I had the best time on this tour. Our tour guide was amazing he was the best. The waterfall was awesome to swim in but you had to walk at least 30 min to get there which was not a bad hike at all. The scenery was beautiful and I even got a glimpse of a peacoke. The tour paid for coffee breakfast and lunch which was delicious. After the hike we went to Dole Plantation for dole whip which is pineapple ice cream.

Adam was prompt for pick up at hotel and at Diamond head. He was informative and gave good tips about the hike. Beautiful hike

The staff members are friendly and amazing! This tour stops at popular local shops all the way to the North Shore, allowing you to enjoy local food. I was able to see turtles on the beach, which became a wonderful memory. Thank you!

This time, we traveled to Hawaii as a family. Since most of my family was visiting Hawaii for the first time, we were looking for a tour that would take us around the island! I wanted to visit the East Coast and the North Shore as well. It was perfect for me, as I wanted to explore Hawaii's stunning scenic spots. I was worried that the day would feel long, but once we participated, we visited one breathtaking spot after another, and the day flew by! Our guide, D, was very clear and entertaining in both English and Japanese, and he was friendly, making it a truly enjoyable tour! The malasadas and garlic shrimp were incredibly delicious, and the nuts and coffee were perfect souvenirs! The acai bowl on the North Shore was also tasty! It was a truly fulfilling tour, and both my daughter and husband were very satisfied! Thank you very much!♪

今回は、家族でのハワイ旅行。家族のほとんどが初めてのハワイでしたので、島内を廻るツアーを探していました！東海岸も行きたいしノースショアも行きたい。ハワイの絶景スポット巡りをしたかった私にはぴったりでした。終日で時間が長いかな、と心配していましたが、参加してみると、次々と絶景スポットやグルメスポットが訪れて、あっという間の一日でした！ガイドのＤさん！英語と日本語で大変分かりやすく面白く、そしてフレンドリーに接して下さって、本当に楽しいツアーとなりました！マラサダもガーリックシュリンプも大変美味しく、ナッツもコーヒーもお土産に最適でした！ノースショアでのアサイーボールも美味しかった！本当に充実したツアーで、娘も主人も大満足していました！ありがとうございました♪

What views, the crater and then the whole shoreline of Waikiki from above, its unreal! Cant wait to go back.

For two hours, my feet hurt a little, but I enjoyed the Hawaiian sun, blue sky, and breeze. I heard it was a rare sunny day, and I was blessed with great weather for a wonderful experience.

２時間、少し足の裏がいたくなりましたが、ハワイの太陽と青空そして風にのって、楽しく過ぎていきました。久しぶりに晴天になった日と聞き、天候にも恵まれて素晴らしい体験ができました。

The guide was a Japanese person named Fumi! Riding the Segway was fun, but what I really liked was how he explained the details about the city and shared its history, which helped me learn more about Hawaii✨ He also took photos for us, and he was really good at it. If I come back to Hawaii, I will definitely do this again☺️

セグウェイ自体も楽しいけど、詳しく街中のこと説明してくれたり歴史とか知れてハワイに詳しくなれるのがいい✨

We had a wonderful time on this tour. Our guide “D” was very caring of each of the persons on our group. My family enjoyed the entire trip, especially the waterfall.

My first time in Hawaii. I was able to efficiently visit hard-to-reach tourist spots by bike and bus, making for a fulfilling day! The staff's stories during the trip were also very interesting, as I got to hear some behind-the-scenes tales about Hawaii! The garlic shrimp for lunch was the most delicious thing I had during my stay.

お昼のガーリックシュリンプは、滞在中に食べた物の中で1番美味しかったです。

I was surprised at how easy it was to ride a Segway during my first experience.

It felt like I could go anywhere, even to places that seemed a bit far for a walk, just by leaning my weight in the direction I wanted to go.

It's perfect for walking!

In the end, I just followed the guide and covered quite a distance while seeing various sights.

Segways are the best!!!

