にしてた私たちにはクスッと笑わせてもらいました。また行く時には利用したいです。

We were a group of eight hula dancers, all in our 60s but feeling young at heart. We enjoyed the waves quite a bit while taking photos in front of the net. We went sailing out to Diamond Head, where we even spotted dolphins and turtles! We were the only Japanese people there. The check-in was quick, and the atmosphere on the yacht was very pleasant. It's always fun, no matter how many times you go.

フラの仲間８人、全員６０代でも気持ちは若い私達、結構揺れて前方のネットの上で波を楽しんだり、写真撮ったり。ダイヤモンドヘッドの沖合いまでセーリング。イルカや亀も見えました！日本人は私達だけでした。受付も記念写真も素早かったしヨットの雰囲気もとても良く、何回乗っても楽しいです。

I was thrilled to see sea turtles up close! The cruise had cheerful music and lasted nearly an hour! I was very satisfied! However, there was no shade, so I would definitely recommend providing something like umbrellas for those who are concerned about sunburn.

ウミガメをめっちゃ近くで見れて興奮しました！クルーズも陽気な音楽がかかっていて１時間近くありました！とても満足です！ただ影がないので日焼けが気になる人の為に是非パラソルの様な日陰を作って欲しいです。

It was my first experience, and it was scarier than I had imagined. I was screaming while flying (laughs). However, the view was amazing, and I had a lot of fun!

初めての経験で想像していたよりも怖くて、飛んでいる間は叫んでました（笑）
でも、眺めも最高でとても楽しかったです！

I had a reservation for 8 AM on April 30th (Sunday). However, when I woke up, it was cold and raining, and I wondered if it would be okay. I got ready anyway, and just as I was about to leave, the phone in my room rang. They informed me that due to the rain, it was canceled. I managed to catch that I could reschedule for the afternoon or another time, and in the end, I moved it to the next day (May 1st) at 12:00 PM. Since it was rainy and cold all day, I think it would have been canceled even if I had changed the time.

Rescheduling for the next day was definitely the right choice! The weather cleared up, and the sky was bright blue. It was perfect for parasailing. There were no other Japanese people in the group; instead, there were Chinese, Australians, Spanish speakers, and people from Colorado, so we didn’t take pictures of each other. I put my smartphone in a waterproof case with a strap and off we went into the sky! It was beautiful and breathtaking. I did take some photos with my smartphone, but the weather was so nice that I couldn’t see the screen well and had to rely on instinct to take the shots.

When we came down, we splashed into the sea, but it was just a little bit on my backside. However, others seemed to be getting soaked up to their chests, and it looked like they were having fun with it.

The staff took some great photos for us, which I purchased for $30. Unfortunately, I lost the SD card with the photos in the sea afterward (crying).

The boat was very bumpy, so motion sickness medication is a must. Also, try to enjoy the distant views and laugh! I think that helps with not getting seasick. A Chinese girl looked like she was feeling unwell.

I debated between 120 meters and 150 meters, but 120 meters was more than enough.

For reference, I gave a $20 tip for two people when we got off.

4/30(日)の朝8時に予約していました。でも起きると寒くて雨降ってるし大丈夫かな？と思いながらとりあえず準備。準備も整えてさあ行こう！と思ったところで部屋の電話が鳴りました。
今朝は雨で中止とのこと。午後とか違う時間にリスケジュールしてくださいっていうのは何とか聞き取れて、結局次の日(5/1月)の12:00にしてもらいました。
一日中雨で寒かったので、多分時間をずらしても中止になっていたと思います。

次の日にして大正解！！天気は回復して真っ青な空。
パラセイリング日和でした。
乗り合わせたのは日本人は他にはいなくて中国人やオーストラリア人やスペイン語圏の人とコロラドから来た人たちだったので、写真を撮りあうことはしませんでした。
自分のスマホをストラップ付きの防水ケースに入れていざ上空へ！！
とてもきれいで感動でした。
スマホで写真を撮るには撮りましたが、天気が良すぎて液晶が見えずに勘で撮るしかなかったです。

