I made a last-minute reservation and participated. The staff were very accommodating, and thanks to them, I was able to see both dolphins and sea turtles♡ The hula dance we all did on the boat at the end was also a lot of fun! I would love to use this service again!

This was our first time in Oahu and first time at a Luau. Highly recommend Toa
Luau. We arrived a few hours early since ticket includes admission to the Waimea Valley Gardens and Falls. Bring swimsuits and take a dip into the waterfalls at the end of the valley! We walked back to the Luau in time for the fun activities and 'pre-Luau' events includes crafts. We attended as a couple but this would be wonderful for families. The Luau then began with an amazing show complete with dancing and fire! Cousin Billy our host was entertaining and hospitable--the entire experience has a 'family' welcoming vibe. The food was good with a variety of choices. Because we were on our honeymoon Cousin Bill called up all the anniversaries/honeymoon couples for a special gift and blessing which was so special to us. We would definitely return this time with our family! Great job Toa Luau we'll be back!

I was able to swim together with sea turtles at an incredibly close distance! A pod of dolphins swam right underneath me while I was snorkeling! I could hear the chatter of the playful dolphins. I will definitely go again!

The show was very enjoyable! The food was normally delicious, but the time to eat was short, and I ended up leaving a lot. It would have been nice to have a bit more space and time to enjoy the meal.

ご飯は普通に美味しかったのですが、ご飯を食べる時間が短くてたくさん残してしまいました。もう少しゆったりしたスペースで時間をかけて食べれたら良かったかな。

I retired after about an hour due to lack of stamina, but it felt great to ride the waves with Diamond Head in the background, surrounded by the blue sea and sky. I was a bit worried because it said "English-speaking instructor," but they were fluent in Japanese, so I was able to participate with peace of mind. The paddling was tough, so I want to build up my stamina and try again.

体力不足で1時間ほどでリタイアしていまいましたが、青い海青い空の中ダイヤモンドヘッドをバックに波に乗れて気持ちよかったです。
English Speaking インストラクターと書かれていて少し不安でしたが、日本語ペラペラで安心して参加できました。パドリングがキツかったので体力つけてまたリベンジしたいです。

The staff were friendly and took a lot of photos for us. Since we couldn't see dolphins up close this time, I definitely want to participate again when I go to Hawaii. The lunch on the boat was also amazing! We got to see turtles and sharks up close!!!

スタッフのみなさんフレンドリーでたくさん写真も撮ってくださいました。
今回は近くでイルカを見ることができなかったのでまたハワイに行く際はぜひまた参加したいと思います。

I experienced sunset sailing for the first time this time! The staff were very friendly and had great energy. It seemed there was someone celebrating a birthday among the other guests, and we all sang Happy Birthday to celebrate! As sunset approached, we stopped the boat and waited for the sun to set while enjoying drinks. Watching the sunset over the ocean while feeling the Hawaiian breeze was truly wonderful and moving. I would love to participate again when I visit Hawaii!

今回初めてサンセットセーリングを体験しました！
スタッフの方もとても親切でノリが良く、他のお客様の中に誕生日の方がいらっしゃったようで、みんなでハッピーバースデーを歌ってお祝いしました！
サンセットの時間が近づくと、船を停め、日が沈むのをお酒を飲みながら待ちました。ほろ酔いでハワイの風を感じながら海の上でみるサンセットはとても素敵で感動しました★
またハワイに訪れた際には参加したいです！

Since it was a budget tour from a major travel company, the hotel-to-airport transfer was not included, so I used this service. They arrived about 10 minutes late for the pickup, but they came with a smile and handled the loading and unloading of my luggage, which felt great. I would like to use this service again next time.

大手ツアー会社の格安ツアーでしたのでホテル→空港の送迎は含まれておらず、こちらを利用しました。ピックアップの時間を10分程過ぎましたがちゃんと来てくださり、荷物の積み降ろしも笑顔でしてくださったので気持ちがよかったです。次回もまた利用したいです。

There was a slight delay of a few minutes, but they successfully delivered everything. They also handled my two heavy suitcases properly.

