Early, however really great. it is timed to just be aware when your going up.

Malasadas are an awesome end!

I took the full course for four days. The driver was kind and cheerful, making for a very enjoyable sightseeing experience in Hawaii.

ドライバーさんも親切で陽気でとても楽しいハワイ観光をする事が出来ました。

I wanted to do some sightseeing and was looking for various tours. Most required at least two participants, and some tour companies even had options where you had to pay for two people. However, I ultimately found a tour company that met my conditions. The tour content exceeded my expectations, but what really stood out was the fun and engaging talk from our tour guide, Kanako. It was so enjoyable that I would have gladly paid extra for it from the beginning to the end of the tour!

As someone who was participating alone and didn't speak English, Kanako helped me with my order at Matsumoto Shave Ice and invited me to join her table when I was wandering around alone. I had a great time during the free time, and a young woman from the same tour company who was on her day off even took pictures for me and offered support in various ways. Thank you for that, even on your day off. I don't get to come to Hawaii often, but if I have the chance to come again and can request a guide, I would definitely want to book Kanako's tour again. I highly recommend it to everyone!

観光がしたくて色々とツアーを探してました。大半が2名以上からの参加で1名では申し込みができず中には2名分支払えば可能などというツアー会社もある中、最終的に自分の条件に合ったツアー会社さんを見つけることができました。ツアー内容も予想以上に満足いく内容でしたが、なんと言ってもツアーガイドのカナコさんのトークの楽しさにはツアーの始まりから終了まで別料金払ってもいいほどヤバかったです 笑 また1人参加で英語も分からない私にマツモトシェイブアイス店では注文時に手助けもして下さり1人でウロウロしてたところ一緒のテーブルに誘ってくれてフリータイムも楽しく過ごせましたし、オフを使ってツアーに参加をしてた同じツアー会社の若い女性の方にも写真を撮って頂いたり何かとフォローをしてくださいました。オフなのにありがとうございました。ハワイに来ることは中々できませんが次に来ることがあるならば指名が出来るのならば、またカナコさんのツアーを申し込みしたいと思います。皆さん、絶対におススメですよ！！

Uncle Billy and Brother Ross were knowledgeable about Island history, geography, and culture. We learned, explored, and laughed a ton. We especially liked the added stops along the way. The day went quick, we were on and off the bus frequently.

I'm glad I was able to participate in the tour.

The guide, Kanako, was bright and fun, and her explanations during the tour were easy to understand. She was also attentive to everyone in the group, which left a very good impression.

I enjoyed eating the shrimp from Kahuku, malasadas, coffee, and other things I wanted to try. There were no issues with restroom breaks, and I had a great time. If I had one complaint, it would be that the time in Haleiwa was short—about 30 minutes, I think? I was disappointed that I couldn't visit all the shops I wanted to, so I feel a bit regretful about Haleiwa.

We were picked up promptly and driver very informative. Dropped off on time to do our event. Upon completion driver there with our fresh malasadas. Then took us and got us seated for our açaí bowls. Came back, on schedule, an hour later and then dropped us back off at our hotel. All so perfectly done and what a pleasant driver.

Excellent hotel to crater service. Adam was courteous and knowledgeable.

The Island and You tour was AMAZING. Uncle Billy was our tour guide and he was the BEST. He had fantastic energy, awesome personality, and he made the day so fun!!! The tour gave us greater insight into the culture and people of Hawaii, creating a deeper appreciation for the beauty around us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

It was my first Segway experience since 2019, and I had a great time with my son, who was visiting Hawaii for the first time, and my family of three. It felt very refreshing to be back in Hawaii, Waikiki, and Kaka'ako after a long time. I am planning to visit Hawaii again this year.

久しぶりのハワイ・ワイキキ・カカアコはとても新鮮な感じがしましたよ～

The coupon pickup location is at the ticket booth for the trolley station on the north side of T Galleria Hawaii by DFS, but in reality, there was a cart on the sidewalk on the Royal Hawaiian Avenue side of the Waikiki Shopping Plaza.

クーポンの受取場所がTギャラリアハワイ by DFS北側トロリー乗り場チケットブースとなっていますが、実際にはワイキキ ショッピング プラザのロイヤルハワイアンアベニュー側の歩道にカートがありました。

Thanks to our tour guide AYC Kanako, it was a very enjoyable tour. I participated because there were many places I was visiting for the first time, and it was really great. I also enjoyed the conversations with our fellow tour guide Billy. Thank you very much. If I have the opportunity, I would like to join other tours as well.

I was truly never bored from start to finish. Your talks were packed with information, and I had a wonderful time throughout.
In the morning, I had malasadas, and for lunch, I enjoyed the garlic shrimp from FUMIS that I had wanted to try for a long time, traditional poi, and local fruits. At the famous spots, I saw Chinaman's Hat and Halona Blowhole, among others...
While swaying on the bus and gazing at the scenery outside, we suddenly stopped. On the sandy beach, there was something that looked like a thick piece of driftwood... Upon closer inspection, I couldn't believe my eyes—there was a Hawaiian monk seal lying there! I often see honu, but to encounter a Hawaiian monk seal was such a stroke of luck. I really felt grateful for participating in this tour.
Finally, we visited Pohaku Lanai. This place is absolutely essential for me for various reasons. I'm truly thankful for the stop here.
This tour was filled with so much content, and your talks were equally rich. I plan to definitely join this tour again next time.

