Every member of the staff was phenomenal. The live music was perfect, and they had a great (DJ style) song list that played while we were out on the water. It was convenient to be able to grab hot food or snacks and beverages at the dock. There was plenty of room on the boat and we didn't feel overcrowded. The one thing I would improve is the size of the activity area. I specifically signed up to kayak, and found that the only option was to just row in a big circle (the area was identified by bouyies). My friend also snorkeled, but there wasn't much to see at that time of day. I think the best part of the trip was when one of the staff members offered to take a few of us out on a small speed boat around the reef. We found that it was affordable and convenient to pay extra for pick-up and drop off.

Oahu to Big Island - Helicopter Tour & Volcano Sightseeing Adventure with Lunch

This was a great tour!

We went to a black sand beach, bakery ( try the malasadas they're amazing), craters, lava field, lava tube, and steam vents. We didn't get to try their lunch because someone in the group was car sick(hard to eat when someone is vomiting right in front of you)
For the helicopter ride we went down the coastline instead of over the volcanoes due to weather around there. The pilot was amazing! He was very knowledgeable, funny, and friendly.
This tour would have been a lot better if it wasn't raining (rains there a lot so bring a raincoat just incase) and we didn't have someone who got carsick. That wasn't the tours fault and I definitely would do this tour again.

First, to mention the positives, there were a lot of sea turtles during snorkeling, and I was able to take many photos and see them, so I was satisfied with that.

On the downside, I didn't think the sandbar was beautiful at all. The sandbar at Barasu Island in Okinawa (an island made of coral remains in the middle of the sea) was much more impressive. After all, the sea in Okinawa is much prettier.

Also, due to the weak yen, it felt very expensive for what it was...

まず、良かった点からいえば、シュノーケリング時にウミガメがたくさんいて、たくさん写真が撮れたり、見れたのでそこは満足。
がっかりだった点は、サンドバーが全然キレイとは思えなかった。沖縄のバラス島(サンゴの死骸でできた海の中心にある、サンドバーのような島)の方が何倍も感動した。やっぱり海は沖縄のほうがキレイ。
円安のせいもあり、すごーく高かったわりには、、、という感じ。

This is my fifth time participating in the Mai Tai Catamaran sunset cruise, and I never get tired of it. Since it's a catamaran yacht, it doesn't heel, and enjoying the famous cocktails while watching the sunset is just the best. I plan to join again the next time I visit Hawaii.

I had some anxiety on my first trip to Hawaii, but the presence of Japanese staff made me feel at ease. Instead of breakfast, we enjoyed an all-you-can-eat donut feast on the moving boat! The ride was smoother than I expected, and we arrived in no time. The water level was higher than I thought, but the beautiful, clear sea was amazing. We had fun with SUP and snorkeling, and we even got some photos taken along the way. It gets quite cold after coming out of the water, so extra towels and a jacket are essential. Please be careful as the return bus can also be quite chilly.

朝ごはんは食べずに移動の船で食べ放題のドーナツ！
思ったより揺れずにあっという間に到着。
思ったより水位がありましたが綺麗な海で透き通っていて最高でした。

The wind was a bit strong and there were waves, but the weather was good and we had a great time. The initial explanation was easy to understand, which eased my worries and allowed me to smoothly confirm any questions I had. I left the kayaking to my husband, which made it very easy for me. When we went out to sea, I thought the waves were strong and it would be difficult, but with the assistance of the staff who were there, we were able to smoothly get out to the ocean. Although the wind was present and the waves were somewhat high, it was still enjoyable.

In the morning, we kayaked, and after working up an appetite, for lunch my husband had pizza and I had loco moco. Both were hearty and delicious, exceeding our expectations. The pizza is served warm, so I recommend eating it right away.

In the afternoon, we rented bicycles and enjoyed Lanikai Beach as well. It was a luxurious day.

As a couple celebrating our 60th birthday, we were able to enjoy the beach in swimsuits, and we are grateful for the friendly assistance from the staff, who were accommodating even though we don't speak English. Thank you very much.

