After arriving, we exited through the group exit, went to the Roberts counter, were guided immediately, and boarded the bus right away. We departed within a few minutes and arrived at the Moana Surfrider in about 25 minutes without any traffic. Everything went smoothly, and I am very satisfied.

On the day of the event, I was picked up at the hotel right on time, and we arrived at the airport in about 20 minutes from the pickup. It was a smooth access.

I experienced parasailing for the first time at 150 meters. The view from the sky was truly amazing and felt great!!! I could see the ocean as far as the eye could reach, and it was beautiful to overlook Diamond Head♪( ´▽｀) The staff were kind and funny, and I had a wonderful time ( ^ω^ ) Since it was a honeymoon trip, it became a very special memory ( ^ω^ )♡ By the way, for those who are prone to seasickness, it's a good idea to take motion sickness medication!

It was amazing to see the sea turtles up close. Their way of breathing was so clumsy and adorable. When the sea turtle dove to the bottom of the ocean, my son dove down with it (it was quite deep). The angle the guide captured in the photos was fantastic.

ウミガメが海の底に潜るときに息子も一緒に潜っていきました、（結構深いです）ガイドさんが写真でとってくれたアングルが最高です。

The zip line experience was amazing. The check-in is done on a tablet. After that, you put your belongings in a locker, which is quite small, so only valuables can fit. Other items can be stored at the reception. After putting on the gear, we set off. The instructions are in English, but you can understand them through the instructor's demonstration. Along the way, there are snacks like water, tomatoes, macadamia nuts, and bananas to keep you energized. I was satisfied with all seven zip lines. The movement felt like an athletic course and required some physical effort, but with support, it was manageable even for someone in their 50s. There was a helmet available for GoPro use. Since we experienced it with about ten people, it was a fun experience.

受付は、タブレットで入力です。その後手荷物をロッカーに入れるが、かなり小さく貴重品のみです。その他は受付で保管してもらえます。装具を着けて、出発です。説明は英語ですが、インストラクターの見本で分かります。途中に水、トマト、マカデミアンナッツ、バナナがあり小腹を満たします。ジップライン７本共満足しました。移動がアスレチックコース的で体力使いますが、サポートも有り50代でも問題ありませんでした。GoPro用ヘルメット⛑有りました。10人位で体験するので、楽しく体験出来ました。

Compared to the dolphin tour, I didn't see as many whales as I expected, only catching a glimpse of them when they surfaced for air. I would like to go see them again.

イルカのツアーに比べて、息継ぎで浮上してくる一瞬のみで思ったより鯨が見えなかった。また、見に行きたい。

They picked me up according to my arrival time, and the handling of my luggage and the drive to the hotel were satisfactory. I would like to use their services again.

Our group was running a few minutes behind and they were nice enough to wait an extra ten minutes for us. The combination of snorkeling, some drinks, and a cruise around the bay was a great time for a group of 6 friends.

I had never properly seen the Hilton fireworks before, especially from the ocean. It was truly wonderful. The night view of Waikiki also became a fantastic memory.

Swimming with wild dolphins was AMAZING! We struggled to find spinner dolphins early May 15, but Danielle and the entire crew were patient and determined to spot other types of dolphins. We found spotted dolphins, in deeper waters, which are faster but amazing to see in the wild. The crew including Yogi, Tyler, and a couple others helped our ship of 25 or so passengers stay safe and calm in the water knowing exactly what to do as the dolphins and wild life swam all around us. Making sure the swimmers and dolphins stayed safe was at the forefront of our dive. We relocated to another swim spot to see fish and turtles in shallow waters and we got to play on the slide and use paddle boards the crew provided us with. Jade, the photographer/ videographer, was amazing in capturing our time on the boat and in the water. This crew was fantastic and my fiancé and I would recommend this excursion 10/10 as a MUST DO. The feeling iI got seeing this animals in their natural environment, so willing to let us be close to them , is something I will never forget. We purchase the pictures from Dolphins and You and I can’t wait to get home to upload them!

I was excited to see what kind of big fish I could encounter on my first submarine ride, but unfortunately, I didn't see the large fish I was hoping for. However, I was glad to see what the ocean floor looks like with my own eyes.

