The pickup was on time and I was comfortably taken to the airport. The driving was careful and pleasant. I would like to use this service again.

The instructor is kind of young but they are really enthusiastic.Indeed it is very helpful and my families do really have a goodddd time. I especially appreciate that cheerful attitude which make you feel comfortable for the whole surfing time.

Competent crew and very friendly. Website preparation is excellent.

Captain Dan and his first mate were professional, efficient and gracious. My 3 kids (17,15,12) and I had a great parasail experience with X-treme. We got every bit of airtime we paid for, and then some. I was thoroughly impressed with the Captain's dexterous maneuvering as he dipped us in and out of the ocean. The first mate got everyone clipped in and clipped out so smoothly that there was almost zero down time in between us parasailers.

I used the service for both going and returning from the hotel to the airport. The shuttle arrived 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup time of 7:00 AM. I was at the meeting point 10 minutes early, so I was picked up right away and we departed! It was a comfortable journey. I would like to use it again!

早朝（7：00）のピックアップ時間だったのですが、5分前にはシャトルが到着。
10分前には集合茶所にいたので、即ピックアップしてもらい、出発！
快適な移動でした。また利用したいです！

I used it from the airport to the hotel. After arriving, there was almost no waiting time before departure. It was very smooth and comfortable. The female driver provided a tour guide in English. I would like to use it again.

空港→ホテルで利用しました。到着後、ほとんど待ち時間もなく出発。

The captain and crew mate were excellent. They were having fun and clearly love their jobs. We had a great time and got to see beautiful sights.

My husband and I were looking for a night out and this fit the bill. Our service was the best of the several excursions we have taken while here. The food was good and was cooked at our request to my personal liking. The show itself was very good which continually moved forward with good timing. The only negative I found was we sometimes lost the vocals, my husband thought is was probably due to our location in the room, which was on the floor directly in front of and below the stage. Dispite this it was an excellent show.

The 3 guys did an excellent job going over safety an simple instructions in the classroom, on the beach the were patient and helpful. I was satisfied with the results!

We participated as a couple.
They provided transportation, and there are staff members who speak Japanese, so those who are worried about English can feel at ease!
The lessons are given with simple Japanese instructions, so there are no problems at all.
There are multiple opportunities to catch waves, so I believe anyone can learn to stand up!
Finally, we also received a group photo at the end.
We made wonderful memories.

送迎も頂き、日本語を話せるスタッフもいるので英語で心配な方でも安心です！
レッスンも簡単な日本語で指示してもらえるので全く問題ありません。
何度も波に乗るチャンスがあるので誰でも立てるようになると思います！
最後にグループで1枚写真の入ったデータももらえますよ。
素敵ないい思い出ができました。

I tried it at 150m, but we were the only Japanese participants, and the guide mostly spoke English, which made me a bit anxious. However, once I took off, the situation changed completely! Not only could I enjoy the breathtaking views of Hawaii from the sky, but the beautiful ocean was truly "Blue Hawaii"!

150ｍでトライしたのですが、参加者で日本人が自分たちだけで、ガイドさんもほとんど英語しか話さないので少し不安な気持ちもありました。
しかし、いざ舞い上がると状況は一変！空からハワイの絶景を一望できるだけでなく、美しい海がまさしく「ブルーハワイ」でした！

When we booked our vacation, I knew this activity was the MUST DO of our time in Honolulu! It was awesome! Too bad I got motion sickness on the boat while we waited for other patrons to sail. If you're sensitive like me, take dramamine an hour before you sail. The staff was as accommodating as can be expected in the middle of the ocean! The photos captured are amazing and well worth the extra $30.

Fantastic experience with a first rate crew. Well worth the value for three hours of snorkeling, sea turtles, spinner dolphins, colorful fish, and great sailing. Crew put safety first and had fun with everyone on the boat. Would go back in a heartbeat! My nine year old says this was her best experience of the vacation!! Thanks to the Holokai crew!

This was my second time participating, and it was so much fun that I brought a friend who was visiting Hawaii for the first time.

