The Rock-a-Flash show I attended was an incredibly luxurious and enjoyable experience. First, I received a backstage pass at the reception and was able to enter the venue before other guests. It felt a bit exclusive! I was led into a dazzling and beautiful room where I enjoyed champagne (we had non-alcoholic champagne) and tropical-themed appetizers, really savoring the VIP atmosphere. After that, I got to peek into the costume room where Elvis and the dancers' outfits were kept, and I was able to touch some of the actual props while taking photos and having fun. I even got to stand on stage, which was a bit exciting (laughs). As the mood lifted, it was time for dinner. The course meal was luxurious and delicious. My favorite was the truffle mashed potatoes, which had a taste I had never experienced before and left me very satisfied. After finishing dessert, the show began! The performances by Elvis, Michael, and the dancers were truly professional and amazing. Among them, the fire knife act was particularly impressive, and sitting in the front row, I could feel the heat of the flames, which was thrilling and nerve-wracking. The fun time flew by, but I was able to have a truly wonderful night.

今回参加したロック・ア・フラショーは大変贅沢で楽しいひとときでした。まずは受付でバックステージパスカードを受け取り首から下げ他のお客様より先に会場の中へ。ちょっと優越感！煌びやかで素敵なお部屋に通されシャンパン（私達はノンアルコールシャンパン）と南国チックなアペタイザーを頂きながらＶＩＰな気分も味わいました。その後、エルビスやダンサーが着る衣裳部屋をのぞかせてもらったり実際に使う道具を触らせてもらったり写真も撮りながら楽しみました。ステージにも立ちちょっと興奮（笑）だんだん気分も盛り上がりディナータイムへ。コース料理はどれも豪華で美味しかったです。特に私が気にいったのはトリュフ入りのマッシュポテト。今まで食べたことのない味で大満足でした。デザートまで完食してしばらくするとショーの始まり！！エルビス、マイケル、ダンサーの皆さんのパフォーマンスはさすがプロという感じで素晴らしかったです。その中でもファイヤーナイフはかなりの迫力があり一番前の席だったこともあって炎の熱さが伝わりドキドキハラハラでした。楽しい時間はあっという間に過ぎてしまいましたがとても素敵な夜を過ごすことができました。

Everything was perfect. Even though it rained off and on, it did not matter. The dinner, entertainment was awesome. The show Ha: Breath of Life was spectacular. A must if you come to Oahu!

I love Chief Sielu's wit, and his personality really comes out throughout the show. You can really tell he enjoys hosting the luau and loves all his guests. They also have a lot of fire knife dancers (and world champions, at that) making their fire dances probably the most impressive ones out there.

The food is good and there's a cash bar (you get a few free drink tickets based on which package you book). The only problem with this luau is that it's so far away from Waikiki and starts right after rush hour, so you might want to leave earlier (perhaps at 3pm) to beat the traffic. Alternatively you could just spend the day in Kapolei at wet n wild or Coral Crater. Parking is $5 at wet n wild.

I participated in September, and this time I also reserved a cabana. The cabana comes with a cooler filled with mineral water and fruits, and the staff takes lunch orders and delivers them to the cabana. During busy times like summer vacation, there's no need to wait in line, and you can order whatever you like from a wide menu. You can enjoy a relaxing and leisurely time.

Since there are cabana-exclusive floaties, there's no need to search for floaties in the wave pool. I think using a cabana is a great idea, especially during crowded periods.

9月に参加しましたが、今回はカバナも申し込みました。カバナは、クーラーボックスにミネラルウォーターやフルーツが用意され、ランチはスタッフがオーダーを取り、カバナまで届けてくれます。夏休みなどの混雑時には並ぶ必要もなく、豊富なメニューから好きなものをオーダー出来ます。のんびりとゆったりしたひと時が過ごせます。
浮き輪はカバナ専用の物があるため、波のプールで浮き輪探しの必要もありません。
特に混雑する時期に、カバナ利用はいいと思います。

Rock A Hula was a great show for me and my friends! There was a lot of music and fire dancing, and enjoyable songs to sing along with from Michael Jackson and other old classics. We all got a free drink from our purchase which made the show even more fun. The food and service was excellent was well. We came all the way from San Francisco and we were glad to have heard about this show. We also got to see backstage which was very interesting. Veltra helped me with deciding on my purchase so I highly recommend using this site too for the future!

