We loved our time on the snorkeling and dinner cruise excursion. Well worth the price. Our captain gave great instruction and safety procedures. He also took us up snd close to a whale which gave us quite a show within 25 yards or so. The time by the shore snorkeling was impressive. Lots of fish.
The dinner was delicious with plenty of variety of drinks both spirited and not. I enjoyed the time to enjoy the sunset. Beautiful. There are two restrooms where you can change. Two shower hoses to rinse off after you snorkel. Staff was great. Underwater photographer was along for optional photo package you can purchase.

I know it's just the luck of the draw and bad timing but 5 or 6 people got sick on our trip due to high waves. Maybe cancelling the trip would have been best because after all that, the provided meal was not at all appetizing. Yes we saw a couple green sea turtles, but it would have been much, much better without the fear of human projectile.

It was very sucesefull suprise for my son and his girlfriend! Mahalo

Very special treatment throughout. Even though we had bad weather, the Captain accommodated us by performing some of the ceremony outside as rain permitted. The food and the service were the highest quality.

We renewed our vows and it was very special. The staff was very attentive and our dinner was wonderful. The Captain was very sincere when doing the renewal.

My wife and I enjoyed this very much, Great way to help celebrate our 30th anniversary. A fun and knowledgable crew took very good care of us. Fantastic catamaran

We came with a couple who had not yet experienced Hawaii. To be welcomed with the beautiful leis and friendly and helpful people, gave us the start we were hoping for. Thank you so much, for the great products, but even more for the true reflection of the "Aloha" spirit!

This was a great trip to go on. The check-in went smooth and the staff were friendly. The ocean was rough but the boat was so stable that I did not even get sea sick. While we were not able to go snorkeling because of this, we saw a whale and lots of dolphins! The morning sunshine made for a beautiful backdrop to the Waianae coastline. Ocean Joy is environmentally friendly to the dolphins and we normally would get to snorkel- just not with the dolphins since it disturbs them.

Our photographer gave everyone a 50% discount on our normally $40 photo package and the photos turned out great! We appreciated the treatment of the crew and everyone had fun even though we did not snorkel. Drinks and lunch were served and everything was tasty. I had fun and look forward to going with this crew again someday. Thanks to Veltra for a smooth confirmation process. It could not have been easier to book a fun outing.

We came to Hawaii for the first time as a couple. The service was wonderful, and watching the fireworks from the boat created great memories. The air conditioning and sea breeze were colder than expected, so be careful about what you wear.

サービスも素晴らしく、花火を船上から見ることができていい思い出になりました。
冷房と潮風が思ったより寒いので、着るものには注意が必要です。

After finding parking ($12) rushed to locate the shuttle which started late because someone on another business had to go potty. Rode to downtown area where there was about 3 blocks of Christmas lights and then stopped to walk around a building with a few trees in it then back to wait on another late bus just to return to where we started. Huge disappointment for $25 and 3 hours I'll never get back.

My wife has been attending a hula dance class for several years, and to experience authentic hula dancing, we decided to return to Hawaii, where we had our honeymoon, to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary with a vow renewal. A year ago, during our stay in Hawaii, we utilized Velta's services, which made it convenient to change reservations on-site, so I booked this tour with a three-star rating domestically.

Thanks to the tour sticker on my chest at the meeting point, several crew members congratulated us as we boarded. We had a window-side table for two on the second floor (below the upper level of the five-star) with a great view, and the food was good.

During the meal, we were called and escorted to the third floor (the top floor) via the elevator, where the front of the ship served as the venue. (When we took photos with the captain during our honeymoon, it was on the outer deck, but it might have been this location due to the strong winds and occasional rain that day.) It felt a bit cramped, but the captain came to our table, which was decorated with beautiful flowers, and we made our vow renewal promises while signing a certificate in the captain's presence. I couldn't fully understand the captain's comments since they were all in English, but I managed to respond with "Yes" whenever he looked my way. However, the floor manager, who spoke broken Japanese, explained the flow of the ceremony, and we were able to take videos and photos with our own camera during the ceremony. After that, the champagne included with the tour was served, and we toasted with the captain (who mentioned that his glass contained apple juice while on board).

After the ceremony, when I mentioned that we had also boarded the Star of Honolulu for our honeymoon 20 years ago, the three people present (the captain, the floor manager, and a black-clad attendant) exclaimed "Amazing." The captain was particularly delighted, saying, "I've been the captain of this ship for 30 years, so I probably was on board 20 years ago." The black-clad attendant kept repeating "Amazing" as we returned to our table, which made our happy moment feel even more special.