生まれて初めての潜水艦に乗船でどんな大きな魚が見れるのか期待をしていたのですが運が悪いのか自分が思ってた大きな魚が見れなかったのが残念でした。でも、海の底がどの様になっているのか見たかったので自分の目で見れた事は良かったです。

It was quite an exciting experience that is not something you can do every day. There were Japanese guides and crew members who spoke Japanese, making it a tour that was understandable even for those who don't speak English.

In my case, there was a temporary interruption due to a malfunction in the submarine's air purifier, but thanks to the courteous support from the staff at Veltra and the local team, I was able to reschedule and continue the experience.

体験事態もなかなかできることじゃないので、わくわくさせてもらいました。そして日本語の案内や、日本語が話せる乗務員さんがいらっしゃって、英語がわからなくても理解できるツアーでした。
自分の場合途中、潜水艦の空気清浄機が故障し、一時中断はしましたが、ベルトラさんや現地の方々の丁寧な対応により、時間変更という形でやり直させていただきました。
とても楽しかったです。ありがとうございます。

I was able to see two turtles! The food was delicious, and I had a great time. If I could have taken more photos, I would have wanted to buy a lot! What a shame.

I participated in a double date with four people. Everyone else was foreign. English was the standard language, and I was initially anxious, but they provided the necessary instructions in Japanese.

At the meeting point, a driver with high energy was waiting for us, constantly saying things like "hee-haw." I thought it was unimaginable in Japan that he was chewing something like tobacco while driving and giving instructions.

We boarded the boat and handed over to a handsome young man and the captain. The parasailing started with the white guests in order, and we were last. I love roller coasters, but while taking off it was fun, and during the 10 minutes of floating, there wasn't much movement, which was actually a bit scary. It ended in the blink of an eye, but be careful as you can't go to the bathroom for an hour and a half.

We each paid a tip of $10, but it seemed that some of the white guests didn't tip.

Wデートで4人で参加しました。私達の他は全て外人。英語がスタンダードで初めは不安でしたが必要最低限の注意は日本語でしてくれました。
集合場所にテンション高めで常にヒーハー等と言っているドライバーが迎えに来ました。運転中も案内中も噛みタバコみたいなのを常に噛んでて日本では考えられないなと思いました。
船に乗りイケメンのお兄さんとキャプテンにバトンタッチ。白人から順番にパラセーリングが始まり、私達は一番最後でした。ジェットコースター大好きな私ですが、飛び上がる時は楽しく、浮遊中の10分くらいはあまり動きがなく逆に怖かったです。あっと言う間に終了しましたが、1時間半トイレに行けないので注意です。
チップは1人10ドルづつ払いましたが、白人のお客さんは払っていない人もいたようでした。

Perfect day. Great crew and beautiful weather and location. The snorkeling was awesome had close up encounter with turtles and heaps of fish. Lunch was also great thank you.

Choosing the 150m was the right decision! There were rock songs playing on the boat, and the other members were really into it, which was great!

This year, I requested transportation from the hotel in Waikiki to the airport. The communication was conveyed in simple English, and the transfer went smoothly.

The staff was very help to assist us for the program timing and activity. park was very clean. performer are very talented. buffet was delicious. we have very good time for this trip in Hawaii. Thanks

It was my first time trying SUP, and the instructor Mieko's explanations were easy to understand, which made it really enjoyable! I was able to do better than I expected, and the time flew by. At the island we arrived at along the way, there were seabirds and various photo spots, and thanks to the photographer Mieko, we were able to take a lot of memorable pictures. The other instructors were also very kind, whether at the beach or the shops. In the afternoon, we rode bicycles and went snorkeling, and it really felt like there wasn't enough time. I definitely want to go again!