降りてくるときには海にチャポンってしてくれましたがおしりがちょっとつく程度でした。
でも他の人は胸まで浸からせたり、お客さんを見ていろいろやってるみたいです。

スタッフの人が撮ってくれた写真はとても良く撮れてました。30ドルで購入です。
しかし、せっかく購入した写真のSDカード、そのあと海でなくしてしまいました(泣)

ボートはとても揺れるので酔い止めは必須です。
そしてなるべく遠くの眺めに感動しながら笑ってましょう！その方が酔わないと思います。
中国人の女の子は気持ち悪そうにしてました。

120ｍと150ｍと迷いましたが、120ｍで充分でした。

参考までに、チップは二人参加で降りるときに20ドル渡しました。

I waited a little in front of the group entrance, but I was able to move smoothly! I’ve used it various times, and since there were a decent number of people, getting my suitcase in and out was also smooth. I would like to use it again for casual trips.

団体入口の前で、少し待ちましたが、スムーズに移動出来ました！
いろいろ使っていますが、まあまあの人数だったので、スーツケースの出し入れもスムーズでした。また、気軽な旅の時には利用させて貰いたいです。

After having dinner, we watched the show.

The dinner started off with a fun atmosphere, thanks to a kind woman dressed in Hawaiian attire who adorned our heads with flower decorations and took photos for us.

To be honest, I participated with the show as the main focus and didn't have high expectations for the food, but I was surprised by how delicious everything was in the buffet! By the fourth day of our trip, I was getting tired of the heavy Hawaiian meats, but I was able to eat heartily. There were various performances during the meal, which made it enjoyable.

After the meal, we had dessert and felt great and full before watching the show. Honestly, I wasn't very familiar with the original material, but there were so many engaging elements that kept it interesting! The cast members were also very enthusiastic, which added to the fun. The highlight was definitely the Michael Jackson performance; despite a slight height difference, he looked just like the real thing! His dancing was incredible, and it felt like I was watching the real Michael. At the end, we took a photo together, and even up close, he looked just like him. I think anyone who knows famous rockers will enjoy this!

ディナーを食べてからショーを見る流れでした。

ディナーはハワイアンな格好の優しい女性が、頭に花飾りをつけてくれたり写真を撮ってくれたり、楽しい雰囲気ので始まりました。

実はショーをメインに考えて特にご飯には期待せずに参加しましたが、バイキング形式でどれも美味しくてびっくりしました！
旅行の4日目に行ったため、ハワイのお肉てんこ盛り＆味のこってりしたものに飽きて来ていた中、ぱくぱく食べることができました。
食事中もパフォーマンスが色々あって、楽しかったです。

食事の後はデザートを食べて、満腹でいい気分になってからショーを観ます。
正直私が元ネタになっている人をよく知らないということがありましたが、それでも飽きさせない演出が沢山盛り込まれていました！
そしてキャストの方々がサービス精神旺盛でそれもまた面白かったです。
やはり特によかったのはマイケルジャクソンで、少し身長は違えど本人としか見えないぐらいそっくり！
ダンスもバリバリで、本人を見ているような気分でした 笑
最後に一緒に写真を撮ってもらいましたが、近づいてもそっくりです。
有名どころのロッカーを知っていれば、誰でも楽しめると思います！

When I got on, there were already customers on board, and after that, we picked up one more person and headed to the airport. For solo travelers, having a budget-friendly shuttle service is very helpful. You don't have to worry about tips either.

自分が乗った時も既にお客さんがいて、
その後に一か所ピックアップして空港に向かいました。
一人旅にとっては格安で送迎してもらえるサービスは
ありがたいです。チップなども考えなくていいですし。

I arrived from Maui.
Perhaps because I arrived at 8 PM, the driver was assigned just for me, and luckily, my checked luggage came out early, so the departure from the airport was smooth.
I think it's a very convenient service since I don't have to research transportation options for individual travel.