At the Terrace Luau, there was a whole roasted pig, and all the Hawaiian dishes were delicious.

It seems that the content of the show is constantly changing, so I never got bored.

About 90% of the participants seemed to be Japanese, but Katy Perry wasn't very well-known among the older audience and didn't get much of a reaction.

Michael Jackson and Elvis were, of course, very well-known and received a great response.

We got to see both hula and fire dancing, and everyone in my group was very satisfied. They said the one-hour show flew by.

I would like to participate again when I visit Hawaii next time.

テラスルアウでは仔豚の丸焼きがあり
ハワイ料理も美味しいものばかりでした。

ショーの内容は、どんどん以前と
変化しているようで
見飽きませんんでした。

参加者は９割がた日本人のようでしたが
ケイティー・ペリーは年配者の方には
知名度が低くてあまりウケませんでした。

マイケルジャクソンとエルビスは
さすがによく知られているので
大ウケでした。

フラもファイヤーダンスも見られて
同行者はみんな大満足。
1時間のショーがあっという間だったと
言っていました。

また渡ハしたときは、参加したいと思います。

I was worried about the language barrier, but I decided to go with this option since the infant fee barely applied. Surprisingly, they were on time (actually, even a bit early, just like in Japan!) and the driver was kind, which was great. There were only six of us on the bus. The price was reasonable, so I would like to use this service again.

日本語が通じず心配でしたが、乳幼児料金がギリギリかからないのでこちらに決めました。
意外にも時間どおりで（むしろ十分前でまるで日本みたい！）ドライバーさんも親切でよかったです。
バスも私たち6人だけでした。
価格も手頃なのでまた利用したいです。

I was able to see the underwater world of an unknown realm, and it was very moving. My mother, who is in her 80s, was also very happy. However, it seemed that the ladder to get down into the submarine was steep and scary, but the crew kindly supported us.

未知の世界の海底を観ることが出来、とっても感動しました。80代の母も大変喜んでいました。ただ、潜水艦に降りる時のハシゴが急で怖かったようですが、クルーの方が優しくサポートして下さいました

I have been to Hawaii several times, but this was my first time attending this show. First of all, I was surprised at how close the audience was to the stage! Until I saw it, I thought it would be just another typical Hawaiian show, but it was completely different! While it may not be on par with Las Vegas shows, it was quite similar. The fire dance was also very impressive due to the proximity to the stage.

I signed up for the dinner package, and the meat was delicious. Above all, the staff's service was outstanding! The entire experience, including dinner, lasted about three hours, but I enjoyed it without getting bored. I would definitely recommend it to someone.

There were drinks available in the waiting room, and the service was good, so I recommend arriving a little early. However, I was a bit disappointed with the lobster...

I have added more memories of Hawaii!

ハワイに何回か来たことがありますが初めての今回のショーでした。
まず客席が舞台にかなり近いのがビックリ！見るまではハワイによくありがちなハワイショーかと思いきや全滅違いました！
ラスベガスのショーとまではいかないですがかなり近いものがありました。
舞台に近いせいもありファイヤーダンスも迫力満点でした。
ディナー付きで申し込みましたがお肉が美味しいかったです。そして何よりスタッフの方の対応が素晴らしい！ディナーも含めて3時間程度でしたが飽きずに楽しめました。
誰かにオススメしたいと思います。
ウェイティングルームのドリンクもありサービスもいいので少し早めに行かれることをオススメします。
ただロブスターが少し残念でした…
またハワイの思い出がふえました。

The return bus was not the usual white vehicle like the escort car, but a nice-looking one, and it was great that the driver could speak Japanese.

帰りのバスはいつもの護送車のような白い車体でなくキレイな車体で、運転手さんも日本語が話せて良かったです。

We took the turtle snorkel cruise and the Happy shout cruise and had a fantastic time on both. The boat crew is a ton of fun! We will definitely do it again the next time we are out. Thanks guys!

