I was very satisfied with the beautiful sandy beach and activities. I was hoping to see sea turtles, but it was a bit disappointing that I didn't get to see any. The staff were all cheerful and fun people.

I recommend this for those who want to go to Hanauma Bay quickly and simply, without the need for rentals or guides. You can watch an orientation video on the shuttle bus, allowing for immediate entry upon arrival. Since it's a plan that includes the entrance fee, there's no need to pay extra on-site, which lets you enjoy Hanauma Bay to the fullest without any hassle. It was fantastic. I also appreciated that they provided support in Japanese.

レンタルやガイドは不要で、とにかくシンプルに早くハナウマ湾に行きたい人におすすめです。
送迎のバス内でオリエンテーションビデオを見ることができるため、到着直後に入場が可能です。また、入場料込みのプランのため、当日現地で入場のためにお金を出す必要もなく、無駄なく最大限にハナウマ湾を楽しむことが出来ました。最高です。
日本語でも対応していただけたのもありがたかったです。

The team was extremely helpful in explaining the events. I brought my wife and in-laws from Japan with us. We felt the Aloha immediately! We were worried about the cloudy morning but just as we set sail the sun came out in during our ride. We got to spend a good amount of time in the sun and enjoyed the music from the performers on board. Tip your performers, people! They can sing all the island tunes 10/10. We will certainly book again for our next trip and bring our kids. Mahalo and many thanks from Seattle, Wa.

Although the weather was unfortunate with rain, I was able to see turtles and manta rays (just their fins, though...) and was once again amazed by the size of the manta rays. The rain made the sea murky, so the coral wasn't visible in its beauty, and I couldn't enjoy the beach due to the tides and changing weather. However, the cheerful Japanese female staff and other staff brightened my mood. All the participants were also cheerful, which made me feel like I was in a tropical paradise. There were many English speakers, and I was disappointed that I couldn't enjoy conversations due to my lack of English skills; it made me think I should study English. On the way back, the captain came to greet us, making it a tour that didn't let the rain get us down.

天候に恵まれず生憎の雨天でしたが、亀やマンタのひれ（ひれのみでしたが・・・）を見ることができマンタの大きさに改めてびっくりしました。
雨で海も濁ってしまい、サンゴはきれいには見えず、ビーチも潮のかげんや天候の変動でか見ることはできませんでしたが、日本人の女性スタッフや他のスタッフも明るく、気持ちが明るくなりました。
参加者も皆さん明るく、南国だな～と思いました。
英語圏の方が多く、会話を楽しみたかったのに英語が出来ず残念、英語を勉強しようかな・・・と感じました。帰りには船長さんがあいさつに来てくれて、雨にも負けずというツアーでした。

I love dolphins, so I have wanted to participate for a long time, and this time I was finally able to join. The staff (especially Joanna and Ryuichi) were very kind and taught me a lot. I was almost a beginner at snorkeling, but it was fun.

Next time, I want to try dolphin swimming too!

イルカが好きなのでずっと参加してみたく、今回初めて参加できました。
スタッフの皆さん（特にJoanna, Ryuichiさん）も親切にいろいろ教えてくださり、シュノーケリングはほぼ初心者でしたが楽しかったです。

次回はドルフィンスイムもやってみたいです！

The itinerary was generally as outlined in the information we received beforehand, so I was able to enjoy it with peace of mind. Specifically, there was a wait of about 10 minutes for the bus transfer, and the duration of our stay at Hanauma Bay was also noted.

概ね事前にいただいていた案内通りの行程だったので、安心して楽しむことができました。
具体的には、バスの送迎時間（10分くらいは待ちました）、ハナウマ湾の滞在時間など。

I participated with my family of four: my second-grade daughter, my preschool son, my husband, and myself. It rained the entire time we were in Honolulu, but during this angelic sea tour, it was sunny (though there were a few light showers), and we were able to fully enjoy the beautiful sandbar.

The water at the sandbar was about waist-deep for adults, but it was shallow enough for the kids to stand, which made it safe. We played by floating with our inner tubes and snorkeling to peek into the sea. The water was incredibly clear and beautiful.

At one point, we caught a whiff of delicious grilled meat! My son raved that the hamburger and boiled beans for lunch were the best he had ever tasted!