セグウェイ乗車初体験で、こんなに簡単に乗れるなんて、びっくりしました。

散歩だとチョット遠いなと感じる所へも、その方向へ体重を寄せるだけで向かい、行ってしまえる、という感じでした。

散歩用の足と言うにぴったりですね。

結局、ガイドの方について行くだけで、かなりな距離を走行し、色んな景色を見ることが出来ました。

セグウェイ最高！！！

I have been to Hawaii dozens of times, but this was my first time experiencing such a fulfilling tour. The guide, D, provided a perfect tour in both English and Japanese. We got stuck in traffic on the way back, but that also became a good memory. The scenery was amazing! I would like to request a tour for my next trip to Hawaii as well. Thank you very much.

何十回もハワイにきていますが、こんなに充実したツアーは初めてでした。
ガイドのDさんも英語と日本語でガイドして下さり、完璧なガイドでした。
帰りに渋滞にはまりましたが、それも含めていい思い出になりました。
景色も最高でした！
次回のハワイもツアーをお願いしたいです。

I participated because I wanted to experience something that I can't enjoy in Japan during my first trip to Hawaii. It rained from the morning of the reserved day, and I received a call first thing in the morning from Genie, who suggested, "Since the weather is bad today, let's change it to tomorrow afternoon!" The change turned out to be a great decision, as the next day was clear and sunny! The staff were very polite and taught us well, and even though I was nervous, I was able to ride smoothly and had a very enjoyable two hours! It was fun to feel the wind. Genie was cute, kind, and the best! (＾＾) Since we were the first group this time, I want to join the Segway tour again with all my friends next time.

初めてのハワイで、日本では味わえないことがしたいと参加しました。
予約した日の朝から雨で、朝いちばんにお電話をいただき、「今日は天気が悪いから明日の午後に変更しよう！」とジーニーさんから提案していただき変更。変更が大当たりで翌日は快晴でした！
スタッフの方も丁寧に教えていただき、ドキドキしながらもスムーズに乗れるようになって、とても楽しい2時間をすごせました！風を切るのが楽しかったです。ジーニーさんもキュートで親切で最高でした！（＾＾）
今回私たちは先発隊だったので、次回は友達みんなでまたセグウェイツアーに参加したいと思っています。

I was glad to efficiently visit various points on my first trip to Hawaii. The cost performance was great, including meals and snacks. I appreciated stopping at places that are hard to visit individually. The guide provided good explanations, and I really enjoyed it. Overall, I think the tour was excellent.
However, there was zero spiritual aspect. There was no explanation about spirituality, and the driver declared right from the start, "Today is a gourmet tour!"
Honestly, I was expecting to visit spiritual spots, but it was completely a gourmet tour. It was fun, so that's fine.
How about not forcing in spirituality and just stating from the beginning that it's a "gourmet tour"?

初めてのハワイで効率良くポイントを回れて良かった。食事やおやつ込みでコスパ良し。個人ではなかなか回れない所に寄るので有り難かった。ガイドさんも説明が良くて、とても楽しめました。ツアー自体はとても最高だったと思う。
ただ、スピリチュアル感はゼロ。スピリチュアルに関する説明は無しで、「今日はグルメツアーよ！」とドライバーさんも冒頭から宣言してた。
正直スピリチュアルスポットに行けるのを期待していたが、完全にグルメツアーだった。楽しかったから良いけど。
無理にスピリチュアルを盛り込まず、初めから「グルメツアー」と書いてはどうか？？

It was a fun tour packed with activities. Our guide Daisuke and our driver Mahea, who was born in Hawaii, both did their best to show us around. It was disappointing that many shops in Haleiwa were closed for Thanksgiving, so we couldn't explore the town, but instead, they took us to Dole and the King Kamehameha statue. Starting with malasadas, the food was satisfying throughout the tour.

Although I had the earliest pickup, I made the regrettable mistake of sitting behind the driver's seat. Since it was a coastal drive, sitting on the right side would have allowed me to enjoy the scenery better.

Even though we couldn't stroll around Haleiwa on Thanksgiving, I still wanted to take pictures of the signs. I mentioned that I was looking forward to encountering sea turtles, so our guide Daisuke made a great effort to find them for us. Unfortunately, there weren't any on the beach, but I was able to see a turtle's head popping out of the water with my own eyes. Instead, I was lucky to encounter seals sunbathing.

