I waited a little before departure, but the meeting point at the airport was easy to understand and reassuring. I would like to use it again next time.

I was very relieved that they came to pick me up in the lobby on time. The price was very clear, including the tip, and I would like to use their service again next time.

Was a lot of fun - saw so many turtles and the people that ran it were very nice and super helpful.

I had a reservation at the Grand Waikikian lobby of Hilton Hawaiian Village, but they only took me to the Islander Pass Stop. I was also made to wait for the airport departure, and although the price is a few dollars higher, I should have gone with Speedy Shuttle or Charlie's.

Best crew and cruise, they took me care of me when I realized I wasn't the strongest swimmer in the open ocean. They showed me the turtles.

I requested the same shuttle service for both trips, but on the last day, there was a request for a tip during the luggage drop-off at the airport, and I had no choice but to pay $10, which was disappointing!

往復共、同じ送迎サービスをお願いしたが、最終日の空港着時での荷降ろしでチップの要求有り、10ドル支払わざるを得なかったのが残念！

The meeting point is immediately to the right after exiting the group exit. I thought it was on the right side in front of the exit, but… it was different(^^; It was more like turning back after exiting. There was a counter on the wall of the building, and there was a Roberts Hawaii reception there.
The reception and shuttle guidance were provided in Japanese, which was very reassuring.
There was hardly any waiting time for both the service and the guidance. I think we departed from the airport about 10 to 15 minutes later.
Half of the passengers on the shuttle were foreigners. The driver spoke only English, but there were no particular issues.

Last time, I used a shuttle from a different company. They also provided service in Japanese, which was convenient (the driver was still English-speaking), but I remember waiting about 30 minutes from the reception until getting on the shuttle. This time, there was a long line at the reception, so choosing this service was the right decision.

This isn't related to the evaluation, but since it was a shared shuttle, the first stop was the destination, so it really didn't take much time (this can vary depending on the accommodation, though…). I have also requested the return trip, but I guess that will be the first stop in reverse. In that sense, on average, everyone shares the same burden, right?

集合場所は団体出口を出てすぐ右側。出口正面には，いろいろなツアー会社のカウンターがあるので，その右側かと思ったら…違いました(^^; 正面ではなく，出口を出て振り返るような感じでした。建物の壁にカウンターがあり，そこにロバーツハワイの受付がありました。
受付やシャトルへの案内は，日本語で対応して頂き，とても安心できました。
対応も，案内も，ほとんど待ち時間はありませんでした。たぶん，トータルで10分か15分後には空港を出発していたと思います。
シャトル内の半数は外国人。運転手も英語のみ。でも特に問題はありません。

前回は，別の会社のシャトルを利用しました。こちらも日本語対応で楽だったのですが（やっぱり運転手は英語），受付後，シャトルに乗るまで30分くらい待たされた記憶があります。今回は，受付に長蛇の列だったので，こちらを選んで正解でした。

評価とは関係ないですが，混乗シャトルですが最初の停車が目的地だったので，本当に時間がかかりませんでした（これは滞在先によって違うので何ともですよね…）
帰りもお願いしていますが，帰りは逆に一番先になるんでしょうね。そういう意味では，平均すればみな同じ負担ってことですよね。

This is an experience you can only have in Hawaii! I thought so and decided to participate! The journey to go parasailing was also enjoyable, and seeing Hawaii from the sky was amazing! I would love to do it again if I have the chance!

After I mentioned how great the parasailing experience I had previously was, I participated with a couple of friends who were eager to try it out as well (and together we total over 240 years!). The driver shared recommendations for restaurants in Waikiki and tips for great souvenirs during the ride, and while we waited to board the boat, he introduced us to some fish and birds he called his "friends."

The crew on the boat was playful and incredibly cheerful, and they willingly took photos of the four of us together. Parasailing was enjoyable both while soaring in the sky and while watching, creating a sense of unity with the other participants. This program was filled with smiles, and I definitely feel like I will participate again!