The entire tour was incredible. We saw the active volcano with lava spewing out during the flight. The bus tour guide had lots of interesting stories. One person in our group was on a wheelchair and she enjoyed the entire tour as well. Highly recommended.

I participated with my 6-year-old child, but swimming with the dolphins was quite a challenge, so my spouse and I took turns. The activity slide looked fun, and it was great to see everyone enjoying it.

It was mid-December, and I heard it was cold even with a wetsuit, so I brought a winter rash guard just in case and wore diving shorts underneath, which kept me warm.

We were able to see about 10 dolphins up close! During snorkeling, we encountered about 3 dolphins, and I was very satisfied! I was also glad to see a sea turtle from the boat.

I think it can depend on the weather, but unlike other tours, it was great to have an eco-friendly and authentic experience. Thank you!

6歳の子供と参加しましたが、
イルカと泳ぐのはハードル高くて、
夫婦で交換ずつ参加しました。
アクティビティの滑り台は、
楽しそうにやっており良かったです。

12月半ばでしたが、ウェットスーツでも寒いとの事で、
念のために持参した冬用ラッシュガードと、
ダイビング用の短パンをインナーにしたら、
寒くなかったです。


イルカさんは、群れで10頭くらいに間近で逢えました！
シュノーケリングの時も、3頭くらいに逢えて、
大満足でした！
ウミガメにも船の上から逢えてよかったです。

天候にも左右されると思いますが、
他のツアーさんと違って、エコで本格的なツアーでよかったです。

I was worried because my daughter tends to get motion sickness, but I spoke to an older woman in charge who gave me various pieces of advice and showed concern. My anxiety completely disappeared, and I was able to enjoy the experience without worrying about the motion at all.

We participated as a family. My wife and child had their first snorkeling experience two days prior on another tour and enjoyed it, so we decided on this tour through Veltra, which offers both sailing and snorkeling. I don't speak English, but I thought I could manage if I understood the experiences shared by others. I couldn't fully understand the English of the woman at the beach reception or the crew on board, but they were very kind and helpful. When we dove into the sea, we saw four sea turtles swimming gracefully, and we were able to see tropical fish up close, including striped ones and yellow ones. The sailing after coming out of the water was also pleasant, with good weather and wind. It was great that my wife and child had learned the basics of snorkeling on another tour, but if it's your first time and you're going in without any preparation, it might be tough. I think it's better to research and understand beforehand. This tour offers good value for money, and since it starts in Waikiki, there's no wasted time. I think I will participate again next time.

家族で参加。妻と子は２日前に別のツアーでシュノーケリングを初めて体験し楽しかったのでVeltraで捜しセーリングもシュノーケリングも両方楽しめるこのツアーに決めました。私は英語は出来ませんが他の方の書いた体験談を理解しておけば何とかなると思います。ビーチの受付の女性の英語も乗船してからのクルーの英語も100%聴き取れませんでしたが親切に対応してくれます。海に潜ると海亀が４匹悠々と泳ぎ、魚も縞模様のものや黄色のもの等熱帯魚も近くで見れました。海から上がって来てからのセーリングも天気も風も良く気持ち良かったです。妻と子はシュノーケリングの基本を別のツアーで習っていたので良かったのですが丸っきり初めてでブッツケ本番ですとキツイかもしれません、ネットなどで調べて理解してから参加した方が良いと思います。コスパも良いしワイキキ集合で時間の無駄も無いこのツアーは次も参加すると思います。

I chose the option to meet at the location, but after arriving at the destination, I had to wait for a while. In the end, those who gathered by bus were prioritized, and I had to wait again. When I called out to the guide, I was told that unless I was part of the bus group, I would have to hear the explanation twice, and I was treated dismissively. It was very unpleasant.

現地集合のオプションにしたのですが、目的地に着いて、しばらく待たされ、あげくバスで集合した方が優先され、さらにしばらく待たされ、ガイドの方がどこか行くので、声をかけると、バス集合でないと、説明が二度なるといわれ、邪険にあつかわれた。非常に不快でした。

It was wonderful to be on the bay! I enjoyed swimming at the sandbar , beautiful views and the sea turtles. The aloha spirit was ever present. I love Oahu. Enjoy your tour!!