I would like to have a revenge tour of Haleiwa, but overall, it was a satisfying day.

　盛りだくさんで楽しいツアーでした。
ガイドのダイスケくん、ハワイ生まれのドライバーのマへア2人とも一生懸命に案内してくれました。感謝祭で、ハレイワの街はお休みの店舗ばかりで、散策できず残念でしたが、代わりにドールと、カメハメハ大王像に連れて行ってくれました。マラサダに始まり、食も満足なツアーでした。
　1番早いピックアップだったのに、運転席の後ろ側の席に座ってしまったのが、痛恨のミスでした。海沿いのドライブなので、右側に座ったほうが、景色を楽しめます。
　感謝祭でハレイワの街の散策が出来なかったけど、看板の写真だけでも撮りたかったです。
　私がウミガメに出会えるのを楽しみにしてると話したので、ガイドのダイスケくん一生懸命探してくれました。残念ながら海岸にはいませんでしたが、肉眼でウミガメの頭が海面から出る姿は確認できました。代わりにアザラシの日向ぼっこに遭遇できたのは、ラッキーでした。
　ハレイワ観光はリベンジしたいですが、一日満足でした。

The person who guided us was unfriendly, fumbling with sending photos and when I requested to resend them, I was refused. The way they spoke was very unkind, and it completely ruined the enjoyable atmosphere. It seemed like they were focused on promoting their own tour, leading to a self-centered conversation and guidance. Overall, there was traffic on the roads, and we were pressed for time at each point, leaving us no time to enjoy things slowly. Since the itinerary was packed, if there are traffic jams, the schedule becomes quite tight.

案内してくれた人が不親切でした、写真の送信に不慣れでモタモタしていて、再度送信を依頼しても、断られた。とても不親切な言い方で、楽しい雰囲気が一気に壊された。自分でツアーを企画しているらしく、その宣伝ばかりの話で、自分本位な会話と案内だと感じてしまった。
全体的には、道の渋滞があり、各ポイントで時間に押されてゆっくり楽しむ時間がなかった。
盛りだくさんな企画なので、道の渋滞が重なればかなりタイトなスケジュールになってしまう。

We really enjoyed our day out with Jackson on Thanksgiving Day. We appreciate him working on the holiday to show us around. Loved the tasty treats, gorgeous views and the interesting/knowledgeable commentary.

I was able to enjoy a lot of Hawaiian food, and since it was included in the tour price, I was very satisfied with the tour! Everything was delicious! At the macadamia nut farm, you can experience cracking and eating nuts for free, so definitely give it a try. The taste of freshly cracked macadamia nuts was fresh and incredibly delicious. Also, at Kahuku Farm, you can try fried banana spring rolls, and I also bought and tasted rambutan (lychee), which was juicy and really tasty, so I recommend it.

In Haleiwa, Matsumoto Shave Ice had a long line, so I tried Aoki's Shave Ice across the street. The atmosphere was really nice, and the taste was good, making it a hidden gem! It’s perfect for Instagram!

Takashi was our tour guide! I was sitting in the very back, but he kindly said I could come to the front if I couldn't hear the announcements well. Thanks to his efforts, we were able to see sea turtles safely, and at the end, he even prepared souvenirs for us, which I really appreciated! The in-car announcements felt like listening to the radio, making it enjoyable, and I could also take a nap when I got tired, making for a comfortable tour.

たくさんハワイらしい食べ物が食べられて、それもツアー料金に含まれているので満足度の高いツアーでした！しかも全部おいしかった〜！マカダミアナッツファームでは無料でナッツの殻を砕いて食べる体験ができるので、ぜひやってみてください。砕きたてのマカダミアナッツの味は新鮮でとっても美味しかったです。また、カフクファームではバナナの揚げ春巻きが食べられますが、さらに、ランブータン(ライチ)も買って食べてみたら、みずみずしくてすごくおいしかったのでおすすめです。
ハレイワの町では、マツモトシェイブアイスは並んでいたので道路の向かいにあるアオキズシェイブアイスを食べましたが、雰囲気がすごく良くて、味もおいしく穴場だなと思いました！インスタ映えします！


