I had plans in the morning and was looking for a tour in the afternoon when I found and booked this one. The guides spoke Japanese and were all friendly. The meal was a simple buffet, but with a 360-degree oceanfront view from the boat. The taste may vary depending on personal preference, but it was a luxurious lunch.

While snorkeling, I saw several sea turtles on the ocean floor, and I could see them up close! However, it can be cold in late December if it's not sunny! It's a good idea to have a warm rash guard, bath towel, and a change of T-shirt that you can wear on the boat.

I enjoyed the stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) without any additional charge, but due to safety concerns, the area where we could paddle was quite limited. Standing and paddling would end quickly, and we kept having to turn around and repeat that.

One disappointing thing was that one of the guides threw the leftover juice he was drinking into the sea. I was disheartened to see a guide, who is supposed to protect the beautiful Kaneohe Bay surrounded by coral reefs, throwing juice into the clean ocean.

午前中に予定があり、午後からのツアーを探していたところこちらのツアーを見つけて予約。
ガイドさんたちは、日本語が話せて、みんなフレンドリー。
食事は、簡単なビュッフェでしたが、船の上だと360度オーシャンフロント。味は好みもあるかと思いますが、贅沢なランチでした。

シュノーケルをしていると、海の底にウミガメが何匹もいて、間近で見る事ができます！
しかし、12月下旬の晴れていないと寒いです！
必ず船の上で着られる温かいラッシュガードやバスタオル、替えのTシャツとかがあるといいですよ。

SUPが追加料金無く実施出来て楽しめましたが、安全上の問題で、SUPの出来る範囲がかなり狭く立って漕ぐとすぐに終わり。また、Uターンし、立って漕ぐと終わり。の繰り返し…でした。

残念だった事は、ガイドさんの1人が飲んでいたジュースの残りを海に捨てていた事です。
珊瑚礁に守られた美しいカネオヘ湾を守るガイドさんが、綺麗な海にジュースを捨てるなんてガッカリしました。

I enjoyed the Honolulu Marathon as a memory with my daughter. I'm thinking of coming again next year. I hope my husband can join us next time!

It was my first sunset cruise. There were not many Japanese people, and there was one staff member who spoke Japanese. The meeting point was near the Tropical Bar at the Hilton. There was a reception there, so I mentioned my reservation name, waited for about 10 minutes, took off my shoes, and then boarded the cruise.

Drinks, including alcohol, were all-you-can-drink, and there was food like bread, pasta, and salad! The weather was nice, so we got to see a really beautiful sunset! The staff were kind, and the atmosphere was very lively, typical of America! (laughs) It was quite windy and cold, so it's definitely better to bring a jacket.

日本人はあまり少なく、日本語喋れるスタッフは1人いました。
集合場所がヒルトンのトロピカルバーの横？らへんでしたそこに受付があるので予約の名前を言って、10分くらい待って靴をぬぎクルーズへ入っていく感じでした。

飲み物もアルコールなど飲み放題で食べ物もパンやパスタ、サラダがありました！
天気が良かったので凄く綺麗なサンセットが見れました！
スタッフの方々も優しく、アメリカのテンションマックスでした！笑
風が強いのと寒かったので上着は絶対持ってた方がいいです。

The weather can affect your experience, but the sea was clear and visibility was good, making it possible to spot sea turtles and fish. Additionally, since it's shallow, even small children who are not good at swimming can enjoy themselves.

天気にも左右されますが、海も透き通っていて視界が良く、ウミガメや魚を探すことも可能でした。また浅瀬なので小さな子供で泳ぎが苦手な子も楽しむことができます。

The water level on the day was comfortable, with the shallowest part being below the knees.

I had a wonderful experience thanks to Maki, and I was able to spend a very enjoyable and valuable time. I was a bit anxious about seeing dolphins on the way there, but that anxiety turned out to be completely unfounded. I was able to swim with dolphins in the beautiful blue sea! It was truly a dreamlike and moving moment to swim so close to them. And to my surprise, I encountered many sea turtles as well. On the way back, I had a great time dancing hula to the ukulele on the boat until the very end. It really became a wonderful memory!