It was a three-person ride based on the guide's judgment. The view of the city and Diamond Head from above, as well as the ocean, was very pleasant. My parents, who are over 60, also enjoyed the 120 meters. ٩(ˊᗜˋ*)و

上空からの街やダイヤモンドヘッドの景色、海もとっても気持ちよかったです。60歳超えの両親も120mを楽しんでいました٩(ˊᗜˋ*)و

It was quite busy during Golden Week, so I had to wait a bit. However, despite being a minor hotel, they helped me by bringing me close to my destination!

ゴールデンウイークの繁忙期だったのか結構待たされました。
ただマイナーなホテルにも関わらず近くまで運んでくれて助かりました！

The submarine was good, but there were places where the headphones were available and places where they weren't, so I couldn't hear the Japanese translation. The season might have been bad as well, but there were far fewer fish than I imagined. The windows were dirtier than I expected, and even when I took photos, they lacked clarity.

The flight was delayed, and on top of that, the airline changed from what I had booked, so I couldn't make it to the shuttle bus. It's disappointing. I wish there was an easier way to communicate.

飛行機が遅れ、おまけに航空会社も申し込み時と変わり、送迎バスに間に合わなかった。残念。簡単な連絡方法が欲しい。

とても素晴らしかったです。次回ハワイに行くときは、またこれを利用します。

This was my second time using the shuttle service from the hotel to the airport. The first time, they arrived a little early, picked me up after going around Waikiki, and I arrived at the airport with plenty of time to spare. This time, they were 10 minutes late, so I was a bit anxious while waiting, but since I was the last pickup, we went straight to the airport. It seems that there can be slight delays depending on the order of pickups, but it was within the expected range, so I still believe Roberts Hawaii is reliable. I will use them again next time.

ホテルから空港までの送迎を利用するのは2回目でした。1度目は時間より少し早く迎えが来て、乗車後、ワイキキを回ってピックアップして、空港へ余裕を持って到着。今回は10分遅れたのでちょっと、ドキドキしながら、待っていましたが、私が最後のピックアップだったので空港へ直行。その時の回る順番で多少遅れることもあるようですが、想定内の遅れなので、やはりロバーツハワイは信頼出来ると思いました。次回も利用します。

The reception at Roberts Hawaii has Japanese staff who kindly provide guidance, so it's reassuring. The drivers do not speak Japanese, but they are very professional, which makes me feel at ease. I would like to use their services again.

ロバーツハワイの受付には日本人スタッフがいて親切に案内してくれるので安心です。ドライバーは日本語は話しませんが、きちんとした人たちなのでこちらも安心です。また利用したいです。

They arrived right on time to pick me up, and I was driven by a kind driver. I thought it was very reasonable as transportation to the airport. I will use their services again.

My two 11-year-old daughters had their first experience. Both of them enjoyed it without being scared, saying it was fun and beautiful! It was a very good experience. However, I did get seasick. Also, I didn't have the $30 for the photo fee, so I couldn't request any, which was disappointing. Fortunately, I did have enough for the tip, so that was good.

We started early in the morning. The driver for our pickup couldn't speak any Japanese, but he did his best to communicate with gestures. The weather wasn't great for parasailing, as it was cloudy. However, once we took off, it felt amazing!!! It was the best! The other passengers were also having a great time.

110 meters is quite high, but I was able to enjoy the view and the height without feeling scared! The boat does rock quite a bit. If there are many participants, the wait time can be long, so if you're not good on boats, definitely take motion sickness medication. If you do get sick, just let them know, and they'll guide you to a spot with wind and give you a bucket, haha.

The photographer, who also seemed to be in charge of preparations, took photos for $30 per SD card. The quality was okay. Since we couldn't take pictures ourselves and the other passengers were feeling seasick, we decided to buy it. They did capture some nice smiling photos and a few scenic shots, so I felt it was worth it.

It's a good idea to give a tip of around $10. At the end, they ask everyone for tips, so you can give it at that moment. Haha.