初めの説明が分かりやすく不安がなくなり聞きたいこともスムーズに確認できました。カヤックの移動は主人に任せ私はとても楽でした。海に出るときは波が強く困ったと思っていたらそこへ居てたスタッフの介助でスムーズに海に出ることができました。風がありやや波も高く理想的な環境ではなっかたと思うのですが気持ちよく楽しめました。
午前がカヤックでお腹のすいた後の昼食は主人はピザで私わロコモコ。どちらもボリューム満点でおいしくて予想以上の満足。ピザは温めて提供してくれるためすぐ食べることをお勧めします。
昼からは自転車をレンタルしてラニカイビーチも楽しめました。贅沢な１日でした。
還暦の夫婦ですがビーチでは水着で楽しめショップでは英語のできない私たちにもフレンドリーに対応していただいたスタッフの対応に感謝です。ありがとうございました。

I think both first-time visitors to Hawaii and those who have been many times can enjoy it. I felt the history of Hawaii along with the music and hula, and I was surprised by the high quality of the impersonators of Elvis Presley and Michael Jackson who performed in the second half. I booked Rock-a-Hula for my wife, who was visiting Hawaii for the first time on our honeymoon.

It was a great experience to interact with people from other countries while sitting around the table with others who had also reserved the same buffet.

At the buffet, we were able to enjoy a lot of Hawaiian dishes. Everything was delicious, and it made our time more enjoyable as we shared it with those around us. My wife particularly loved the pineapple and kept eating it (laughs).

I participated with my son (4th grade) and daughter (1st grade). The weather forecast the day before predicted thunderstorms, and it was cloudy in the morning with rain during the bus ride, but it cleared up when we got on the boat, allowing us to enjoy the blue sky at the sandbar.

It was quite cold on the boat due to the wind, and since we went straight into the sea, the kids were pretty cold even though it was sunny. I think it's a good idea to bring extra bath towels and cover-ups.

There were areas where the beach was exposed, but they were far from where the boat was docked, so we didn't go there and instead took photos and did some stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). The water level was about up to an adult's calves. The kids quickly got the hang of SUP and had a lot of fun.

During snorkeling, they lent us a ZAYAK for my daughter, who can't swim, and she was thrilled to see fish and sea turtles. It seemed that the ZAYAK was only available for children.

I was surprised to see sea turtles up close, even more than I expected. I couldn't take good underwater photos with my smartphone in a waterproof case, so I want to prepare an underwater camera for next time.

We were also able to see many sea turtles from the boat on the way there and back. The staff who spoke Japanese were very friendly and made it enjoyable. I would like to participate in this tour again when I go to Hawaii.

前日の天気予報が雷雨で、朝も曇り、バス移動中も雨が降っていましたが、船に乗るときには晴れてきて、青空のサンドバーを満喫できました。
船上は風が当たるので結構寒く、そのまま海に入るので、晴れていても子供たちはかなり寒がっていました。バスタオルや羽織りものは多めに用意した方がいいと思います。
砂浜が出ている場所もありましたが、船の停泊箇所から離れていたのでそこまで行かずに写真を撮ったり、SUPしたりしました。大人のふくらはぎくらいの水位でした。初めてのSUPは子供達もすぐに立てて楽しめました。
シュノーケリングの際、泳げない娘のためにZAYAKを貸して頂けて、娘も魚やウミガメを見ることができて喜んでしました。ZAYAKの貸出は子供のみの様でした。
ウミガメを想像以上に間近で見ることができて驚きました。防水ケースにいれたスマホでは水中でうまく撮影できなかったので、次は水中カメラを用意して参加したいです。
行き帰りの船からもウミガメを沢山見ることができました。日本語を話せるスタッフの方がとても気さくで楽しかったです。
またハワイに行ったときにはこのツアーに参加したいです。

I've participated in various tours, but this one was among the top two I've ever experienced.

This time I joined the VIP course, and the variety and quantity of the dinner were incredible—so lavish that not even all the participants could finish it. It's a buffet style, and if you go about 10 minutes after the initial rush, it goes smoothly. The staff's performances during dinner were also engaging and kept us entertained.

After about an hour, we moved to the hall for the show. The fire dance unique to Hawaii and the performances by Elvis and Michael impersonators were breathtaking!

Next time I go with someone, I will definitely repeat this tour.