マキさんに素晴らしいアテンドをいただき、とても楽しく貴重な時間を過ごすことができました。行きの船上ではイルカに逢えるか少し不安になりましたが、そんな不安も全く嘘のよう。バッチリ！青い海でイルカと一緒に泳ぐことが出来ました。あんなに近くでイルカと一緒に泳げるなんて、まさに夢と感動の一時でした。そして、何とウミガメにもたくさん出会えるではないですか。帰りは船上でウクレレに合わせてフラダンスを踊りながら最後の最後まで楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。本当に素敵な思い出になりました！

At first, my daughter, who could only swim a little, was frozen in fear when asked if she could swim. Moreover, since we had to jump in, it was quite tough for small children.

As soon as we entered the sea, we saw a pod of dolphins. It was challenging to swim while holding my daughter, but we were able to see them up close, which was moving. My daughter also forgot her fear and was amazed. The sea was very beautiful, and we even encountered a turtle.

On the way back, we encountered a whale! We were able to see it jump as well. We spent an emotional time, having multiple encounters. We also saw sea turtles from the boat several times.

I hope to participate again when my daughter is a little older.

最初は泳げるか確認され、クロール程度しか泳げない娘は恐怖で固まってしまいました。しかも、飛び込んでという流れなので、小さい子には結構厳しいです。
海に入るとすぐにイルカの群れが見れました。娘を抱えて泳ぎながらの厳しい条件ではありましたが、すぐ近くで見られて感動しました。娘も怖さを忘れて感動していました。海はとてもきれいで、カメにも会えました。
帰りの船ではクジラにも遭遇！ジャンプも見れました。何度も会うことが出来て、感動しっぱなしの時間をすごしました。ウミガメも何度も船上から見られました。
娘がもう少し大きくなったら、また参加したいなと思います。

It was an immersive tour that allowed us to fully enjoy the great nature of Kualoa. There was no wasted time, and we were able to see all the highlights. However, it was stated that long pants were absolutely necessary, but they weren't needed at all (they might be required for horseback riding). Additionally, a buffet-style lunch was included, but honestly, it wasn't very tasty. I think it's better to bring some light snacks to eat. There are plenty of spots for taking photos, but for the jungle tour, the left side of the front seats is the best for taking pictures!

クアロアの大自然を満喫できる濃密なツアーでした。時間に無駄がなく、見どころを見れます。ただ、長ズボンが必ず必要と書いてありましたが、まったく必要ありませんでした。（乗馬には必要かも）また、ビュッフェスタイルの昼食がついていましたが、正直美味しくありません。スナックなど軽く食べれるものを持っていった方が良いかと思います。写真を撮るところもいっぱいありますが、ジャングルツアーの座席は前の方の左側が写真撮りやすいです！

You might be disappointed. The experience is heavily influenced by the weather, and the boat was quite rocky on the day of the tour. Even I, who have never experienced motion sickness, became quiet towards the end. At the first point, we were forced to jump into the sea one after another after just putting on life jackets, fins, and goggles. If you're not confident in your swimming abilities, the fear can be quite overwhelming. Even though you know you won't sink, the waves were high that day, and some people panicked with the dolphins. "Shitamite~", "Okinohou~", "Yamanohou~". To be honest, you can see the pod of dolphins, but the beauty of the sea is definitely much clearer in the remote islands of Okinawa. At the other turtle point, it seemed like about half of the participants were resting on the boat due to feeling unwell. After that, there was a light snack of cheeseburgers, but I passed on it. A fellow participant said it was salty and not tasty. Also, the use of the toilet on the boat was strictly prohibited by the Japanese guide, and you should go see for yourself why. They really need to fix it soon. It's unacceptable for both to be unusable. As for the tour content, I think it's about what you would expect for the price.