以前参加したパラセイリングが良かったと話したら ぜひやってみたいと熱望する友人夫妻と 4人で参加しました（なんと合計240歳超！）
ドライバーさんは送迎中にワイキキのお薦めのレストランや お得なお土産情報などを教えてくれ 船に乗るまでの待ち時間には友だち（?!）だという魚や鳥を紹介してくれました
船のクルーはお茶目で底抜けに明るく 船上での4人一緒の写真もすすんで撮ってくれました
パラセイリングは空を舞っている時も見ている時も楽しく 同船の方との一体感があります
笑顔がいっぱいのこのプログラム またきっと参加する気がしています

I always use Roberts Hawaii for transportation from Honolulu Airport to Waikiki, and I am very grateful for the courteous service I received this time as well. However, since I came from Kauai to Oahu this time, the pickup was at the inter-island terminal, which was different from usual. I wasn't sure where the Roberts Hawaii staff would be, and I got a bit lost. I asked someone at the airport for help, but it would be even better if there were some clear indicators, such as a staff member wearing a yellow T-shirt, to make the meeting point easier to find. I would like to use your service again next time, so thank you in advance.

ホノルル空港からワイキキまでの送迎は、いつもロバーツハワイさんを使用していますが、今回も丁寧に対応いただきとても感謝しております。
ただ、今回はカウアイ島からオアフ島に来たため、往路はインターアイランドのターミナルでの待ち合わせでした。そのため、いつもと違って、どこにロバーツハワイさんのスタッフさんがいるかわからず、少し迷ってしまいました。空港にいた方に聞いて教えてもらいましたが、事前に、黄色のTシャツを着ているスタッフが目印など、待ち合わせ場所がわかりやすいように工夫してもらえると、さらによいと思います。
次回もまた利用させていただきたいと思っていますので、よろしくお願いいたします。

My first parasailing experience was amazing. I was able to fully enjoy the wonderful scenery of Hawaii and the refreshing wind. However, if you are prone to motion sickness, it's necessary to take precautions in advance, such as medication, because the waves can be quite strong.

I have always used a certain travel agency's transfer service, but when I exited the airport group exit, I had to wait with regular tour customers, and it took an incredibly long time just for check-in, which was quite frustrating. However, with this service, as soon as the number of passengers is complete, we depart, and the van accommodates a maximum of about 10 people. I only had to wait about 15 minutes, so it was very smooth. I think I would prefer this service from now on.

いつも某旅行社の送迎を利用してたが、空港団体出口を出ると、普通のツアー客と一緒に待たされ、受付だけで、ものすごい時間がかかるので辟易してたが、こちらは人数が揃えば出発なので、バンも最大10人ぐらいで、待っても15分ぐらいだったので、凄くスムーズだった。これからもこちらがいいなと思った。

Surfing in Hawaii was a dream of mine, so I participated. The waves were quite challenging for beginners on the day, but the instructor Gavin worked really hard and I was able to try three times. There was also a photographer who took photos and videos, so for an additional fee, you can see your surfing moments at the counter at the end and purchase them.

ハワイでのサーフィンは憧れだったので、参加しました。当日はビギナーにはなかなかの波で大変でしたがインストラクターのgavinがとても頑張ってくれて3本トライ出来ました。一緒にフォトグラファーの方が写真&ビデオ撮影してくれてるので、別料金ですが、最後にカウンターで波に乗ってる姿を見せてくれて買う事が出来ます。

They provided long-sleeved rash guards for everyone, and we first received an explanation while looking at photos in the office before moving to the beach for practice. At first, I was a bit confused being back in the ocean after a long time, but I was able to get the hang of it quicker than I expected, and it felt amazing! Paddling was tough, but they helped us out, and they encouraged us to stretch from time to time, so there were no aftereffects (laughs). I just had a great time. At the end, they gave each pair a DVD with our photos, which was lucky! One person had to pay for it, so I recommend participating in pairs! They also provided transportation back to the hotel, and I had a thoroughly enjoyable time; I think I'm going to get hooked on surfing! ^ ^♡

