Outstanding experience, The cruise was great and the crew was awesome as well. Outstanding job by Captain John and Poncho and the other guy (Sorry).

Arriving flights from Japan to Honolulu typically land in the morning, making a spa the perfect way to unwind from your travels. Since check-in is generally after 3 PM, it might be a good idea to use your short stay efficiently. While relaxing on the beach, golfing, shopping, and sightseeing are great options, I highly recommend the spa to energize you for activities starting the next day.

日本からのホノルル到着便は午前中に着くので旅の疲れを癒すのにはSPAが最高です。一般的にチェックインが午後３時以降なので短い滞在を
効率的に使うにも良いかも。ビーチでくつろいだり、ゴルフ、ショッピング、観光もいいですが、翌日からの行動を活発にする為に是非オススメです。

After making a reservation, I received an email stating that the tip is to be paid separately. I haven't encountered this with any previous reservations made through Veltra. I thought the SPA's value for money, location, and service were all good.

予約して暫くしたら、チップ別払いのメールが着ました。今までベルトラさんで予約したものには
ありませんでした。SPAの内容はコスパ、立地、接客も良かったと思います。

It was the countdown I was expecting.
I had a great time.
The food was decent.
One bottle of wine for two people was too much. While we did get a window seat as promised, it was disappointing that we couldn't see the stage.

ワイン2人に一本は多すぎでした。窓際確約もそのとおりでしたが、ステージが見えなかったのは残念でした。

Some confusion about checkin but bus was timely picking us up and dropping us off at our hotel It was magical seeing the fireworks from out at sea. I’ve seen them many time on the beach. Definitely starting a tradition. Happy New Year. Welcome to 2020

Hawaii has few Christmas illuminations. This tour guides you to places that capture the Christmas spirit, so it's quite good. The driver cheerfully hums while driving around Waikiki. You can get off at the city hall and eat malasadas, but I chose to stay on the bus and return. The area around the city hall seems small enough to explore in about 30 minutes.

　ハワイはクリスマス・イルミネーションが少ない。このツアーはクリスマス感を出している箇所を案内してくれるので、それなりによい。運転手が陽気に鼻歌交りでワイキキを回ってくれる。市庁舎で下車し、マラサダを食べることもできるが、下車せず帰った。市庁舎付近は30分もあれば十分回れる程度の規模のように思えた。

You can enjoy the countdown fireworks at Waikiki Beach from a stunning viewpoint over the ocean. The downside is that there is a decent amount of wind on the water, so if you're not dressed warmly, it can be tough. Also, the size of the boat is not very large, so depending on the wave conditions, you might experience significant seasickness. I went in short sleeves and, not being strong against seasickness, I ended up feeling groggy before reaching the viewing point, which meant I couldn't enjoy the fireworks as I had hoped. Those who are resilient to seasickness seemed to have a great time, though.

ワイキキビーチでのカウントダウン花火を、海の絶景ポイントから眺めることができます。難点は、海上はそこそこの風があり、暖かい服装でないと辛いということ。そして船の大きさが大きくないので、波の状態によってはかなりの船酔いになってしまうことです。僕は半袖で行ってしまい、また船酔いに強くないことで、閲覧ポイントに着く前にグロッキーになってしまい、ゆっくり花火を見る状態になく、カウントダウンをエンジョイできなかったのが残念です。船酔いに強い方は、とても楽しんでおられましたよ。

We arrived at the boarding area by bus from the hotel and waited for 40 minutes, thinking we were ready to board. However, we were told to check in at the entrance of the ship! We hurried off the boat to the counter, showed our voucher, and checked in. After receiving our card, we boarded again. By that time, all the good seats were taken, and the only available spots were in a narrow area where we felt like we might fall every time the ship swayed. There were about a third of us in similar situations. The bus driver didn’t provide any explanation, it wasn’t mentioned on the voucher, and we didn’t realize it during the 40-minute wait. Hmm, the tour had a great view of the fireworks and was fantastic, but I wish there had been a bit more explanation beforehand.