送迎のドライバーさんは日本語全くできませんでしたがジェスチャーで頑張って伝えてくれます。
パラセイリングは天候に恵まれず曇り。しかし飛び立つと最高に気持ちがいい！！！！！

110メートルはかなり高いですが恐怖感なく景色を見たり高さを楽しめました！
船はかなり揺れます。参加人数が多いと待ち時間も長くなるので船が苦手な方は必ず酔い止めが必要です。酔ったら自己申告すると風の当たるところに誘導されバケツを渡されますよwww

写真はカメラマンさん兼準備担当みたいなお兄さんがSDカード1枚30ドルで撮影してくれますが内容はまあまです。でもスマホ等では自分たちは撮影できないし同乗の方々が船酔いしていたので購入しましたがNICEな笑顔の写真や風景も少し撮ってくれるので私は買ってよかったなと思います。
チップは10ドル程度渡しましょう。最後にみなさんチップ下さい～と言われますのでそのタイミングで渡せば良いです。ww

The shuttle service was on time, and there were enjoyable conversations on the way to the airport. It's a tour company that makes solo travelers feel safe! I will use it again next time!

When I went down to wait at the designated time, the bus arrived as scheduled and I was guided onto it. After arriving at the airport, they kindly called my name and assisted me.

帰る時間に下に降りて待ってると指定の時間にバスが来て誘導してもらいました。
空港に到着してからも名前を呼び親切に教えてくださいました。

I used this service for a round trip. Since the arrival day went smoothly, I wasn't particularly worried about the return. They arrived to pick me up five minutes before the scheduled time, and we reached the airport without any issues. It's reassuring for someone from Japan, where tipping culture doesn't exist, that the tip is included. I would like to use this service again.

到着日がスムーズだったので、帰りも特に心配していませんでした。
集合時間の5分前にはもうお迎えにきてくださっていて、
なんの問題もなく空港につきました。

Upon arriving in Honolulu and picking up our luggage, we immediately saw staff members in yellow uniforms. After providing our names, we boarded the bus. Our flight was slightly delayed, so those who arrived on other flights were already on board, about ten people in total. Since our hotel was the farthest, we stopped at several hotels along the way. The boarding and alighting were smooth, and we arrived at our hotel in no time. It was very comfortable, and I would like to use this service again.

ホノルルに到着して荷物をピックアップして外に出ると
すぐに黄色い洋服のスタッフの方が立っていました。
名前を伝えるとすぐにバスへ。
私たちの便は少し遅れたため、ほかの便で到着した方たちはもう乗っていました。
だいたい10名くらい。
私たちのホテルが一番遠かったので、途中いくつかホテルにとまりました。
乗り降りもスムーズで、あっというまにホテルに到着。
とっても快適でした。また利用したいです。

I made a round-trip reservation since it was stated that tips were included for up to five hotels. Upon arriving in Honolulu, I quickly found the counter and was able to board the bus within 5 to 10 minutes. I also received a shell lei. Since tips were included, I didn't have to exchange money at the airport, which was convenient. For the return trip, they arrived about 5 minutes earlier than the scheduled pickup time. The bus wasn't packed with people, which was nice. I felt安心 (safe) during the transfer. I would like to request this service again next time.

立寄りホテル5ヶ所以内、チップ込とあったので往復予約。
ホノルルについて、カウンターもすぐに見つかり5分10分ですぐにバスに乗れました。貝のレイも頂きました。
チップ込なので空港で両替のしなくて良いし楽。
帰りもピックアップ時間より5分位早く来られました。
人がパンパンに乗っていないので、良い。
安心して送迎して頂きました。
次回もお願いしたいと思います。

I had some anxiety about the early morning pickup (6:20 AM), but I was relieved to find that they arrived five minutes early. There was a bit of a delay when picking up at the hotel, but it was not a problem at all. I would like to use this service again if the opportunity arises.

早朝の送迎（6：20ピックアップ）で不安はありましたが、時間の5分前には到着となり安心して利用することができました。途中のホテルでピックアップする際に時間がかかることがありましたが、全く問題なかったです。今後も機会があれば利用したいと思います。

It was exciting walking through a rain forest and also a good cardio workout. Our group had walking sticks so it was beneficial where it was a bit rocky or wet. Just take your time going up or back down and enjoy the scenery.

We were a couple with a big group of family so we took up half of the catamaran anyways - it was a great experience, thorough and the guys were really caring for this of us who didn't feel well! Definitely recommend!!
