I enjoyed a bus trip of about three hours, starting from the Royal Hawaiian Center at 9:30 AM on the East Oahu Scenic Line, which operates twice a day. There were stops of about 15 minutes at tourist spots like Hanauma Bay and Halona Blowhole, giving us plenty of time for photos and restroom breaks. The bus also stops at Kahala Mall, so you can shop before transferring to the Kahala Line for your return trip. Meals are not included, but it was an affordable half-day tour.

1日2回運行の東オアフ絶景･ラインに9時30分始発のロイヤル･ハワイアン･センターから乗車して、約3時間のバス旅を楽しみました。ハナウマ湾やハロナ潮吹き岩などの観光地では15分程度の停車時間があり記念写真やトイレ休憩にも充分時間があります。カハラモールに停車しますから、買い物をしてから、カハラ･ラインに乗り換えて帰ることも出来ます。食事は付いていませんが、お安く半日観光ができました。

As a couple in our 60s, we had concerns about our physical ability and skills, but we were given careful instruction. It felt amazing to travel a long distance while feeling the wind, which would have been difficult on foot. The explanations were detailed, and we were surprised. Thank you for the enjoyable time.

I was wondering if there would be some variation in the arrival time, but it arrived quite on time! The trolley driver was also accustomed to Japanese people and answered my questions about the destination in a friendly manner. The course that goes around to catch the sunset took us to Ala Moana Park at just the right time, and we were able to see a beautiful sunset. I started using it from the day I arrived in Hawaii, but I couldn't use it due to jet lag, so I recommend carefully considering the start date before using it.

到着予定時間にバラツキがあるのかなと思ってましたが結構ピッタリな時間に到着でした！
トロリーの運転手さんも日本人に慣れてて行き先聞いたら気さくに答えてくれます。
サンセットにあわせて巡るコースは丁度良い時間にアラモアナパークに行けて綺麗なサンセットをみることができました。
ハワイに到着した日から使用開始にしたのですが時差ボケで利用できなかったので使用開始日をよく検討してから使用開始することをオススメします。

A sunrise hike up diamond head is a must do. The Acai bowl at Bogarts was a perfect refresher after the hike. I would do this again

It's recommended as a kind of activity since you can enjoy sightseeing while feeling the wind. If you only consider transportation, the bus is cheaper, has more routes, and longer operating hours.

The tour with our guide Susumu and driver Mahia was bright and fun! The meeting time was strictly adhered to, and we never experienced any delays in departure. Unfortunately, we couldn't see the sea turtles due to nature's unpredictability, which was disappointing. Nevertheless, it was a gourmet-filled tour from the moment we got on the bus until we got off! We enjoyed a day's worth of Hawaiian cuisine! For those considering participating, please join without having breakfast. There are various reviews out there, but in my personal opinion, the tour's success depends not just on the guide but also on the participants finding joy in the experience, which can lead to a wonderful journey!

ガイドのススムさん､ドライバーのマヒア？さん､お二人共明るくて楽しいツアーでした❗️集合時間も時間厳守されて出発が遅れる事は一度もありませんでした❗️ただ自然には逆らえず海ガメには会えず残念でした❗️とにかくバスに乗ってから降りるまでグルメ三昧のツアーでした❗️１日でハワイの食事を頂きました❗️参加をご検討される方は朝ごはん抜きで参加されて下さい色々口コミもありますが私の個人的な意見ですがツアーはガイドさん次第ではなく参加する方々が参加する楽しみを見つけられると素晴らしい旅になると思います❗️

I used a one-day pass and took two lines. I was worried, but I was able to enjoy sightseeing without any issues. I'm glad I could go to the places I wanted to visit. I would like to use it again.

I think it's a great plan to easily enjoy B-class gourmet food in Hawaii. The guide's stories were interesting, and time flew by. Since we had some extra time, we also stopped by the Hawaii Izumo Taisha and Dole Plantation, which was very satisfying!

ガイドさんの話も面白くあっという間に時間が過ぎます。時間に余裕があったとのことでプラン外のハワイ出雲大社やドールプランテーションにも立ち寄って頂き大満足！

I was thinking of participating in the Sunset Drive on September 30, but the departure time was already past sunset... After receiving an explanation, I decided not to participate and quickly headed to Waikiki Beach, where I was just in time to see the moment of sunset.

The roads were under construction, so it probably would have taken a while, and it was the right decision to cancel my participation.