After that, we went on a sea turtle search! We were able to see several sea turtles surfacing for air, and we even encountered a manta ray!

For the final snorkeling around the coral, my daughter and I participated! The wind was strong, and we were swept by the waves, but with some help, we discovered a sea turtle's resting spot and saw octopuses and fish as well.

We were even treated to drinks and snacks, allowing both of our kids to have a great time.

小2の娘と、年少の息子と夫と私の家族4人で参加しました。ホノルル滞在中、ずーっと雨でしたが、この天使の海のツアー中だけは晴れて（多少、小雨の時もあったけど）、綺麗なサンドバーを満喫できました。
サンドバーは、大人の腰くらいまでは水があったのですが、子供も足がつくので安心。浮き輪つけて浮かんだり、海の中をシュノーケルで覗いたりして遊びました。とにかく海の水が透明できれいでした。
途中から、お肉を焼いてるいい匂い〜！！息子はこのお昼ご飯のハンバーガーと煮豆が一番美味しかった！と大絶賛でした。
その後は海亀探し！海亀の息継ぎを何匹も見れて、なんとマンタにまで遭遇できました。
最後の珊瑚の周りのシュノーケルは、娘と私で参加！風が強くて波に流されたりしましたが、助けてもらって、海亀の寝床を発見したり、タコとかお魚も見れました。
飲み物や、お菓子までおもてなししていただき、子供2人とも楽しく過ごすことができました。

I imagined it would be very crowded, but it was actually quite comfortable. If you arrive early in the morning, you can enjoy the breathtaking views all to yourself. It wasn't that far from Waikiki.

とても混んでいると想像していたがとっても快適。朝一で到着すれば絶景独り占め。ワイキキからでしたがそんなに遠くありませんでした。

Wonderful female captain Hosanna and her crew with tons of experience and warm personalities. We went in November 2025- so many turtles and sealife, great play equipment and knowledgeable crew willing to help ensure our baby girl had a great time, the transportation from Waikiki to the boat launch was clutch! So great all around! And spam masubi and snacks on the boat ride was icing on the cake! Highly recommend 10 out of 10!!

I recommend this hotel in the Ko Olina area. It's within walking distance from the lagoon, where you can enjoy various activities. I also saw a lot of dolphins. I highly recommend it. The staff was friendly and great as well.

This was an incredible experience. Fantastic guys who were very funny and hospitable while also very safety conscious and careful! Went back for an afternoon cruise the same day as it was so great!

I recently visited Hanauma Bay using a tour from Veltra. Among the many tours available, the fact that they provide free transportation along with snorkeling masks and fins was a great deal and a key factor in my decision to participate.

Additionally, children under 12 and Hawaii residents can enter for free by showing an ID, making it a very accessible spot for families and locals. It's a place that is usually difficult to visit individually, but thanks to the tour, I was able to go there with peace of mind.

The water is mostly shallow, creating an environment where even snorkeling beginners can enjoy themselves without any difficulty. A friend who joined me, who has snorkeling experience in Okinawa's Miyako Island, was constantly amazed, saying, "The fish in Hawaii are just so big and impressive!"

Furthermore, Hanauma Bay has a limit on the number of visitors, so it doesn't feel crowded, and both the underwater scenery and the landscape are beautifully preserved. I was able to fully enjoy nature in a quiet and calm atmosphere, and it truly became an experience that made me think, "I definitely want to visit again."

Overall, I was very satisfied with both the service and the environment of the tour. I highly recommend this spot for creating memories in Hawaii.

このたびベルトラのツアーを利用してハナウマ湾を訪れました。
数あるツアーの中でも、送迎に加えてシュノーケルマスクとフィンが無料で利用できる点が大変お得で、参加の決め手となりました。

また、12歳以下のお子様とハワイ在住者は、IDを提示すれば入場料が無料になるため、家族連れや在住者にとっても非常に利用しやすいスポットだと感じました。普段は個人では訪れにくい場所ですが、ツアーのおかげで安心して向かうことができました。

海は浅瀬が中心で、シュノーケル初心者の方でも無理なく楽しめる環境が整っています。同行した友人（沖縄・宮古島でのシュノーケル経験あり）は、
「ハワイの魚はとにかく大きくて迫力がある！」と、終始感動しておりました。