長袖のラッシュガードを全員に貸してくれて、まずオフィスで写真を見ながら説明を受け、ビーチに移動して練習。初めは久しぶりの海に戸惑ったけど思ったよりすぐに乗れるようになって本当に気持ちよかった！！パドリングがキツかったけど助けてくれるし、時々ストレッチを促してくれるから後遺症もなく(笑)ただただ楽しめました。最後に自分たちの写真を収めたDVDを2人1組で1枚プレゼントしてくれてlucky！1人の人は有料になってたので2人組で参加することをお勧めします！帰りもホテルまで送迎してくれるし、みっちり楽しめてサーフィンにハマりそうです^ ^♡

The view of Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach from the boat was very beautiful. As the boat moved, the shape of Diamond Head changed, allowing us to see various perspectives of it. There were only about 15 participants that day, so we were able to relax comfortably. It was the best experience to enjoy sparkling wine while feeling the pleasant sea breeze!

船上から見るダイヤモンドヘッドやワイキキビーチがとてもきれいでした。
船の進行によってダイヤモンドヘッドの形が変わり、いろいろなダイヤモンドヘッドを見られました。
その日の参加者が15名程度で少なかったのでゆったりとくつろげました。
気持ち良い海風を受けながらスパークリングワインが飲めて最高でした！！

My parents in their 70s were with us, and it seems they had more fun than we expected. The stage was close, making it easy to see, and we enjoyed the music as well.

70代の両親も一緒でしたが、思ったより楽しかったようです。
舞台が近いので、見やすく音楽も楽しめました。

It was easy to find the exit, and the staff guided me to the shuttle location. It was spacious, clean, and convenient. I would like to use it again.

出口で直ぐに分かり、掛りの方がシャトルの場所迄ご案内頂きました。広くて綺麗で便利でした。又利用したいです。

I decided to participate to excite my elementary school son, but my wife and I ended up being the ones who were excited. Since we had no experience with scuba diving, it was a lot of fun to dive into the ocean. Additionally, the guide had a great sense of humor, so I'm glad we joined. I highly recommend this for families!

小学生の息子を興奮させてみようと思い参加しましたが、私と妻の方が興奮してしまいました。スキューバなど未経験だったので、海に潜るというのが愉しかったです。
また、案内の人もユーモアだったので参加してよかったです。家族で参加にお薦めです!

We participated as a family of four. Without any explanation, we got on the canoe and received instructions on how to hold the oars while paddling. As soon as we headed out, waves came, so we were told we would return after two rides, which took about ten minutes. It was so brief that we asked for another round. If we hadn't asked, we would have only had two rides.

家族４人で参加しました。何の説明もなくカヌーに乗り、オールの持ち方など漕ぎながら説明を受けました。
沖に出るとすぐ波が来るので、２回乗ったら戻るとのこと。時間にして１０分くらい。
あまりにもあっけなかったので、もう一回お願いしました。
お願いしなかったら、2回で終わりにされちゃうところでした。

It was the return bus, and it arrived on time, allowing us to reach the airport earlier than planned. It was convenient since we had booked a round-trip plan.

帰りのバスでしたが時間通りきて予定よりも早めに空港につくことができました。往復のプランで予約していたので便利でした。

The communication between the driver and the operations staff was not smooth. When I was about to load my luggage and depart, I was told to switch to another bus, but then I was told it was fine to stay on the original one. However, I arrived without any issues.

運転手とオペレーション担当の方のコミュニケーションがうまく取れておらず、荷物を載せて出発しようと思ったら別のバスに乗り換えて下さい、と言われたり、結局そのままでよいと言われたり。到着は問題なくできました。

The VIP seats were close to the stage, and the artists came right to our seats, which was incredibly exciting. The quality of the show was also high, and I was very satisfied.

VIP 席はステージに近く、アーティストが席まで来てくれて、迫力満点でした。ショーの完成度も高く、大満足です。

Crew amazing. Sailing was an awesome time. Appetizers too! Who could possibly complain!

I was scheduled for a 9:10 pickup, but I overslept and woke up at 10:00... I hurriedly contacted them, and they quickly changed the time for me. The crew members were all fun people, and we encountered various creatures like turtles, sharks, and rays in the ocean. When I asked the kids what they enjoyed the most in Hawaii, they all shouted, "The submarine!" (^_^)

What started as a panic turned into a very enjoyable memory! I appreciate the kind assistance.

