Overall great experience with a good meal, friendly crew, and add-ons to capture the adventure.

I would do it again. But I'd some time of approved boat shoe or water shoe. Not a fan of barefoot in public areas.

The free drink service was incredibly slow, and since I ordered a paid drink, it was relatively quick for me. However, the family sitting with us had to wait for their free drinks, which made me feel a bit guilty and uncomfortable. At the very least, they could have offered some water... that kind of consideration is not common overseas.

I was fine with not having a window seat. Even if you have a window seat, there’s an aisle, and there were people standing there to look at the view, so it’s not worth paying extra to secure one.

Despite having so many people, there was only one shared restroom, and it was extremely dirty.

窓側って言っても通路があり、そこに立って景色を見てる方もいたため、お金出して確保するほどではない。

あんだけの人数入れてるのに、共同トイレたった1つしかなく、めちゃくちゃ汚かった。

The Makani Catamaran provided a great view of the fireworks off Waikiki on New Year's Eve. It is a beautiful boat and the tour worked smoothly. I highly recommend it. We will be sure to book it again.

Although I wasn't expecting much from the meal, the food was served warm, and the lobster was thick and delicious. The table was indeed a bit cramped, but it was manageable. The show was also very enjoyable and great. The countdown fireworks were a spectacular sight. The taxi and Uber rides back were surprisingly expensive, costing $60 to Waikiki, so I recommend selecting a shuttle plan.

what an awesome way to ring in the new year. I am so happy we decided to do this as everyone was so friendly and being on a boat in Hawaii, whats better!

You can watch the fireworks right next to the boat at Waikiki Beach. The food and show were also great. It seems to get fully booked quickly due to its popularity.

The reception was right on time, and while we were waiting, we got to take a photo with Santa.
There were a lot of people, and our departure was delayed by 15 minutes!
We rode on the upper deck of a double-decker bus, having a great time,
enjoying the pleasant breeze while watching the amazing illuminations, and there was even a pumpkin carriage, which felt very foreign and exciting.
The inside of the city hall was beautiful with many trees on display.
However, I wasn't sure where to find the bus for the return trip, so I just lined up where there seemed to be people, and it showed up.
It was the best experience of Christmas in Hawaii.

受付は、きっちり時間通りで、待ってる間にサンタさんと写真撮らせていただきました。
人数が多く出発時間が15分遅れてました！
二階建てバスの二階に乗り、盛り上がって、
心地よい風が吹く中、最高のイルミネーションを観て、カボチャの馬車もいて、外国って感じで、
興奮しました。
市役所の中も沢山のツリーを観て綺麗でした。
ただ帰りのバスの場所がわからず何となく人のあいる方で並んでいたら来ました。
ハワイのクリスマスの体験ができて最高でした。

I arrived a little late for my appointment, but the staff warmly welcomed me. I used the provided paper underwear for changing, which was not uncomfortable. I recommend this for those who dislike getting their clothes dirty with oil.

During the massage, they asked about my tired areas and focused on those spots. They also adjusted the pressure as needed. The atmosphere was cozy with relaxing music and dim lighting.

The 60 minutes flew by. Thank you very much.

集合時刻に少し遅れてしまいましたが、暖かくスタッフの方が出迎えてくださいました。
着替えは用意された紙パンツを使用しました。着心地は不快ではありませんでした。衣類がオイルで汚れるのが嫌な方は利用することをおすすめします。
マッサージは疲れているところを聞かれ、その箇所を中心にしていただきました。途中力加減にも配慮していただきました。ゆったりとした音楽、暗めの照明で居心地の良い雰囲気でした。
60分があっという間でした。ありがとうございました。

I used it on my travel day in Hawaii! The shop is located a bit deeper inside the hotel, and I got a little lost when I first arrived, but when I asked the person at the reception for directions, they guided me. The staff were Japanese and very polite, which made me feel at ease. I booked the 60-minute course, and the pressure of the shiatsu was just right; they also checked in with me about the pressure throughout the session. The oil massage was also very pleasant and absolutely wonderful! I ended up sleeping deeply due to my stiff body from the flight and the drowsiness from jet lag, haha. I would definitely like to use this service again if I have the chance!

