This tour was really good, the tour guides were full of humour and fun stories to tell, the vehicles were comfortable and the tours well done. (Would've like just a -little- more time in some of the places (not a lot, just 2-3 more minutes maybe)).
But I would definitely recommend this full day tour to anyone, there's something for everyone at Kualoa Ranch.

VELTRA deserves praise too, I got a voucher from a friend and had trouble redeeming it, contacted VELTRA on Facebook and was told I had to call to book the tour and they would add my voucher. As I didn't have a working phone available they managed to transform the voucher into points and add them to my VELTRA account. I was then free to use it for this booking. Thank you for making it so easy for me :-)

It was great. Saw lots of fish and a sea turtle. Was hoping to see a Whale, but they were gone on the day we went.

After checking in at the pickup location, we received a paper with the schedule and order of today's activities, along with colored tape wrapped around our wrists. It seems there were many participants that day, as we took two buses. As we drove along the coast towards the North Shore for about 70 minutes, we could see pastures on the left, and soon we spotted the sign for Kualoa Ranch. In the pastures, there were cows, cows, and more cows, along with a cowboy on horseback, which heightened our excitement.

We were welcomed by staff playing the ukulele in front of the guest center and received explanations about the meeting points for each activity. After that, everyone participated in their chosen course. The meal was a simple buffet, and later the staff informed us that the chicken and pork were raised on the ranch. It seems that popular courses like horseback riding and the ATV tour fill up quickly, so it's best to make reservations early. If the weather isn't good (you'll need a change of clothes if it rains), the value of the experience diminishes a bit.

If you want to visit the filming locations, you need to join the movie set tour to see everything. Reviews mention that you can see some parts from the ATV and horseback riding, but we only caught glimpses. The movie set tour provides thorough explanations, and there are tours available in Japanese as well. At the Jurassic Park filming location, we got off the bus to take photos, and the staff helped take pictures with everyone's smartphones.

One downside is that while the restrooms are large, there are only two of them, so if you don't use them during the free time between tours (which is scheduled for 15 minutes), it can become quite a hassle. Be cautious!

鶏肉と豚肉は 牧場で育てたものだと 後で スタッフが教えてくれまた。人気のコースは(乗馬やバギー)予約早めに しないと直ぐ 一杯になるらしい。天気が良くないと(もし雨なら着替え必要です)価値少し落ちます。映画の撮影場所に 行きたいのなら 映画撮影地ツアーに 参加しないと全部見られません。クチコミサイトでバギーからでも見える。乗馬からでも大丈夫とありましたが一部だけ 見えましたが 正解 撮影地ツアーは 説明もしっかりして 日本語ツアーもある。ジュラシックパークのロケ地では バスを降りて 写真撮影でき スタッフの方が 各自のスマホで撮影してくれた。難を言えばトイレは大きいのですが ２ヶ所しかないため 参加するツアーの空き時間(15分空いて組まれいます。)済ませないと 大変なことになります。要注意

This is my second time at Captain Bruce's Paradise of the Pacific. No matter how many times I go, I always want to return to this paradise. This time, the depth of the ocean was high, and the water's clarity was lacking, which was a bit disappointing. However, I believe I can't miss Paradise of the Pacific on my next trip to Hawaii.

これで2回目の、キャプテン・ブルース　天国の海です。
何度行っても，また行きたいなと思う天国の海です。
今回は、海の深さが高く、海水の透明感が無かったので少し残念でしたが、
次回のハワイ旅行も、天国の海は外せないと思います。

The instructor's explanations about the precautions to protect the coral reefs were very clear, and I was able to enjoy the beautiful sea. The food was delicious, and the cleanliness was impressive. I truly felt that Captain Bruce lived up to its reputation. I think I will choose Captain Bruce again the next time I go.