Before moving to Waianae Harbor, there was an explanation (in English and Japanese), and I signed a consent form on an iPad. There was enough time to take a nap during the transfer.

The reason I booked this tour was because it was described as "a healing tour to swim with wild dolphins in the sea!" However, in reality, diving was prohibited. It was more of a dolphin watching experience while snorkeling. The life jackets were the type that hang around the neck and were mandatory (you could deflate them). On December 13th, the water quality was poor and murky, possibly due to high waves. The dolphins were mostly deep down and only faintly visible (the staff would say, "Look down!!"). They didn't come close at all, and it ended quickly. After that, we moved to the snorkeling point where we could enjoy SUP, sea kayaking, and a slide. However, the snorkeling point we went to had nothing. There were no corals, no turtles, and only a few fish were spotted. I later heard that the captain decides which snorkeling points to go to, but this was just too disappointing.

For lunch, we had a pre-made cheeseburger with taro buns wrapped in foil. The buns were a bit sweet, so preferences may vary. There were also chips. Drinks included free water and lemonade on board (on December 13th, there was warm tea, possibly because it was cold). There were also restrooms available. If you're worried about seasickness, it's better to take something (three people vomited and were down). On the way back to the harbor, there was hula and ukulele performance, and the staff's effort to entertain was nice. Some people bought a USB with photos and videos during the ride, as there was a $5 discount, but it's important to think carefully about whether you'll see dolphins, whether you might get seasick, or whether the weather might prevent you from getting good photos before purchasing in advance. The eco bags were probably only for those who purchased the USB. I didn't receive anything. Honestly, I didn't feel that the service was worth the tour fee of $156.

I understand that it's wild and natural, but I was disappointed by the discrepancies between the description and the actual experience.

ワイアナエハーバーに移動するまでに説明(英語&日本語)があり、ipadで同意書？に記入します。移動には仮眠できるほどの時間があります。
今回こちらのツアーを予約したのは説明文にある＂海で野生のイルカと一緒に泳ぐ癒しのツアー！＂と記載されていたからです。実際は潜る潜水行為禁止。イルカウォッチングをシュノーケルしながらの形になります。ライフジャケットは首からさげるタイプで着用義務(エアーは抜くことができます)。12/13は波が高かったのもあるのか水質は悪く濁っていました。イルカはずっと下の方に居てうっすらと見える程度(スタッフが＂Look down!!＂と教えてくれます)。近くに寄って来てくれることもなく。あっという間に終了。その後シュノーケルポイントに移動しSUPやシーカヤック、滑り台などを楽しめます。しかし、行ったシュノーケルポイントはなんにもない所でした。珊瑚もなければ亀は居ない、魚は数匹みかけた程度。後から聞いた話ではいくつかあるシュノーケルポイントをキャプテンの判断で決めるそうですが、これが、あまりに酷すぎでした。その後お昼ご飯は事前に作られホイルで包まれたタロイモのバンズでできたチーズバーガー。バンズは少し甘めで好みがあると思います。おまけにチップス。飲み物は船内に自由に飲めるお水とレモネードがあります(12/13は寒かった為か暖かいお茶もありました)。トイレも完備されています。船酔いを心配されている方は飲んだ方がいいです(3名嘔吐してダウンしてました)。ハーバーまでの帰り道にフラやウクレレ演奏があり、スタッフの楽しませようとしてくれる雰囲気は良かったです。行きの車内で写真と動画のUSBを購入すると$5割引になる為購入している方がいましたが、イルカに会えるかもわからない、船酔いしてダウンするかもしれない、天気が悪く良い写真が撮れていないかもしれない事をよく考えた上で事前購入しましょう。エコバッグはおそらくUSB購入者だけです。何ももらえませんでした。正直私はツアー代金$156の見合ったサービスを受けられたとは思いませんでした。
野生と自然相手なので仕方ないですが、説明文と食い違う内容にはがっかりしました。

We boarded the Holokai Catamaran and quickly arrived at a point where we could see the beachside hotels of Waikiki. During the ride, we received explanations in English and were given life jackets. When I asked if wearing a life jacket was mandatory, I was told it wasn't required, but it was at our own risk. There was no worry about not seeing sea turtles, as they were coming up to the surface to breathe all around us. There was also a tour company nearby doing scuba diving. One slight disappointment was that there weren't many colorful tropical fish or coral at this point. However, there was plenty of time to enjoy snorkeling. After getting back on the boat, we were offered chips and chocolate (free), and drinks like guava juice and beer (for a fee) as we slowly began sailing. Since it was December, we went whale watching and saw a few in the distance. Given the price, the service was good, and I was satisfied with the experience. I highly recommend it!

