If you go during Christmas, please be sure to experience it. Especially if you have children. For those who are not familiar with Hawaii, I recommend taking a tour. Especially at night, as the trolleys do not run.

I booked a vow renewal course for my parents.

The food was delicious (especially the steak), and the vow renewal words spoken by the captain were truly wonderful.

It was rare for it to rain all day in Hawaii, and I was worried if the boat would go out, but I participated and was very satisfied. If anyone mentions wanting to see a dinner show in Hawaii in the future, I will definitely recommend this to my friends.

両親のバウリニューアルコースで予約しました。

ご飯も美味しかったですし(ステーキが特に)、船長が言ってくれるバウリニューアルの誓い言葉もほんと素敵でした。

ハワイでは珍しく雨が一日中降っていて船でるかなぁーと心配していましたが参加してとても満足です。
今後ハワイでディナーショーを見たいと言われたら友人などに必ずオススメします。

I usually don't go for esthetic treatments or massages, but since it was a special trip, I decided to give it a try. I chose the 80-minute course, and I received a thorough massage for the full 80 minutes! During the treatment, they were very considerate, asking if I was feeling cold and checking on me in various ways, which made me feel very refreshed. Thank you!

I read the reviews on the site and decided to try the 50-minute Lomi Lomi course. It was reassuring to be able to communicate my requests in Japanese. My back and legs, which were feeling tight, felt much better! If I could have stayed a little longer, I would have considered going for a second time. I also climbed Diamond Head.

Great start to a week on the Beach at the North Shore.

We dropped off our luggage at the hotel to recover from the long flight and jet lag. The three of us women received treatments in the same room, and a Japanese staff member assisted us, making it very comfortable.

長いフライトと時差ぼけ解消のためホテルに荷物を預けて向かいました。
女性3人で同一部屋で施術してもらい、日本人の方が対応してくださり、とても快適でした。

I do this each time i arrive to Hawaii, get a nice deep tissue massage. Second time going back to this place and are very delicate on approach of doing things; for you! Which is should be, especially when you should be relax and feel better. They do just that and why i would go back again and again. Yes it is pretty penny to pay, but the cost doesn't outweigh the experience of physically in Hawaii and now feeling the trip is off a on great start!
Its down the street from my hotel.

This was absolutely amazing!! It had everything! We had a fabulous meal of steak and lobster, watched the Polynesian show which was amazing and saw whales several times for the first time! We had the Captain renew our vows after 21 years together. He did it at the helm of the ship and the view was absolutely beautiful! I would definitely do this again, the crew was amazing and our every need was tended to! It was the absolutely perfect way to spend our 21st anniversary!!!

I didn't have high expectations for the massage at the resort, but it was quite skilled compared to those I've received in Japan. (It also suited me well.) There was no unnecessary chatter during the treatment, allowing me to relax completely.

The 60-minute course included acupressure (back) → oil massage (back) → oil massage (feet) → oil massage (decollete & neck/head), and the balance was great, leaving me feeling refreshed. If it was this good, I wish I had opted for a longer course!

If time and money allow, I think it would be perfect to have a short course after arriving in Hawaii and a longer course on the evening of the last day.

One thing to note is that there are no paper underwear provided, so you'll be treated in your own underwear. There is that lingering feeling from the oil massage on your skin and some dishevelment of your hair, so it's a good idea to plan this for the end of your outing or bring a hat for reassurance.

I believe getting two treatments here is more worthwhile than one at a luxury hotel!

リゾート地のマッサージには期待をしてませんでしたが、日本で今まで受けてきたのと比べてもかなり上手いマッサージでした。(相性もあるので、上手い＆私に合っていた)
施術中の無駄話も一切なくリラックス出来ました。
指圧(背面)→オイルマッサージ(背面)→オイルマッサージ(足)→オイルマッサージ(デコルテ＆首・頭)で60分のコースでしたがバランスも良くスッキリしました。こんなに上手なら、もう少し長いコースにすれば良かったー！
お金と時間が許すならハワイ到着後に短いコース、ハワイ最終日の夕方に長いコースをやると最高だと思います。
注意点として、紙パンツなどはないので自前の下着での施術になります。
オイルマッサージ特有の肌に残る感じ＆髪の毛の乱れはありますので、お出かけの最後にするか帽子の準備などがあると安心です。
高級ホテルのマッサージ1回やるより、こちらで2回受ける方がお得だと思いますよ〜！

Dinner was late, but it was delicious and I finished it all. Around 11:50 PM, everyone started moving upstairs for the countdown. It was an amazing atmosphere, different from the countdowns in Japan. The fireworks were beautiful and I could see them well as they went off right in front of me. I'm glad I participated since it was a New Year's Eve special event!