ハワイ移動日に利用しました！お店がホテル内？のちょっと奥にあります、最初に到着した時は少し迷いましたが、受付で案内をしている人に聞いたら案内してくれました。スタッフは日本人の方で対応も丁寧で安心です。60分コースで予約、指圧の加減もちょうど良く、指圧加減も都度きいてくれます、オイルマッサージも気持ち良く最高でした！フライトでの凝り固まった体と時差ボケの眠さもあって爆睡してしまいました笑。また機会があれば利用したいと思います！

Booked a massage with aloha therapy for my girlfriend and I during our trip in Waikiki. We both had a great experience. Friendly staff, and great massage. We were thinking to go back for another session but ran out of time.

If ever you go to Hawaii this is a must to be able to have the whole Hawaiian experience it’s a beautiful process and an amazing experience to just always remember after all it’s one thing Hawaii is known for so give it a try I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.......

This place is a gem!! Our massage therapists were amazing. We did the 90-minute option and it was pure heaven. I was so relaxed that I felt like a pile of jello afterwards.

This spot is nestled in the Imperial hotel on the 2nd floor. We saw the elevators and tried to go up but realized we needed key access. When we stopped by front desk to ask, we were then abruptly told that only hotel guests were allowed to use those elevators - and that was the end of the conversation. It was only after I said that I was looking for the spa that I was directed another way to go up. This, of course, was not a reflection on the spa at all.

The spa itself was great and I am definitely going to go again!!

This was one of the best massages I've ever had. I advise if you need a massage, and your in Waikiki Honolulu, this is the place to go. You will not go wrong. The service was very pleasant and peaceful. So relaxing. My body has been feeling so good the last couple of days. I surprised my Love with this special morning massage. Place is super clean and professional. The massage was beyond amazing. They can focus on problem areas but the overall treatment was relaxing, calm, and luxurious. I recommend booking in advance or call to see if they have openings.

This was an amazing experience. The massages were excellent. I highly recommend this service. We feel so relaxed. We had such a great time. Would do it again. My wife and I decided to go at the end of our vacation and it was phenomenal the ladies there were such professionals!

The person delivering the lei was super nice and even offered to take our photo! I thought it was a cool experience to land in Hawaii and receive leis. I think if it is your first time visiting or you’re coming for a special occasion that it is worth getting one!

This was a great surprise to welcome my parents to Hawaii for their 52nd anniversary. The greeter was holding a pleasant sign with their names that wished them Happy Anniversary. He was very polite and took a group photos for us with our phones. It was a fabulous old fashioned way to welcome my parents to the Islands!

My clients arrived in Hawaii, and were immediately greeted with a text to help them find their leis at baggage claim. The company had a sign with their names listed, and their lei's ready to go. I can't wait to use this arrival surprise in the future!

In Honolulu, where the COVID-19 situation is improving, I felt there were still few Japanese tourists. Nevertheless, I participated alone this time. We moved towards Ko Olina and boarded a lovely boat from the harbor. Without any rocking, we encountered a pod of dolphins after about 20 minutes. Then we moved to a snorkeling spot and had an encounter with a sea turtle. After returning to the boat, I enjoyed some drinks and lunch, even though I was alone. A few people, including the captain, spoke Japanese, which was considerate for me as a solo traveler. Since there are few Japanese tourists, it might be understandable, but I think the fast-paced English explanations would be quite challenging without strong language skills. If possible, I would have appreciated it if printed translations of the explanations in Japanese were provided. Overall, it was a satisfying tour.