流石、キャプテンブルースと思いました。次に行くときも、キャプテンブルースを選ぶと思います。

I had the option to have photos taken, and I was able to get some wonderful pictures. While the posed shots were great, I really loved the casual shots of me just walking on the sandbar; they captured a natural moment that I cherish. I didn't know the purpose of the wetsuit, so I went snorkeling without one and got really cold. I wish they had explained the purpose of the wetsuit beforehand.

オプションで写真撮影をしてもらったので素敵な写真が残せました。ポージング写真はもちろん良いのですが、ほんの数枚あったただサンドバーを歩いているだけの何気ないショットが、自然体でとてもお気に入りの写真になりました。ウエットスーツの用途を知らなかったので着ないでシュノーケリングをしたら震える程寒くなりました。ウエットスーツの用途についても事前に説明してくれれば良いのにと思いました。

Although the weather forecast predicted rain, there were moments when the blue sky peeked through the clouds. I took a walk along the sandbar, which was about knee to waist deep. Despite the current, there were surprisingly many schools of fish, and snorkeling was great. Of course, I also got to see turtles. With the captain's special permission, I was able to try stand-up paddleboarding, and I had a blast! The lunch was delicious too. I would love to go back on a nice day.

雨予報のだったのに、時折青空も覗く曇り空。
膝から腰ぐらいまでの深さのサンドバーの海を散歩して、流れはあったものの意外と魚の群れが多く、シュノーケリングも良かったです。もちろんカメも見れました。
キャプテンの特別許可でサップボードも体験させてもらい、メッチャはしゃいじゃいました(^O^)／
ランチも美味しかったです。
天気の良い日にまた行ってみたいです(^^)v

The water temperature is warm, and a wetsuit is not necessary. My second grader was able to participate with help from the crew. The kindergarten child observed with the captain on the boat. You can't swim with the dolphins as much as you might think. It's best not to have overly high expectations. However, the crew is a lot of fun, and we got to see dolphins, whales, and turtles. The departure event and hula dancing were fantastic! After seeing the dolphins, we were given cereal bars and drinks, which were water. During the meal, cheeseburgers, snacks, and juice boxes were provided. It's best not to have overly high expectations for the food. The boat sways, and many people leave food behind. If you're going to participate, the price is high, but the university program is good. The middle school program doesn't have the high diving kayak slide and only offers snorkeling. It's an experience worth having at least once, as it's something you can't do every day. The entire crew was amazing! Thank you so much to Maki, JB, Kela, and everyone else.

水温は暖かく、ウェットスーツ不要。小2の子はクルーに助けられながら参加できた。幼稚園の子は船長と船で見学。思ったほどイルカと泳げはしない。過度な期待は禁物。でも、クルーは楽しい人たちばかりだし、イルカ鯨亀を見れたし、出航イベント、フラダンス最高！イルカ見てからシリアルバーのお菓子が配られ、飲み物は水。食事の時にチーズバーガーとスナック菓子、パックのジュースが配られる。食事に過度な期待は禁物。船上で揺れるし残す人が多い。参加するなら値段は高いが大学が良い。中学は高飛び込みカヤック滑り台がなくシュノーケルしかない。一度は体験した方が良いほど普段できない体験ができる。クルー全員最高！マキ、JB、ケラなどなど本当にお世話になりました。

I encountered a large pod of dolphins, swam with sea turtles, and was lucky enough to see a whale as well. The staff were friendly, and the captain was fun; it was a wonderful day.

イルカの大群と遭遇、海がめとの帆泳、運よくクジラも見る事が出来ました。
親切なスタッフ、楽しい船長さん、素晴らしい1日でした。

It was truly a heavenly sea!! The sandbar was incredibly beautiful, and we were able to see sea turtles perfectly. Everything, including the stand-up paddleboarding, snorkeling, and wetsuits, was free, so it was a great deal. If I had to mention something, the pickup van had nothing written on it, so I got a bit lost.

