My husband took me here for our Anniversary. We had a great time at the buffet! The food was amazing and so was the dinner entertainment! There isn't a bad seat in the place! They engaged the audience in the performance and not only were the main acts great, the dancers were amazing and kept the audience attention the whole time. You weren't ready for it to be over, but it was nice to take pictures wth the entertainers after the show. It was my husbands second time attending, so I bet we will be back for another show! Worth every penny!

During my trip to Hawaii with my mother, I wanted to see a hula dance show since we were in Hawaii. I found information about this hula show in other guidebooks and thought it might be famous, so we decided to participate. The location was excellent, right in the center of Waikiki, and the show ended after 9 PM. I was a bit worried about walking back to the hotel, but there were plenty of people around, and we were able to walk back safely.

We gathered at the Royal Hawaiian Center around 6:30 PM and had our meal in a tent-like area outside. It was a lot of fun to interact with others seated nearby. The buffet-style meal was delicious, and the staff were all very cheerful, creating a bright and enjoyable atmosphere. After having dessert and taking a restroom break, we entered the venue right in front of us and took photos with the performers.

When the performance started, the hula dance and impersonation show began, and everything was really enjoyable. Watching the performers dance so happily lifted our spirits as well. The impersonation performers ranged from stars of the grandmother generation to current popular figures, making it a show that people of all ages could enjoy.

Seeing this show energized me and made me feel very cheerful. It was a lot of fun!

母と2人でハワイへ旅行した際に、ハワイに来たからにはフラダンスを見たいと思い、他のガイドブックにもこのフラショーについて書いてあり、有名なのかなと思い参加してみました。立地がとても良く、ワイキキの中心部にあり夜9時過ぎに終演で、帰り道など危なくないかと不安でしたが、人通りも多く、ホテルまで歩いて帰れました。
18時30分頃ロイヤルハワイアンセンターへ集合し、食事は外のテントのような所で食べました。席が近くなった方と交流したりとても楽しかったです。また、食事はビュッフェスタイルでとても美味しい料理ばかりでした。スタッフの方もとても陽気な方ばかりで、明るい雰囲気がとても楽しかったです。 食後のデザートを食べ、トイレ休憩した後は目の前の会場の中に入り、パフォーマーの方と写真を撮りました。 パフォーマンスが始まると、フラダンスとモノマネショーが始まりどれもとても楽しかったです。パフォーマーの方がとても楽しそうに踊っている姿をみて、私たちも楽しい気分になりました。モノマネパフォーマーのおばあちゃん世代のスター〜今時の流行りの方だったりと、どの世代も楽しめるようなショーでした。
このショーを見れて元気が出ましたし、とても明るい気持ちになりました。 楽しかったです！

I exited from the group exit at Honolulu Airport and ended up looking for the bus waiting area. Since I can't speak English, I spotted a staff member and asked, "Roberts Hawaii?" but they seemed confused, and I struggled to get directions to the waiting area. I waited a little until the bus arrived, but it didn't feel like I was waiting too long, so I guess it was just about right.

ホノルル空港の団体出口から出てバスの待合所を探してしまいました。
英語が話せない私は、スタッフの服を見つけたので、『ロバーツハワイ？』と聞いたら『？？？』って感じで待合所を教えてもらうのに苦戦しました。
バスが来るまで、少し待ちました。でも、すごい待たされた感はないのでこんなもんかなあというところです。

The timely pickup was great, and the cheerful driver was nice, but during the ride back, I felt a bit tired because the driver was having a loud conversation in English with a foreign guest sitting in the back. It would have been fine if it was just occasional chatting, but the driver was quite talkative.

時間通りのピックアップで、元気なドライバーさんは良かったのですが、帰りの車内では、後ろに座っている外国のお客様とずっと大きな声で英語で会話をしていたせいか、運転席の近くにいた私はちょっと疲れてしまいました。たまにの会話ならよかったのですが、かなりのおしゃべりなドライバーさんでした。

The driver for the pickup, the parasailing crew, and the staff were able to communicate even without speaking Japanese, and since three out of the four groups were Japanese, I had no worries at all.