数分の遅れでしたが 無事に送り届けて頂きました。重いスーツケース2つもちゃんとして運んでくれました。

We used the service from the airport to the hotel on our way in, and we requested it again for our return. We were the first passengers, and they arrived almost at the pickup time. After that, we stopped by three hotels, but we were able to arrive at the airport in less than an hour, which allowed us to have some extra time to spare! I would like to use this service again on my next trip.

行きも、空港からホテルまで利用させて頂きましたが、帰りもお願いしました。
私達が1番始めの乗客で、ほぼピックアップ時間に来てくれました。
その後3つほどホテル周りましたが、1時間かからないで空港に到着できたので、時間に余裕をもって行動できました！
また旅行の際は、お願いしたいと思います。

The ride from the airport to Waikiki involved quite a bit of waiting, so I thought a taxi might have been a better option. On the other hand, the ride from Waikiki to the airport was convenient since they come to the hotel. The car arrived a little before the pickup time, allowing for a smooth boarding experience. The driver was very cheerful and had a warm demeanor, and they quickly handled the loading and unloading of luggage. I'm glad I was able to enjoy a pleasant time at the end of my trip.

空港→ワイキキ行きは、空港で結構待ったので、これならばタクシーでも良かったかな…と思いました。
一方、ワイキキ→空港はホテルまで来てくれるので楽です。ピックアップタイムの少し前にはクルマが到着していて、スムーズな乗車ができました。
ドライバーの方がとても明るく温かい雰囲気の方で、荷物の上げ下ろしも速やかに行ってくださいました。
旅の最後に気持ちの良い時間が過ごせて良かったです。

This is my seventh time in Hawaii. Although I had tried to challenge myself several times in the past, the timing never worked out, and this time I finally got to do it!

On the first day after arriving in Hawaii, I took an evening lesson to combat jet lag, and the weather and waves were perfect, allowing me to stand up from the very first try. The two hours flew by, and it was so much fun that I booked another lesson for the day before my return.

However, the second time was on a day with strong winds, which made it a bit challenging. For beginners, it might be better to avoid days with strong winds for easier riding.

ハワイは7回目です。過去に何度かチャレンジしようと思いつつも、タイミングが合わず、今回やっと挑戦できました！
ハワイに到着した初日の時差ボケ対策で夕方のレッスンを受けましたが、天気も波も最高で、1回目から立つことができました。2時間があっという間に過ぎ去り、帰国前日にも再び予約するほど楽しかったです。
ただ2回目は風が強い日でしたので、少し大変でした。初めての方は風が強い日は避けたほうが乗りやすいかもしれません。

The scenery was amazing, and I was able to fully enjoy the beautiful views of Hawaii! Unfortunately, the timing for parasailing was noticeably inconsistent among different people. They do take commemorative photos, but it costs $30 in cash or $35 with a credit card, and you should also prepare a $10 tip per person.

景色は最高でハワイの美しい景色を満喫できました！
残念だったのは人によってパラセーリングの時間が露骨にバラバラだったことです。
記念撮影してくれますが現金なら30ドル、クレジットカードなら35ドル、他に1人チップ10ドル必要ですので準備した方がいいと思います。

Travel: It takes about 30 minutes by bus from the hotel in Waikiki. Since it can be a bit chilly, it's a good idea to bring a jacket. If you are prone to seasickness, it's advisable to take motion sickness medication.
After that, we will board the boat, but Japanese people and Americans, along with others from English-speaking countries, will be on a different boat. It's reassuring that explanations will be provided in Japanese. Soft drinks are free, and alcohol will be paid for collectively after returning from the sandbar.
Impressions: The sandbar is for practicing snorkeling and taking a walk.
We moved to the snorkeling point, and there were life jackets available, so even as a first-time snorkeler, I had a great time. The number of fish when we got into the water was incredible! 😊