がっかりするかもしれません。天候に左右されますが、当日の船は相当揺れました。乗り物酔いしたことのない私も最後の方は無口になりましたしね。最初のポイントでライフジャケット、足ひれ、ゴーグルをつけただけで次々に海に飛び込みを強制させられます。泳ぎに自信がないと恐怖は相当なものと思います。沈まないことが分かっていても当日は波が高く、パニックになる人もイルカと。「シタミテ～」「オキノホウ～」「ヤマノホウ～」。はっきり言ってイルカの群れは見えますが海のキレイさは沖縄の離島の方が断然きれいです。もうひとつのウミガメポイントでは気分不良で半分ぐらいの方は船上で休憩している印象でしたね。その後チーズバーガーの軽食でしたがパスしました。食した同行者が言うにはしょっぱくておいしくなかったそうだ。あと船上トイレの使用が日本人ガイドから厳重に禁止されていましたが、理由はまあ行って自分で見てみてください。はやく修理はした方がいいですよ。2つとも使用不能はあり得ません。ツアー内容は値段の割にはまあこんなものではないかと。

First, it's a good idea to thoroughly check the tide schedule and book your tour on a day when the low tide aligns with the sandbar experience. This will determine everything about the tour. We went on a day with a water depth of about 60 cm (which was the best day for us). Since we were aware of this, we weren't disappointed, and even with a water depth of 60 cm, it was still an amazing experience, so we enjoyed it thoroughly.

During the snorkeling, although there weren't many types, we were able to see a lot of fish. For lunch, we had healthy food, which is great during a trip when it's easy to lack vegetables. On the day we went, there was a decent amount of wind, so the sea kayaking was canceled, but we were able to do a little bit of stand-up paddleboarding (they teach you how to ride beforehand), and the kids could play with floaties and on the sea carpet, allowing us to spend a very fulfilling time. We even saw a sea turtle!

まず、潮の満ち引きをしっかり調べて、旅行の日程の中から干潮とサンドバー体験の時間が合う日を狙って予約するといいです。
それによって、このツアーは全てが決まります。
私たちは水深60cmくらいの日に行きました（これが一番合う日でした）。
分かっていたことなのでがっかりすることもなかったですし、水深60cmでもやっぱり凄いことに変わりはないので、充分楽しめました。
そして、その後のシュノーケルでは種類は少ないもののたくさんの魚を見られました。
お昼ご飯は、野菜不足になりやすい旅行中には嬉しい、ヘルシーなものです。
私たちが行った日は風がそこそこあり、シーカヤックは中止でしたが、少しだけSUPもでき（事前に乗り方を教えてもらえます）、ちびっこたちは浮き輪や海の上のじゅうたんでも遊べ、かなり密度の濃い時間を過ごせました。
ウミガメも一匹見られましたよ！

The seating was at a round table for eight on the first floor, and we were seated with others. There was live music on the first floor as well, but the second floor seemed better. The meal included salad, chicken, fish, pasta, and chocolate cake, but the taste was just okay. For drinks, the buffet course charges for everything except the welcome drink. After the meal, you can freely walk around the second and third floors and the deck. The fireworks lasted for five minutes starting at 7:45. While waiting for the sunset on the second-floor deck, we even caught a glimpse of a whale for a moment.

席は一階の8人がけ丸テーブルで相席でした。一階も生演奏がありましたが、二階席の方が良さそうでした。食事は、サラダ、チキン、魚、パスタ、チョコレートケーキで、味はいまいちでした。飲み物は、buffet コースは、ウェルカムドリンク以外有料です。食事が終われば二階、三階、デッキ自由に歩き回れます。花火は、7:45分から5分間でした。二階のデッキでサンセット待ってるいるときに、鯨も一瞬見れました。

It's an activity that can be enjoyed alone or with multiple people! The lively tour guides and the opportunity to swim with dolphins and turtles make it a lot of fun. Plus, there are tour guides who speak Japanese, so you can feel at ease.

1人でも複数人でも楽しめるアクティビティです！
ノリのいい添乗員やイルカや亀と一緒に泳げて、楽しいです(^^)
※日本語話せる添乗員の方もいるので、安心できます。

It's truly beautiful; walking on such a beautiful beach is the best. You'll definitely see sea turtles, almost as if they're being kept nearby!

From start to finish, I had an amazing experience! It was truly moving to swim in such a beautiful ocean surrounded by so many dolphins and marine friends right in front of me.

At one point, I got a bit tired and waited on the boat, but instead, I was able to see the dolphins jumping all at once, and the crew played the ukulele and sang, which was really enjoyable.