I couldn't take pictures of myself while flying, so I asked the crew to take photos, and they captured some natural expressions, which became a wonderful memory. Instead of buying photos, I received an SD card with dozens of pictures for $30, so I felt it was worth it to request the shoot.

I chose a height of 120 meters this time. I was torn between 120 meters and 150 meters, and before the experience, I was scared, so I opted for 120 meters. However, it was not scary at all, and the moment I was rising into the sky was just the best. I felt like I could have gone even higher, so I think I would be totally fine with 150 meters. I was worried about the boat's rocking and took motion sickness medicine, but when the boat was moving fast, it was a bit scary, yet refreshing, so I didn't feel nauseous. The weather was cloudy and a bit chilly, but since the wind wasn't strong, it was calm while I was in the air.

Before going, I was unsure about the tip amount. I had planned to give 10% of the fee for two people, but since I didn't have small change, I ended up giving $20 for both of us.

Next time, I want to try 150 meters!

送迎のドライバーさん、パラセイリングのクルー、スタッフの方は、日本語が話せなくても、カタコトで伝わりましたし、今回は、4組中３組が日本人のメンバーだったせいか、全く不安がなかったです。
自分では、飛んでる姿を撮影できないのでクルーに撮影してもらい自然な表情が撮れていて、とても良い記念になりました。写真を買うのではなく、何十枚も撮影してくれたSDカードを頂けるので３０ドル出しても撮影をお願いして良かったと思います。
高さは、今回120ｍにしました。150ｍと迷いましたが体験する前は怖くて120ｍにしましたが全く怖くなくてグングン空に上がっていく時が、もう最高でした。もっともっと上がれ～という感じだったので150ｍでも全然大丈夫だと思いました。船の揺れも心配して酔い止めを飲んで挑みましたが、船が高速で進む時がちょっと怖くて、でも爽快だったので、酔いもなかったです。天気は曇りで肌寒い日でしたが、風が強くなかったので空にいるときも穏やかでした。
行く前はチップの金額に悩みましたが、２名分の料金の10％をお渡ししようと思っていましたが、細かいお金がなかったため、２名で参加して合わせて２０ドルお渡ししました。
今度は、150ｍ挑戦してみたいです。

The staff's response was good, and I had a great time.

It was a bit inconvenient that there was no Japanese support, but it wasn't a problem.

I was able to take a lot of photos (you can purchase an SD card), and I made some great memories. I went with 120m, but I wondered if I could have done 150m as well.

It goes higher than I expected.
And the view from the top was amazing!
Although you are identified by a sticker based on the height you signed up for, I didn't feel much difference in height.
I recommend it because you can enjoy Hawaii from the sky.

一応、申し込んだ高さによってシールで識別されていますが、高さに差はあまり感じられませんでした。
ハワイを空から楽しめるので、お勧めです。

I just used the service. They arrived on time for the pickup. The driver was experienced and did a perfect job from loading to the transfer. I would like to use it again.

I participated in a group lesson. The instructor was very kind and taught us in a detailed manner, which was great.

グループレッスンに参加しました。インストラクターの方がとても親切で丁寧に教えてくれたので、よかったです。

Outstanding crew. My wife does great in calm water but with the choppy water she was apprehensive about snorkeling. The crew calmed her and threw bred crumbs into the water by her to get fish to come near her so she could enjoy the snorkeling close to the boat. Food was great.

I reserved a 130m flight. I was able to see the scenery, but the flying time was quite short. I didn't have any particular concerns.

130mを予約しました。景色もみれましたが、飛んでる時間がかなり短かった。
特に不安に思うことはなかった。

I was picked up at the hotel on time, and the person who provided the transportation was the best driver throughout my trip. As for the tip for the service, it makes me want to give even more than usual.

ホテルへ時間通りに迎えにきてもらい、送迎してくれた方も旅を通して一番のドライバーでした。サービスの対価のチップですが、そうなるといつも以上にチップも渡したくなりますね。

We had great time, the food was good with very nice servers who were also the hula dancers, they were very entertaining and made it a great experience, a singer was there the whole time too. Afterwards we went into the theater for the show. The performers were great especially the Elvis and Michael Jackson impersonators, also the whole show had a Hawaiian theme with interspersed hula dances. Best part was the guy with the fire at the end. Overall very entertaining and highly recommended.