ホテルからバスの迎えで乗船場へつき、40分まち、さあ乗船開始と思いきや、船の乗り口でチェックインしてくれと！慌てて船を降りてカウンターにゆき、バウチャを見せてチェックインしました。カードをもらい再度乗船。すでに良い席は全て埋まり通路のようなところで船の揺れるたびこけそうになるところしか空いてませんでした。私たちのような方は三分の1くらいおりました。バスの運転手からも説明なし、バウチャにも書いてなく、40分待ってる間も気がつきませんでした。うーん、ツアーは花火もよく見えて最高でしたが事前の説明がもう少し欲しかったかなぁ。

I took the New Year's Eve cruise on December 31st. The ship rocked quite a bit.

I didn't expect it to sway that much. I took some motion sickness medication, which helped a little.

酔い止め薬を飲んで少し楽になりましたが。

I was able to welcome the New Year joyfully. It was a fun memory. Thank you very much. The buffet was delicious, and it was helpful that there was juice for those who couldn't drink champagne.

Not only the countdown fireworks, but the night view and starry sky are also very beautiful and enjoyable! Since there aren't too many participants, we were able to sit back and enjoy it leisurely.

カウントダウン花火だけでなく、夜景や、星空もとっても綺麗で、楽しめます！参加人数もそんなに多くないので、ゆっくり座って楽しめました。

My 5 year old daughter had the time of her life. The staff were amazing!!

I was able to smoothly change my reservation from a regular cruise to the vow renewal plan. I took a taxi to the port with plenty of time to spare. If I had arrived earlier, I might have been able to wait in a cooler spot, but it wasn't too hot waiting in the shade. My family coordinated our outfits, which felt a bit embarrassing at first, but once we boarded, everyone was dressed up, so it felt normal after a while. The ship is divided into levels based on the plan you booked, and you attach a sticker from the ticket you receive during check-in to your clothing. Before departure, we enjoyed a hula performance at the port. The boarding process was smooth, and our table was already assigned. The staff member in charge of our table introduced themselves in a friendly manner. The meal was a crab plan, and they brought the dishes to our table in order, starting with the appetizers. We could freely order sparkling wine and juice. We were guided for photo opportunities at our seats, and they took commemorative photos that were delivered to us before disembarking.

Since it was a vow renewal plan, the staff member guided us to a location closer to the ship's owner via the elevator. They were considerate even during the short waiting times. The ceremony was held with the busy captain, and although it was a small ceremony, it was quite lively. They even took photos with my smartphone, resulting in many embarrassing pictures. While some may choose to have their vow renewal in a wedding venue, I feel that choosing this option was a great decision, considering the cost performance.

After the ceremony, when we returned to our seats, there was a mountain of crab on the table. The hula show performed right in front of us in the aisle was breathtaking. On Fridays, you can watch fireworks from the deck. Everyone is there for that, so the deck gets very crowded. It's a good idea to prepare your mobile phone (with Wi-Fi) to avoid getting separated from your group.

Disembarkation was late, and the bus stop operated by the travel agency was far away, so I definitely recommend taking a taxi. Walking downtown by mistake is good for sobering up, but...

It became a wonderful memory.

普通のクルーズから、バウリニューアルプランへの申し込み変更もスムーズにできました。
時間に余裕をもってタクシーで港へ。もっと早ければ涼しい場所で待機できたかもしれませんが、日陰で待機でもそんなに暑くありません。家族で衣装をそろえて、少し照れくさい感じでしたが、乗船すると皆さんドレッシーなので途中からは違和感なしでした。船は、申し込んだプランごとに階層が分かれており、乗船手続きの時にもらえるチケットのシールを衣服に貼り付けます。出向前に港でフラ。乗船の案内もスムーズで、船内のテーブルは決まっています。テーブル担当の方が気さくに自己紹介。食事はカニのプランでしたが、前菜から順にテーブルに持ってきてくれます。発泡ワインやジュースを自由に頼めます。席での写真撮影を案内され、記念写真を撮影してもらえ、それは下船前に届けてくます。
バウリニューアルプランなので、ご案内の担当の方と一緒にエレベーターで船主に近い場所へ。ちょっとした待ち時間も案内係の方が気遣ってくれます。忙しいキャプテンとともにセレモニー。こぢんまりとしたセレモニーですが、十分盛り上がります。こちらのスマホで写真撮影もしてくださり、恥ずかしい写真がたくさんできあがりました。結婚式場みたいなところでバウリニューアルをなさる方もあるかと思いますが、コストパフォーマンスも含めて、これを選んでよかったと感じています。
セレモニーが終わって、席に戻るとテーブルにカニがテンコ盛り。席の通路、すぐ間近で次々と披露されるフラショーは圧巻です。金曜日は甲板で花火を見ることができます。みんなそれ目当てなので甲板はとても混雑します。仲間とはぐれないように携帯電話（Wi-Fi）がつながるように準備しておくといいです。
下船は遅い時間となり、旅行会社運営のバスの停留所までは遠いので、絶対タクシー利用をお勧めします。間違ってダウンタウンを歩くのは酔い覚ましにはいいですが。。。
とてもいい思い出になりました。