ホロカイ・カタマラン号に乗り込み、しばらく走るのかと思いきや、ワイキキのビーチサイドホテルが目視できるポイントにすぐ到着。走っている最中に説明(英語)を受けライフジャケットを受け取ります。ライフジャケットの着用は義務か聞くと無しでもOKしかし、自己責任。ウミガメがあちこちで水面に呼吸しに来るので会えない見られないという心配はないと思います。すぐ側でスキューバダイビングをしているツアー会社も居ました。少し残念なのはカラフルな熱帯魚や珊瑚はあまりいないポイントでした。シュノーケリングを楽しむには十分な時間が設けられています。船にあがりチップスやチョコを頂き(無料)飲み物はグアバジュースやビール(有料)ゆっくりとセーリング開始。12月だったためホエールウォッチング。遠目に少しだけ見れました。お値段の割にサービスも良く、内容にも満足です。おススメです!!

The weather on the day we went was a bit disappointing, and it was cold when we went into the sea (laughs), but we were able to see sea turtles, and snorkeling was really fun with so many fish! The ocean was truly beautiful! The hamburgers we ate on the boat were also delicious!!

行った日の天気が少し残念で、海に入るとき寒かったですが(笑)ウミガメも見れましたし、シュノーケリングも本当に魚がたくさんでとても楽しかったです！
海が本当にキレイでした！
船の上で食べるハンバーガーも美味しかったです！！

I've been curious about Heaven's Sea for a long time, and I finally participated. It was a chilly day, making me hesitant to wear a swimsuit, but they provided all participants with wetsuits for free.

When I was asked to sign a waiver on the bus, I felt a bit anxious, but upon arriving at the dock and receiving the pre-tour briefing, a fun-loving local man from Okinawa eased my nerves with his reassuring words.

The captain and all the staff were women, and the tour was kind, thorough, and enjoyable while ensuring safety.

After enjoying a walk in the shallow sea, we had a snorkeling lesson. I even got to see a sea turtle. At one point, I cramped up, but the staff quickly came to my aid. Thank you very much.

The delicious snacks and lunch were also greatly appreciated. I plan to join again in the summer!

天国の海、ずーっと前から気になっていて、やっと参加しました。この時期は肌寒く、水着になるのもためらう日でしたが、参加者全員にウェットスーツを無料で貸してくれました。

バスの中で誓約書を書かされた時は不安になりましたが、船着き場に到着していざ事前の説明を受けると楽しい沖縄人の男性の方が緊張を和らげてくれる言い回しで安心しました。

船長もスタッフも全員女性の方で、親切丁寧、そして楽しく安全なツアーでした。

浅い海でウォーキングを楽しんだ後、シュノーケリングレッスン。海ガメも見れました。途中、私は足がつってしまいましたが、すぐ、スタッフの方が助けてくれました。ありがとうございました。

おいしい軽食、昼食もごちそうさまでした。
今度は、夏に参加します！

Last time, I used the Star of Honolulu, but this time I participated in this tour because it was under maintenance. I heard that the seating was unassigned, but it can be confusing depending on the group. I think it would be better if seats were assigned. Overall, I believe the excitement level cannot compare to the Star of Honolulu. Also, a lobster voucher that I hadn't signed up for was distributed on the bus. I asked about it three times, but it seemed correct, so I accepted it without hesitation. Well, this was a lucky surprise!

