Me and hubby really enjoyed the beauty in the hardship that Pearl Harbor bodies!

I arrived a little early and the shuttle bus also arrived early, so I quickly headed to the airport. The driver was very kind.

少し早めに待っていましたが、丁度迎えのバスも、早めに着いて
すぐにわかり空港へ行きました。
　親切な運転手さんでした。

The schedule may be a bit delayed, but it operates normally overall. The staff is not very friendly, but it's average. It's easy to spot the people in yellow uniforms at the airport. The prices are slightly cheaper, and tips are not required, so I recommend it as an entry point.

時間も遅れたりはしますがまぁ普通に運行してくれます。
愛想はあまり良くないですがまぁ普通です。
空港からは黄色の服を着た人がいるのでとてもわかりやすいです。
値段も若干安めですしチップも不要なので入口としてはオススメです。

The driver arrived about 10 minutes late from the scheduled pickup time, but he was very kind and accommodating, so I didn't mind the delay at all! However, flights from Honolulu to Japan tend to be concentrated in the morning to early afternoon, making the airport extremely crowded. Since the pickup time is somewhat fixed, I don't think it's suitable for those who want to relax at the airport.

予定していたピックアップの時間から10分ほど遅れてきましたが、ドライバーの方が親切に対応してくださったので、10分の遅れは全く気になりませんでした！
ただ、ホノルルから日本への出発便は午前中からお昼過ぎに掛けて集中するので、空港は大混雑です。ピックアップの時間がある程度決まっている以上、空港でのんびり過ごしたい方には向かないかと思います。

Family really appreciated to get to see the PH as it is a once in a lifetime you get to!

As soon as I exited Daniel K. Inouye International Airport, a representative from Roberts Hawaii in a yellow aloha shirt was there to guide me to the bus stop. I waited in the shade for about 10 minutes. The bus was comfortable, and they dropped me off right in front of the hotel, which made it really easy. I definitely want to use this service again next time.

案内してくれて、日陰で座って待つこと10分ぐらい。
バスも快適で、ホテルの前で下ろしてもらえるので、

They arrived about 5 minutes late, but they asked for the departure airline and escorted me to the front of the check-in counter!

予定時間に5分ほど遅れて来られましたが、出発航空会社を聞いてくれ、手続カウンターの前の場所まで送ってくれました！

I always rely on Roberts when traveling from Honolulu Airport to my hotel in Waikiki. When I exited the airport, I was flustered because I couldn't find the staff who are usually there. I wondered if I had mixed up the group exit and the individual exit, but the final instructions indicated the individual exit... so I ended up wandering around. When I finally found a staff member, I was directed to a meeting point that was farther away than I expected. It made me realize how much things have changed since the pandemic.

ホノルル空港からワイキキのホテルまで、いつもロバーツさんのお世話になっています。空港出口を出ると、たいていは案内係の人がいるはずなのに見当たらなくて焦りました。団体出口と個人出口を間違ったのかな、でも最終案内は個人出口とあるし‥とか思いながらウロウロしちゃいました。ようやく係の人を見つけたところ思ったより遠い場所に集合させられました。コロナ禍を挟んで、いろんな所が変わったなあって思ったことのひとつでした。

I use it almost every time. I've also used taxis and Uber, but with advance reservations, there's almost no waiting time. There's no need to worry about tips, and for round trips to the airport, this is the only option for me.

ほぼ毎回利用しています。
タクシーやuberを利用したりもしましたが、事前予約で待ち時間もほぼなし。チップの心配もなく、空港への往復はこちら一択です。

The driver was outstanding and knew what she was talking about

I had to wait quite a while before departure, but during the ride, the driver shared interesting and funny stories about Hawaii (in English), which made it very enjoyable. The seats were spacious and comfortable, allowing me to relax a lot. I will definitely use this service again.

出発までにかなり待たされましたが、乗車中はドライバーさんがハワイに関するお話をおもしろおかしくしてくださったり(英語です)とても楽しかったです。
シートは広めで座りやすく、とてもリラックスできました。また利用させていただきます。

We loved this luau!!! From the start to the finish, it was well planned, fun and engaging. We loved the MC, the food, the dancing the activities, everything. We will highly recommend it!!! Was great to see the sunken Arizona ship and even get some other historic sights around the city too!

The pickup arrived on time in front of the hotel. Since it was a 4:30 AM pickup, there were only a few guests heading to the neighboring islands and a couple of us using Jetstar to Sydney. I felt reassured by the very early arrival.