The experience was great. The only negative I have is I was suppose to get my military discount refunded after I showed my ID at the time of check in. I still haven't received anything. I definitely would like my refund. Also the parking where Veltra suggested I parked at Ilikai hotel don't validate for free parking. That was $7.00 an hour for two hours. When I could have parked right next to the event and paid for the tickets at the counter I think next time I'll just get my tickets through the counter.

I used this service separately from the family tour pack I was on. At the airport, I was assisted by a Japanese person, which made my transfer to Waikiki worry-free. The driver was also kind, and there were no issues. I had been using another shuttle bus, but I think I will choose this one next time!

空港では日本人の方に対応して案内してもらえて不安なくワイキキに移動できました。
ドライバーさんも親切で問題なかったです。別のシャトルバスを利用してましたが、今度からこちらにしようと思いました！

I used it on the Big Island as well, and they picked me up on Oahu too! They came to pick me up at the luggage pickup area! I would like to use it again if I have the chance!

ハワイ島でも利用しましたが、オアフ島でも利用☆荷物をピックアップする場所まで迎えに来てくれました！また機会があれば利用したいと思います！

Loved this excursion!! Family had a great time snorkeling with the crew and lots of turtles. Even an octopus too. Everyone loved this trip. Highly recommend wish it was longer.

The highlight of my trip to Hawaii. Awesome crew, loved the sail and got to see so many turtles. Highly recommended!

After arriving, I was told to go to the Roberts Hawaii counter, but there wasn't a specific counter. When I asked the staff around the airport, I received advice to look for someone wearing a yellow shirt, and I was able to easily find a Roberts staff member afterward. However, I thought that if someone isn't used to speaking English, they might feel a bit anxious. Other than that, I was satisfied with the service.

到着後、ロバーツハワイのカウンターまで来てくれ、という話でしたが、特にカウンターはなく、空港の周りのスタッフに聞いたら、黄色いシャツを着ている人を探せばいい、といったアドバイスを受け、その後あっさりロバーツのスタッフを見つけることができました。ただ、英語に慣れてないないと不安に感じるかもしれないなーと思いました。その他の対応などは満足でした。

It was more powerful than I expected, and the staff were great entertainers. My 10-year-old daughter and I had a wonderful time. I definitely want to do it again!

This was so much fun! We loved every moment, and guides Jay and Jamie were wonderful. They were safe, professional, very fun, and good at what they do. The parasailing had amazing views and wasn't scary, even though we went up really high. It was so peaceful and beautiful up there. Thanks Jay and Jamie for an amazing experience we'll never forget!

I was a bit drowsy at first due to fatigue from Hawaii, but once I woke up and started watching, my eyes were glued to the performance. Of course, Presley and Michael were amazing, but I was surprised by the dancers in the background who seamlessly performed not only hula but various other dances as well. It was even more surprising to realize that they were the same staff who brought us drinks during our first meal. Wow, it was incredible. It was very engaging, and I highly recommend it. The buffet meal might not be the best, so I give it four stars.

ハワイ疲れで最初はウトウトしてましたが、はっと目覚め見始めると、目が釘ずけになりました。プレスリーやマイケルはもちろん素晴らしいのですが、バックで踊っている方々がフラはもちろんの事どんなダンスでも次々とこなし、ビックリしました。それが最初の食事の時にドリンクを運んで来てくれたスタッフだとわかり、ますますビックリ。いやー、凄いです。見応えあって、オススメです。バイキングの食事はいまいちかも。で、星4つ。

My 18 and 21 year old "kids" and I had an amazing afternoon aboard the Spirit of Aloha. The captain and crew were friendly and very knowledgeable about the catamaran and about the area's flora and fauna. The gear supplied was well maintained and they had the correct optical masks for both of us that were glasses. We swam with several Honu as well as dozens of tropical fish. All in all it was a fantastic day and we are so happy that we made the trip.

I got this as a gift for my husband for Fathers Day !! So my 2 teens would go up with him . They had never been on it and they loved it !! They loved the staff and how fun they were!! I came on as a spectator and I loved the boat ride and being able to be there with my little family seeing them so EXCITED!! Loved the pictures we bought ! They were amazing!!! Next trip .. I'm booking another one !!!