ディナーの時間は遅いですが美味しく完食しました。23時50分ころからカウントダウンのため、みんな上階へ移動し始めます。日本でのカウントダウンとは違ったすごい盛り上がりでした。花火はとてもきれいで目の前で上がるのでよく見れました。大晦日限定なので参加して良かったと思います！

I was able to see dolphins, whales, and turtles from a distance! I thought it would be expensive because it's Hawaii, but the guide was entertaining, they provided motion sickness medication, and it was great that I could drink alcohol too! ^_^

遠くからでしたが、イルカもクジラもカメも見れました！ハワイだから、高いなだと思ってたけど、ガイドさんも面白くて酔い止めも完備していて、お酒も飲めて良かったー^_^

It was by chance that I had a window seat at the bow of the ship, so I could see outside very well. However, it was a windy day, so the rocking was quite intense. The food was also very delicious, especially the thick beef, which was particularly tasty.

たまたまなのか、船首の窓際席だったので、外が良く見えた。ただ、風が強い日だったので揺れも最高だった。料理もとても美味しく、特に厚めのビーフは特に美味しかった。

City Lights was very beautiful, and I was able to take lots of wonderful photos. I think it's worth a visit. There aren't many attractions until you reach the city hall, but I thought it would be even more exciting if there were cheerful music and explanations, typical of overseas experiences.

The trolley boarding and alighting spots were a bit confusing, and especially on the way back, there were many lost Japanese tourists. On the way there, it wasn't next to DFS, but at the trolley stop deep inside on the first floor, and on the way back, it was the same place as the bus stop where we got off on the way there.

シティライツは、とっても綺麗で素敵な写真もいっぱい撮れました。行って損はないと思います。市庁舎に着くまでは、特に見所はないのですが、海外らしく陽気な音楽や説明で盛り上げてくれたら、もっとワクワクするのになーと思いました。
トロリーの乗り降りする場所が、少し分かりづらく、特に帰りは迷子の日本人がたくさんいたのですが、行きはDFSの横ではなく、1階の奥のトロリー乗り場で、帰りは行きで降りたバス停と同じ場所でした。

The meeting point for the trolley bus was hard to find.
I observed from the second floor of the bus.
After seeing the line of people waiting to board, I decided to go back without getting off.
The first floor was full.

I was recommended by a local guide on another tour to see the Christmas lights, so I made a last-minute reservation and participated. It was indeed great! My 5-year-old was thrilled to ride on the carousel and other attractions. The trolley also constantly played Christmas songs, creating an amazing atmosphere.

別のツアーで現地のガイドさんにクリスマスイルミは見るべきと勧められたので急遽予約し参加してきました。確かに良かった！5歳の子供もメリーゴーランドなどの乗り物に乗ったりと大はしゃぎ。トロリーも常にクリスマスソングが流れてて雰囲気出てて最高でした。

I enjoyed a one-hour tour around Honolulu City on the trolley, soaking in the atmosphere of the city. From the second floor of the trolley, I was able to enjoy the illuminations and the city vibe while being blown by the wind. I got off in front of King Kamehameha and saw beautiful displays of Snow White and other illuminations at a nearby church.

トロリーでホノルルシティを一時間かけて、ぐるっと周り、街の雰囲気を楽しめました。 トロリーの２階席からイルミネーション、街の雰囲気を、風に吹かれながら、楽しめました。
カメハメ大王の前でおり、近くの教会では、白雪姫、他のイルミネーションが展示され、綺麗です。

I felt that it was less impressive than I expected and the cost was unusually high. It would have been better to go to the location myself rather than taking the bus tour, as I could have had more time, and the return bus was so crowded that I had to stand.

思っていたよりしょぼく費用が異常に高いと感じた。
バスツアーよりも自分で現地へいった方が時間が取れるし、帰りのバスも立ち席になるくらいギチギチでした。

My family & I opted to enjoy the Christmas Lights by riding the Double Decker Bus....Overall experience as Residence Of Honolulu, Awsome!!
I highly recommend the trolley ride...save time on looking for parking, very easy way to enjoy the lights & sights!
This will be our New Family Tradition!

I made a reservation for the day of travel from the Big Island to Oahu. I received a thorough massage that relieved the slight swelling in my body due to the air pressure! It was a 60-minute course, and I felt so good that I ended up dozing off for a bit (laughs). When I woke up, my body felt refreshed and light (*^^*).

I had a simultaneous treatment with a colleague, and both of our therapists provided attentive service, which left us both satisfied.

By the way, after making the reservation, I was contacted about the payment method, requesting to pay the treatment fee plus tip in cash. However, when I inquired about card payment, they confirmed that the treatment fee could be paid by card. (I later realized that I had already made a prepayment when booking through Veltra (laughs)). I paid the tip in cash, but they offered the amount, which might be appreciated by Japanese people. (Since I just had to pay the specified amount, it was easy for me.)