初めてSUPでしたが、インストラクターのみえこさんの事前の説明もわかりやすく、すごく楽しめました！
思っていたよりも上手くできて、あっという間に時間がすぎました。
途中到着した島でも海鳥がいたり、色んな写真スポットもありで、カメラマンみえこさんのおかげでかなり記念写真撮ってもらえましたー。他のインストラクターの方もビーチやお店などとても親切でした。
午後は自転車乗ったり、シュノーケリングしたり本当に時間が足りない感じでした。
また、行きたいなぁと思います！

I participated in the 120m jump that started at 9:00. Since I was staying at the Hilton, I walked to the meeting point. We were the last group of three, and the moment we took off was amazing! It was great to see the streets of Waikiki and Diamond Head, which we climbed on the day of our arrival, from the sky. My husband, who has a fear of heights, was thrilled and said, "This is something you have to do!" And of course, we ended with the traditional splash into the ocean! They pulled us up right away, but we made quite a splash, and I ended up with a face full of water. If you let the crew know in advance that you don't want to jump, they can accommodate your request.

The crew took photos for us, which can be purchased for $30 on an SD card, and there were lots of great pictures of us having fun. We started on time, and since there were few groups, we wrapped up by 9:30. I considered the 150m jump, but the 120m was plenty high enough. I highly recommend this activity!

9：00スタートの120mに参加しました。ヒルトン滞在だったので歩いて集合場所へ。手際よくスタンバイし 私達は最後の3組目。フワッと飛び立つ瞬間は最高です！ ワイキキの街並みや 到着日に登ったダイヤモンドヘッドを空から眺めて 高所恐怖症の主人も大喜び。「これはやるべき！」と言ってました。そして最後はお決まりの海へジャポン！腰くらいまでで直ぐに引き上げてくれますが私達は1番派手に着水、そして勢いも良かったせいか水しぶきで顔が濡れました。クルーに予め「ジャポン無し」など伝えればリクエストに応えてくれるそうです。
クルーが撮ってくれた写真は$30でSDカードに入れてくれ希望購入できます。はしゃいでいるイイ写真が沢山入っていました。
時間通りにスタートでき組数も少なかったせいか9:30には解散です
150mと悩みましたが120mでも十分な高さを感じられます。お勧めのアクティビティです

First, we went to the sandbar where we had about an hour of free time, but unfortunately, it was raining and cold, so we couldn't go into the sea. I recommend bringing a jacket just in case.

After that, we moved on to snorkeling for those who wanted to participate, and this is something you should definitely experience. You can see fish and, if you're lucky, get a close look at sea turtles, which is the highlight of this tour. The guide was friendly and kept the atmosphere lively, and we even saw seals while moving on the boat. It was a lot of fun.

まずサンドバーに行きそこで1時間ほど自由時間がありましたがあいにく雨が降っており寒くて海に入っていることが出来ませんでした。念の為上着を持って行くといいと思います。
その後移動して希望者のみシュノーケリングをしますがこちらは体験した方がいいです。魚や運が良ければ間近でウミガメを見る事ができこのツアーの目玉です。ガイドの方も気さくで盛り上げてくれますしボートで移動中にアザラシを見ることができました。とても楽しかったです。

Unlimited drinks and snacks, and since we couldn't see any whales, we were allowed to repeat the experience for free four times. The staff were all kind and it was the best!

In conclusion, I will never use this service again. The driver during my return trip was average. For over ten years, I have directly used Roberts Hawaii, but this time, after about two years, I used it through VELTRA for the first time while in Oahu. The experience upon arrival with Roberts Hawaii and the driver's behavior were completely unreasonable and unacceptable by any standard.

I have been using this service for over ten years, but in the past two years, there have been many changes to Roberts Hawaii regarding round-trip services.

- Arriving in Honolulu in the morning and using the personal exit at the airport → Depending on the time, we had to use the group exit like others.

- We had to wait much longer before departure than before.

- Other than us, there were only non-Japanese users → Only Japanese people.

- The number of drop-off locations was less than five → Now it’s seven or more.

- The vehicle used for the transfer was average → The seats were noticeably torn and dirty.

- The driver was carrying the suitcases → He casually told us to carry them ourselves!

- Normal driving → Rough driving that made it feel like my neck was going to get whiplash.

- Quality of the driver.