たかしさんがツアーガイドでした！1番後ろの席でしたが案内が聞こえにくかったら前に来ていいよって配慮してくださいました。一生懸命探してくれたおかげでウミガメも無事見れて、最後にはお土産まで用意してくださっていて至れり尽くせりの対応に感謝です！またラジオを聴いているかのような車内アナウンスで楽しく、疲れたら寝ることもできて快適なツアーでした。

It was a tour where I could enjoy various beaches and delicious food in Hawaii all in one day! We had snacks at each destination, so I ended up quite full (so much so that I didn't need dinner, haha). Thanks to this tour, I was able to visit famous spots in Hawaii beyond Waikiki!

ハワイの色んなビーチや美味しいものを1日かけて堪能できるツアーでした！
行く先でおやつを頂くのでお腹いっぱいになります。(夜ごはんがいらなくなるくらい笑)このツアーのおかげでワイキキ以外のハワイの名所に行くことができました！

The tour started with a coffee tasting at the office early in the morning, followed by malasadas, local food, nuts, garlic shrimp (for lunch), and banana spring rolls (I forgot the local name).

Despite that, I ended up having shave ice in Haleiwa... it was truly a tour that left my stomach very satisfied.

I also got to see turtles swimming, which was great.

朝イチからオフィスでのコーヒーの試飲から始まり、マラサダ、ローカルフード、ナッツ、ガーリックシュリンプ(ランチ)、バナナ春巻き？(ローカルな名前忘れました)がツアーの中に含まれています。
なのにハレイワでシェイブアイスを食べてしまうなんて…、ホントお腹が大満足なツアーでした。
亀さんが泳いでいるのも見れたし、良かったです。

I was able to fully enjoy the basic tourist attractions and food of Oahu, and the fun conversations from the driver who guided us kept the participants engaged, which was also very nice.

オアフ島の基本的な観光地やフードを満喫できたことや、案内をしてくれたドライバーの方の参加者を飽きさせない楽しいトークもとてもよかったです。

I was excited to sign up for a tour with my son to play in the pool at Waimea Falls. On the day of the tour, a friendly guide provided explanations in both English and Japanese. We arrived smoothly at the botanical garden where Waimea Falls is located, but it was revealed at the entrance that swimming in the falls was not allowed. Still, we hoped to see the falls and made our way while receiving explanations about the plants. I had a bad feeling when we reached a spot that I thought was a river with no flowing water, but as we continued deeper, we arrived at a completely dry pool. It was clear that there hadn't been rain for a while. The pool was murky and definitely not suitable for swimming. We were told that the lifeguard would make a decision about swimming at 9 AM that morning, so we wouldn't know until we came, but if the tour company had checked with the botanical garden the day before, they would have known about the condition of the falls.

I regretted participating in the tour early in the morning just to see a dried-up waterfall. The guide took us to a nearby beach, and although we were able to swim in the ocean for a short time, my goal of swimming in the pool while viewing the waterfall was not fulfilled. At the very least, I wished they had contacted us the day before to let us know that the waterfall would not be visible but to ask if we still wanted to participate. The guide was good, but the tour company lacked sincerity.

ワイメア滝の滝つぼで水遊びをしたいとワクワクしながら息子とツアーに申し込みました。ツアー当日、英語と日本語で説明してくれる親切なガイドさんが案内してくれました。順調にワイメア滝のある植物園に到着しましたが、入口で滝で泳げない事が判明。それでも滝は見れるだろうと期待して植物の説明を受けながら滝を目指しました。途中の川だと思う場所に水は流れてなく嫌な予感はしましたが、奥へ進むと全く水が流れていない滝つぼに到着。しばらく雨が降ってないことが予想される状況でした。滝つぼは濁っていてとても入れる状況ではないのは一目瞭然。泳げるかどうかの判断は当日の朝9時にライフガードが判断するから、来てみないとわからないとの説明でしたが、ツアー会社が前日に植物園に確認していてくれたら、滝の状況がわかっていたはずなのに。
枯れた滝を見るために早朝からツアーに参加し、後悔しました。ガイドさんが近くのビーチに連れて行ってくださり、短時間でしたが海で泳ぐ事が出来ましたが、海ではなく滝をみながら滝つぼで泳ぎたいっていう目的は叶いませんでした。せめて、前日に滝が見れないけど参加するかどうか連絡して欲しかった。
ガイドさんは良いけど、誠実さが感じられないツアー会社でした。

The tour was led by a bright and fun guide who was great at teaching! The course covered a lot, from paintings to the sea, and the explanations were easy to understand. It was really wonderful!