移動他:ワイキキのホテルからバスで30分ほど移動します。少し寒いので上着はあった方が良いですね。船に酔いやすい方は酔い止めは飲んだ方が良いです。
その後、乗船しますが日本人とアメリカ人他英語圏の方々と別の船に乗ります。日本語で説明いただけるので安心です。ソフトドリンクは無料で、アルコールはサンドバー帰りでまとめて払います。
感想:サンドバーは、シュノーケリング練習と散歩です。
移動して、シュノーケリングポイントに向かいますが、救命胴衣もあり、シュノーケル初めてでもとても楽しめました。海に降りた時の魚の数が半端なかったです(^^)

I was a bit anxious about the bus pickup time being arranged according to our arrival, but I quickly found the Roberts Hawaii desk on-site and was able to board the bus right away! There were not many other passengers getting off at hotels, so it was great that we arrived at our hotel smoothly.

バスのピックアップ時間が、到着にあわせて用意ということで少々不安がありましたが、現地でのロバーツハワイの受付もすぐ分かりましたし、すぐにバスに乗りこむことができました！他の乗客の方が降りるホテルも少なかったので、スムーズにホテルに到着でき良かったです

I'm not very good with heights, but I decided to go for 150 meters! However, once I actually jumped, the view was amazing and it felt very stable, so I wasn't scared at all. It was so much fun that I wanted to jump more! I definitely want to do it again when I come back.

私は高いところがあまり得意ではないのですが、思い切って150mにしました！！でも、実際に飛んでみるとすごく景色がよくまた安定感もあるので全然怖くなく、楽しすぎてもっと飛んでいたかったです(^o^)また来たときにはやりたいと思います

It was just as I expected⭐️ My husband, who has a fear of heights, participated despite his reluctance, and it was a great experience⭐️ I want to go again⭐️

The Star of Honolulu sunset cruise, was awesome! My husband surprised me with the dinner cruise to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary. Once on board, we met and had a picture taken with the Captain. We visited with some of the staff, they were fascinated that we were American Indians. Once the cruise set off, appetizers were served and it was the beginning of the amazing 7 course dinner. Each course was better than the previous dish served. The serving staff were fantastic, took care of any needs or questions we had. The entertainment was extraordinary, from the piano player, Hawaiian dancers to the beautiful singer at the end. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would recommend this to anyone who wants to do something very special for any occasion.

I returned to Japan for the first time with Delta! Since it was at 10:30, I decided to leave the hotel at 7:00. I stopped at four places along the way, but I made it just in time! Thank you for driving safely.

デルタで初めて日本に帰国！しかも10時半だったから、ホテルを７時にでることに、途中4カ所立ち寄りましたが、全然間に合いました！

I participated with two younger colleagues from my company.

When we boarded the boat, the rain had eased and we were able to enjoy the sandbar and snorkeling without any stress, which was great.

I was worried about my colleagues who couldn't get into the water or felt anxious about snorkeling, but thanks to the staff's consideration, they were transported to the sandbar on a small boat and were taken around to look for turtles, so it seems they really enjoyed the tour.

A special thanks to Jamie for the fun conversations, and to Kaz, who took a lot of photos as a sort of assistant, and to Ebizou from Hawaii, who guided us around on the boat.

The staff and the tour deserve five stars, but since the weather and the tide conditions weren't perfect, I deducted one star... Next time, I hope to aim for a tour that scores 120 points. Thank you for the truly wonderful memories.

会社の若い後輩2人と参加させて頂きました。

船に乗るときには、雨から薄日がさす状態に回復し、サンドバーとシュノーケリングがストレスなく楽しめて良かったです。

海に入れなかったり、シュノーケリングに不安を感じた後輩を心配しましたが、スタッフさんのお気遣いで、小さなボートでサンドバーに運んで下さったり、かめを探しに回って下さったりしたので、ツアーをとても楽しめたようです。

特に楽しいトークのジェイミーさん、あと、写真を沢山撮ってくださった準スタッフ？のカズさん、ボートで回って下さったハワイのエビゾウさん、ありがとうございました。

スタッフさんとツアーは5つ星ですが、天気と干潮の状態が今一歩だったので、星が1つ減りました…
次は120点のツアーを狙って参加したいと思います。
本当に素敵な思い出をありがとうございました。