The crew members were all cheerful and worked hard to ensure everyone had a great time, and there was never a dull moment, in a good way!

One thing to note is that the snorkeling gear provided locally might be too big for smaller Japanese individuals, so it's better to either borrow a kids' size or bring your own!

This tour offered a wonderful Hawaiian experience, allowing us to indulge in the beauty of Hawaii's nature in just half a day, but what made it truly special was the crew's effort to help us create many memories. I definitely recommend playing a lot with the crew and the marine friends!

最初から最後までどこを切り取っても最高の時間を体験させてもらいました！
あれだけのイルカ先生たちや海の仲間たちを目の前にして、しかもとても綺麗な海で泳ぐことができて本当に感動しました。
途中ちょっと疲れてしまって船の上で待機していたのですが、逆に一斉にイルカたちがジャンプしているのをしっかりみれたり、クルーの方がウクレレ弾いて歌ってくれたり等、色々楽しみ方があってとても良かったです。
クルーの皆さん達は本当に陽気で全員を満遍なく楽しませてくれようと頑張ってくれて、良い意味で隙が全然ありませんでした笑
一つ気になったのは、現地でお借りするシュノーケルは小柄な日本人だと大きすぎるので、全然キッズサイズを借りるか、もしくは持参の方がいいです！
とてもハワイらしい素敵な体験をさせてくれたこちらのツアーの魅力は、ハワイの大自然の良いところを半日で贅沢に味わえるのもそうですが、沢山の思い出を作らせてくれようと努力してくれたクルーの皆さんが本当に最高でした。ぜひ、クルーの皆さん達と、海の仲間達といっぱい遊んで欲しいです！

It was my first dinner cruise in high waves and strong winds. Ten minutes after departure, I immediately got seasick... I ended up stuck at the back of the deck, feeling miserable the whole time. Because of that, I decided to buy a commemorative photo, but I forgot to pick it up, so I just ended up paying for it. I think it was distributed at the seats, but I wish I had received a notification... I will never go again.

波が高く風も強い中、初のディナークルーズでした。
出港して10分、即船酔い…結局ずっとデッキのうしろで地獄絵図…
そんなこともあり、記念写真を購入したのですが受け取るのを忘れてしまい、お金を払っただけになってしまいました。
多分、席に配られていたと思うのですが連絡欲しかったです…
もう二度と行きません。

I was able to enjoy the sunset and night view in Honolulu, and the food was delicious as well. I think the cost performance is good. However, after the meal, it was disappointing that the lounge on the upper floor was crowded and I couldn't find a seat, so I give it four stars.

ホノルルの夕陽と夜景を楽しむことができる上、料理も美味しかったです。
コスパも良いと思います。
ただ食事後、上階ラウンジに人がいっぱいで座ることが出来ず残念でしたので星4つです。

The cruising experience was very enjoyable and beautiful! The food wasn't in a wide variety, but it was tastier than I expected! The view outside was amazing ☺️ However, the air conditioning inside the ship was too cold, and I froze! A jacket is definitely a must!

If you like alcohol, I recommend this course!
You can enjoy various drinks like beer, champagne, and cocktails.
The food was delicious too!

I'm glad we chose the fireworks on Friday.
However, the waiting time until the fireworks is a bit long, so it might get boring!
But the cruise was truly a wonderful experience and became the best memory.

Three years ago, I participated with my daughter and had a great time, so this time I joined with friends. The staff were very considerate, taking photos for us and accommodating the two who didn't participate in snorkeling by letting them stay on the cruiser. The malasadas and BBQ were also very delicious, and we even had seconds. We were blessed with wonderful weather and had the best time.

3年前に娘と参加してとても楽しかったので、今回は友人と参加しました。
スタッフの方が写真を撮ってくれたり、シュノーケルに参加しなかった二人をクルーザーに乗せてくれたりとても気使って頂き楽しかったです。
マラサダとBBQもとても美味しくお代わりもしました。
とても天気にも恵まれて最高の時間を過ごすことができました。

I think this tour depends on the weather. If the weather is bad, it gets cold. The staff were all kind and funny!