I saw that they were giving away a photo DVD (worth $25) as a nice keepsake, so my wife and I signed up for a semi-private lesson. After the lesson, we received a DVD that contained a total of 435 photos, but we only appeared in 27 of them. Moreover, 11 of those were of us paddling back to shore. Including blurry and poorly taken shots, there were only 16 decent photos of us standing. There were about 10 good photos in total. I will never use this school again.

レッスン後に受け取ったDVDには全部で435枚の写真が入っていたが、そのうちで自分たちが映っていたのはたったの27枚。
しかも、そのうちの11枚は岸に戻ってくるパドリング姿。
落ちかけやピンボケを含んで立っている姿は２人合わせてたったの16枚。
まともな写真は10枚程度。
2度とここのスクールを使うことは無い。

I was tired after getting off the plane, but it was a relief that the car arrived quickly without much movement. I will use it again.

I used to think 90 meters was nothing, but the sea in Waikiki was incredibly refreshing and moving. Next time, I want to challenge myself to 120 meters.

９０メートルなんて馬鹿にしていましたがワイキキの海は大変爽快で感動いたしました。今度は１２０メートルに挑戦したいと思います。

Since Hawaiian shows are not easy to come by, if you're staying at the Hilton, I think you won't regret going to this one located on the rooftop of the parking lot. There are more locals than Japanese people. You can fill your plate with buffet-style food from the good seats in order. It's better not to expect much in terms of taste. However, the content of the show is worth it. The final fire dance, in particular, is impressive.

なかなかハワイアンショーは見れないので、ヒルトンに泊まってるなら、駐車場の屋上にあるこちらに行っても損はしないと思います。
日本人より本国の方が多め。
良い席から順にブュッフェスタイルの料理をプレートに入れて行きます。味は期待しない方が良い。
ただ、ショーの内容は価値あり。特に最後のファイヤーダンスは迫力ありますよ。

The staff was cheerful, and it was a very enjoyable experience. I was a bit worried because the explanations were in English, but I managed to get through it. The swaying was quite severe, so my child got motion sickness.

陽気なスタッフでとても楽しい経験でした。説明が英語だったので少し不安でしたが、何とか過ごせました。揺れがひどかったので子供が酔ってしまいました。

On May 5th, I used the service from the airport to Waikiki. The staff at the local tour desk were kind, and I was able to be picked up on schedule without any frustration. Since I didn't have to go around many hotels, it was helpful to get to my destination smoothly. I would like to use this service again next time.

5月5日、空港からワイキキ間に利用しました。現地ツアーデスクの方も親切で、時間もイライラすることなく予定通りにピックアップ出来ました。たくさんのホテルを回ることがない為にスイスイ目的地まで行ってもらえるので、助かりました。次回もまた利用したいと思います。

I was generally good with transportation, but I ended up getting seasick while waiting on the boat. I think motion sickness medication is necessary. The view was beautiful, with a higher altitude than when I experienced it in Bali, and I could see all of Waikiki Beach. ╰(*´︶`*)╯♡

乗り物には強い方でしたが船で待機している時間に船酔いをしてしまいました。酔い止めは必要だと思います。以前バリで体験した時より高度が高くワイキキビーチを一望でき綺麗でした╰(*´︶`*)╯♡

The driver was very friendly, and the seats were comfortable. The prices were reasonable, and I was very satisfied. The number of hotels serviced is limited, so it doesn't take much time and is convenient. I definitely want to use this service again next time.

We used the Roberts Hawaii shuttle bus for a round trip from Honolulu Airport to our hotel with a total of seven people, including family, grandchildren, and my son with his fiancée. We have used this service before when traveling to Honolulu, and the number of shuttles is limited, but we arrive at the hotel in a relatively short time. They provide clear information about the check-in procedures at the airport and the meeting point for the return trip to the airport from the hotel, so we can travel safely without any worries. The bus stops near the entrance of the airline check-in counters for our return to Japan, which is considerate as we don't have to carry heavy luggage for long distances. I plan to continue using this service every time I visit Honolulu in the future.