さらに、ハナウマ湾は人数制限が設けられているため、混雑感がなく、水中も景観もとても美しく保たれています。静かで落ち着いた雰囲気の中で自然を満喫でき、心から「また必ず訪れたい」と思える体験となりました。

全体を通して、サービス内容・環境ともに大変満足度の高いツアーでした。ハワイでの思い出作りに、ぜひおすすめしたいスポットです。

It was easy to get to the departure point since it was just a short distance from Waikiki Beach. The boat was larger than I expected, and I didn't have to worry about seasickness. We were the only Japanese people on board, but I wasn't concerned about my broken English. Above all, it was amazing to see sea turtles and go snorkeling just about 20 minutes from the beach. The coffee and snacks provided on the boat were also delicious. The only downside was that other tour boats came to the same spot, so there were a few noisy groups around.

ワイキキビーチからすぐに出航するので移動が楽でした。船も予想より大きく、船酔いの心配もありません。日本人は私達だけでしたが、カタコトの英語でも心配ありません。何よりビーチから２０分位でウミガメを見れてシュノーケリングが出来たのは感動です。船内で貰うコーヒーやスナックも美味しかったです。一つだけ難点は他のツアーの船も同じ場所に来るので、団体で騒がしい船がちらほらいました。

As a couple, it was our first time snorkeling and we were inexperienced with overseas travel, but a Japanese instructor came to pick us up in Waikiki. We were able to have fun conversations in the car, which made us feel at ease. Once we arrived at the location, the instructor patiently taught us everything, starting with how to wear the wetsuits.

We were taken to a spot where we could see sea turtles and had the wonderful experience of swimming alongside them! We also encountered beautiful schools of fish in Hawaii, and it was an amazing experience that we couldn't have had on our own! Additionally, the instructor took photos for us throughout the trip, allowing us to capture these memories perfectly, which we greatly appreciated!

夫婦共に初めてのシュノーケリングかつ不慣れな海外でしたが、日本人インストラクターの方がワイキキまで迎えにきてくださり、車内でも楽しくお話し出来て、安心して臨むことが出来ました。現地についてからはウェットスーツの着用方法から、全て丁寧に教えてくださいます。
ウミガメがいそうなスポットに連れて行ってもらえて、一緒に泳ぐことができ素敵な思い出になりました！他にもハワイの綺麗なお魚たちの群れに出会うことも出来ましたし、自分たちだけでは出来ないような素晴らしい体験をすることが出来ました！またインストラクター方が随時写真を撮ってくださるので、しっかり思い出として形に残すこともでき有り難かったです！

My wife was worried about being able to breathe while snorkeling, but thanks to the kind guide who accompanied her, she had the best snorkeling experience! We were able to see turtles and seals, which made for great memories. I highly recommend this tour (^ -^) Thank you!

Everyone on this crew was kind and funny and super helpful, starting with the live music first thing, to the galley crew and everyone helping with the gear for the various activities. We brought some family from the mainland and they felt very comfortable. We all felt very welcome and had a perfect day!

There were sudden changes, but we received polite communication in advance, and we were upgraded without any additional cost. We had a great time swimming with dolphins and sea turtles. The snorkeling experience allowed us to see beautiful fish, making it a very satisfying experience.

In addition to the tour, our guide, Minako, shared various stories and even listened to life advice, allowing us to share a genuinely human experience. It was a fulfilling time. The sandwiches for lunch were also delicious.

Everyone was cheerful, and we had a fun time, creating wonderful memories. I want to recommend this to my friends, and I would love to participate again with my daughter.

急な変更はありましたが、事前に丁寧な対応があり、料金そのままでグレードアップで、楽しくイルカ、海亀と泳げました。
シュノーケルできれいやお魚も見れて大満足な体験ができました。
ツアー以外にもガイドのみなこさんが色々なお話しをしてくださり、人生相談まで聞いてくれたりと人間味あふれる時間も共有できて充実した時間になりました。
ランチのサンドウィッチもおいしかったです。

I wanted to swim with dolphins, so I participated, and I was able to swim with them!! The baby dolphins were small and adorable! The Japanese staff were friendly and easy to talk to. My husband, who isn't good at swimming, was nervous, but he was able to swim without any worries. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

The transportation and everything else was taken care of perfectly. It's reassuring that there is always someone who can speak Japanese, and there were plenty of turtles to see, so it felt like we had a turtle tour as well. 🤣