最初から最後まで本当に退屈しませんでした。お二人のトークには盛りだくさんの情報がつまっており、終始楽しい時間を過ごさせていただきました。
朝は、マラサダ、昼食は、以前から食べたかったFUMISのガーリックシュリンプ、伝統食のポイや地元の果物屋さん、名所ではチャイナマンズハット、ハロナ潮吹き岩などなど・・・。
暫しバスに揺られながら外の景色を眺めていると突然停車。砂浜には太い流木のような物が・・・。よく見てみると、なっ、なっ、なんとハワイアンモンクシールが横たわっているではありませんか。ホヌはよく見かけるのですが、ハワイアンモンクシールに出会えるとは、なんと幸運なことでしょう。このツアーに参加して本当に良かったと思いました。
最後は、ポハクラナイ（Pohaku Lanai）です。ここは私にとっていろいろな意味で絶対外せない場所です。立ち寄っていただき本当に感謝しています。
このようにこのツアーは内容が盛りだくさん、お二人のトークも盛りだくさんでした。次回もこのツアーに絶対参加しようと予定に入れています。

Last time (December 2019), there were 10 routes, making it difficult to choose, but due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19, there were only 4 routes available this time. However, it was exactly the route I wanted to see, so it was very helpful. I think the driver did a great job providing a lot of information in English. (I didn't understand the meaning very well, though...)

前回（2019年12月）は10路線もあり選ぶのが大変でしたが、まだコロナの影響で4路線しか有りませんでした。ですが、丁度見に行きたい所の路線でしたのでとっても助かりました。運転手さんが英語で沢山案内してくれてとても良かったと思っています。（英語の意味は良く分からなかったですが・・・）

At first, I was worried about whether I could ride it, but once I tried, it was surprisingly easy. Riding the Segway while feeling the Hawaiian breeze was very pleasant. The instructor informed us about the areas to be cautious of during the ride, which allowed me to enjoy the experience with peace of mind. The instructor was very fun and provided clear guidance, and I was able to learn a lot about the finer details of Hawaii. They also took photos for us, which became wonderful memories. I want to ride a Segway again when I go back to Hawaii!

最初は乗れるか心配でしたが、乗ってみると意外と簡単でした。
ハワイの風を感じながら乗るセグウェイはとても気持ちよかったです。
乗っている最中に注意する場所を教えてくれたので、安心して体験することが出来ました。

案内も分かりやすく、ハワイの細かい部分まで知ることができて良かったです。

I went on a tour that roughly covered the eastern and northern tips of Oahu, taking me to places I wouldn't have been able to visit on my own. Our guide, Billy, was fluent in Japanese and very entertaining, making sure to take care of us, which made for an incredibly fun day.

オアフの東先端と北先端までざっくり回るツアーで自分ではなかなか行けれない所に連れて行ってもらいました。またガイドのビリーさんが日本語が堪能でとても面白く、いろいろ気遣いもしてくれて最高に楽しい1日になりました。

After a few minutes of practice in the parking lot, we headed out onto the public road. Riding a Segway around the Ala Moana area while feeling the breeze was so much fun! I was also happy that the instructor took lots of photos at the landmarks! It was so great that I want to repeat it with a different tour plan next time!

The whole thing was wonderful. They were very well organized. Time was perfect. The place & the hiking trail was smooth & everybody was behaving as a family member or friend so I didn’t feel alone at all. The team was very cooperative & friendly & kind.

Great experience! We also used the shuttle service and we’re able to look and enjoy the scenic drive while the driver told us about the areas we passed.

The guide was very enjoyable and had wonderful attention to detail. Since all the participants were Japanese, we were able to relax and have fun.

It's great for those who want to see a variety of spots and get an overall view of Hawaii.

We also got to see sea turtles.

参加者が全員日本人であったので、ゆったり楽しめました。

いろんなスポットを巡りことができるので、ハワイを全体的に見たい方にはよいと思います。

ウミガメも見れました。

I participated in a tour of Magic Island, Ala Moana Regional Park, and Kaka'ako Waterfront Park. This was my second time on a Segway, and although my parents are nearly 70 and had some concerns, the instructor provided excellent support, allowing us to enjoy the experience with peace of mind. The 2-hour tour was so much fun that it flew by. Next time, I would like to join a tour in a different area.