Hawaii Prince has a very beautiful course.
I only made a reservation for the golf course and went there by rental car. Check-in was smooth and without any issues.
Before going golfing, I stopped by the Dole Plantation, and on the way back from golf, I visited Hitachi's "Kono Ki Nanno Ki," so it was fun to go by rental car.
Unfortunately, we played in the rain. But it wasn't cold, so it was okay.
The rain stopped around the halfway point, and I was able to enjoy it thoroughly.

ハワイプリンスはコースがとても綺麗です。
ゴルフ場予約のみで、レンタカーで行ってみました。チェックインも問題なく、スムーズでした。
ゴルフに行く前に「ドールプランテーション」に立ち寄ったり、ゴルフの帰りに、日立の「この木なんの木」に立ち寄ったりできたので、レンタカーで行くのも楽しかったです。
残念ながら雨の中でのプレイでした。でも寒さは感じないのでOKです。
ハーフ回った頃から雨も止み、しっかり楽しめました。

The show was okay but not great.
It wasn’t really a show. It was dancers spread over the one deck. The dancers themselves were good but wasn’t a show. The waiters had to dance but most were not great. Armondo was good.
The lady singing was terrible.
The waiters service was good.
The Mai Tai’s were good.
Everyone was friendly.
If I did cruise again would do the deck 3 menu and show.

After taking a shuttle bus from Waikiki for about 50 minutes, we arrived at Kualoa Ranch. Once everyone got off the bus, there was an announcement saying, "If you would like to hear the explanation in Japanese, please follow the Japanese staff." While we were sitting with the rest of the group, others were being called by name and receiving their tickets and schedules, but we were not called... In the end, our tickets were with the Japanese staff, and there was a bit of a delay there. It would have been clearer if they had said, "Those with Japanese names, please go over there."

Thanks to our cheerful driver guide, we enjoyed visiting filming locations from Jurassic World and LOST, but just before the afternoon Ocean Voyage Tour, there was a sudden downpour! Everyone else had ponchos and umbrellas ready, but we were left unprotected and got completely soaked from head to toe. There was a poncho vending machine at the meeting point... I should have bought one without hesitation. Well, it's a good memory now.

ワイキキから送迎バスに乗って約50分ほどでクアロアランチに到着。全員バスから降りたところで、「事前説明を日本語で聞きたい人は日本人スタッフについて行って下さい」と案内があり、そのままその他大勢と一緒に座っていたところ、他の人はどんどん名前を呼ばれ、チケットとスケジュール表をもらっているのに呼ばれず・・・結局私たちのチケットは日本人スタッフさんが持って行っていて、そこで少し手間取りました。「日本の名前の人はあちらへ」と言ってもらったほうがわかりやすかったです。

This experience became the most memorable one in Hawaii. The sandbar made me feel like I was in another world, and seeing the sea turtles was amazing. The hamburgers we had on the boat were the best.

Snorkeling is safe even for those who are not good swimmers. I was considering skipping it before going, but in the end, I joined in, and my parents, who are over 60, also participated. My elementary school-aged children went snorkeling for the first time, and they enjoyed it so much that they wanted me to buy them masks, which I did that day, and they even wore them to swim in the hotel pool.

I brought my 1-year-old baby, and I wish I had taken an umbrella. Even with sunscreen, you can still get quite sunburned. I think it's better for those with small children to have some kind of sun protection. The staff were friendly and great at chatting.

1才の赤ちゃんを連れて行ったのですが、日傘を持って行けば良かったと思いました。
日焼け止めを塗って行ってもかなり焼けます。
小さいお子様連れの方は何か対策があった方がいいと思います。

ちなみに行きと帰りのバスは運転手の顔が一緒なので、顔は覚えておいた方がいいです！(笑)

I wrapped up my last night in Hawaii by going here!

I signed up for the VIP course! With VIP, you get early guidance and other perks, which makes you feel like you're getting a good deal!

However, it started to rain in the evening, and since some of the VIP seats had no roof, we had to move. エルビスは残念ながらお休みでした。

また、ショーが終わってからミート＆グリートがあると記載がありましたが、何も無かったので帰りました。

The buffet-style meals were all delicious, and the whole roasted pig was even more tender and tasty than the roast beef. The fresh pineapple was also delicious.