前回はスターオブホノルルを利用しましたが、今回はメンテナンス中との事でこのツアーに参加しました。
席は自由席との事でしたが、グループによっては迷います。
やはりアサインされた方が良いと思いますね。
全体的な盛り上がりも、やはりスターオブホノルルにはかなわないと思います。
あと、申し込んでいないロブスターの引換券がバスの中で配られました。
3回位聞き返しましたが、間違い無さそうでしたので、遠慮無く頂きました。
まぁこれはこれでラッキーでした！

I participated in December! As expected, it’s a bit cool in Hawaii during winter! I would love to take photos in my swimsuit, but I think it’s best to rent a wetsuit to avoid catching a cold! Especially when the tide is high, the water level can reach up to your waist, so it might be different from the photo you have in mind (^_^;) If you really want to achieve the photo image, I think you should aim to book on a low tide day ^_^ However, the staff members are very friendly and kind, so you can definitely have a great time! I think having reef shoes will make it more comfortable to play!

12月に参加しました！やはりHawaiiも冬なので少し涼しいです！水着姿で写真に残したい感じはありますが…風邪をひかない為にもウエットスーツを借りて楽しんだ方がベストだと思いました！特にタイドがハイの場合は腰近くまで水位があるので、写真のイメージとは異なると思います(^_^;)
本当に写真のイメージで行きたいならロータイドの日を狙って予約するしかないと思います^_^
ただ、スタッフの方々はとても気さくで優しいので楽しめる事は間違いないです！
リーフシューズは有ると安心して遊べると思います！

It was truly a tour that I’m glad I went on!

First, we entered before the general public. It felt a bit exclusive! While I was a little nervous with the English guidance, we made our way to the green room. After taking photos, we enjoyed appetizers, fruits, and nuts while sipping drinks, spending a luxurious time! The backstage tour was entirely in English, but just being able to see the rarely seen behind-the-scenes was so much fun and exciting! It was really interesting!

After that, we had a leisurely dinner. The food and cocktails were both delicious! And then came the much-anticipated showtime! We were seated right in the front, so close that it felt like we could reach out and touch the performers, and I was so excited!!!

After the show, we took lots of photos and got autographs, and it was truly enjoyable.

We went on our honeymoon, and I didn’t expect to experience such a special feeling, so it was a wonderful tour that will remain in our memories!

本当に行って良かったと思えるツアーでした！

まずは一般のお客さんよりも先に入場。少し優越感！
英語での案内で少したじたじになりながら、グリーンルームへ。写真撮影後、前菜やフルーツ、ナッツを食べて、お酒を飲みながら贅沢な時間を過ごしました！
バックヤードツアーはひたすら英語だったけど、滅多に見られない舞台裏を見て回るだけでとても楽しかったし、わくわく！面白かった〜〜！
その後はゆっくりディナータイム。食事もカクテルもとても美味しい！
そしてお待ちかねのショータイム！
一番前の席で手が届きそうになるくらい近くて、とても興奮しました！！！
ショーの後もたくさん写真を撮って、サインももらって、本当に楽しかったです。

新婚旅行で行きましたが、こんな特別感が味わえるなんて思ってなかったので、思い出に残る素敵なツアーでした！

The tour schedule itself was quite fulfilling. However, on the day I participated, I was unfortunate as the tides were high and the waves were strong, resulting in about 1 meter of water on the sandbar. The shallowest part was up to my chest (I am 158 cm tall). It was colder than the scenery I had seen in photos, but I told myself it couldn't be helped. The snorkeling and sea turtle watching afterward were beyond my expectations. I was able to see many sea turtles, and it was my first time seeing such a large coral reef. The water level on the sandbar changes depending on the day, but I believe it's worth participating.

ツアー自体のスケジュールはかなり充実していました。ただ、私の参加した日は運が悪く、潮の満ち引きが大きく波が高かったため、サンドバーの水浸が1mほどありました。一番浅くて私の胸まで海に浸かっている状態です。(身長158cm)写真で見ていた風景とは異なり寒かったですが、それは仕方ないと言い聞かせました。そのあとのシュノーケリング、ウミガメウォッチングは想像以上のものでした。ウミガメもたくさん見ることができましたし、あれほど大きなサンゴ礁をみたのも初めてでした。日によってサンドバーの水浸が変わりますが、参加して損はないと思います。

I participated in the VIP course alone.

First, it's better to arrive earlier than the meeting time. There are some light snacks served at the cocktail reception. I arrived right on time and was immediately guided to the show venue.