Next time I participate, I want to see sea turtles.

Kailua was very enjoyable, and the timing was just right.

I went at the same time last year, and it was disappointing that the tour was canceled due to a scheduling conflict with an event, so I'm glad I could participate this year.

I encountered many dolphins, and it was a lot of fun.

The crew was bright and wonderful, and I plan to join again.

去年も同じ時期に行き、申し込みした日が何かのイベントと重なるため、このツアーが中止になってしまって残念だったので、今年は参加出来て良かった。

たくさんイルカと遭遇出来て、とても楽しかった。

明るく素敵なクルー達だったし、また参加しようと思います。

It was a clear day, and both the sea and the mountains were beautiful. The shallowest area had water up to my knees, but it was surprisingly clear, like a different world.

I was worried about snorkeling since I couldn't do the breaststroke, but I was able to move just by using my hands, and I was thrilled to see sea turtles swimming up close.

The blueberry or chocolate muffins we received right after boarding, as well as the lunch, were delicious.

If I had to mention something, the driver was late compared to the meeting time, and he was distributing the schedule by wetting each piece of paper. Also, the changing area on the way to Kailua was in a public restroom with limited stalls, and since locals were using it too, it made us a bit rushed. However, at Būkimō, it was not crowded, and I was able to eat pancakes right away.

I also think it would be helpful if the tour included tips. I definitely want to join again during low tide next time.

当日は快晴で海だけでなく山もとても綺麗でした。一番浅い場所で膝ぐらいの水位でしたが、驚くほど透明で別世界の景色です。
シュノーケリングは、平泳ぎの足が出来ず心配でしたが、手をかくだけで進み、海亀の泳ぐ姿を間近でみれてテンションが上がりました。
乗船してすぐ頂くブルーベリーorチョコのマフィンもランチも美味しかったです。
強いて言うなら、行きのドライバーさんが集合時間より遅れて来たこと、車内で配るスケジュールを1枚ずつ唾を付けて配っていたこと、カイルアへ行く途中の着替えがどこかのトイレで個数も少なく、地元の方も使うので譲っていたら時間が…となり焦ったぐらいです。ブーキモは空いててすぐパンケーキを食べれました。
あと、ツアーがチップ込みだと助かるな〜と思います。次回は干潮の時にぜひ参加します。

The sandbar and snorkeling were both amazing. I think it can be enjoyed in any scenario, whether you're with a partner, colleagues, or family. I was moved to see sea turtles up close!

On the day of the tour, the weather and temperature were unusually pleasant for the rainy season, surprising even the guide, and it wasn't cold at all when we entered the sea. The staff were friendly and really helped to create a lively atmosphere. The water was shallow, reaching just below my waist, but I was able to see a variety of colorful tropical fish and sea turtles while snorkeling. Since I can swim, I would have liked to take off my life jacket and wear fins to dive a bit (though it might not have been safe). Overall, it was an amazing experience.

ツアー当日は、ガイドさんも驚くほどの雨期としては異例の天気と温度で、海に入っても全く寒くありませんでした。スタッフの方たちも気さくで大いに盛り上げてくれました。水深は浅いところで股下位でしたが、シュノーケリングでは色とりどりの熱帯魚やウミガメを見ることが出来ました。私は泳げるので出来たらライフジャケットを脱いでフィンをつけて潜ってみたかったです。
（安全面を考えると無理でしょうが）
とにかく最高の体験でした。

The dolphin teacher swam slowly, and we were able to swim together for a long time! I couldn't believe how long the turtle professor stayed in the same spot; it was truly mystical. I enjoyed the activities, and I even saw a rainbow, making it a very satisfying tour.

イルカ先生がゆっくり泳いでくれて、たくさんの時間一緒に泳ぐことができました！
カメ教授もあんなに長い時間同じところにいてくれるなんて信じられないくらいに見ることができて、神秘的でした。
アクティビティも楽しめたし、虹も見れて大満足なツアーでした。

Since dinner was light, I was able to focus on the sunset, which was quite nice! The tour guide was cheerful, and the service was excellent. It was a fulfilling two-hour tour! I would love to participate again next time!