ハワイ島→オアフ島への移動日に予約しました。気圧で多少むくんだ全身をくまなく揉みほぐしていただきました！60分コースでしたが、途中爆睡してしまうほど気持ちよく(笑)、起きたらスッキリと体が軽かったです(*^^*)
同僚と同時施術でしたが、どちらの担当さんも丁寧な施術で共に満足でした。

ちなみに。
予約後に支払方法について、施術代+Tipを現金でお願いしたいと連絡いただきましたが、カード決済を相談してみましたら施術代はカードOKいただけました。
(後で気付いたのですが、そもそもベルトラの予約時に事前決済済でした(笑))
Tipのみ現金で支払いましたが、金額を申し出ていただけたので、日本人にはありがたいかもしれません。
(指定の金額を払うだけなので私は楽でした)

Expensive bus ride to Honolulu Hale where the lights and decor are. Driver was awesome! However in the future I'd save my money and Uber to the lights and carnival. The bus ride is cool but over priced.

Christmas music plays, lifting the spirits. I took the bus that started at 6:00 PM, got off at the city hall, and went to see the Christmas decorations. You can take photos with Santa inside the city hall! There was also a Leonard's Malasada food truck. An hour is enough for sightseeing, but you'll need a bit more time for photos with Santa and the malasadas since there can be a line. I returned on the 8:00 PM bus.

18:00スタートのバスに乗り、市庁舎で降りて、クリスマス飾りを見てきました。
市庁舎内で、サンタさんと写真が撮れます！レナーズのマラサダのキッチンカーもありました。
観光は1時間あれば十分ですが、サンタさんと写真やマラサダは並ぶので、もう少し必要です。
現場を20:00のバスに乗って戻ってきました。

After skillfully exploring areas with illuminations, it was great to have plenty of time to see the impressive Christmas decorations and illuminations at the city hall on the tour. However, the meeting point designated by Veltra was different from the one specified by the tour organizer, and I almost missed the tour while waiting at the wrong location. Fortunately, a staff member from the organizer came to find me, so I made it in time, but please ensure that the meeting point is clearly confirmed and communicated.

なかなか上手に、イルミネーションのある地域を回った後、市庁舎のクリスマスの立派な飾りつけとイルミネーションを見るツアーで、時間もたっぷりあって、良かったです。
　ただし、
ベルトラの指定した待ち合わせ場所と、ツアー主催者が指定した場所とが異なっており、私が待っていた場所では、ツアーに乗り遅れそうになりました。主催者側のスタッフが探しに来てくれましたから、間に合いましたが、しっかりと集合場所を確認して周知するようにしてください。

I went sightseeing on the first day since I could go in the evening, and it was great to get a feel for the atmosphere of the city and the general direction! The meeting point for the trolley was a bit hard to find, but the driver was kind and understanding, which was nice!

The city lights were better than I expected!

夜から行けるということで初日に観光しました、街の雰囲気とかおおよその方向がつかめてよかったです！

I returned to Honolulu via a layover in Orlando, Florida. My body was stiff, probably from the cold on the plane and having too much fun in Orlando. On top of that, the shuttle bus from the airport was stuck in traffic... During that time, I found a place that was available for reservations, so I requested it. It was very close to the hotel, and more than anything, I was relieved to communicate in Japanese. They even had a foot bath, and the treatment was thorough. I will visit again.

フロリダ▪オーランドから乗り継ぎでホノルルまで帰りました。
機内の寒さとオーランドで遊び過ぎたツケが出たのかカラダがガチガチ…オマケに空港からの送迎バスも渋滞で進まず…そんな時に、今から予約可能という中にあったのでお願いしました。ホテルのすぐ近くでしたし何より日本語でのコミュニケーションにホッとしました。足浴まであって施術も丁寧でした

My granddaughter and new husband were so thrilled and surprised to receive the leis upon arrival. It was easy to book and worked perfectly.

Our famiy group of 9 arrived at HNL airport after a 9 hour flight from Minnesota. It was very special to be met by our 2 friendly greeters in their purple shirts. It was the first visit to Hawaii for several in our group and the traditional lei greeting was essential. The flowers were beautiful and the women’s leis were full and fragrant. The leaves in the men’s leis were a striking contrast to the flowers. The greeters were very helpful in taking our picture and guiding us to baggage and rental cars. I’m glad I arranged this special event for my family.

I could not be more pleased with my experience on the Star of Honolulu for our vow renewal! The entire experience was flawless from the captain and his beautiful words to the fireworks over the beach at the end. Only two suggestions or pieces of information for others considering this... 1) the three-star experience is not air conditioned and if you are there in July like we were, be prepared to sweat! 2) no children's menu so if you have a picky little one like I do, bring kid-friendly snacks

Although we hadn't registered our marriage yet, we wanted to have a ceremony during our wonderful trip to Hawaii, and it became an unforgettable memory. With the captain's presence, we pledged our love to each other, and it felt very sacred, allowing us to reaffirm our feelings for one another. The staff who escorted us were also very kind and accommodating. Thank you very much. I thought it would be nice to participate again in five or ten years.

入籍はまだでしたがせっかくのハワイ旅行中に式を挙げたかったので最高に良い思い出になりました。
船長さんの立ち会いで愛を誓い合い、とても神聖な気持ちになり
お互いの気持ちを再確認する事ができました。
エスコートしてくれたスタッフの方もとても親切に対応してくださいました。