Since the departure time is determined by HIS, there's nothing that can be done, but I wish they would consider this a bit more.

9月30日の参加でサンセットドライブに参加しようと思いましたが、
出発時間が既にサンセットを過ぎていて…
説明を受けて参加を取りやめ、
急遽ワイキキビーチに向かい、ギリギリセーフで
サンセットの瞬間を見ることができました。

道路も工事中できっと時間もかかっただろうし、
参加をやめたのは正解でした。

出発時間を決めるのはHISなので
仕方ないですが、ちょっと考えて欲しいですね。

I participated in the 4-day unlimited ride on the all-line trolley. I used the Pink Line every day, and I rode each of the other lines for one day, using the Blue Line twice. It had been six years since my last ride, but the Blue Line, which runs east, is my absolute favorite! ✨ Although it's the longest route, there was a restroom break at Sea Life Park. Riding the trolley while feeling the Hawaiian breeze is the best‼️ The views from the trolley, the upbeat music playing inside, and the humorous guidance from the driver were all so enjoyable! ❤️ The price has gone up, but since it takes you around all the tourist spots, I highly recommend it for those visiting Oahu for the first time.

全線共通トロリー4日間乗り放題に参加しました。レッド、グリーン、ブルー、ピンクの路線
ピンクラインは毎日利用しましたし他の路線は1日ずつそれぞれに乗車してブルーラインは2回利用しました。
6年ぶりの利用でしたが東を走るブルーラインは1番のお気に入りの路線です✨時間的には1番長い路線ですがシーライフパークでトイレ休憩もありました。
ハワイの風を受けながらのトロリーは最高です‼️
トロリーから眺める景色、トロリー内で流れる軽快なリズムの音楽、運転手さんのユーモア溢れるガイド全てにおいて楽しかったです❤️
お値段は高くなりましたが観光名所を隈なくまわってくれるのでオアフ島を初めて訪れる方には

Overall, the tour guide was amazing. Renting a car and driving around casually is nice, but having a local guide explain the highlights and enjoy local cuisine was fantastic. Recommendations for steak houses in Waikiki are definitely something only locals would know. We were also taken to a turtle point, and although we unfortunately didn't encounter any at the famous turtle beach, we were able to see turtles swimming perfectly at a special spot we moved to. My wife was very satisfied as well.

とにかく、ツアーガイドさんが最高でした。
レンタカーを借りて気ままにドライブもいいですが、地元のガイドさんにポイント、ポイントを説明してもらい、ローカルグルメも満喫できました。
ワイキキのおすすめステーキハウス情報とか、やはり地元の方にしかわからないですよね。
ウミガメポイントにもつれていってもらいましたが、有名なウミガメビーチでは、あいにくと遭遇できなかったものの、とっておきのポイントに場所を変えたところ、バッチリ遊泳中のウミガメを見ることができました。妻も大満足していました。

During our visit to Hawaii, we decided to book a tour to Diamond Head for Sunrise Hiking. It was the best decision we made. Blue Lei Hawaii Tours provided excellent customer service from the beginning to the end. The driver arrived early and was very kind and helpful. We also received a delicious donut at the end of the hike! I'm glad we chose Blue Lei Hawaii Tours, and I would highly recommend using them for any of your tour needs.

When I traveled to Hawaii before, I did a Segway tour and had so much fun, so I chose the same Segway Kaka'ako course again. I requested a pickup, and it was just my husband and me. The guide was friendly and engaging, which made the experience enjoyable. Since it was our second time, we were able to start right after the briefing.

We took a lot of photos just the two of us, and the conversations were fun. The thrill of riding the Segway combined with the great experience made it very enjoyable. I appreciate the attentive service as well. On the way back, we were dropped off at the Ala Moana Shopping Center, which was convenient. If I get the chance to travel to Hawaii again, I would love to do the Segway tour once more.

前にハワイ旅行したときもセグウェイして、とても楽しかったので、また同じセグウェイのカカアココースにしました。
お迎えもお願いし、私たち夫婦だけで、行く時もお話してくれたり丁寧で楽しかったです。
2回目なのでレクチャーしてもらってすぐ出発することできました。
夫婦2人だけで写真もたくさんとっていただき、お話も楽しく、セグウェイの爽快感と合わせてとても楽しかったです。
丁寧な対応にも感謝します。
帰りはアラモアナショッピングセンターまで送ってもらい、合わせてよかったです。
また、ハワイ旅行できたら、セグウェイまたなりたいです。

Great way to get a bus transfer and a stop at Leonards- a tourist dream :)

First, at the exchange window, I was treated poorly, which put me in a terrible mood on my first day in Hawaii. I kept telling myself that it had been five years since my last overseas trip and that I was just out of touch, trying not to get frustrated.