The food is delicious. The meat is tender and easy to eat, even for the elderly. However... the portions are small, haha. So it's a good idea to eat the snacks at the cocktail reception beforehand, haha.

As for the show, fans of Elvis might enjoy it.

まず、集合時間より早めに行った方が良い。
カクテルレセプションで、ちょっとしたおつまみが出る。
私は時間ピッタリに着いてしまい、すぐにショー会場に案内されました。

食事は美味しい。
肉も柔らかく、高齢者でも食べやすい。
ただ・・・量が少ないw
だからカクテルレセプションのおつまみを食べておいた方が良いw

ショーは、エルビスのファンなら楽しめるかも。

It was sunny, but there was some wind and it was occasionally cloudy, so I was a bit hesitant to go into the sea. The sandbar was deep enough to reach my knees. Everyone was enjoying beach volleyball and taking photos there. I was glad that I didn't get wet up to my shoulders at that time. After getting back on the boat, it was cold and I was shivering. The BBQ lunch on the boat was delicious. We also saw sea turtles and were able to see fish while snorkeling. However, the strong wind made it difficult to swim as I had hoped.

晴れてはいたんですが風があったり時々曇ったり、海に入るにはちょっと抵抗がありました。サンドバーは膝上まで浸かるほどでした。そこでみんなはビーチバレーや写真を撮ったり楽しんでました。その時は肩まで濡れなくてよかったと思います。船に上がったあと寒くて震えます。船上でのBBQランチは美味しかったです。ウミガメも見れたし、スノーケリングでも魚も見れました。ただ、風が強いのでなかなか思ったように泳げませんでした。

I participated alone, but there was one other Japanese person, and I had a great time. The snorkeling was amazing, as I encountered not only fish but also many sea turtles, and it was thrilling to swim alongside them! The male crew members were kind, cheerful, and fun. I would love to join again.

一人で参加しましたが日本人も一人でしたが十分楽しめた。
シュノーケリングは魚だけでなく、ホヌも沢山遭遇し、間近で一緒に泳げるので感動的です❗クルーの男性も親切で明るく楽しい。また参加したい。

I went in November.
We took a bus to the location, and the scenery was enjoyable along the way.
After arriving at the port, we took a short restroom break before departing.

The sandbar had water up to my knees, and we practiced snorkeling and took photos.
The guide took some pictures for us, which became great memories.

The hamburger for lunch was substantial and very delicious.

After lunch, we swam for about an hour at the snorkeling spot.
It seems some people got stung by jellyfish, but the fish and corals were beautiful, and I was very satisfied.

I previously participated in a dolphin tour, but this tour offered more freedom, allowing us to relax and enjoy ourselves.

11月に行ってきました。
バスで現地まで向かうのですが、楽しく景色を案内していただきました。
港についてからは、少しトイレ休憩して出発します。

サンドバーは膝程度の海面で
シュノーケリングの練習をしたり写真をとったりしました。
ガイドのお姉さんに写真を撮っていただきとてもいい記念になりました。

またランチのハンバーガーはボリュームがあり
とても美味しかったです。

ランチ後はシュノーケリングスポットで1時間ほど泳ぎます。
クラゲに刺された方もいるようですが
お魚もサンゴも綺麗で大変満足しました。

以前はイルカツアーに参加しましたが
こちらのツアーのほうが自由度が高く
のんびりとすることができて楽しかったです。

The pickup time slightly exceeded the regulation stating, "If more than 10 minutes have passed since the meeting time, call the office," so I was wondering what to do when a cheerful guy and a colorful van appeared. We arrived at the harbor in about 15 minutes.

After signing a document stating that I understood, "Even if you don't see whales, if the boat sinks or if you flirt and die, we won't provide compensation, and it's at your own risk," I boarded the ship.

The boat was clean and spacious. Additionally, there was a staff member who spoke Japanese well, which eased my concerns about the upcoming experience. They were very friendly. Alcohol and soft drinks were all-you-can-drink, and there were two restrooms available, so no worries there.

However, even though the waves were calm, the boat rocked quite a bit, so for those who get motion sickness, I think it would be a 200% chance of getting sick, and even taking motion sickness medication might not help, so it might be better to give up.

