After touring hotels around Waikiki Beach, we were picked up. I think we only stopped at the Sheraton Hotel after our hotel.

It was fully booked, and there were passengers from about three different countries, but the driver humorously checked in with everyone, and we arrived at the airport feeling warm and cozy.

We were healed by the Hawaiian spirit right until the very end.

ワイキキビーチ界隈のホテルを巡ってから、ピックアップしてもらいました。私たちのホテルのあとはシェラトンホテルに寄ったくらいでしょうか？
満席状態で、３カ国くらいの乗客がいましたが、ドライバーさんはユーモアたっぷりに確認していて、ほっこりしながら、空港に到着しました。
最後の最後まで、ハワイアンスピリッツに癒やされました。

I used this service for a round trip between the airport and the hotel for a day trip to a remote island on an early morning flight. I was picked up at the hotel at 3:30 AM, and although I had to wait, the driver arrived after about 45 minutes. Well, since it was a Hawaiian driver, I thought it was just island time, so it wasn't a big deal. On the way back, there was a staff member waiting for me at the baggage claim area, which was easy to understand, and it was nice to have a private transfer.

朝早い便で日帰りで離島に行くのに空港とホテルの往復で利用しました。
朝は3時半ホテルピックアップなので待っていましたが45分くらいに来ました。まぁハワイのドライバーさんだし、島時間だからこんなもんかなーと思っていたので特にでした。
帰りは荷物受け取りの場所で係の方が待っていて下さり、わかりやすくまた貸切状態でよかったです。

It was usually a large bus, but this time it was a small van. However, the seats were spacious and the ride was comfortable. Since there were few passengers, there were also fewer stops until we reached our hotel, and we arrived in no time. It was very convenient.

いつもは大きなバスですが今回は小さなバンでしたが座席は広々として乗り心地は良かった。客数が少なかったので目的のホテルまでの停車数も少なくあっという間に到着。とても便利です。

He was so kind and made everyone feel at home!!! Sweet guy for sure. He taught us a lot about Pearl Harbor and those who fought for our country!!!

Picking up my luggage from the flight from Hawaii Island was really smooth, as I was able to complete the procedures at the counter right away and was guided to the shuttle. Since tips were included, I didn't have to worry about that and felt relaxed.

ハワイ島からのフライトで荷物をピックアップし、すぐに場内にあるカウンターで手続きができ、送迎車に案内され本当にスムーズでした。
チップ込みなのでその辺も心配なく、気楽でした。

A vry interesting place engulfed in history. We just dis bot have enough time to explore even the basics. There should be an option to go home by public transport at a later time.

It was a wonderful experience to view Oahu from the sky. I had signed up for a Japanese-speaking pilot, but I was informed that they had retired, so I requested an English-speaking pilot. However, it was a bit disappointing that I couldn't fully understand the detailed explanations. I was on board with a family that had small children, and a little girl was startled by the sound of the helicopter and cried, so it's important to be cautious with small children.

空からオアフ島を眺められた事は素晴らしい体験でした。　日本語パイロットを申し込んだのですが退職されたそうで英語パイロットにお願いしたのですがやはり細かいとろまで説明が理解出来なかった事は少し残念でした。小さな子供連れの家族と同乗でしたが小さな女の子がヘリコプターの音にびっくりして泣きじゃくっていたので小さなお子様連れは注意が必要ですね。

Traveling by bus was convenient since we had a lot of luggage on our family trip. The timing was also accurate. They helped with loading and unloading our heavy suitcases.

家族旅行で荷物が多かったので、バス移動は楽でした。　時間も正確でした。重いスーツケースの積み下ろしもやってくれました。

I really enjoyed the tour. The tour guider is so nice, and organized very well, cared every person in the group, answered questions patiently. Also, the tour planned itself is excellent, no hurry, enough time for each activities, especially for seniors.

Bus was half hour late. Received email half hour before our pick up time moving our pick up to a different location which created confusion for about 11 of us waiting to be picked up at original pick up site- our hotel! Very frustrating with no apologies. Very poor.

One of the finest place to learn the history about Pearl Harbor. Just no words: beautiful memorial and harbor. Bought the tickets in advance and the process was quick and easy to access. Had a great time so will be visiting it again shortly.

I arrived at the domestic terminal after traveling from the Big Island to Honolulu. Right after exiting, there was a counter. They were very kind and helpful in guiding me.