The drivers were all nice people! I recommend the East Oahu route for those who haven't been there before! However, the morning service can get crowded, with standing passengers. I've heard the afternoon is less busy. (There were some places that only stop on certain weekdays in the morning.)

Since my trip focused on shopping, the access to Ala Moana was not very convenient. The Pink Line doesn't come on time, and sometimes it's too full to board, plus there are all sorts of people riding it, so I hardly used it.

I recommend choosing a trolley that fits your travel purpose.

まず、引き換えの窓口で、散々な態度をとられ、ハワイ初日に最悪な気分になりました。5年ぶりの海外旅行で、平和ボケしてたんだと言い聞かせてイライラしないようにしてました。

運転手さんはみんないい人でした！
東オアフルートは行ったことない人にはおすすめです！が、朝の便は立ち乗りの人もいるくらい混みます。午後は空いてるそうです。（決められた曜日の午前しか立ち寄らない場所がありました）

買い物中心の旅だったので、アラモアナへのアクセスが悪く、使い勝手はあんまりでした。
ピンクラインは時間通りになんて来ないし、いっぱいで乗られないこともあるし、いろんな人が乗っているし、ほぼ使いませんでした。

ご自身の旅の目的に合わせて、トロリーを選ぶことをおすすめします。

It was my first hike, and I was a bit anxious, but the well-maintained path made it very easy to walk! Also, the guide taught us about various plants, which was really enjoyable!

The coffee from the coffee farm was plentiful and very delicious!

Thanks to the unlimited ride ticket, I was able to visit various places. The ride to East Oahu took about three hours, but the driver's entertaining stories and the short stops at many photo spots made the time fly by. I was also able to efficiently visit Sunset Beach and Diamond Head, and I am very satisfied with the experience.

乗り放題チケットのおかけでいろいろな場所に行くことができました。東オアフへは約3時間の乗車でしたが、ドライバーの方の楽しい話やたくさんの写真スポットでの短時間停車もあり、あっという間に時間がすぎました。また、効率よくサンセットビーチやダイヤモンドヘッドにも行くことができ、とても満足しています。

Great tour and delicious treat, perfect way to combine a tour!

We participated as a family of ten. Some of us were experiencing a Segway for the first time, but the two instructors were kind and thorough in their teaching, allowing everyone to maneuver the Segway well and enjoy themselves. Since it was an evening experience, it wasn't too hot, and the breeze was pleasant. We were able to see wall art, stroll through the streets, and enjoy the wind and scenery by the seaside, visiting various places in a short amount of time. Our family of ten was able to fully enjoy Hawaii, creating the best memories of our family trip. Segways are amazing! We want to enjoy it together again.

家族10人で参加しました。セグウェイ初体験の者もいましたが、インストラクターのお二人が、親切丁寧に教えてくださり、みんなうまくセグウェイを動かして楽しむことができました。夕方の体験でしたので、暑すぎず風が心地よかったでし。ウォールアートを見たりや、街並みを散策したり、海辺の風と景色を眺めたりと、短時間で様々な場所まで行くことができました。家族10人で、ハワイを満喫することができて、家族旅行の最高の思い出ができました。セグウェイ最高‼️また、みんなで楽しみたいです。

We participated as a couple, and with one more person, we formed a small group of three, all of whom had experience with Segways, so we quickly got to practice and then hit the streets. Our guide was very good at Japanese (I initially thought he was Japanese) and was interesting to talk to, making him a great person. Riding along the coast with the refreshing breeze was the best. The two hours flew by. At the end, my husband accidentally fell due to a sudden brake, but since he had never fallen off a Segway before, it was a good experience to have. Thank you for the band-aid. I definitely want to ride again the next time I go to Hawaii!