コロナが収まりつつあるホノルルは、まだ日本人が少ない印象でした。
それでも今回は一人で参加させていただきました。
コオリナ方面へ移動して、ハーバーから素敵な船に乗船してさど揺れることなく移動して約20分でイルカの群れに遭遇しました。
それからシュノーケリングのポイントに移動してウミガメとの遭遇。
船に戻って一人でしたがお酒やランチで堪能しました。
船長をはじめ数人が日本語を話せたので一人旅の私に気遣っていただきました。
日本人が少ないので仕方ないかもしれませんが、早口の英語の説明はよほどの語学力がないと厳しいと思います。
可能であれば、説明の内容を日本語の和訳でプリントしたものを配布していただけるとありがたかったと思いました。
トータル的には満足したツアーでした。

Crew, entertainment & cruise were superb! Food was good- crab was really good, steak good, but chicken dry. Could use more veggies.

Only disappointment was the fireworks cancellation. Paying extra for 4th of July fireworks and not getting was a disappointing especially since the cruise doesn’t operate the fireworks.

Definitely recommend purchasing!

We booked this trip because of the fireworks. We were not notified in advance that there wouldn’t be fireworks. So disappointed. The food was very good and the server was great. Prices for drinks were fair. The bus driver on the way to the boat was great. Christopher was his name.

With 3 children that are 9 and under, we needed a relaxing massage. Aloha Therapy did just that! I researched ahead of time because I didn’t want to go to a sketchy place. They don’t have much online presence, but that’s because they had to close during the pandemic and recently reopened. They are on the 2nd floor of the Imperial Hawaii Resort and their pictures on Yelp are exactly what we saw in person. We bought two 60-minute Lomi Lomi massages and the two ladies that worked on us were super kind and attentive. At one point, my masseuse noticed a bruise on my leg and asked if it hurt, so that she could work around it. It was great that she noticed and wanted to provide the best service possible. The Lomi Lomi massage was FANTASTIC- long sweeping motions on my back and legs. I wish I would have booked 90 or even 120 minutes, but the massage was so good that even 60 minutes was well worth it. We’ve had massages in very expensive hotels in Monterey, Ca and this one tops it. My husband needed a lot of work on his back and shoulders and said he was surprised how strong his little masseuse was. They use their body weight on certain parts, and even stretched our legs (which felt very relieving since I rarely stretch). My masseuse starting with soft pressure but once I asked for firmer pressure, she adjusted and completely worked out all my kinks. For a few days, I had some back spasms running down my lower back and right bottom cheek- she massaged my back and bum so well that the pain was gone when I walked out! They ask you to keep your underwear on and tuck the sheet over it- very modest which I appreciate. When massaging my bottom, she used her elbows, etc which I think is how she was able to get deep into the muscle to fix the pain. One big plus- the masseuses never spoke to one another! So nice that all we heard was the relaxing music. We got bottled water at the end and walked out absolutely pleased- I would HIGHLY recommend Aloha Therapy & hope to come back soon!

Amazing captain and crew. Saw dolphins, turtles, had a fantastic snorkeling site, enjoyed cruising on the boat and the food and drinks were great. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Excellent treatment. Prompt and detailed information at time of booking. Therapist on time and really appreciated that talking was kept to s minimum , except for feedback on comfort level. I will certainly return. Thank you Chieko for being persistent in getting those knots in my back released. A truly therapeutic treatment.

A really good catamaran tour. Crew was super friendly. The food was delicious and the drinks too. Saw lots of turtles, fish and one whale from afar. Loved spending time just being there in the open water on the boat.

Just did the Snorkel and Sunset dinner cruise. I would definitely do this again. The. Staff was absolutely awesome and very very patient. I sometime feel very constrained with all the rules but the staff did a very good job explaining why they have to do what they do to keep all of us safe and still have the best time. The music was great, the food was wonderful. And everybody on the boat seemed to have a good time. Oh and the sunset on the water was epic. I highly recommend this to all!