家族と孫、息子とフィアンセ計7名でホノルル空港からホテルまで往復ロバーツシャトルバスを利用ｈしました。以前よりホノルルに行く際には利用していますが、送迎件数が少なく割と短い時間でホテルに着きます。空港到着後の手続き場所や、ホテルから空港行きのミーティングポイントも事前にしっかり分かるようにしてくれますので全く不安なく安全に移動できます。ホノルル空港から日本へ戻る航空会社チェックインカウンター入口付近にバスを止めてくれるので重い荷物を長く運ぶ必要もなく親切です。　今後もホノルルに行くたびに利用させてもらうつもりです。

Everyone was really nice, and I had a great time!! The water was shallow enough to stand, which was reassuring. The waves kept coming, and they were gentle, making it easy for beginners to ride, which was great!! The instructor was friendly and made it fun ( ¨̮ )

However, after the session, there was no explanation about when we could go back or if there would be a bus to take us. When I asked, I was told the bus wouldn't come for 40 minutes, so I ended up walking back. That was a bit disappointing...

ただ終わってからがいつ帰っていいとかバスで送迎してくれるとかの説明が無く、聞いたらバスが40分来ないと言われ結局歩いて帰りました。

I participated with my husband on April 26, just before Golden Week, during the Japanese guide's time. Based on the comments from other participants, I properly took anti-seasickness medication... The boat ride to the submersible was quite rocky. There were also some splashes of water... But I forgot all that in the underwater world. Fortunately, we encountered sea turtles three times. The artificial coral reef was home to many different types of fish, and the American (?) Japanese guide was enjoyable as well.

ゴールデンウィーク前の4月26日に日本語ガイドの時間に主人と参加しました。他の参加者のコメントを参考にきちんと酔止めを服用……潜水艇へ行く迄の船で結構揺れました。水しぶきも少々……そんなことも忘れてしまうくらいの海底の世界。ラッキーなことに海がめに3回出会いました。人工のサンゴ礁には沢山の種類のお魚達に、アメリカ人(?)の日本語ガイドも楽しかったです。

It was my first trip to Hawaii, and since I hadn't made any reservations for transportation between the hotel and the airport, I had to use a taxi from the airport to the hotel. For the return trip, I booked this shuttle bus via my mobile phone.

It mentioned, "Please be sure to print the voucher and present it on the day of participation," so I was unsure how to print the voucher that arrived on my phone. However, I found out there was an office in Waikiki, and when I went there, they kindly printed it for me. It was a pleasant surprise that they spoke Japanese as well. I was grateful for that.

The important pickup also arrived on time. At the next pickup location, I had to wait because the people who were supposed to get on were not there, but it wasn't the driver's fault, and there was plenty of time, so it was not a problem. The driving afterward was also careful and good.

初めてのハワイ旅行なのに、ホテル→空港間の移動について、何も予約をしていなかったため、空港→ホテルは、やむなくタクシーを利用。帰り分は携帯で、このシャトルバスの申し込みをしました。
「必ずバウチャーを印刷して参加当日にお渡しください」とあったので、携帯電話に届いたバウチャーをどのように印刷しようか困りましたが、ワイキキに事務所があることを知り、行ってみたところ、快く印刷をしていただけました。日本語が通じたのもうれしい誤算でした。ありがたい。
肝心なお迎えも、時間通りに来てもらえました。次のピックアップ先では、乗る予定の方が見当たらず待たされましたが、ドライバーのせいではないし時間にも余裕があるので問題なし。その後の運転も丁寧で良かったです。

My first parasailing experience.
It was arranged locally, and everything went very smoothly. The weather was perfect, and I had a great time. Even the argument I had with my spouse the night before was forgotten.
On the way back, we were even sent off by a pod of dolphins... I highly recommend it!

初めてのパラセーリング。
現地手配でしたが非常にスムーズでした。天気も最高で楽しめました。前夜の夫婦喧嘩も吹っ飛んでしまいました。
帰りはイルカの群れのお見送りまで‥‥おすすめです!

The number of hotels available for transfers is limited, so the transportation is quick and comfortable. The driver was friendly, and I was able to travel pleasantly. I definitely want to use this service again next time.
