I used this service to reduce stress during the peak Obon season. It's convenient, but the price is still high, so I give it 4 stars.
- After exiting the personal exit, the staff is hard to understand.
- Use the staff in the yellow aloha shirts as a landmark; when you go to the designated area, there is a small desk for check-in.
- Since other flights arrive together, the waiting time is long. Given the price, I wish they would operate more consistently.

今回はお盆ピーク時期のためストレス軽減のため利用しました。便利だが、やはり値段は高いので星4つ。
⚫︎個人出口を出たあと、係員がわかりづらい。
⚫︎黄色いアロハシャツの誘導係を目印に、
言われた場所へ行くと小さいデスクあり受付。
⚫︎他便到着もまとめて同乗するため、待ち時間が長い。この値段であればもう少しコンスタントに運行してほしい。

It was helpful that the cost was lower compared to taking a taxi. Since it was a partner hotel, I was taken right in front of the hotel. Additionally, my flight was changed at the last minute, but they were able to accommodate the time change as well.

タクシーに比べると費用が抑えられたので助かりました。
提携ホテルだったのでホテルの前まで連れもらえました。
また搭乗便が直前で変更になったのですが時間の変更の対応もしてもらえました。

The shuttle did not arrive at the meeting point even after five minutes, so I called to inquire. I was informed that there was a parade that day, causing a major traffic jam, and that it would be delayed by ten minutes. In the end, the shuttle arrived about 30 minutes late, but while waiting, various people were talking about the heavy traffic, so I didn't feel particularly anxious. They picked me up with plenty of time to spare for my flight, so I felt reassured about that. It might have been difficult due to the parade, but it would have been better if they could have come right in front of the hotel where I was staying. It was tough to move around with large luggage and a child.

集合場所に5分経ってもシャトルが来なかったので電話で問い合わせてみたら、その日はパレードがあり大渋滞をしていて10分遅れるとのことでした。
結局、シャトルは30分くらい遅れて来ましたが、待っている間にも、道が大渋滞しているといろんな人達が話していたので特に不安になることもなく待てました。
フライトにもじゅうぶん間に合う時間でピックアップして頂けるので、その点に関しては安心です。
パレードの日で難しかったのかもしれませんが、できれば宿泊しているホテル前まで来て頂けたら良かったです。大きな荷物を持って子供を連れて歩いて移動するのは大変でした。

As soon as I picked up my luggage, I found the yellow Roberts Hawaii kiosk counter, which was the meeting point. It stood out with its bright yellow color, so I recognized it immediately. When I spoke to the staff at the counter, they walked with me to the boarding area and guided me. I would like to use this service again.

手荷物を受け取ってすぐにある黄色いロバーツハワイのKIOSKカウンターが集合場所で、写真の通り黄色が目立っていたのですぐに分かりました。
カウンターのスタッフに声をかけると、乗り場まで一緒に歩いて案内してくれました。
また利用したいと思います。

Really got to see the island like never before. Was really great.

I received a clear explanation of the history of the Kingdom of Hawaii in Japanese. It was a meet-up at the location, but it was close to the bus stop, and since the area is residential, it was fine. It was my first time doing hula dancing, but they taught it slowly, so I was able to keep up! Making leis was also fun. I highly recommend it!

ハワイ王国の歴史を日本語でわかりやすく説明していただきました。現地集合でしたが、バス停からも近く、周囲は住宅街なので大丈夫でした。フラダンスは初めてでしたが、ゆっくり教えてくださったので、ついていくことができました！レイ作りも楽しかったです。お勧めです！

I was able to reach the meeting point at the airport without getting too lost. The waiting time I was worried about wasn't too long, and I was able to get to the hotel comfortably. Since it was a trip with my child, I would definitely like to use this service again. It was great that everything was settled in Japan, which was perfect for my tired self.

空港ではそれほど迷わずに待ち合わせ場所まで行くことが出来ました。心配した待ち時間もそれほどでもなく、快適にホテルまで行けました。子供との旅でしたので、これならまたお願いしたいなと思います。日本ですべて決済まで済んでいたので、疲れた身には最高でした。

The return pickup will come about three hours before the flight departure time. They will arrive on time. It's best to wait at the meeting point about 5 to 10 minutes before the pickup time. The shuttle bus is convenient.

復路の迎えは飛行機の出発時間の３時間ほど前に迎えに来てくれます。
ほほ時間通りに迎えに来てくれます。迎えの時間の５～10分位前には待ち合わせの場所で待っていて方が良いです。シャトルバスは楽です。

At certain times, there may not be anyone at the reception counter, but you can easily identify them by the yellow aloha shirt. Due to the order of the hotels, your arrival at the hotel may be delayed, but it is comfortable.