On the way out to the open sea, we couldn't spot any whale spouts, so I was somewhat resigned, but while cruising with a beer in hand, watching passenger planes flying overhead in the open waters of Waikiki, I thought it was a nice vacation vibe and good content. Then, on the way back, we discovered a whale spout.

The deck erupted in excitement. After that, we were lucky enough to see multiple whales performing dives and spouting, which was thrilling.

I would say it was a very enjoyable tour experience.

I would recommend it to those who don't get seasick and can enjoy the cruise even if they don't see whales.

If you see a whale, consider yourself lucky.

ピックアップの時間が若干、レギュレーションにある「待ち合わせ時間に１０分以上経過した場合は事務所に電話をしろ」という時間を超えていたので、どうしたもんかと思ったところ、陽気なにーちゃんとカラフルなバンが登場。１５分程度でハーバーに到着。

「クジラが見えなくても、船が沈没したり、ナンパして、死んでも、おれんところは補償しないし、免責だぜ、」ということを理解しました、という内容にサインしてから乗船。

船は清潔で、広々としてる。さらに日本語を上手に操るスタッフのメンズがいて、今後の流れへの不安は払拭。とてもフレンドリー。
お酒やソフトドリンクも飲み放題。トイレも二つ備え付けなので、心配なし。

ただ、波は穏やかでも、船はそれなりに揺れるので、乗り物酔いする人は200％酔うので、酔い止めを飲んでも効かないレベルだと思うので、諦めた方がいいかもしれない。

外洋まで行く、往路ではクジラの潮吹きを見つけられなかったので、半ば諦めつつも、ビール片手に、ワイキキの外洋を、上空をかすめる、旅客機を見ながらのクルージングは、それはそれで、バカンス感もあり、コンテンツとしても良いかなと思っていた、往路で、クジラの潮吹きを発見。

甲板が一斉に盛り上がる。その後、運良く、複数のクジラが営業ダイビングや、営業潮吹きをしてくれて、盛り上がる。

大変楽しいツアーコンテンツだったと評せる。

船酔いをしない、クジラが見れなくてもクルージングだと思って楽しめる人にはオススメしたい。

クジラが観れたら、それは、ツイてた、ということで。

My husband and I attended the Star of Honolulu Sunset Dinner cruise on 12/06/17. When we had First checked in we were greeted by a nice lady and apologized and told my husband he was not wearing the proper attire for the night. He was wearing khakis and flip flops. The nice thing is they were accommodating going so far as letting borrow shoes and pants for the night. I was so happy cuz we had limited time and wouldn’t be able to reschedule. And it was my fault at not looking for a dress code when I booked it. Once we got on the boat we were greeted by the captain! He was super nice and well dressed (everybody was). The dancers, entertainment and food was AMAZING! Not to mention the excellent customer service they made sure they took care of all our needs. We will definitely do this again whenever we come back! Must do!!!

This was a great family friendly experience with helpful friendly staff.

I went to see the show at my husband's request. We had front-row seats. It was a rare experience to see the expressions of Elvis, Katy, and the dancers up close, creating wonderful memories. There was also a backstage tour before the show, where we could touch the costumes and props used on stage, providing an experience that we wouldn't normally have. We had plenty of time for meals, and I enjoyed the course-style dishes that were served, which was also satisfying. Additionally, the hospitality from the staff was pleasant and exceptional.

夫のリクエストで観に行きました。ステージから一番前の席。
エルビス、ケーティ、ダンサーの表情がまともに観れてとても貴重な
想い出ができました。ショーの前バックシテージツアーもあり、ステージでの
衣装や小道具も触れさせていただき普段ではできない体験もできました。
食事の時間もたっぷりあり、コース仕立てで運ばれてくるお料理を楽しむことができこちらも満足。
また、スタッフの皆さんの【お・も・て・な・し】が心地よくて最高でした。

It was a nice and fun trolley ride with the kids to see the Honolulu City Christmas lights. Recommend it to anyone who wants to sit back, relax and listen to Christmas songs while enjoying the festive lights. I liked is especially that I didn't have to drive and look for parking which made the evening more enjoyable to spend with the kids.

Highly recommend this tour and buy yoir tickets thru this site. Fast and prompt notification on confirmations, etc.

