We knew that we were going to Hawaii in February so I bought my husband a gift certificate for Christmas. It worked well when we got there to book our activities!

It was beautiful,they give you some much food and the entertainment was absolutely awesome!!

My wife and I loved every minute of it. We loved the lights.

My birthday was on December 19th and booked 8 tickets including 2 kids under 10. Before the ride they had the grinch and Santa’s elves passing out candy and provided picture taking with Santa, the grinch and elves which the kids loved. Because of covid there weren’t many lights on the buildings but our driver was awesome and sang a bunch of Christmas carols with us the whole ride. Then when we stopped at the honolulu hale the driver came up to the top of the bus and had the whole bus singing happy birthday to me.. Best surprise birthday ever and everyone in my family had a great time and will definitely book again. Mahalo to the driver!

A great location to view the Waikiki fireworks at midnight to ring in the New Year. However, do not attempt if you get sea sick easily, no matter how many Dramamine you take! 3/4 of the guests got sea sick last night. Rough waters = sea sick.
The food and dessert was great. We had a nice size steak, and a nice lobster. Dessert was good too.
The hula show was nice. There was a nice singer and a sax player too.
The lady who played the ukulele was nice, but could have played more. There were times w no music at all.
I recommend this, but not with bad weather. We took a chance because we booked this trip for New Year’s Eve, but will not do it again if rough waters are out n about.

We had an amazing time on this Double Decker Tour Bus ,relaxing, singing Christmas carols, and enjoying the beautiful sites.
We also enjoyed visiting Santa Claus and seeing the grinch before we boarded the double Dekker bus for our beautiful evening ride.
Can’t wait to book again next December 2022 and enjoy it all over again

The trolley tour made our winter feel the vibe of Christmas that was missing since Covid hit. It delivered us through a ride that brought the holiday spirits back! Our son enjoyed the ride very much and we enjoyed watching him having fun during the tour. We usually just visit city lights by using our own transportation but this tour is a big plus to add on to your city lights tour. While riding the trolley, you will get to listen to Christmas songs that will bring back memories of previous winter seasons that will never get old. Big thanks to Santa and his helpers for the great hospitality. Mahalo to the crew and Merry Christmas from my ohana and I.

Great and happy driver, festive tour, easy off and on the Trolly. Loved being able to spend time at Honolulu Hale, Christmas Tree, and Shaka Santa Tutu Mele! Also, the pre-tour Santa and Grinch pictures were so Fun!

Everyone was so welcoming and fun! We will definitely be coming back next time we’re back in Hawaii! The boat was clean and all the staff was very professional!

The crew were friendly, but the photographer was no good. Don’t purchase the pictures. They are not worth it. She basically only took pictures of u on the boat, which u can also do with your own camera. When it’s time to go under water, the photographer was too busy snorkeling herself. We had to chase her down for some pictures, but it came out super blurry. At the end when the pictures package were emailed to us, it consists many Google under water sea life images. I’d recommend u bring ur own phone with waterproof pouch, the pictures will be so much better.

Loved every moment of it. It brought Christmas spirit back to my soul and let us experienced city mesmerizing lights. You can sing a long or listen Christmas songs. Driver was a great singer, enjoyed it!!!

The trolley crew were fantastic! They were very jolly and I appreciated that they sanitized the trolleys in between each ride. They also decorated the trolley with lights and Santa was on board as well. I was just disappointed at the fact that all the decorations at the Honolulu hale weren’t on display. Also, a lot of the downtown buildings that usually have decorations didn’t decorate this year. Hopefully next year will be much better because the ride was fun!

My now fiancé loves mermaids. So I knew she would love to do this. She absolutely loved swimming with the tail on and the photo shoot we did was absolutely hilarious. If you’re a guy, you will probably have to swallow some ego here but it’s worth it. Ricki the instructor is amazing. We swam and then I popped the question overlooking diamond head. Great for all ages.

Well run, staff are to be commended. Ceremony with Captain was terrific.
Food, seating, boat ride and fire works are all beyond positive words. Well worth the money and we both had a great time. We will repeat this experience next year as we return to your beautiful Island & Home.