お得でした。あえていうなら、ピックアップのバンの車体に何も書いていないので、

The tour I was looking forward to the most in Hawaii! I checked the tide schedule and made a reservation. The catamaran hit the sand at the bottom. The guide mentioned that it was the shallowest it's been recently. The color of the sea is different from other places. It's a gentle color, like emerald green mixed with milk. And then snorkeling! Coral, angelfish, and honu (sea turtles). When I looked up, the guide was pointing; three honu were swimming right beside us. I swam with the honu! The freshly grilled meat was quite delicious, and the guides were friendly and funny. Everyone was satisfied, and it was a fun tour filled with smiles. I highly recommend it. Oh, and the warm malasadas from Leonard's were also delicious.

ガイドさんもここ最近で一番浅いですよ〜とおっしゃってました。
海の色が他の所とは違います。

焼き立てのお肉はかなり美味しかったしガイドさん達はフレンドリーで面白いし、皆満足　笑顔満載の楽しいツアーでした。お勧めです。
あ、温かいレナーズのマサラダも美味しかったです。

Snorkeling was amazing. I was able to see the sea turtles breathing, swimming, and even sleeping (^^). I was very satisfied! The photo is from the boat.

The guide took fun videos at the filming location of Jurassic Park, which was amazing! The lunch buffet was also delicious! The jungle exploration tour can be quite bumpy, so if you're prone to motion sickness, it might be a good idea to take some precautions like motion sickness medication.

ランチビュッフェも美味しかったです！
ジャングル探検ツアーは車がかなり揺れるので車酔いなどしやすい方は酔い止めなど対策した方がいいかもしれません。

Disappointed to not see any whales, dolphins, pretty marine fish. Captain should skip the corny puns. Beautiful boat ride but not as advertised.

My daughter, who is in the sixth grade, my wife, and I participated together. The pick-up bus was on time, and the driver (I'm sorry, I forgot her name) was super funny. The local staff were really nice as well. The lunch was delicious, and we encountered so many turtles that we almost got tired of it. I think everyone, whether they can swim or not, can enjoy this experience.

小学校6年生の娘、奥様、私の3人でさんかしました。迎えのバスから時間通りだし、運転手のおばちゃん（お名前を忘れてしまいごめんなさい）超面白いし、現地のスタッフの皆さんが本当に良くしてくれました。お昼も美味しいし、亀さんに出会い過ぎて、飽きるくらいでした。泳げる人もそうでない人もみんな楽しめると思います。

Even though it was the ocean, I was surprised to find a shallow area up to my knees! I was worried about getting seasick, but thanks to the guidance of the staff, all ten of us from three generations had a great time and came back happy. I was moved to see sea turtles while snorkeling. Next, I want to stand on a white sandy beach!

船酔が心配事でしたが、スタッフの方々の案内により三世代10人が皆が楽しんで帰ってきました。

It was raining and cold since it was winter, but they lent us wetsuits, which made a big difference. We were able to do paddleboarding and watch sea turtles and tropical fish, but it was a bit disappointing that the sea was murky due to the rain. The downside of making a reservation in advance is that you can't predict the weather. It seems that tips were not included in the experience cost, so we paid when we got off the boat. The masala and barbecue were very delicious.

I recommend bringing a waterproof case for your smartphone so you can take pictures underwater.

I lowered my rating by one star because the shuttle bus driver seemed to be in a bad mood, appearing a bit angry both going and returning (we signed the consent form in the car, but he threw the completed form in front of the car), which was a bit scary.

雨が降っていて、冬だったので寒かったのですが、ウエットスーツを貸していただけたので、だいぶ違いました。
パドルボートもウミガメ、熱帯魚ウォッチングもできましたが、雨のせいで海が濁っていたのが、少し残念です。
事前に予約していくと、天気までは予測できない点がデメリットですね。
体験費用にはチップは含まれていないようで、船を降りるときに払いました。
マサラダとバーベキューはとても美味しかったです。

スマホの防水ケースを持っていくと、海の中で写真が撮れるのでお勧めです。

星を１つ下げたのは、送迎バス運転手さん、機嫌が悪いのか、行きも帰りも少し怒っているような感じで（同意書を車で書いたのですが、書き終えた同意書を受けっとって車の前のところに投げたり）少し怖かったです。

The weather was unfortunately a bit cold, but the dreamlike sandbar and the experiences of snorkeling and stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) were really enjoyable. Especially with SUP, my partner improved quickly, and I guess having a strong lower body is an advantage (laughs). I would like to challenge myself again.
Also, the sandwiches and potato chips we had on the boat were the best. I ended up buying a lot of potato chips as souvenirs for myself.