教え方も上手で、明るく楽しいガイドさんのツアーでした！まわるコースも絵画から海まで盛り沢山で解説もわかりやすく、とてもよかったです！

I had a wonderful experience riding a Segway while enjoying the scenery at Kaka'ako and Magic Island, with fun explanations from our guide.

セグウェイに乗ってカカアコやマジックアイランドなど、ゆっくり景色を見ながら、楽しいガイドさんの説明などで楽しい思いを体験しました。

Last year, when I came to Hawaii, I rode a Segway for the first time and had so much fun, so this year I participated for the second time. A flashy van picked me up at the hotel, so I recognized it right away. When we arrived at the shop, we started with signing the consent forms and then put on helmets, and each person began practicing slowly. Since I rode last year, I was surprisingly able to get on easily. The Japanese-speaking instructor was very friendly and engaging. Participants wear headsets, so we can always hear the instructor, which is reassuring. We actually rode on the road, going from Ala Moana Beach Park around Magic Island and checking out the art in Kaka'ako! It was so much fun that I want to ride again! Finally, I gave a tip and was taken back to the hotel!

昨年ハワイに来た時に初めてセグウェイに乗って楽しかったので今年も2回目の参加となりました。ホテルに派手なバンで迎えに来てくれたので直ぐに分かりました。店に着いたらまず承諾書のサインなどから始まりヘルメットを着けて一人一人ゆっくり練習が始まります。昨年乗ったので意外とすんなり乗れました。日本語の上手な日系のインストラクターさんが楽しく話してくれます。参加者はインカムを付けているのでインストラクターの話は常に聞こえるので安心です。実際に道路を走ってアラモアナビーチパークからマジックアイランドを回ってカカアコのアートなどを回りました！
楽しいのでまた乗りたいです！
最後にチップを渡してホテルまで送ってもらいました！

It all started with a stop at the building of the executing company. I wasn't quite sure why we stopped there, but I was able to take a photo at the entrance and receive some data. I had the opportunity to enjoy Leonard's malasadas at the Hawaii exhibition in Japan, but I was a bit surprised by the large size of the malasadas there. The taste is still delicious as ever. I also had some time at the souvenir shop next to Hawaiian Island Cafe, where I was able to purchase a plumeria ring that I liked. At the macadamia nut farm, I bought the dressing recommended by our guide, Yuki. I appreciate the guide's recommendations as they provide various helpful insights. It was my first time trying garlic shrimp, and I was happy to have the option to choose from three different sauces. I chose the lemon pepper sauce, which I preferred over the garlic flavor. At Kahuku Land Farm, I had fried banana spring rolls, which were tasty, but I was already quite full (laughs). In Haleiwa Town, there was a long line for shave ice, but I managed to find time to purchase it. Overall, it was a fun day tour.

日本でのハワイ展でレナーズのマラサダを頂く機会がありましたが、現地のマラサダはサイズが大きくてちょっとびっくりしました
味は相変わらず美味しいです
ハワイアンアイランドカフェ並びのお土産屋でも少し時間があり、気に入ったプルメリアの指輪を購入することができました
マカダミアナッツファームではガイドのゆきさんおすすめのドレッシングを購入しました
ガイドさんのおすすめ話はいろんな参考になるのでうれしいです
ガーリックシュリンプを頂くのは初めてでしたが、ソースの味が3種類選択できるのもうれしかったです
レモンペッパーソースを選択しましたがガーリック味より好みでした
カフクランドファームでは揚げバナナ春巻き？をいただきました
美味しかったですが、すでのおなか一杯です（笑）
ハレイワタウンでもシェイブアイスは長蛇の列でしたが無事購入する時間もあり、全体的に楽しく過ごすことのできる1日ツアーでした

Both my wife and I are in our late 50s, while the other two couples are younger. Although we both ride motorcycles, we were a bit worried about keeping up with the younger crowd. After a brief 10-minute lecture, we were ready to ride. I think the Japanese guide was very good at teaching.