My mother (in her 60s) and I (in my 30s) participated in the Rock-a-Hula show (backstage tour).
About the food… The appetizers we had in the green room were delicious. I only ate a little bit to save room for dinner, but I wish I had eaten more. The dinner itself was average in taste, but the presentation was vibrant and really captured the Hawaiian vibe.
About the backstage tour… Neither of us speaks English at all (we're not good at it, dislike it, and try to avoid it as much as possible), but they spoke slowly using simple words, so we were able to understand. Even if you don't understand English, I think you can enjoy looking at the performers' costumes, microphones, and stage lighting.
About the seating… We had seats in the center, the closest to the stage. It wasn't too close to the point where we couldn't see; we could see everything well.
About the show… I only recognized two songs, but my mother seemed to know almost all of Elvis's songs and was very happy. It was a shame that Michael wasn't there that day (both my mother and I are fans of Michael).
I also saw hula dancing for the first time, and it was fun, while the fire dance was incredibly powerful, to the point where I was worried about fire coming towards us! I enjoyed the fire dance the most during the show.
About the service… I arrived more than 20 minutes before the check-in time, but while sitting on a bench before check-in, a female staff member who spoke Japanese (I think she was an Asian dancer) approached us and explained that we could check in early and that we should move to the area near the outdoor stage once the show started. She was very polite and kind.
Overall… Both my mother and I had a great time. We were excited from the night we arrived, and it feels like we will continue to have fun from the next day! Participating was definitely the right choice!

母(60代)と私(30代)の２人でロックアフラショー(バックステージツアー)に参加しました。
食事について…。グリーンルームで食べたアペタイザーがおいしかったです。ディナーに備えてほんの少〜ししか食べなかったのですがもっと食べればよかったです。ディナー自体は、味は普通でしたが見た目が鮮やかでハワイ気分を満喫できました。
バックステージツアーについて…。２人とも全く英語ができない(苦手だし嫌いだしなるべく避けて通りたい)ですが簡単な単語でゆっくり話してくれるので私達でも聞き取れました。また、英語が分からなくても出演者の衣装やマイク、ステージ照明など見て楽しめると思います。
席について…。ステージから１番近い中央の席でした。近すぎて見づらいと言うこともなくちゃんと全体を見渡せます。
ショーについて…。モノマネは、私は知っている曲が２曲しかありませんでしたが、母はプレスリーの曲はほぼ全て知っていたようで喜んでいました。この日はマイケルがいなかったのが残念でした(私も母もマイケルのファンです)。
フラダンスも初めて見ましたが楽しかったですし、ファイヤーダンスはものすごい迫力で、こちらに火が飛んでこないかと不安になるくらいでした！私はショーの中でファイヤーダンスが１番楽しめました。
サービスなどについて…。受付開始時刻の20分以上前に着いてしまったのですが、受付前のベンチに座っていると、日本語を話す女性スタッフ(アジア系のダンサーの方だと思います)が声をかけてきてくれて、受付はもうできること、外のステージのショーが始まったらそのステージ付近に移動すればよいこと等、説明してくれました。とても丁寧で親切でした。
全体を通して…。母も私も楽しめました。到着日の夜からテンションがあがって、翌日からも楽しめそうな予感！！参加して大正解でした！！

We participated as a couple in a plan organized by an acquaintance. At first, I thought it would just be a casual event enjoying music while having a meal, but they played nostalgic songs one after another, and both my spouse and I had a wonderful time. Our seats were arranged in the same group as our acquaintance, and we were able to spend special moments with friends over drinks and food before the show started. The meal was luxurious and delicious. I realized that there are such enjoyable experiences to be had on a trip to Hawaii, and I am grateful for this tour and my acquaintance.

知人の企画で夫婦での参加となりました。最初は食事をしながら音楽を楽しむ程度のものかと思っていましたが、昔流れていた音楽が次々と繰り広げられ、懐かしい気持ちで夫婦共々楽しんでいました。座席も知人と同じグループとしてアレンジしていただき、ステージが始まる前の時間もドリンクや食事で友人との特別な時間を過ごすことが出来き、食事も豪華で美味しくいただけました。ハワイ旅行でこういった楽しみ方もあるのだなと、このツアーと知人に感謝の気持ちです。