We returned to our table, continued our meal while drinking champagne, and enjoyed another highlight: the beautiful Friday fireworks, which made for an unforgettable time.

After 20 years of marriage, life has been different from our newlywed days, often moving away from words like "love," but I feel that this vow renewal allowed us to remember our "beginning" as a couple. We are considering participating in this tour for our 25th and 30th anniversaries as well.

　妻がフラダンス教室に数年通い本場でフラダンスを体験するため、また、結婚20周年を迎え、バウリニューアルのために新婚旅行で訪れた同じハワイに行いきました。１年前、ハワイ滞在時にVeltaさんを活用させていただき、予約変更等も現地で行えて便利だったので、国内で本ツアーの３スターを予約しました。
　集合場所でツアーを示すシールを胸に貼ったおかげで、乗船時に『Congratulations』と数名のクルーから声をかけていただきました。席は２F？（５スターの上層階の下）の窓際の二人席でとても景色が良く、料理もGoodでした。
　料理の途中で呼ばれてエスコートされてエレベーターで３F（最上階）に向かい、エレベーターを降りた船の最前面の場所が会場となります。（新婚旅行の時の船長さんとの記念撮影は、外の船主の甲板デッキでしたが、この日は風が強く、時折雨も降ったので、この場所だっだのかもしれません。）少し狭い感じはしますが、きれいな花等で飾られたテーブルの前に船長さんが来ていただき、バウリニューアルの誓いや船長さん立ち合いの証明書サインをして頂きました。船長さんのコメントは全て英語のために十分に理解はできませんでしたが、船長さんが視線を向けるたびに『Yes』と言ってごまかしました。ただ、サポートいただいたフロアーマネージャー？？の方が片言の日本語で流れを説明していただき、加えて式の間は私たち持参のカメラでビデオ＆写真を撮っていただけました。その後このツアーに付いているシャンペンがここで登場し、船長と一緒に乾杯しました。（船長さんのグラスは乗船中のためアップルジュースと言っていました。）
　式の後、２０年前の新婚旅行でもスターオブホノルルに乗船した事を伝えると、立ち会っていただいた３名（船長さん、フロアーマネージャー？黒服のアテンダー）から『Amazing』と言われ、特に船長さんは『３０年前から本船のキャプテンをしているので、２０年前も多分私が乗船したいた』ととても喜んでくれ、加えてテーブルに戻る間も黒服のアテンダーの方も『Amazing』を連発され、私たちの幸せな時間が更に倍増した感覚でした。
　テーブルに戻ってシャンペンを飲みながら食事を続け、もう一つの楽しみも『金曜日の花火』もとてもきれいで、忘れられない時間をいただけた感じです。
　結婚２０年もたてば新婚生活と違って『愛』のような言葉から離れた生活でしたが、今回のバウリニューアルで夫婦お互いに少なからず『初心』を思い出す事が出来たと感じています。
２５、３０周年記念も、このツアーに参加させていただきたいと考えています。
素晴らしい時間をありがとうございます。

Despite being told to gather 15 minutes early and arriving on time, there was no guidance to the bus even after more than 30 minutes past the departure time, which frustrated the other participants as well. After waiting 40 minutes past the scheduled departure, we were finally directed to the bus and set off, but we only had about 25 minutes to see the City Lights.

The return bus didn't make us wait as long, but it was so crowded that we couldn't find a seat on the trolley and had to stand the entire time.

I couldn't enjoy it at all.

15分前集合という事で、時間厳守したにもかかわらず、出発時間を30分以上過ぎてもいっこうにバスへの案内がなく周りの参加者もイラついていた。出発時間を40分経過した後にバスに案内されてやっと出発したが、シティライツを見ることができる時間は、たったの25分程度…
帰りのバスはそれ程待たされはしなかったが、トロリーに座ることができないほどすし詰め状態で、ずっと立っていた。
全く楽しめなかった。

Thank you so much for the lei greeting! My husband was surprised and that is exactly what I was going for. They held up so well, stayed alive and well for our entire 10 day stay on the island and are still alive and well after making the 3,000 mile trip home! Thank you for making our first trip to Hawaii so memorable right from our arrival! I would recommend this to anyone visiting.