We boarded the boat from the beach and set off!! Be careful of the waves, or you might get wet up to your knees. Inside the boat, it's barefoot. Flip-flops are recommended!
Most of the participants were foreigners, and the crew was also foreign. They kept the atmosphere lively in English, so as someone who's not great at English, I just enjoyed the vibe!
As for drinks, my English was a bit shaky, so I kept ordering Mai Tais.
The fireworks lasted about 10 to 15 minutes! After that, we cruised the night sea. The neon lights of Waikiki were really beautiful!

浜辺からボートに乗り込み、出発！！波に注意して乗り込まないとヒザ上まで濡れるかも。ボートの中では裸足。ビーサンがおすすめ！
参加メンバーはほとんど外人で、クルーも外人さん。英語で盛り上げてくれるので、英語が苦手な私は雰囲気だけ味わいました！
ドリンクも、英語がビミョーなのでマイタイばかりおかわりしてました。
花火は10～15分くらいでした！あとは夜の海をクルーズ。ワイキキのネオンがとてもキレイでした！

Since the waves are less impactful, it was recommended to depart early in the morning, so I booked the 09:00 tour. It was expensive to include a shuttle, so I chose the plan to meet at the location with a rental car. It took about an hour to arrive from Honolulu. The reception and tour guide spoke only English, but there were also Japanese informational signs, so it wasn't inconvenient.

We arrived at the point about 20 minutes after departure, and many sharks gathered around the boat. When we arrived at the point, the waves were high, and I thought motion sickness medication was essential. Each group of 7-8 people entered the cage. I brought an underwater camera, but due to the waves, I couldn't take good photos. However, I was moved by the sight of sharks gracefully swimming right in front of me.

ホノルルからは１時間程で到着しました。

到着するとボートの周りに沢山のサメが寄ってきました。波の影響が少ない朝早い出発が良いとあった為、

受付やツアーガイドは英語のみですが、日本語の案内表等もあったので不便はありませんでした。

７-８名のグループ毎にケージの中に入ります。
水中カメラを持参したのですが、波がありなかなか上手く撮れませんでした。。
が、目の前をサメが優雅に泳ぐ姿は感動しました。

This was my second time, and it was my mother's first, but we chose the 150 meters. My mother was half excited and half anxious and nervous, but from the moment we took off, she felt nothing but joy and said it was the best sky walk ever. The view of Diamond Head and all of Waikiki was beautiful, and because it was parasailing from the sea, we had a perspective that we usually can't see. It truly became a wonderful memory.

One unfortunate thing was that I had researched beforehand and knew I could buy photos for $30, so I only brought $30 in cash and a credit card. However, at the end, we were told to give a $20 tip per group on the boat, so I used the $30 for the photo cost. Since I couldn't pay for the photos in cash, I tried to use my credit card, but they said it would be $35 instead of $30. For those purchasing photos, it's best to bring $50 in cash to cover the $20 tip + $30 for the photos to avoid extra charges.

Also, there was someone who gave a $5 tip to the driver when we arrived at the hotel. I only had a $10 bill left, so I decided I couldn't pay any more and got out of the car without tipping, feeling sorry about it.

For two adults at 150 meters (about $200) + photo cost (for those who want it, $30) + guide tip ($20 per group) + transfer driver tip ($5), the total came to $255. The guide was very enjoyable, and we were very satisfied with the parasailing itself, but I would be happy if it were a bit more affordable.