Since it was my first time participating and I was the first to check in, I was able to sit in the front row on the second floor.
We set off in a great atmosphere while listening to Christmas songs!
After arriving, we had an hour of free time, so I was able to take photos at a leisurely pace.
Although there was a bit of a wait, I was able to take a commemorative photo with Santa, which became a wonderful memory.

始めての参加でチェックインが1番だったので2階席の最前に座ることができました。
クリスマスソングを聞きながらとてもいい雰囲気で出発！！
着いてから1時間のフリータイムがあるので、ゆっくり写真が撮れました。
少し並びましたがサンタとの記念撮影も出来て良い思い出になりました。

It was a great time for a sunday night. Lights were beautiful! The crew was very enthusiastic and helpful! The music kept cutting in and out though and the bus got too close to some lower trees a couple times.

I received great care after the Honolulu Marathon. My legs were really tight, but they helped loosen them up. Thanks to that, I was able to walk much more comfortably by the time I left. Thank you so much! I was also able to enjoy the remaining two days in Honolulu. I would love to receive your help again when I visit Honolulu next time!

It was fun, I only wished we had more time. We were dropped off at 7pm and had to be back at 7:30, so we didn't get to go into the Hale to look at the trees.

I experienced a Lomi Lomi massage, but I didn't feel like it relieved my fatigue. There wasn't any strong pressure; it was a gentle massage, so it didn't help with the tiredness from the flight.

Since it was an oil massage, it might be recommended for those who find comfort in soothing scents!

ロミロミを体験しましたが、疲れが取れるという感じではありませんでした。
強い指圧等はなく、優しく優しくマッサージしてくれたので、飛行機での疲れがとれるとかはないです。

オイルを使用したマッサージだったので、香りで癒さる方はオススメかも！

The best dinner and entertainment cruise I been on
anywhere in the world

Highly recommend the Vow Renewal package! The experience was wonderful from start to finish. The ship is beautiful and staff was so welcoming. We were escorted to our table in the elegant dinning room. Our table was by the window, but every seat has a great view. The package includes cocktails and there are many to choose from. Food was excellent and the presentation was lovely. Service was outstanding! And the vow renewal by the Captain was really, really meaningful. He did a great job and we loved him. They even took photos for us with our phone. (Note: We unfortunately left without taking care of a tip for the Captain and photographer....they really deserved a tip so we are mailing it in.) It was a bit windy so the water got a little choppy. If motion sickness is an issue for you, suggest taking a non-drowsy or ginger-based motion sickness pill before you board. Also, parking was very easy in the gated lot - which is across the street from the Old Spaghetti Factory. We arrived almost an hour early for the cruise, there was plenty of space in the lot, and we had a drink at the Old Spaghetti Factory (a 30 second walk to the ship). Definitely a deluxe experience!

On the last day of our trip, we made a reservation as a couple. Since the staff were Japanese, we were able to clearly communicate our current physical condition, and they understood us well for the massage. It was very satisfying to receive the treatment together with my husband in a space just for us.

旅の最終日に夫婦で予約しました。日本人スタッフの方なので、今の身体の状態をきちんと伝えてわかってもらった上でのマッサージ。主人と一緒に受けられて私達たけの空間なのでとても満足でした。

We were the only Japanese people there, but it felt completely natural. The staff were great with small children, and those with experience studying abroad in Japan were very kind!