夫婦2人で参加。あともう1人の参加で3人の少人数グループ、そして3人ともセグウェイ経験者だったので、練習はサクッとですぐに街に出られました。ガイドさんは日本語が上手で（最初日本人かと思った）話も面白くて良い人でした。爽やかな風を受けながら海沿いを疾走するのは最高でした。2時間あっという間。最後に夫が急ブレーキでうっかり転んでしまいましたが、今までセグウェイで転んだ事がなかったのでこういう事もあるという良い経験になりました。絆創膏をありがとうございました。また次にハワイに行ったら絶対乗りたい！

You can enjoy a summary of must-visit places and gourmet experiences on Oahu. The guide was excellent, providing not only information about tourist spots but also interesting stories about the places we passed by, so even in one day, you can gain a solid understanding of Oahu. They introduced us to some of the best places on the island for garlic shrimp and malasadas. We were able to buy fresh local fruits, and the pineapples were particularly sweet, ripening more than those in Japan. We could choose between flavored and unflavored macadamia nuts and decided after sampling them. This was perfect for first-time sightseeing in Oahu.

オアフ島の「ここは行った方がいい」と言う場所とグルメをまとめて堪能できます。
ガイドさんがとても良く、観光地だけでなく、通過していく所のエピソード等も教えていただけますので、１日ですが、ほぼオアフ島についての基礎知識を得ることができます。
ガーリックシュリンプやマラサダは島内でもかなり美味しい店を紹介していただけます。
島で採れたフルーツを鮮度良く買えました。中でもパイナップルは日本より熟していたので、とても甘いでした。マカデミアナッツは味のあるなしが選べて、試食して決められました。
初めてのオアフ島観光にはもってこいでした。

Gliding on a Segway until sunset on the last day of my stay in Hawaii! After practicing in the spacious parking lot of the small Segway center shop, we headed into the city! From Kaka'ako to Magic Island Beach at Ala Moana. Then, we glided along the coast to a hill where we could see the setting sun, passing through the park. We covered quite a distance on the Segway! It was a fulfilling final day in Hawaii!!

It was lots of fun… the company we chose was great… easy pickup and return to your hotel area… people were super friendly and the breakfast part of it was a great option to choose… all good… the hike was awesome… be prepared though … water and light clothing… we went in August and it was very warm out even before sunrise. Excellent views… I would totally recommend this company for this event…!!!!! The views are amazing…!!!

In the first 20 minutes, there was a training session for all participants, and they provided one-on-one instruction. After that, they carefully guided us around Magic Island and its surroundings, with staff positioned at the front and back of the line, allowing us to enjoy the experience without any worries. Additionally, they took photos and videos at each spot, which was great, and I wanted to recommend it to my acquaintances.

While I have no complaints about the experience itself, when we returned to the starting point and were about to leave, they asked for a tip. Of course, I was aware of this in advance and had prepared for it, but I found it questionable that we couldn't leave until we paid. Moreover, we were seated next to another group, which forced us to tip the same amount, leaving me with a disappointing feeling as I left that place.

最初の20分ぐらいで、参加者全員に講習があり、付きっきりで教えてくれた。その後、マジックアイランドやその周辺を、列の前後をスタッフで挟みながら丁寧に付いて回ってくれて、何一つ不安なく楽しめた。また、スポット毎に、写真やビデオ撮影をしてくれて、とても良く、知人にも紹介したいと思った。
これ自体は文句のつけようがないが、出発地点に戻ってきて、さあ、帰ろうとしたら、チップをくれ、と言う。もちろん、それは事前に知っていたし、準備もしていたが、支払うまで出れないようにするのはいかがなものか。しかも、他のグループと隣同士に座らされたので、同額にせざるを得ず、残念な気持ちで、その場所を後にした。

The sightseeing was enjoyable, and the explanations in Japanese were easy to understand, but I was disappointed by the number of souvenir shops we visited.

観光は楽しむ事が出来、日本語による説明もわかりやすかったのですが、お土産屋巡りが多くがっかりしました。

Since we are visiting various places, the time spent at each location is relatively short, so it may not be suitable for those who want to enjoy things thoroughly. Personally, I was satisfied with the content. In particular, our guide, Daisuke, was friendly and explained things clearly in both English and Japanese. It seems there are various tours available, and I was interested in other tours as well. I think it's a tour I could recommend if someone asks me. I was a bit confused about the tipping, which is not common for Japanese people, but it would be appreciated if it could be included in the price. With that in mind, I can understand putting even one or two dollars into the tip box with a good feeling. Given the current weak yen, when they say 20% of the tour price for tips, it feels very expensive.