セグウェイは２回目ですが両親は70近いこともあって不安もありましたがインストラクターさんがしっかりサポートしてくださったおかげで安心して楽しむことができました。
2時間のツアーでしたが楽しくてあっという間でした。
次回は違う地区を巡るツアーに参加したいと思っています。

There are four color-coded routes, with the pink route primarily providing hotel transfers to Ala Moana Shopping Center. This time, I used the red route for downtown and the green route for Diamond Head and a local snack restaurant. The driver provided very polite travel guidance and personalized service. Although it was in English, the Hawaiian accent made it a bit difficult for Japanese speakers to understand. Please note that except for the pink route, the other routes run once an hour, with the last departure from the starting point at 3 PM.

4色のコースがあり，頻繁にあるピンクは主にアラモアナショッピングセンターへのホテル送迎です。
今回レッドでダウンタウンをグリーンでダイアモンドヘッドと地元の軽食レストランを利用しました。ドライバーが大変丁寧な旅行案内と個別の対応をしてくれました。英語ですが，ハワイアンのアクセントがあり，日本人には少し聞き取りにくかったです。
ピンク以外は1時間に1本で午後3時までに最終が出発地点を出ますので，注意してください。

This is a tour that efficiently covers the East to the North. The price includes lunch and snacks, making it a great value! I chose this tour based on the price, so I thought it was fine that it was in English, but the guide was very proficient in Japanese and explained the important parts in Japanese. There were many aspects that I wouldn't have understood with just English, so I was very grateful for that. There was a family among the participants who mentioned it was their third time. It's easy to see why, as it was a rich and fulfilling tour, and I highly recommend it!

東〜北を効率よく巡れるツアーです。ランチやおやつも込みの料金なのでコスパ◎です！料金で選んだので英語ツアーでも仕方ないと思っていましたが、ガイドさんは日本語がとても上手で重要なところは日本語で解説してくれました。英語だけでは理解出来なかった部分も多かったのでとてもありがたかったです。参加者の中に3回目だという家族がいました。それも頷けるほど中身の濃いツアーだし、おすすめです！

I had an AMAZING time on this island food tour! I’m so glad I chose this tour since we had a small group of 5 and had a blast. Jackson was a GREAT tour guide-very funny, knowledgeable, and entertaining. He told us lots of stories about the stops we visited, local background information, and gave good restaurant recommendations. Best stops were the macadamia nut farm and Fumi’s shrimp truck. I only wish we had made extra stops for musubi, poke, or Ted’s Bakery but overall I enjoyed myself and I wasn’t too full. I recommend this tour if you're looking to visit the North Shore and sample yummy food along the way. Thank you Jackson for a WONDERFUL day trip :)

We participated as a family of three, looking for a Segway experience that even our 13-year-old child could enjoy. We toured downtown, Chinatown, Izumo Taisha, and the courthouse, and it was incredibly fun. Our guide, Kenji, provided thorough instructions on how to ride the Segway and offered support, which made us feel safe and allowed us to enjoy ourselves. The staff were all very kind as well.

ダウンタウンやチャイナタウン、出雲大社、裁判所などを巡りましたが最高に楽しかったです。
ガイドのケンジさんが丁寧にセグウェイの乗り方やサポートをしてくれたので安心して楽しむ事ができました。
スタッフの皆さんもとても親切です。

The tour guide was very personable and connected with everyone. He spoke multiple languages and was able to make everyone feel comfortable. We made some beautiful spots but it was really Susumu that made the trip.

Billy was a very personable guide. He didnt stick to the itinerary which was ok with the group. I hate we missed the turtle watching. The reusable souvenir water bottle that is listed in the tour description was never mentioned. The stops we did make were fantastic. So other than not getting my water bottle, I was not disappointed. Overall it was a great tour.

Went to Hawaii for our honeymoon. We were in Oahu for 2 days at the tail end of our trip. This tour was perfect for what we wanted to accomplish on our last day. The tour lasted roughly 4 hours and we had full transportation to the hiking sites, plus entry fee for Diamond Head. We were able to see the sunrise at Diamond Head which was a once in a lifetime experience!

Definitely recommend this tour for those who want to hike solo, but need the transportation.

We had such a great time. We chose this tour because it hit up half of our "must see" and "must eat" list, all in one day! Susumu was such a fun tour guide, full of stories and interesting facts. He was silly and funny and got the group interacting together. I loved getting malasadas (Portuguese donuts) from Leonard's and seeing whales from a distance at the blow hole spots. We saw incredible, breathtaking beaches, islands and mountains and then would stop off for shaved ice, macadamia nuts, fresh fruit and coffee. Lunch at Fumi's Shrimp really hit the spot! Susumu would give us the history of each place and share stories of the Hawaiian people and culture. It was a long, jam packed day, but so fun and just what we needed to start our vacation, since we learned and saw so much of the island. We'll definitely be revisiting our favorite spots while we're here. Highly recommend this tour, and highly recommend it with Susumu!

This adventure is perfect for lots of people. With the door to door transportation we did not have to worry about tickets or parking and the driver brought us Leonard’s famous Malasada donuts afterwards. The hike was doable for young and old and lots of picture points! I would definitely recommend it!