あいにくの天候で少し寒かったけど、あこがれのサンドバー、そしてシュノーケリングやＳＵＰ体験はとても楽しかったです。特にＳＵＰはパートナーの方が上達が早く、やはり下半身がしっかりしているほうが向いているのでしょうか（笑）またチャレンジしたいと思います。
それから、船上で食したサンドイッチとポテトチップが最高でした。ポテトチップは自分用のお土産としてタップリ買い込んでしまうほどでした。

The BBQ lunch was delicious, and I went back for seconds multiple times!
The staff were friendly, took lots of photos, and chatted with us, making it a great experience.

It was a cloudy day during the rainy season, but I was able to enjoy it without any downpours. I was amazed when a sandbar suddenly appeared from a depth of 10 meters! I didn't bring reef shoes, so I walked barefoot, which was a bit painful on the soles of my feet (laughs). During snorkeling, I was really happy to see beautiful fish and sea turtles up close! I want to visit Hawaii during the best season next time!

雨季で生憎の曇り空でしたが、スコールが降ることなく楽しめました。水深10mのところから急にサンドバーが現れて感動！リーフシューズを持参していなかったので、裸足で歩きましたが少し足裏が痛かったです（笑）シュノーケリングでは、綺麗な魚たち、ウミガメを間近で見ることが出来て本当に嬉しかった！次はベストシーズンの時にHawaiiに訪れたいと思いました！

The weather in Hawaii in January was not great. This time, there was light rain from the morning, it was a bit chilly, and the wind was quite strong, which made me worry. However, the staff created a very fun and bright atmosphere for the participants who were feeling down. When we actually arrived at the sandbar, the rain stopped, and the water was surprisingly not too cold (everyone borrowed free wetsuits). After taking photos at the sandbar and returning to the boat, we saw a sea turtle swimming around the boat. Everyone's low spirits instantly lifted, and we started taking lots of pictures. There was also a snorkeling lesson in shallow water, where we swam about 10 meters to see if we were okay before going to deeper areas, which was great for beginners. I thought I couldn't do it because I can't see anything without my glasses, but they lent me prescription goggles, so I was able to give snorkeling a try. The waves were quite high, but I managed to get through, which was good. My first snorkeling experience was amazing; there were lots of coral reefs below me, and I could see colorful fish swimming around. Plus, I even encountered a sea turtle, which was fantastic. By the time we were heading back, the clouds cleared, and the sun came out, making the sea sparkle beautifully. I never thought snorkeling could be this wonderful. I was so happy to have such a great experience. The driver who picked us up from the hotel was also friendly and wonderful. I truly appreciate how well the staff treated us. If I come to Hawaii again, I would love to join this tour once more.