Meals and drinks were included, and there were plenty of activities besides snorkeling, which was great. On the bus ride there, they provided explanations of the tourist spots (in English, but it was simple enough to understand), so I think it's a good idea to go on the first day. ☺︎

送迎から何から何まで至れり尽くせりでした。必ず日本語が話せる人がいるので安心ですし、亀もたくさんみれるので亀ツアーもしたようなもの🤣

食事飲み物もついていてシュノーケル以外にもアクティビティ豊富で良かったです。行きのバスで行きながら観光地の説明（英語ではありますが簡単な英語なのでわかります）もあったので初日とかに行くといいと思います☺︎

The water was about waist-deep, but it was beautiful. I was glad to see both sleeping and swimming sea turtles while snorkeling in the coral reef. On the boat, there were spam rice balls, snacks, coffee, miso soup, and soft drinks, which were a nice treat for my tired body.

腰くらいまで水がありましたが、綺麗でした。シュノーケルでは、珊瑚礁で寝ている海ガメも、泳いでる海ガメもみれてよかったです。
船上では、スパムおむすびや、おかし、コーヒー、味噌汁、ソフトドリンクもあるので、疲れた身体に嬉しかったです。

The whole crew was amazing!! Special shoutout to KIKO, TYSON, and the Captain!! This crew were to so helpful to everyone!! They took pictures for everyone and helped out with snorkeling gear. This is my third time with this trip and it just gets better and better!! See you soon Captain Bob!! Mahalo for everything and making me and my wife’s 20th Anniversary so special!!

Depending on the time of participation, a shuttle bus picks you up at the hotel at 9:30 in the morning, which was just right—not too early. There were participants from various nationalities, but the Japanese guide provided interpretation and was friendly while chatting on the boat, making it very reassuring and enjoyable.

The wetsuits are available for a fee, but wearing a free life jacket is mandatory. I think those who can swim should be fine without a suit. For small children, having a floatation device is comforting. The sea is deep enough that you can't touch the bottom at all, so it might be a bit scary for kids.

On the day we participated, it was somewhat windy, and some people experienced seasickness. If you're prone to motion sickness, it's a good idea to bring some medication.

On the way back, we encountered a pod of spinner dolphins and even saw a baby dolphin. According to the guide, they had worked at Dolphin University for two years and said, "There hasn't been a day when I didn't see them." The dolphins swam alongside the boat and jumped, creating a special time with the wild dolphins that excited the children greatly.

参加時期によりますが、朝は9:30にホテルまでシャトルバスが迎えに来てくれ、早すぎずちょうど良かったです。さまざまな国籍の方が参加していましたが、日本人ガイドさんが通訳してくれたり、船の上でも気さくに話しかけてくれたりして、とても安心して楽しめました。

ウェットスーツは有料ですが、無料のライフジャケット着用が必須です。泳げる方はスーツなしでも問題ないと思います。小さなお子さんは浮き輪があると安心。海は足が全くつかない深さなので、子どもにとっては少し怖いかもしれません。

私たちが参加した日はやや風が強く、船酔いしてしまう方もいました。酔いやすい人は酔い止めを持参しておくと安心です。

帰り道ではハシナガイルカの群れに遭遇し、赤ちゃんイルカまで見られました。ガイドさんによると、2年間イルカ大学で働いていて「会えなかった日はない」とのこと。船と並走したりジャンプしたりと、野生のイルカと過ごす特別な時間に子どもも大興奮でした。

For individuals, first, obtaining tickets is difficult. I tried twice at 7 AM when the online application opened, but there were many input fields, and within 10 minutes, it was sold out. I found this tour, which includes transportation and a snorkeling set, and signed up. The $25 entrance fee is not included, but if the tour is available, you can enter Hanauma Bay, so I recommend it. Previously, The Bus used to go close by, but it has now been discontinued, so you would need to rent a car or take a taxi, which means quite a bit of walking. This tour, which takes you to the entrance, is highly recommended. Even with broken English, it was fine.