Since we ride standing up, the view is great, and we moved at a jogging pace, which allowed us to look around leisurely. At Ala Moana Beach Park, we were allowed to go onto the grass, and it was a fun experience being waved at by people sunbathing on benches while also being chased away by park rangers.

The weather was nice, but the sun was strong, so I put on a UV-cut parka. The feeling of riding was indescribably strange; the sound of the motor just echoed with a whoosh. Without hard tires and suspension, the bumps in the road were transmitted directly to us.

We even had someone take a video of us while riding, and with a break in between, the roughly two hours flew by. Including tips, it was quite an expense, but it turned out to be a unique experience. I would love to ride again.

我々、二人ともオートバイには乗っているものの、
『若い人に付いて行けるかな〜』と少々心配。
10分くらいのレクチャーで乗れるようになりました。
日本語ガイドさんの教え方が上手だったと思います。
立って乗るので見晴らしが良く、ジョギングくらいの
スピードで移動するので、キョロキョロする余裕も
ありました。
アラモアナ・ビーチパークでは芝生に入ってOKという
ことでしたが、パークレンジャーに追い出されたり、
ベンチで日光浴をしている人に手を振ってもらったり、
楽しい体験でした。
天気が良いと日当たりが強いので、UVカットパーカー
を羽織りました。
乗った感じは何とも言えない不思議な感覚。モーターの
音が、ヒュ〜ンと響くだけ。
硬いタイヤとサスペンションがないので路面の凸凹が
ダイレクトに伝わってきます。
途中で乗っているところの動画を撮ってもらったり、
休憩を挟んで、およそ2時間があっと言う間でした。
チップを含めると結構な出費でしたが、なかなかできない
体験になりました。
また乗りたいと思います。

I enjoyed it more than I expected. You can leave your luggage at the office, but there is space in front of the Segway where you can store small bags. They suggest a tip of 15% or more, but it seems you don't have to follow that if you don't want to. By the way, tips can also be paid by card, which was helpful since I didn't have any cash.

予想していた以上に楽しめました。オフィスで荷物を預けられますが、セグウェイの前に収納できるスペースがあるので小さい荷物でしたらそこに入れられます。チップは15%〜の金額を提示してくれますが、気持ち次第なのでそれに従わなくても良さそうでした。ちなみにチップはカード払いも可能です。現金を持っていなかったので助かりました。

I arranged for a pickup from Waikiki, which made getting around easy. The Segway was easier to ride than I expected, and the weather was great with stunning views.

ワイキキからの送迎をつけてもらったので移動が楽でした。セグウェイは思ったよりも乗りやすくて、天気も良くて景色が最高でした。

The tour driver was great! He got us there and through the gate in a timely manner. However, if you are looking for serenity or a peaceful hike, you have come to the wrong place. It was so crowded it was hard to enjoy. Had some younger individuals that thought we might all enjoy their music blaring.

This site would benefit from a timed entry system.

Leonard's malasadas, Kahuku's garlic shrimp, and many sightseeing spots, plus the honu popping its head out of the sea, were amazing!
However, I wish we could have sampled some fruits at the fruit farm after the garlic shrimp.
Also, the guide's explanations were hard to hear from the back seat because the microphone was muffled, so I wanted to hear a bit more.

レナーズのマラサダ、カフクのガーリックシュリンプ、たくさんの観光名所に、ホヌも海から顔だしてくれて最高てした!
ただ、ガーリックシュリンプの後のフルーツ農園ではフルーツの試食出来たらよかったなーと思います。
あと、ガイドさんの説明が後ろの席だとマイクがこもっていてところどころ聞こえにくかったので、もう少し聞きたかったてす。
