The wait time was short, and there were few people being picked up, so we were able to arrive at the hotel very quickly with just three pickups.

待ち時間も少なく、送迎人数も少なかったのか、3箇所の送迎で、とても早くホテルに到着することができました。

I was worried about finding the pickup location, but when I exited the airport and headed to the right, I saw staff members in yellow uniforms, and the check-in process was smooth. It was unfortunate that the wait time was long. The ride on the large tour bus was comfortable.

ピックアップ場所がわかるか不安でしたが、空港の出口を出て右に向かうと、黄色のユニフォームを着たスタッフさんが見えて、受付もスムーズでした。待ち時間が長かったのが残念でした。大型の観光バスで乗り心地快適でした．

Our pick up was punctual, directions were clear and concise. Our driver was friendly, kind, informative, and had a great sense of humor! We were given plenty of time to spend at the memorial on our own at our own pace. I would highly recommend this tour.

Tour was really more on bus as the park your on your own, but still easy to get to with the tour!

Arizona memorial was noteworthy of the history PH holds

They arrived on time to pick me up. They also provided detailed information about the terminal, which I found very kind. I felt reassured.

This was our first Hawaii visit and first tour on the island. The experience of this tour was well worth it, we had a great time and were able to take plenty of pictures. The communication was very clear on where we would be picked up, the times for each stop on the tour and information on each stop. We had plenty of time at each stop. We recommend the tour and would do it again.

I was looking for a shuttle service on my return day, and I was very grateful to be able to make a reservation with a company that was still operating while others were not. The pickup location was directly at the hotel garage, and the large tour bus provided a comfortable ride.

帰国日に送迎便を探していたところ，他社が運休となっているところで予約できたので大変助かった．送迎地もホテルガレージまで直接来てもらえて，大型の観光バスで乗り心地も快適でした．

We had a reservation for five people, but one person ended up arriving on the next day's flight. It was helpful that they were able to change the reservation instead of canceling it. I also confirmed the drop-off location on the bus, and we arrived at the hotel accurately.

After confirming the reservation, I was a bit worried about the pickup time from the hotel to the airport being tight, so I consulted via email. They smoothly made the changes for me. On the day of the pickup, they arrived right on time without any issues, and I felt relieved that I entrusted everything to them!

ホテルへのお迎えの時間が少しギリギリで心配だったので、メールで相談させていただいたところ、スムーズに変更して頂きました。

I was worried about where the meeting place was as I headed towards the exit, but there were two information desks with staff in yellow uniforms who guided me to the boarding area, and I was able to reach the car smoothly.

I was able to find the staff without hesitation and comfortably get into the car. It was about the size of a small bus, with spacious seats, and the driving was stable, so I felt completely at ease during the transfer!

迷うことなくスタッフ様を探すことができ、快適に車に乗り込むことができました。小さめのバスくらいの大きさで座席も広く、運転も安定感があり何も不安なことなく送迎いただけます！

The local desk was easy to understand and very helpful. It was unfortunate that the wait time was long. It would be helpful if you could provide information about the wait time. Also, since the arrival time can be predicted in advance, I would like to request that measures be taken to reduce the wait time.

This was the best way for us to see Oahu! We were picked up close to our hotel. We had just the right amount of time at each stop. Our driver was fun and informative! This tour was the highlight of our stay!

Since it wasn't a tour, I was unsure until the last minute about how to get from Honolulu to the airport for my return flight, but I'm glad I requested Just Service. The driver was cheerful and kind.

ツアーではなかったので、帰国便の為のホノルル→空港の移動をどうするかギリギリまで迷いましたがジャストサービスをお願いしてよかったです。ドライバーの方も明るく親切でした。

It was easy to find the bus after getting off at the airport, and the staff were all cheerful and helpful! Unlike taxis, the fare included tips, which was reassuring.

When I went to Hawaii, I only used the service to Waikiki. I feel like the prices have been increasing year by year... Until around before COVID, it used to depart from the left group exit area, but in the past few years, it has been departing from a closer location at the individual exit, so I will try departing from the individual exit next time. I waited about 15 to 20 minutes for departure, and it took about an hour to reach my hotel in Waikiki. This is the usual timing for me. Unless there is a significant price increase, I think I will use it again next time.

ハワイに行った時はワイキキ行きのみ利用しています。年々値上げしている気はしますね…
コロナ前頃までは左の団体出口側から出た辺りから出発していましたが、ここ数年は個人出口側から出た方が近い場所から出発していますので、次は個人出口から出てみます。
大体15〜20分くらい待って出発し、乗って1時間程でワイキキのホテルに着きました。毎回こんな感じの時間です。
大幅に値上げしていない限り、次も利用すると思います。

The pickup location is easy to find. We waited a little for the shared ride to depart, but it was smooth to get on. It takes some time as it stops at several hotels. It's cheaper than a taxi, but there are some affordable options with Uber, so depending on the number of people, Uber might be a better deal.

乗り合いのため出発まで少し待ちましたが、すんなりと乗れました。

Self explanatory. They are supposed to be within reach once we get out of airport.
But, we spent 2 hours looking high and low.

Staff were rude because they weren’t English-fluent, and were condescending and not-one-bit helpful when spoken English too.

The pickup arrived just a little earlier than the meeting time. The meeting point was easy to find. The driver was pleasant.

It was a transfer from Kona. There was a staff member in front of the baggage claim area calling out guests' names, which made it easy to understand. Once all the guests gathered, they took us to the car location.

The pickup point from the airport was different from before COVID, which was a bit confusing, but I was able to board smoothly. The pickup from Waikiki to the airport was right on time.

In time ad very kindly. The mini bus arrive in time and the driver help us to put luggage into the correct place.

Due to the increase in passengers for the Honolulu Marathon, the meeting point was suddenly changed. The reservation change made online was not communicated to the staff on-site, resulting in a lengthy check-in process. On the other hand, the driver was kind.

ホノルルマラソンの乗客増で、待ち合わせ場所が急遽変更。都合でWEBで予約変更したのが現場に伝わっておらずチェックインに時間がかかりすぎ。一方、運転手は親切でした。

Our tour guide was Wes. He was an excellent tour guide in charge was knowledgeable, entertaining & a historian of Hawaiian culture. We learned so much. We were touched so profoundly by the memorials.🇺🇸💝