I called to change the pickup time considering the traffic congestion on the day, but I was really relieved that the driver arrived as scheduled.

当日になって交通渋滞を考えてピックアップ時刻を変えたいと思って電話しましたが、連絡通りに迎えが来て本当に安心しました。

Asked for a vehicle to accommodate 2 wheelchairs, but the vehicle could only handle one.

Our driver was very friendly, and seemed to know a lot of information on the sites we were seeing in Honolulu. Was a very good way to visit the Arizona memorial - would definitely recommend visitors to Honolulu to check out this tour.

The staff communicated in basic English, but they assisted us immediately when we showed the voucher. Since we were staying at Hilton Hawaiian Village, we arrived second. I carried my suitcase to the exit myself when getting off, but the driver helped with unloading. We gave a tip, but it was impressive to see the driver’s puzzled expression when some of the other passengers did not.

基本英語での対応でしたが、バウチャーを見せるとすぐに対応してもらいました。宿泊がヒルトンハワイアンビレッジだったので二番目に到着しました。
スーツケースは下車時は自身で出口まで運びましたが、ドライバーがおろすのは手伝ってくれました。
私たちはチップを渡しましたが、他の乗客の一部が渡さなかったので、ドライバーが怪訝な表情をしていたのが印象的でした。

I used the shared shuttle to the airport for the first time in a while. I was a bit concerned about the arrival time due to traffic, but the driver managed to avoid the congested roads and we arrived at the airport relatively quickly. Thank you very much.

I requested airport transportation from the Hilton Grand Islander in Waikiki. They arrived early, handled my suitcase with care, and dropped me off right in front of the JAL check-in counter, which was a great help. The driver was very friendly and also assisted another family with their baby stroller and luggage, making for a very positive experience.

ワイキキのヒルトングランドアイランダーから、空港送迎で、迎えをお願いしました。早めに着いてくれて、スーツケースも丁寧に運んでいただき、JALのチェックインカウンターの目の前で、降ろしていただき大変助かりました。
もう一組のご家族連れの方たちのベビーかーや、荷物も優しく降車のお手伝いをしていて、とても、好感度の高い運転手さんでした。

I thought it might be a little late. Still, when the shuttle didn't show up at the pickup location on time, I felt anxious. I'm someone who likes to act early, so I got frustrated and flustered when the shuttle finally arrived about 10 minutes late. However, we arrived at the airport on time without any issues... I don't think I'll use the shuttle for my next trip to the airport. I want to head to the airport in a calm state of mind.

それでも時間になってピックアップ場所にシャトルが現れないとドキドキします
早め早めの行動をする私はイライラするし焦ってくるし10分程遅れてシャトルはやってきました
それでも空港には遅れることなく時間通りに到着し問題はなかったのですが…
次回空港へ送っていただくシャトルは利用しないと思います

This experience was amazing! The waterfall swim was the perfect way to begin the adventure. And then the luau itself was incredible. Much love and respect for the awesome drummers, dancers, fire spinners, and the kindness shown by all. Highly recommend!

The staff members were all friendly and great. The staff wearing the yellow shirts were easy to spot, and I recognized them immediately upon arrival. When I approached them, they confirmed my name and flight number and guided me to the boarding location.

スタッフの方はみなさん気さくで良かったです。
目印の黄色いシャツを着たスタッフの方もわかりやすく、到着時にすぐわかりました。
声をかけたら名前と便名を確認し、乗車場所を案内してくれます。

This was our family's first trip to Hawaii. We were unsure about how to arrange airport transfers for six people, but we chose based on cost performance and reviews. The yellow aloha shirts were easy to spot, and I felt reassured that they spoke Japanese. The bus attendant carried our heavy luggage with a smile and provided sightseeing information in both English and Japanese during the ride. They were a very pleasant person. It took just over 30 minutes to get to the hotel from Waikiki International Airport. Once I exited the airport, a staff member in a yellow jacket welcomed me. We waited for about 10 minutes until everyone was gathered, and then we departed right away, taking just over 30 minutes to reach Waikiki. It was a very convenient and economical bus tour.

ワイキキ国際空港からわずか30分余りで、ホテルまで連れて行ってもらいました。
空港の出口を出たら黄色い上着の係員さんが出迎えてくれます。
10分くらい出発迄待ちましたが、メンバーが揃ったら直ぐに出発、ワイキキまで30分余りです。
とても便利で経済的なバスツアーでした。