1月のハワイは天気がイマイチ。今回も朝から小雨がパラパラ、肌寒く、風もなかなか強くて大丈夫かと心配でした。ブルーな参加者達に対して、スタッフさん達はものすごく楽しく明るく雰囲気づくりをしてくれました。実際サンドバーまで到着すると、雨はあがり、海の中も思いのほか寒くなく（無料のウェットスーツをみんな借りました）サンドバーで写真撮って船に戻るとウミガメが、船の周りを回っていました。みんな低かったテンションが一気に上がって写真を撮りまくっていました。シュノーケリングも浅瀬でレッスンがあり、10メートルくらい泳いでみて大丈夫そうなら足のつかないところに行くという、初心者にはありがたいものでした。私は眼鏡をとったらなんにも見えないので無理だと諦めていましたが、度付きのゴーグルを貸してくださったのでシュノーケリングにチャレンジできました。波がなかなか高かったけどなんとか進めたので良かったです。初シュノーケリングは最高で、眼下にはサンゴ礁がたくさんあり、カラフルなお魚がいっぱい泳いでいるのが見れました。しかもウミガメにも遭遇できて言うことなしです。帰る頃には雲も切れて晴れ間見え、海がキラキラして素敵でした。シュノーケリングがこんなに素敵だとは思いませんでした。素晴らしい体験ができて嬉しかったです。またホテルからピックアップしてくださったドライバーさんもフレンドリーで素敵でした。スタッフの方々にはほんとに良くしていただき感謝です。ハワイに来たらまたこのツアーに参加したいです。

I wanted to go canoeing, but there were no canoes anywhere. I just paddled on a surfboard. Since I have a 5-year-old child, I tried to reserve a kayak, but I was told, "There are few available, so please let us know on the boat. We'll pass along your request," yet there was no preparation for the kayak. The malasadas and barbecue were delicious, but overall, considering everything, it wasn't worth the price.

カヌーをやりたかったのに　カヌーなどどこにもない。サーフボードにまたがって漕ぐだけ。子供(5さい)がいるのでザヤックを予約しようとしたら「数が少ないので、船上で言ってください。リクエストは伝えておきます」と言われたが、ザヤックの用意は無し。マラサダとバーベキューは美味しかったけど、総合的に考えると値段に見合わない。

In early December, I participated in a tour recommended by a colleague with my family of seven across three generations. We enjoyed the popular malasadas from Hawaii on the boat and headed offshore in less than seven minutes. The weather wasn't great, and the water was cold, reaching up to my waist, but I was amazed by the number of sea turtles. They approached us without fear. The tour guide was also very friendly. My 84-year-old and 82-year-old in-laws were thrilled and having a great time. The buffet-style BBQ lunch was delicious, and we went back for seconds. There was a little incident at the end, but I was grateful for the tour guide's quick response. This was a tour I would love to join again when I come back to Hawaii. Next time, I want to participate during a time with good weather in the shallow waters. Thank you so much for your help!

The waves were high, and I think it also depends on the tides, but the water depth at the sandbar was deep. Only those who could swim against the waves could participate in snorkeling where the coral reef fish were, and I couldn't see any fish or sea turtles... It's winter, so I understand, but it was cold, and since I wore a wetsuit, my swimsuit was inside the suit, and the photos turned out lonely. I wish someone had told me if there were sea turtles (maybe I just didn't ask...). Was it just bad timing!? However, the guides were very kind and even took photos for us. We had fun playing with the floaties. Thank you!

波が高くて、潮の満ち引きにもよると思いますが、サンドバーの水深が深かったです。サンゴ礁の魚がいるところには、波に逆らって泳げる人しかシュノーケルに参加できず、魚もウミガメも見れなかった…
季節が冬だから仕方ないですが、寒くて、ウェットスーツを着たので、水着はスーツの中で、写真もさみしかったです。
ウミガメがいたら、教えて欲しかったです。(私が聞いてなかっただけかもですが…)
タイミングが悪かったのかな！？
でも、ガイドさん達は、すごく親切で写真も撮ってくださいました。浮き輪でも楽しく遊べました。

I looked at a magazine and thought, "I just want to go here," so I joined a basic course that included three activities. Among them, the jungle experience was an exciting and dynamic ride that had me laughing the whole time. Next time, I want to try horse riding.