In short, it's a tour that takes you by bus to a Christmas night festival in Hawaii. For those who are unsure about the bus ride back and forth, taking this bus from Waikiki to the city makes it a fun experience. There are many white people on the bus and once you arrive, so you can really enjoy the foreign atmosphere, which is a hidden charm. There are some small stalls, but it's not the kind of place where you can eat a lot, so it's safer to have a meal beforehand. After returning, there weren't many places to eat open in Waikiki either.

簡単に言えば、ハワイのクリスマスの夜のお祭りにバスで連れて行ってもらうツアーです。
ただ、行き帰りのバスに自信がない人は、ワイキキから市中までこのバスで連れて行ってもらうと楽しく行けますね。バスの中も着いてからも、白人の方がたくさんいるので、え？っと思うくらい外国気分を満喫できるのも、隠れた魅力ですね。ちょっとした出店は出るのですが、ガッツリ食べれる感じでもないので、事前に腹ごしらえをして参加した方が無難です。帰ってきてからはワイキキでも、あまり食べるところが空いてませんでした。

I surprised my husband with the 5 star vow renewal cruise. The experience from the time John arrived with the limousine at our hotel, to the dinner cruise and back was simply amazing! Incredibly romantic! The dinner was so good and our server, Jeanette, was as professional as she was personable. My husband was speachless, but he did say yes to marrying me again.

Very well done. The young lady was very attentive and gracious. She helped make the experience very pleasant for all of us.

We were pretty disappointed with this trip. Just not as organized as we had hoped. We've been on many different snorkel trips over the years and this is one of the most unorganized we've attended. Competing boats seem to pass out gear and explain rules and safety regulations on the way to the destination. Then, once anchored, we can get in the water. This boat waits until we are on anchor, then starts the slow unorganized process of handing out gear. Takes way too long!

Food was decent, but mixed drinks were not! The captain, although tried to be funny, was not for the most part. We tried to have a conversation with him and generally got one word answers. So, he really wasn't interested in talking with us. When we were on anchor, he seemed to be more interested in flying his own personal drone around the boat.

The crew was nice and helpful, the captain, not so much! The best part of the trip was the photographer. Really a terrific individual, very personal with the guest and generally took an interest in the guest.

Overall, I wouldn't use this boat again.

Awesome awesome service. I booked a charter motor coach to take my herd of 15 people from Waikiki to Aulani. There were two pickup locations at Waikiki. Motor coach arrived early, picked us all up and brought us to Aulani safely. Driver was very nice. Plenty of room for our luggage.

Car was on time but itinerary outlined the day before with the Veltra rep was not communicated to the driver. The first stop was Diamond Head overlook. Car wouldn't start when we were ready to leave. Apparently we were out of gas. Had to wait > 30 min for someone to bring a gallon of gas. We then had to find a gas station to finish filling the car with fuel. The gas station was not on out agreed upon route. Driver was born / raised on the island and once we navigated the car issues there were some interesting facts he shared with us. It was so unfortunate the fuel issue ruined what could have been the bow on what was a great visit to Hawaii.

I reserved a 5-course meal at Celebration. The dining areas are on the 1st to 3rd floors, and we had a window-side seat on the 3rd floor! During the meal, we could freely go out to the hallway or the rooftop to take pictures and enjoy the view. It was amazing to see a rainbow, watch the sunset, and enjoy the Independence Day fireworks. Towards the end of the meal, we watched a dance show, and at the end, everyone in the audience danced together. It was fun from the moment we boarded the cruise until we disembarked. We also received photos as a gift, which made for a great keepsake!

1〜3階が食事をする階で私たちは3階の窓側の席でした！
食事中は自由に廊下や屋上に出て写真を撮ったりゆっくり景色を眺めたりできました。
虹が出たり、サンセットを眺めたり、独立記念日の花火をみたりと最高でした。
食事の終盤にはダンスショーをみたり最後は観客みんなで踊ったりと、クルーズに乗ってから降りるまで終始楽しかったです。
写真もプレゼントされ良い記念になりました！

We got the vow renewal package for our parents and they had a wonderful time. The views, food and entertainment were absolutely perfect :) The staff took a video on my mother-in-laws phone and they also received a special photo. They absolutely loved it and said they would do it again :) They said the staff were awesome!!!

Great experience! Hawaiian Lei greeting was a huge surprise for my family. They were extremely excited. Even though I didn't get all the Leis I ordered, initially, our hostesses went above and beyond. She actually mailed our two kukui necklaces to our hotel. AMAZING!!!!!