I received treatment in a calm and quiet store. Since it was a detox Lomi Lomi, they kindly provided paper underwear in case I was concerned about my underwear getting wet from sweating. I lay down on a warm bed, and they carefully massaged my shoulders, lower back, and calves. I had been suffering from shoulder stiffness due to desk work, but by the end of the treatment, I felt refreshed and my body felt lighter. When I come to Hawaii again, I would like to request Lomi Lomi on my last day.

　デトックスロミロミとの事で、「汗で下着の濡れが気になるようでしたら」と、紙パンツを用意いただけたのでよかったです。
　温かい ベットに横になり、肩・腰とふくらはぎを丁寧にマッサージ。
　デスクワークのため肩こりが特にひどかったのですが、施術が終わるころにはすっきりとして 体が軽くなりました。
　また ハワイに来た際は、最終日に ロミロミをお願いしたいと思っております。

The flight arrived 4 hours late, and I changed the scheduled time. I was grateful for their willingness to accommodate me. It helped me recover from the fatigue of a long journey. It's conveniently located, so even first-time visitors to Hawaii can easily find it.

フライト到着が4時間遅れ、指定の時間を変更しました。快く応じてくださり助かりました。長旅後の疲れが取れます。便利な場所にありますので、初ハワイの方でも迷わず行けます。

It was great. They were there waiting with the Lei's when our plane landed.

Neither Presley nor Michael resembled each other at all, and they didn't entertain me. The entire show was not interesting. New Year's Night was ruined.

The location was a bit difficult to find after entering the building, but now I understand, so I can go without getting lost next time. There were two Japanese women as therapists. At hotel spas, there are various preparations like taking a shower, soaking in a bath, and changing clothes, but here it was very simple; you just go behind a curtain and take off your clothes (you keep your underwear on). However, their skills are reliable. I ended up falling asleep. Since oil is used, I think it would be better to have disposable paper underwear available. Thank you very much. I would like to visit again.

場所は建物はいってからが少しわかりずらかったですが、もうわかりましたから次回は迷わず行けます。
日本人女性お二人がセラピストでした。ホテルのスパですと、シャワー浴びたりお風呂入ったり着替えたりといろいろ準備があるのですが、こちらはカーテンの中に入って服を脱ぐだけ（下着はつけてます）と、非常にシンプル。でも腕は確かです。寝てしまいましたから。オイルがついたりするので、紙の使い捨てショーツがあるともっと良いとは思いました。
ありがとうございました。また伺いたいと思います。

We had a BLAST! We were scheduled on a night before Christmas, however, due to very bad weather, the Mayor kept light display “dark”. Enoa Tours provided EXCELLENT customer service! They were determined and devoted to rescheduling us or giving us a full refund! We rode on the last night of City Lights and, although Christmas had past, with our upbeat and fun driver we rocked out to a special Christmas/Sha la la playlist and waved, wished a Happy New Year to everyone we passed!
MAHALO NUI LOA Enoa Tours, we will DEFINITELY make this a Christmas tradition and invite family and friends to join us!

Unlike the regular trolley, this one takes a detour to beautiful illuminated spots. When I got off the trolley in front of the city hall, the giant Santa statue and the Hawaiian-style decorations were wonderful. I see the Santa statue during the day when passing by on TheBus, but its sparkling appearance at night is exceptional. Additionally, inside the city hall, there was an exhibition of Christmas wreaths made by local citizens, and the unique wreaths were impressive.

通常のトロリーと違って、イルミネーションの美しい箇所を寄り道して通り、市庁舎前で、トロリーを降りたら、巨大なサンタ像、ハワイ風のデコレーションが素晴らしかった。サンタ像は、昼間にもTheBusで通る際にも見るが、夜の光輝く姿は格別です。また、市庁舎内には、一般市民の作ったクリスマスリースの展示もあり、個性豊かなリースが印象的でした。

The massage from my neck to my toes was done with just the right amount of pressure, and it felt wonderful. The fatigue from the flight disappeared. I would like to use this service again the next time I visit Hawaii. Thank you very much.

We had to wait about half an hour for the “tour” to begin. The driver mentioned a couple of places on the way to the drop off point but basically it was a bus ride to downtown where we got off the bus and walked around for an hour on our own and then boarded the bus back to the bus depot. An Uber would have been a lot cheaper.
I will not sign up for this tour again in the future.