4:30amのピックアップだったので、ネイバーアイランド行きのお客さんと私が利用したジェットスターのシドニー行きのお客さんがちらほらいたくらいでした。すごく早めの到着なので安心でした。

My family thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The MC was fantastic and funny. The flower and anniversary leis were a wonderful touch. The activities were fun. The show was very entertaining, impressive, and the food was good too! The waterfall and hike were fun before too. Thank you for a fantastic day and evening! Mahalo!

They are punctual and friendly. The experience of touring the memorial was great. Strongly recommended with this tour company.

I was relieved to meet the Beltora staff right away, who kindly guided me to the meeting point in easy-to-understand Japanese. I would like to request Beltora again next time, feeling assured.

I took a bus from the domestic terminal to the international terminal, and after transferring, I headed to Waikiki. It took a little time.

国内線ターミナルから国際線ターミナルまてバスで移動して、乗り換えてからワイキキに向けて出発になりました、少し時間がかかりました、

This was wonderful. Lola our drivrt was friendly and informative. Po8nted out all sorts of sites.
The Arizona Memorial was everything I expected.. wish i had more time for the musemu

Since it was my first time using a domestic flight and I arrived in Honolulu in the afternoon, I was a bit anxious, but I was able to meet the staff right away, which made me feel relieved.

I have visited Hawaii many times, but this was my first time using Roberts Hawaii's shuttle service. This time, I used it from Honolulu Airport to my hotel.

It's a shared ride, and they drop off at several hotels in order.

After getting off the plane, I quickly recognized a person wearing a Roberts Hawaii shirt at the baggage claim.

After the group of passengers I signed up with gathered, we moved to the bus stop and had to wait quite a while for the bus to arrive. During that time, there was no information provided (like how long we would wait or that the bus would be arriving soon), which I found a bit unkind.

I probably won't use this service again.

ハワイは何度も訪れていますが、ロバーツハワイの送迎を利用するのは初めてです。今回はホノルル空港からホテルまで利用しました。

乗り合いで、いくつかのホテルへ順に送ってくれます。

飛行機を降りて、ターンテーブルのところにロバーツハワイのシャツを着た方がいたので、すぐに分かりました。

申し込んでいる人数が集まった後、バス乗り場まで移動、実際にバスが来るまで結構待ちました。その間、何も案内なしで（どれぐらい待つのか、あとまもなく来るなど）、少々不親切だと感じました。

たぶん、2度目の利用はないです。

I loved the service. They pick you up, take you to a waiting area, and then transport you to your hotel. Very efficient. The price was very reasonable too. I would use them next time when I am in Honolulu.

My family was picked up just a few feet from our hotel on time and patiently waiting our arrival. The driver/tour guide, "BK", was warm, informative, eloquent, hospitable and passionate about Hawaii. The knowledge he shared was done in a professional and relatable manner. We could have spent days listening to him. He was that good! Notably "BK" was born in Hawaii, a Marine veteran and could speak personally on military and personal experiences.
The tour albeit brief, was worth the price hands down. Take the tour. Learn some valuable knowledge on WW2, Pearl harbor, Hawaii and the wonderful first citizens of this state.

Upon visiting Hawaii for the first time, the first people I encountered were the staff of this shuttle bus. However, when I introduced myself to the person in the yellow aloha shirt, the only response I received was a pointed finger saying "go over there." I went in that direction, found the meeting place, and saw the bus, which made me feel relieved as I sat on a bench waiting. However, I was left waiting for quite a while. There weren't any particular troubles, so I have no complaints, but I think it would have been more reassuring if they had displayed the departure times and destinations.

初めてハワイを訪れて、最初に会う方々がこの送迎バスのスタッフさんたちでしたが、黄色いアロハシャツの人に名乗っても「あっちに行け」と指を差すだけの反応しかなかった。そっちに行けば集合場所があってバスも停まっていて、ここでいいんだと一安心してベンチに座って待っていたが、そこからしばらく放置プレイ。特にトラブルがあったわけではないので文句はないですが、出発時刻や行き先を表示するなどしておいてくれれば不安なく利用できたと思う。

This time, since I was traveling domestically from Kauai to Oahu, I was picked up from the domestic terminal, and the transfer went smoothly. Thank you very much.

今回、カウアイからオアフへ国内線移動だったため、国内線ターミナルからのピックアップでしたが、スムーズに送迎頂けました。ありがとうございました。

There was about a 30-minute wait, but we arrived at the hotel without any issues. (If I had to say, it would be nice to know how long the wait might be.) I will continue to use this service.

30分くらい待ち時間がありましたが、問題なくホテルまで到着しました。

This time, I used the shuttle bus between Honolulu Airport and Waikiki again, and both pickups were on time, allowing me to make effective use of my time.