焦って連絡を入れたところ、すぐに別の時間へ変更してもらえました。
乗員の方々も楽しい人ばかりで、海中ではカメやサメ、エイなど色々な生き物に出会えました。子供たちも、ハワイで何が一番楽しかった？と聞くと、潜水艦！と声を揃えていいます(^_^)

焦りから一転、とても楽しい思い出になりました！

I wanted to show my 80-year-old father, who loves Elvis, so I went. I thought the food would be mediocre, so we went to a restaurant we liked. At the entrance, we ordered our favorite drinks (make sure to bring money as it's an additional charge) and participated just to see the show. Our seats were at the very back.

It had been 20 years since I last attended. I was wondering how it would be, but it was so much fun! From Hawaiian shows to impersonations! The quality was high, and the audience was never bored, as expected!

There was a Japanese lady really getting into it during Elvis's "Jailhouse Rock," and she got a hug from Elvis ♥ It was so much fun! My daughter also enjoyed herself in her own way! We enjoyed our meal and then casually went to see the show without feeling pressured or being stuck for a long time, which was great! I've heard the air conditioning is strong, so a long-sleeve shirt is a must.

I even recommended it to a friend who is going to Hawaii next week! My daughter kept saying that the impersonator of Michael was the staff member who was pouring beer at the entrance! I wonder if that's true...

エルビスが好きな80才になる父親に見せたくて、いってまいりました。
この手の食事はいまいちだと思ったのでレストランは好きなところに行き。入り口で、すきな飲み物を注文(別料金なのでお金持参)ショーだけみるのに参加しました。席は一番後ろの方になります。
私は20年ぶりに参加しました。いかがなものかと思っておりましたか。とても楽しかったです！ハワイアンショーから、ものまねまで！クオリティーもたかく、観客を飽きさせることなく、さすがです！
エルビスの監獄ロックで、のりのりになってる日本人のおばさまがいて、エルビスにハグされていました♥楽しかった～
娘もなんだかんだと楽しんでいました！自分たちで食事を楽しんで、そのあと、ふらっとショーを見に行く感覚で気負いすることもなく、長時間拘束されることもなくよかったです！クーラーは、聞いておりますので長袖は必須です。
翌週から、渡ハする友人にもお薦めしちゃいました♪

Children under three years old are free, so I relied on this.
The guidance was only in English, but I had no worries at all.
It would be great if it were free for elementary school students as well.

３歳までは無料なのでこちらに頼みました。
英語のみの案内ですが、何の心配もありませんでした。
小学生までは無料になるといいですね。

We were the only Japanese family. It was fun to experience the waves that soaked us and share smiles with the surrounding Americans. The scenery was amazing as we passed Diamond Head and enjoyed the waters off Honolulu all the way to Ala Moana. We participated in various optional tours, but this was the most enjoyable optional tour in Hawaii. I would do it again.

日本人は私達家族だけ。びしょ濡れになる程の波を受け周りのアメリカ人達と笑顔で笑いあえる体験が楽しい。景色はダイヤモンドヘッドを過ぎ、アラモアナまで周りホノルル沖を満喫。色んなオプショナルツアーに参加しましたがハワイで一番楽しいオプショナルツアー。また乗ります。

It was more fun than I imagined and became the best memory. I didn't think riding the waves could be so enjoyable and refreshing. I want to do it again! Just thinking about it makes me feel happy!

My first parasailing experience. The weather was clear and sunny. I took some motion sickness medication, but I felt a bit nauseous from the nerves, so I asked to go earlier in line. I was anxious before taking off, but once we started flying, it felt amazing and the time flew by. We were the only Japanese people there, but everyone waved at us while we were in the air, and it was a very friendly atmosphere. I would love to participate again.

初めてのパラセイリング。天気は快晴。酔い止めを飲んでいきましたが、緊張で酔いそうだったので、順番を早めてもらいました。飛ぶ前までは不安でしたが飛び始めたら、とっても気持ちがよくてあっという間のひと時でした。日本人は私達だけでしたが、飛んでる最中手を振ってくれたり皆さん和気あいあいとしていました。また、参加したいです。