色々なところを回る分、一ヶ所の滞在時間が短めなので、じっくり楽しみたい人には向きません。
私的には満足の内容でした。特にガイドのだいすけさんは気さくで、英語と日本語で交互に説明してもらって分かりやすかったです。
色々ツアーがあるようで他のツアーにも興味がありました。
知り合いに聞かれたらおすすめできるツアーだと思います。日本人には馴染みのないチップには戸惑いましたが、できれば代金に含めてもらえるとありがたいです。その上で、１ドルでも２ドルでも気持ち良くチップボックスに気持ちを入れるのが納得できます。円安のおりなので、ツアー代金の20%とか言われるととても高く感じてしまいます。

Thanks to our friendly guide, I was able to enjoy my first Segway experience. The two hours flew by in no time.

It was refreshing to feel the wind while gliding along. I could comfortably ride the Segway through sidewalks, parks, and coastal paths that would have been too far to walk and inaccessible by car.

The explanations related to the shops, plants, nature, sports, shopping centers, and universities along the way were also very interesting. During breaks, the guide took family photos for us, and at Kaka'ako Water Park, they even filmed videos, creating wonderful memories.

I greatly appreciated the detailed recommendations for restaurants and shops. At the end, they provided a guideline for tipping, so you can pay according to your satisfaction.

気さくなガイドさんのおかげで、はじめてのセグウェイを楽しむことができました。あっという間の2時間でした。

風を感じながら駆け抜けることができ爽快でした。徒歩だと距離があり、車では入れない歩道や公園、海辺の道などをセグウェイで快適に走ることができ気持ちよかったです。

道中のお店、植物、自然、スポーツ、ショッピングセンター、コンドミニアム、大学などなどに関連する解説もとても面白かったです。休憩のタイミングで家族の写真を撮ってくれたり、カカアコウォーターパークでは動画も撮っていただき、とても良い思い出になりました。

おすすめのレストランやショップも丁寧に教えていただき大変助かりました。最後にチップの目安額も提示されるので、満足度に応じて支払えば良いと思います。

It was good to go early as by the end we were sweating, couldn't imagine it being any later!

In June, I traveled with my parents in their 60s and two children aged 0 and 4, totaling seven people. We had previously gone to Hawaii before COVID and used an HIS tour, which included some options. At that time, it was very easy to get around Waikiki, so I decided to book it again this time, even though it was expensive.

This time, our hotel was a bit far from the center of Waikiki, so we had to walk a little from the bus stop, but even without that, it felt like there were fewer buses than before. As a result, we mainly used the pink trolley that we could ride with a JCB card, so it didn't feel very cost-effective.

Also, even when we were at the bus stop on time, the buses came quite late, which was a bit concerning. Additionally, my parents in their 60s participated in the East Oahu Scenic Line, which wasn't available before COVID, and they said it was very good. That bus took about three hours for a round trip, so they enjoyed the scenery without having to walk.

It might be good to plan the schedule and destinations carefully, but since we had small children, I thought renting a car might have been a better option.

６月に60代の親と0歳4歳の子供も含めて7人での利用でした。コロナ以前にハワイに行った際、HISのツアーで行ったためオプションでついてました。
その際とてもワイキキでの移動がしやすかったので今回高かったけど申し込みました。
今回はワイキキの中心からホテルが離れていることもありましたのでバス停留所から少し歩きましたが、それはなしとしてもバスの本数が以前よりすくなくなっていた気がしました。結果JCBのカードをもっていたら乗れるピンクトロリーしかあまり利用しなかったので、あまりお得感はなかったです。
あと、時間通りに停留所にいてもかなりおくれてくるのでそれも少し気になりました。
あとコロナ以前にはなかったら東オアフ絶景ラインに60代の親のみ参加しましたが、それはとてもよかったらしいです。そのバスが1周３時間程だったので、歩くこともなく景色を堪能できてよかったらしいです。
しっかり時刻や行き先を計画して利用するとよいかもですが、小さい子供もいたので、レンタカーのほうがよかったかもとおもいました。

There were some places in the suburbs where it was hard to figure out where to catch the trolley, so it would be great if there were signs at the trolley stops or if I could check via an app.

郊外等でどこで乗るのかわかりづらい場所もあったのでトロリー乗場の看板もしくはアプリで確認出来ると嬉しいです