On the third day of our trip, all the accumulated fatigue was blown away! It was great that my mother and I could receive treatments at the same time. The location is a bit hard to find, so it's reassuring to go over the guide sent in advance.

母と２人で同時に施術してもらえたのよかったです。少し場所が分かりづらいので、事前に送られてくる案内は目を通しておくと安心です。

I felt very relieved regarding the language aspect since all the staff were Japanese. It was great to have my tired body healed after a long flight.

スタッフの方が皆さん日本人だった為、言語面ではとても安心しました。
長時間のフライトで疲れた身体も癒やされ、よかったです。

We were seated at a central window table. There was a leak from the ceiling (it was a sunny day).

Right after we started our meal, water droplets began falling onto our food and clothes. Our clothes were ruined, and of course, we couldn't eat. Three groups, including us, totaling eight people, faced this unfortunate situation.

Everyone was quite mature about it; no one got angry or excited. Instead, there were wry smiles of disbelief. But the mood definitely plummeted! It took a long time for them to respond, and as the countdown approached, we were finally moved to a new table and given food near the dimly lit back of the ship, close to the door leading outside the cabin.

We were looked at with puzzled expressions by other guests. We couldn't see the show in front of us, and our appetite had already vanished.

Despite splurging on a good seat, it turned into the worst countdown that I will remember for a lifetime. Of course, the captain did offer an apology...

中央の窓際席でした。天井より水漏れあり。（当日は晴天でした。）
食事開始早々に水滴が料理や洋服に落ちてきました。
洋服は台無しだし、食事はもちろん食べられません。
我々を含め３組８名の方が災難にあいました。
流石に皆さん大人です。切れて興奮する方はいませんでした。逆に呆れて苦笑い。でも気分は大盛り下がり！
対応に時間がかかりカウントダウンが近くなってようやく新しい席と料理が薄暗い船後部の通路・キャビン外に出るドア付近に設定されました。
他のお客さんに怪訝そうな目で見られました。
前方でのショウも見れませんし、すでに食欲はなくなっていました。

奮発していい席を取ったのに、一生記憶に残る最悪のカウントダウンになりました。
もちろん、キャプテンのお詫びの言葉はありましたが・・・

This year, I went to Hawaii for the first time for a countdown party on the ocean!

The ship was so big, I wondered how many people could fit on it!

As soon as we boarded, we were served champagne, and the full-course meal along with the bottle of wine was absolutely delicious.

Finally! We went out on the deck for the countdown: 3, 2, 1.
HAPPY NEW YEAR!
The fireworks were amazing, and I was so moved that I cried.

It became a wonderful memory.

I want to spend the end of the year on a dinner cruise in Hawaii again!

The fireworks up close from the boat were amazing, but the strong rocking made it difficult to enjoy the unlimited champagne I was tempted by. I wouldn't recommend it unless you're someone who can handle the boat well.

船から間近の花火は最高でしたがかなりの揺れでシャンパン飲み放題につられて参加したけど飲めなかった。よっぽど船に強い人でなければおすすめできないと思います。

A 50-year-old and a 52-year-old sister experienced a Lomi Lomi massage together. The hidden atmosphere of the Imperial Hawaii Resort at Waikiki on the second floor (across from Halekulani) and the staff's family-like warm hospitality made for a very comfortable and blissful time. My 52-year-old sister, who frequently goes for massages in Japan, seemed particularly satisfied, which makes me think the massage skills are indeed reliable. Among the many salons in Waikiki, this is a friendly and cozy place with skilled therapists that I highly recommend. I would like to use their services again next time.

50歳と52歳の姉妹ふたり同時にロミロミ体験。ザ インペリアルハワイリゾートアットワイキキホテル2階(ハレクラニ向かい)の隠れ家的雰囲気とスタッフさんのファミリー的な優しい応対がとても居心地がよく至福の時間でした。日本でかなりの頻度でマッサージに行く52歳の姉が特に大満足の様子だったので、マッサージの腕も確かなんだなと思います。ワイキキに数あるサロンの中で、フレンドリーでほっこりした、腕も確かなおすすめの店舗です。次回もまた利用したいと思います。