時間帯によっては受付のカウンターに人がいない時がありますが、目印の黄色のアロハシャツですぐにわかります。
ホテルの順番で、ホテルへの到着が遅くなりますが、快適です。

I felt relieved to see the yellow T-shirt as soon as I arrived.
I was also relieved that I could communicate in Japanese.

I was very satisfied with the enjoyable experience along the way!

I arrived a little early and the shuttle bus also arrived early, so I quickly headed to the airport. The driver was very kind.

少し早めに待っていましたが、丁度迎えのバスも、早めに着いて
すぐにわかり空港へ行きました。
　親切な運転手さんでした。

The schedule may be a bit delayed, but it operates normally overall. The staff is not very friendly, but it's average. It's easy to spot the people in yellow uniforms at the airport. The prices are slightly cheaper, and tips are not required, so I recommend it as an entry point.

時間も遅れたりはしますがまぁ普通に運行してくれます。
愛想はあまり良くないですがまぁ普通です。
空港からは黄色の服を着た人がいるのでとてもわかりやすいです。
値段も若干安めですしチップも不要なので入口としてはオススメです。

The driver arrived about 10 minutes late from the scheduled pickup time, but he was very kind and accommodating, so I didn't mind the delay at all! However, flights from Honolulu to Japan tend to be concentrated in the morning to early afternoon, making the airport extremely crowded. Since the pickup time is somewhat fixed, I don't think it's suitable for those who want to relax at the airport.

予定していたピックアップの時間から10分ほど遅れてきましたが、ドライバーの方が親切に対応してくださったので、10分の遅れは全く気になりませんでした！
ただ、ホノルルから日本への出発便は午前中からお昼過ぎに掛けて集中するので、空港は大混雑です。ピックアップの時間がある程度決まっている以上、空港でのんびり過ごしたい方には向かないかと思います。

Family really appreciated to get to see the PH as it is a once in a lifetime you get to!

As soon as I exited Daniel K. Inouye International Airport, a representative from Roberts Hawaii in a yellow aloha shirt was there to guide me to the bus stop. I waited in the shade for about 10 minutes. The bus was comfortable, and they dropped me off right in front of the hotel, which made it really easy. I definitely want to use this service again next time.

バスも快適で、ホテルの前で下ろしてもらえるので、

I always rely on Roberts when traveling from Honolulu Airport to my hotel in Waikiki. When I exited the airport, I was flustered because I couldn't find the staff who are usually there. I wondered if I had mixed up the group exit and the individual exit, but the final instructions indicated the individual exit... so I ended up wandering around. When I finally found a staff member, I was directed to a meeting point that was farther away than I expected. It made me realize how much things have changed since the pandemic.

ホノルル空港からワイキキのホテルまで、いつもロバーツさんのお世話になっています。空港出口を出ると、たいていは案内係の人がいるはずなのに見当たらなくて焦りました。団体出口と個人出口を間違ったのかな、でも最終案内は個人出口とあるし‥とか思いながらウロウロしちゃいました。ようやく係の人を見つけたところ思ったより遠い場所に集合させられました。コロナ禍を挟んで、いろんな所が変わったなあって思ったことのひとつでした。

I use it almost every time. I've also used taxis and Uber, but with advance reservations, there's almost no waiting time. There's no need to worry about tips, and for round trips to the airport, this is the only option for me.

ほぼ毎回利用しています。
タクシーやuberを利用したりもしましたが、事前予約で待ち時間もほぼなし。チップの心配もなく、空港への往復はこちら一択です。

The driver was outstanding and knew what she was talking about

I had to wait quite a while before departure, but during the ride, the driver shared interesting and funny stories about Hawaii (in English), which made it very enjoyable. The seats were spacious and comfortable, allowing me to relax a lot. I will definitely use this service again.

出発までにかなり待たされましたが、乗車中はドライバーさんがハワイに関するお話をおもしろおかしくしてくださったり(英語です)とても楽しかったです。
シートは広めで座りやすく、とてもリラックスできました。また利用させていただきます。

We loved this luau!!! From the start to the finish, it was well planned, fun and engaging. We loved the MC, the food, the dancing the activities, everything. We will highly recommend it!!! The pickup arrived on time in front of the hotel. Since it was a 4:30 AM pickup, there were only a few guests heading to the neighboring islands and a couple of us using Jetstar to Sydney. I felt reassured by the very early arrival.

4:30amのピックアップだったので、ネイバーアイランド行きのお客さんと私が利用したジェットスターのシドニー行きのお客さんがちらほらいたくらいでした。すごく早めの到着なので安心でした。

My family thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The MC was fantastic and funny. The flower and anniversary leis were a wonderful touch. The activities were fun. The show was very entertaining, impressive, and the food was good too! The waterfall and hike were fun before too. Thank you for a fantastic day and evening! Mahalo!

They are punctual and friendly. The experience of touring the memorial was great. Strongly recommended with this tour company.