雑誌を見て、「とにかくここに行ければ良い」という思いで、3つのアクティビティーに参加できる基本的なコースに参加しました。中でもジャングル体験は迫力満点のダイナミックなライドで、始終大爆笑でした。次回はホースライディングに挑戦したいです。

3階建てのクルーズでしたが、1階に座るように言われました。しかし、ウェイトレスが空いている席があれば別の階に移動してもいいと言ってくれたので、私たちは移動しました。それが素晴らしかったです。3階では、雲が多い日でしたが、夕日を見ました。それでも楽しめました。この場所を完全にお勧めします :)

It was 3 floor cruise, and we were told to seat on the 1st floor but waitress told us that we can move and go to different floor if the seats are vacant so we did and it was great. At 3rd floor, we saw sunset it was cloudy day but still enjoyed. I totally recommend this place:)

This time, I participated with my 6-year-old son, and he decided not to go snorkeling. I thought I would have to skip snorkeling too to stay with him, but the tour staff member kindly said, "Don't worry, I'll look after your son. You and your partner can go ahead!" My son ended up having lunch on the boat and playing around it. I really appreciated that! We also got to experience stand-up paddleboarding, which was incredibly fun. Along the way, a sea turtle even came by and passed right next to my son! It was a great experience.

今回6歳の息子を連れての参加で、息子はシュノーケリングを断念。私も息子に付き合ってシュノーケリングは出来ないかと思いきや、ツアースタッフのお兄さんが息子を見ていてあげるからパパさんママさん行ってきて良いよ！と送り出してくれました。息子は船上でランチしたり、船の周りで遊んで貰ったりしていたそうです。本当に有難い！アクティビティではSUPも体験でき、最高に楽しかったです。途中、ウミガメもやって来て息子の真横を通過！良い体験でした。

This was my fourth time in Hawaii. I've been to major beaches like Waikiki Beach, Kailua, North Shore, and Hanauma Bay, and since December is the rainy season there, I chose to visit Kualoa, which I had never been to before. People often associate Hawaii with beach activities, but after visiting Kualoa this time, I thought, "Why haven't I come here before?!" I was truly moved by the incredible natural beauty of Hawaii! The location tour, in particular, left a strong impression with its dynamic scenery right in front of me. It was also adorable to encounter the cats frequently within Kualoa Ranch!

ハワイは4度目でした。ワイキキビーチ、カイルア、ノースショアにハナウマベイなど主要ビーチは行ったことがある上に12月であちらは雨季という事もあり、今まで行ったことがないクアロアを選びました。ハワイ＝ビーチアクティビティというイメージを持ちがちですが、今回クアロアを訪れて「どうして今まで来なかったんだろう！」と思うくらい、ハワイの大自然に触れてとても感激しました！特にロケ地ツアーは目の前に広がるダイナミックな景色がとても印象に残りました。クアロアランチ内でたびたび猫ちゃん達に出会ったのも可愛かったです♫

We went as a group of ten, and we were all guided together, with many staff members who spoke Japanese, which made for a fulfilling experience. It rained partway through, but they still made sure we could enjoy ourselves, and it was a lot of fun! I would love to participate again if the opportunity arises. ^ ^

10人という団体で行きましたが、みんなまとめて案内してくださったり、日本語のできるスタッフがたくさんいたり、と充実した時間を過ごすことができました。
途中で雨が降りましたが、それでも私たちが楽しめるように盛り上げてくださり、とても楽しかったです！
また機会があれば参加したいです^ ^

The weather was gloomy all day. The staff spoke to us in Japanese, so I was able to participate without any anxiety. Everyone was kind and taught us well.

It was cold, and I was hesitant to get into the sea. I even thought about skipping snorkeling.

But since I came all this way, I wanted to see the sea turtles!

I bravely went into the water.

As soon as I got in, I saw so many sea turtles!

For lunch, we had freshly made BBQ. It was delightful! The taste was really delicious.

寒くて海に入るのも恐々。。
シュノーケリングもやめようか、と。。

でもせっかく来たのだからウミガメに会いたい！

思い切って海へ。。

入ってすぐ、いっぱいウミガメに会えました♡

ランチも出来立てほやほやのＢＢＱ。堪能しました！
味も本当に美味しかったです♡