This time, we went to Hawaii for the first time with our parents from both families to hold a local wedding ceremony. We wanted to create some memorable experiences to express our gratitude to our parents during our free time, so we booked a vow renewal and sunset cruise. We enjoyed dinner while cruising, watched a Hawaiian show, and had photos taken for each couple, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time.

The vow renewal ceremony itself was a first for our parents, and they seemed a bit shy about the idea of participating in such a ceremony. However, thanks to the open atmosphere of Hawaii, it all turned into a wonderful memory. By the way, I explained the vow renewal to our parents while we were having appetizers.

The ceremony could have been conducted for each couple separately, but we were able to do it for two couples at the same time. One slight disappointment was that our parents (and I) didn't understand much English, and the ceremony felt a bit rushed (perhaps because it was in between dinner?). Nevertheless, it was a valuable experience.

For now, the surprise was a success!!

The three-star atmosphere was lively, so it might be suitable for families. The meal portions and drinks were generous, and we left feeling full. The vow renewal could be a great surprise gift.

今回、現地挙式を行うため私達+私達両家の両親で初ハワイへ行ってきました。
フリータイムを有効に使って、何か両親への感謝を伝えられる思い出作りを???と･･･今回のバウ・リニューアル＆サンセット・クルーズを申し込みました。クルーズをしながらディナー、ハワイアンショーもみれて、カップルごとに写真も付いて、ゆったりとした時間を楽しめました。

バウ・リニューアルという儀式自体、両親達は初耳、まさか自分達がそんな儀式をするなんて
･･･ちょっと照れ臭かったみたいですが、ハワイの開放的な雰囲気のおかげで、全ては良い思い出になりました。ちなみに両親達にバウ・リニューアルについて、前菜を食べながら説明しました。
儀式はそれぞれの夫婦ごとに進めることもできたのですが、2カップル同時にさせていただきました。ちょっと残念なこととすると、親は(私も)そんなに英語が理解できなかった+儀式的にはあっという間(ディナーの合間なので？)ということでしょうか。でも、貴重な経験ができました
。
ひとまずサプライズ成功です!!

３スターは賑やかな雰囲気だったのでファミリーに向いているかもしれません。食事量も飲み物も２杯付いてお腹がいっぱいになりました。

The class of 2016 had a wonderful time at Project Graduation, and we are so grateful that you safely got the students to their many exciting destinations around the island! Thank you very much!

It was a good massage. I added a couple things. Reflexology and aromatherapy(peppermint) for this massage. Unfortunately, I had a back spasm week prior and was still sore, so cannot say that the back was good. However, the neck was considerable difference, from being tight(from my back) to very loose, which in turn relieved pressure on the back.

Very professional and clean. Can't beat the price for what you get out here in Hawaii. Room is inside the Hotel and is set up as a massage room. They did a great job. Zero complaints.

My therapist was professional and the massage was awsome. Very pleased. Worth every dime...

We had a few hours to spend on Oahu between the time we left our cruise ship and our mid-afternoon airplane departure, so of course we set up our tour through Platinum Limousine Service. We had previously experienced a wonderful one day tour, but there were still sights to see. Pua picked my husband and me up from the cruise ship dock on time in a Cadillac Escalade, perfect for our luggage, too. We love these Escalades, because they allow a higher vantage point while driving around the island. Pua asked us where we had been, and then quickly mapped out a tour for a few hours of sights we hadn't seen. We saw different picturesque views of Diamond Head and Waikiki, and drove into the crater. We drove the perimeter of Diamond Head, seeing the lighthouse and stopped at scenic overlooks while Pua explained films that had been made there, or history about the area. She took us to see two different blowholes on the east coast, and the beautiful town of Kailua -- our favorite on Oahu. At Pua's suggestion, we ate lunch at Buzz's, across from the beautiful beach in Kailua, and it was delicious! I have never tasted such a wonderful squid steak, and our lunches were perfect. We drove along the coastline and then across the island to the airport, stopping at the Nu'uanu/Pali Lookout over the tunnel through the mountain, where the winds blow in a famous updraft that will take your hat off your head if you aren't paying attention, but which has gorgeous views of the island and the ocean beyond. Pua was an excellent guide, and knows the history of her island and willingly shares information on local customs and traditions. She is fun and personable. If you have a few hours or a day, set up a trip with Platinum Limousine Service. You won't be sorry.