日本人は私たちだけでしたが、全く違和感なく、小さな子どもの対応も良く、日本に留学経験ありのスタッフも親切でした！

Upon entering the restaurant, I received a cute headpiece that made me feel like a princess. We were also served a bottle of sparkling wine and enjoyed various cocktails. The food was delicious as well. We were able to enjoy live music and Hawaiian dance too. It became a wonderful memory for New Year's Eve!

レストランに入るとかわいいかぶり物を頂き，気持ちはお姫様気分，スパークリングワインもボトルでサービスされ，他にカクテルも楽しみました。お料理も美味しかったです。ライブ演奏，またハワイアンダンスも楽しめました。
年越しの良い思い出になりました！

The reception was very courteous, and they listened carefully to my requests before the treatment, which made me feel very comfortable. My daughter felt so good that she ended up falling asleep during the session. I had severe tension in my back, and I felt a bit sorry for the therapist, but after a few days, the tension eased, and thanks to that, my headaches disappeared. Next time, I would like to request a longer session.

　受付からも丁寧に対応いただき、また 施術前に細かく要望を聞いて下さったので、とても気持ち良かったです。娘は 気持ち良すぎて、途中寝てしまったそうです。
　私は 背中の凝りがひどく、セラピストの方には申し訳ないくらいでしたが、施術後数日経つと、今までのコリがほぐれ お陰様で 頭痛もなくなりました。
　次回は もう少し長い時間でお願いしたいと思っております。

Everything about our sunset cruise was first rate. From the excellent staff to amazing food . An evening I sill never forget.

I arrived a little early, and I was grateful for the prompt assistance. The treatment was pleasant, and the scheduled time flew by in no time.

少し早めについたのですが、すぐに対応頂けてありがたかったです。施術も気持ちよくあっという間に予定の時間が過ぎていきました。

The excitement was heightened with a limousine pickup, and we received a wonderful welcome on board. We enjoyed delicious meals while watching the best entertainment. The captain, the interpreter, and all the crew members congratulated us. Since it was Friday night, we also got to see fireworks, making it worth every penny.

The captain's presence during the vow renewal was a wonderful memory. The location at the bow with Diamond Head in the background added a special touch.

Of course, the three-star plan on the Star of Honolulu was great on its own. I had originally planned to purchase the commemorative photo with the special logo, and I wanted to secure a private seat by the window. I also wanted a bottle of wine to enjoy at my own pace, so I felt it was a great value package tour.

To Veltra, it’s a bit difficult to find the vow renewal option from the one-day wedding section, so it would be helpful if you could add a vow renewal option in the sidebar. Right now, it’s clear that the vow renewal is part of the one-day wedding, but the image of one-day wedding equals wedding is too strong...

船長立ち合いによるバウリニューアルはとても良い思い出となりました。
場所も船首で背景にダイアモンドヘッドと特別感がありました。

勿論、スターオブホノルル号の３スタープラン単体も良かったです。
特性ロゴ入り記念写真も元々購入する予定でしたし、
窓際プライベート席の確保もしたかったし、
自分のタイミングで飲むためにもワインも１本欲しかったので、
お得なパッケージツアーだと感じました。

１日挙式の項目からバウリニューアルにたどり着きにくいので
サイドバーにバウリニューアルを用意して頂けると助かります。
今だとバウリニューアルも１日挙式だと分かるのですが、
１日挙式＝結婚式のイメージが強すぎるので・・・。

I participated in a 5-star cruise for the first time in 20 years. This time, it coincided with Independence Day, and we were able to enjoy a beautiful sunset and fireworks, and the food was delicious. However, there was one concern: when everyone, several hundred people, rushed to the right side of the deck to watch the fireworks, the ship tilted a bit, which made it a little scary while I was filming. I would love to participate again if I have the opportunity.

20年ぶりに5スターでのクルーズに参加しました。今回は、たまたま独立記念日の日と重なり夕日・花火も綺麗に見えて食事もおいしかったです。しかし一つだけ花火を見る時に皆さん数百人の方が一斉に右側の甲板に出るので船が少し傾いてビデオを撮っているのが少し怖かったです。又この様な機会があれば参加したいと思います。