母は楽しみ半分、不安と緊張半分でしたが、飛び立つ瞬間から楽しい～という気持ちしかなく最高の空の散歩だったとハマっていました。
ダイヤモンドヘッドとワイキキ全体の景色が美しく、海から上がるパラセーリングだからこそ、普段観ることができない方向からの眺望があります。
本当にいい思い出になりました。
残念だったことですが、事前に調べて30ドルで写真を購入できることを知っていたので、現金30ドルとクレジットカードのみを持参しました。しかし、最後に船の上で1組で20ドルのチップを渡すようになっており、写真代30ドルから渡しました。写真代が現金で払えなくなったので念のため持参したクレジットカードで支払うと30ドル→35ドルになると言われました。写真の購入をされる方はチップ20ドル+写真30ドル、合計50ドルの現金を持参されると余分なお金がかからずに購入できます。
そしてホテルへ帰る送迎ドライバーの方にホテルに着いた時にチップを5ドルを渡している方がいました。私は手持ち現金10ドル紙幣1枚になるのでこれ以上払えないと判断し、申し訳ないという気持ちのままチップなしで車を降りました。
大人2名150メートル（約200ドル）+希望者のみ写真代（30ドル）+ガイドチップ（1組20ドル）+送迎ドライバーチップ代（5ドル）、合計255ドル。
ガイドの方もとても楽しく、目的のパラセーリングそのものは大満足でしたが、もう少し安価になれば嬉しいです。

We were the only Japanese family there. Everyone else was a foreigner, and since I couldn't speak English, I didn't understand what they were saying, but I just went along with the flow. Sitting near the net at the front of the boat, I got splashed with water, and it was fun.

日本人は私達家族だけでした。
みんな外国人で英語が出来ない私は何を言ってるか分からずでしたが、ノリでついていきました。
船の先のネット近くで座ってると水しぶきがかかって、楽しかったです。

I was really looking forward to my first sunset sailing, but unfortunately, the weather was bad, and I couldn't see the sunset painted in bright red. However, I was glad to catch a glimpse of the orange sun peeking through the clouds. I recommend wearing easy-to-remove shoes since your feet will get wet when boarding. On the boat, you are first served a Mai Tai, and after that, you can order various alcoholic drinks at your leisure. The staff were cheerful and very kind, and there was a performance, making for a fun time. There is no restroom on board, but it seems quite narrow; however, I think it's still manageable. I would definitely consider doing this again next time.

初めてのサンセットセ―リング、すごく楽しみにしていましたがお天気が悪かったため、真っ赤に染まる夕日は見ることが出来ませんでした。しかし、ほんの少し、雲の切れ間から太陽のオレンジ色を見ることが出来て良かったです。乗船するときに足が濡れるため、脱ぎやすい靴がいいと思います。船上では、最初にマイタイを配ってもらえますが、その後は好きなタイミングでいろんなアルコールをオーダーできます。スタッフの皆さんは陽気でとても優しく、パフォーマンスもあり楽しい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。
トイレは入っていませんが、かなり狭いようですが入れないことはないと思います。また、次回もお願いすると思います。

It was on time and just as the reviews said. While there are cheaper places when looking at the price, there are reasons for the lower prices. I would like to use it again.

I had a very enjoyable day! The most impressive part was the guide! She was a woman with striking eye makeup and a muumuu! Throughout the bus ride, she entertained everyone with various stories about Hawaii, and at the sightseeing points, she made sure we saw everything! Every place we stopped at during the half-day tour was great. At the Polynesian Cultural Center, we had a Japanese student guide who showed us around. It was very spacious and surprising! It was a beautiful place. We also enjoyed the show! A hat is definitely a must!

We departed about 10 minutes late, but we arrived at the airport without any traffic congestion. There were four groups sharing the ride. The driver helped us with loading and unloading our cases.

出発が１０分ほど遅れましたが、交通渋滞もなく空港に到着しました。４組の混乗でした。ドライバーさんにケースの積み下ろしをして頂きました。

From the moment that we first interacted with staff at the shuttle bus pick-up, the whole package was seamless. Staff made the bus ride and boarding so easy that we just had to be swept along and enjoy the experience. The management on the boat was also superb, but kept personal. The Friday night fireworks just completed a beautiful night.

The weather was nice, and I was able to see the best views! I could clearly see Diamond Head as well! However, it was a bit scary when it swayed occasionally. But the fun outweighed the fear! I chose the 150-meter option, and I felt it was the right choice! The instructors were also very friendly!