If you're going to the sandbar, I definitely recommend Heaven's Sea (Captain Bruce's). Other tours seem to guide you to places a bit further away.

The sea was cold, but the sandbar was very mystical, and I was able to see sea turtles, which made for great memories. The timing wasn't very good, and the tide only went down to about waist level, so I want to try again someday for a better experience.

The tour crew was also very fun, and the lunch was delicious.

サンドバーに行かれるなら絶対天国の海（キャプテンブルース）がおすすめです。ほかのツアーはすこし離れたところでの案内だそうです

海は寒かったけどサンドバーはとても神秘的でウミガメも見れたのでいい思い出になりました。タイミングがあまりよくなく腰の位置ぐらいまでしか潮がひかなかったのでいつかまたリベンジしたいと思います。

Thanks to the clear weather, the scenery was absolutely beautiful. The sandbar had knee-deep seawater, but it was not a problem. The staff were cheerful and fun, making for an enjoyable time. The lunch was delicious as well. I was able to spot a sea turtle while snorkeling. I was a bit wobbly on my first stand-up paddleboarding experience, but it was fun. I would love to join this tour again when I come back to Hawaii. I hope to reunite with the staff!

晴天だったおかげで、最高に綺麗な景色でした。砂洲は膝くらい海水がありましたが問題ありません。
スタッフも明るく、楽しい方ばかりで楽しいひと時でした。ランチも美味しかったです。シュノーケルで海カメ発見できました。初サップへっぴり腰だったけど楽しかった。
またハワイに来たらこのツアーに参加したいです。スタッフに再会したいなぁ。

The content of the cruise was excellent. The food was delicious, and there were plenty of highlights like music and dance events. However, the ship rocked more than I expected, and my companion got seasick, so I wouldn't recommend it for those who are sensitive. That said, I am very grateful for the staff who were very caring.

However, on the return bus, when my companion and I, who were feeling unwell, boarded last and found there was no available space, I tried to ask the bus driver for help. He pointed to the front seat in a way that seemed annoyed and told us to sit down quickly as if he didn't care.

Despite my companion's seasickness, I was overall satisfied with the experience, but that one comment ruined my mood and made me feel it was all for nothing, so I had to give a low rating. The only negative point was that the driver seemed to be chatting happily with other staff and showed a selfish attitude, lacking the hospitality expected from staff.

クルーズの内容は最高でした。ご飯も美味しく、音楽や踊りのイベントなど見どころ満載でした。
ただ思ったより揺れがひどく、連れが船酔いしてしまい、弱い方はお勧めしません。ただ、スタッフの方が親身になってくださり、大変感謝しています。
ですが、帰りのバスにて、体調の悪い連れと共に最後に乗り込んだところ空いているスペースがなく困っていた際に、バスの運転手に助けを求めようと声をかけたところ、面倒くさそうに一番前の席をさしてどうでもいいから早く座れと罵声を浴びせるかのように言われました。
連れの酔はあったものの、全体としては満足な内容だったのにその一言で気分が害され、全て台無しになったので、最低評価をつけさせていただきました。その運転手は他のスタッフとは楽しそうに談笑しており、自分勝手で客をもてなす姿勢が感じられない最悪なスタッフがいたことが唯一の悪かった点です。

It was a trip with my son.

We participated because my son wanted to see a moving sea turtle. We were moved by the scenery from the sandbar and encountered a sea turtle in a familiar area. Later, a large sea turtle swam up to my son, who had become completely hooked on snorkeling, and he was very satisfied. It became a wonderful memory. The experience is definitely different when viewing from above the water compared to snorkeling. I am very grateful to Captain Yuka and Jamie for their great support.

息子と二人旅でした。

動いているウミガメを見てみたいという息子の希望から参加しました。
サンドバーからの風景に感動し、歩きなれたところでウミガメに遭遇。
その後もシュノーケルにドはまりした息子のもとに大きなウミガメが
泳いできて大満足。良い思い出になりました。
やはり海面上から見るのと、シュノーケリングしながら見るとでは迫力が違いますねえ。
キャプテン、ユウカさん、ジェイミーさんには大変お世話になりました。