結論から言うと、もう二度と利用しない。この帰国時の利用のドライバーは普通だった。この10年以上、直接ロバーツハワイに申し込んで利用してきたが、今回、約2年ぶりにオアフで利用する際に、初めてVELTRA経由で利用した。その際、ロバーツハワイの到着時の体験とドライバーの言動は、あまりにも理不尽で、常識的にも言語道断で決して許されるものではない。

すべて事実であり、正直に記載している。

10年以上前から利用してきたが、この2年の間に、ロバーツハワイに関し、往復利用で、いくつもサービスなどが変更されている。


・午前ホノルル着で利用し、空港の個人出口
→ 時間により、自分達のように団体出口

・ これまでより、だいぶ出発まで待たされる

・ 自分達以外は、日本人以外の利用者ばかり
→ 日本人のみ

・ 送迎先は5箇所以下 → 7カ所など

・ 送迎に利用する車内は 普通だった→
椅子など 破れや汚れが顕著

・ スーツケースは ドライバーが 運んでいた →
自分達で 運べ！と平然と言い放つ

・ 普通の運転 → 粗暴な運転、首がむちうちになりそうなほど

・ ドライバーの質

I wanted to experience walking in the ocean, so I participated. I was a bit hesitant because the tide wasn't ideal on the day I could go, but I enjoyed it thoroughly. I got to see sea turtles, and the weather was great. When in doubt, it's best to participate! The hamburger was delicious too. The staff were friendly and cheerful, and I was very satisfied.

一度、海の中を歩く経験をしてみたく、参加しました。行ける日が今一の潮の引き加減だったので、悩みましたが、十分楽しめました。ウミガメも見れて、お天気にも恵まれ、やはり、悩んだ時は参加するに限ります！
ハンバーガーも美味しかったです。スタッフさん達が綺麗で明るく、とっても満足できました。

My sister and I joined the very friendly staff on a trip in the early mornings. We were only a group of 8. Everyone got a brief introduction and was set up with their gear and life jackets. Fun vacation music playing in the background we headed out into open waters on the speed boat which was so much fun in itself. The view towards the city with Diamond's Head in the background, touched by the rising sun was mesmerising! Can recommend to tag along even if you just want to watch your friend fly & not yourself.
When we were up both staff members explained all you need to know. We noticed with other passengers that even if you don't speak English very well they will go out of their way to show you what to do. But it is very easy. Time to fly! We did the 1000ft and it was the bomb! The view was exhilarating! You can totally hang loose and relax in your gear to enjoy the absolute beauty of a sight.on the way down we had so much fun when we were "dipped" into the water. If you don't want to get wet you can tell the captain beforehand, however we highly suggest you take a refreshing dip into the ocean! On our way back our captain did a few high speed curves and we were all laughing and celebrating this fabulous experience! We did purchase the picture package and when we got home we checked the sd card they give you - All we can say is THANK YOU for this great experience and these pictures are hilarious and captured 100% of the fun we had!

It seems like there are unusual weather conditions everywhere, and it was cold even in May. It's usually much hotter.

So, when entering the sea, it was fine to just wear a swimsuit and then dry off and put on a cover-up when getting back on the boat.

I was grateful to have a warm drink after snorkeling; it was a nice way to relax.

どこでも異常気象のようで、５月でも、寒かったです。毎年はもっと暑い。と、おっしゃってました。
なので、海に入るときは水着だけで入り船に上がった時に体をふいて上着を羽織ると大丈夫でした。
シュノーケリングが終わってから温かい飲み物を頂きほっと出来てありがたかったです。

The pickup time is the same as the flight arrival time. Since there was no time indicated on the voucher, I was a bit worried, but once I exited through the personal exit, the person picking me up was right there! They also took care of two suitcases per person, and everything went smoothly without any issues. It was very convenient! I would like to use this service again next time. ^ - ^

This is a repeat. They were waiting in front of the hotel a little before the scheduled time. They confirmed the airline at the time of boarding and dropped us off in order, which was reassuring.

リピートです。予定時刻の少し前にはホテルの前で待機してくださっていました。乗車時に利用航空会社を確認して、順番に降ろしてくれるので安心です。

I was picked up for the airport with five other people. Along the way, there were times when no passengers showed up, and someone who hadn't made a reservation asked to get on, which took extra time. By the time we arrived at the airport, there was no time at all for the check-in process. We were two adults and one toddler. I chose this option because it was just a little cheaper, but considering the time, I think it would have been better to go directly by taxi.