個人で行くには、まず、チケット入手が難しく、朝7時のネット申し込みと同時に２回トライしたが、入力項目も多く、10分も経たずにsold out。
こちらのツアーを見つけ、送迎つき、シュノーケルセットつきで、申し込んだ。$25の入場料は含まれていないが、ツアーが空いていればハナウマベイにて入場できるので、おすすめ。
以前はザ・バスも近くまで通っていたが、今は廃止となり、レンタカーかタクシーで行かねば、かなり歩くことになるのて、入場口まで連れて行ってくれるこのツアーはおすすめです。
片言の英語でも、大丈夫でした。

Unfortunately, my older child had a fever, and since the cancellation would result in a full charge, I attended with my younger child, who is in first grade. (I reluctantly gave up the fee for the absent child.) However, I am grateful for the courteous response from the office, which offered to change the date.

I also added bus transportation, but since the meeting point is quite far, I think it would be better for those staying around Waikiki who haven't decided on transportation options to include it. The bus driver was a cheerful and kind Japanese woman!

Regarding the activity, I changed the date and participated in the afternoon, and while I was aware of it, the tide was high that day. When we arrived, the sandbar was gone, and the water was too deep for adults to stand, which scared my younger child, who clung to me and struggled. It was difficult to swim even the short distance of about 10 meters to the floating island where we could canoe, and I thought we might drown. My child, who had become completely intimidated during the move, was also scared of the canoe, and in the end, we managed to return to the boat and spent the entire time on board, which was disappointing.

While I understand this is a matter of personal responsibility, I think it would have been nice if they had differentiated the price a bit, such as lowering it during high tide, to avoid any frustration.

However, other families were enjoying snorkeling, riding banana boats, and seemed to be having a great time. They had plenty of time, and I believe those who are mainly considering activities other than the sandbar would really enjoy it.

What impressed me was the live music performance on the boat; it was pleasant to listen to music while feeling the breeze.

On that day, participants included people from Japan, as well as from China, South Korea, and the mainland United States. The crew consisted of one Japanese person and local staff.

あいにく上の子が熱を出し、キャンセルは全額になるため小1の下の子と2人で参加してきました。（不参加分のお代は泣く泣く諦めました）
ただ日時をずらしてくださるなど、事務所の方は丁寧に対応していただき感謝です。
バス送迎もつけましたが、集合場所までかなり遠いのでワイキキ周辺にお泊りの方はレンタカーなど移動手段が決まっていない方はつけた方がよろしいかと思います。
バスの運転手さんは日本人の女性で明るくて優しい方でした！

アクティビティですが、日時を変更し午後参加になり、分かっては居ましたがその日の午後は満潮。
着いたらサンドバーは無く大人も足がつかない深さで下の子はとても怖がりしがみつき暴れるので、カヌーが出来る浮島まで移動する間の10M位だけでも泳ぐのが困難で溺れるかと思いました。移動ですっかり萎縮した子供はカヌーも怖がり、結局なんとか必死に船上に戻ってずっと船の上で過ごすことになったのは残念でした。
今回のことは自己責任ではありますが、せめて満潮時は値段を下げていただくなど少し差別化をして貰えたらモヤモヤもなかったかなと思います。

ただ他のご家族はシュノーケリングを楽しんでいたり、バナナボートをしたり、各々楽しそうで、時間もたっぷりあり、サンドバー以外のアクティビティをメインに考えていらっしゃる方にはとても楽しめると思います。

感動したのは船上のライブ演奏で、ゆったり音楽を聞きながら風を感じるのは心地よかったです。

その日の参加は、日本の他、中国、韓国、アメリカ本土からの方が参加されていました。クルーの皆さんは日本人の方１名と、現地の方がいらっしゃいました。

I really appreciated the crew and the way they treated us! The day was beautiful - a little overcast, but so beautiful as it always is at the sandbar. The sun came through and allowed us to be dazzled by the colors of the ocean. We saw lots of fish on our snorkel segment, and the majority of the boat played a fun game of volleyball in the water. The food was good, and the boat was spacious enough to allow everyone to see the turtles and to gaze at the beauty of the landscape as we moved through the water. I was lucky to be able to spend this memorable day with my cousin visiting from out of town. This was perfect for one of our big activities! We will never forget this fun experience!

Got picked up at the hotel in Waikiki. We were 4. It was a short drive to the sandbar. What an experience. It literally looked like Tahiti. The Hawaiian singers/ukulele players were amazing and the staff was friendly and so accommodating. We enjoyed everything about the day, but the views were to die for. We appreciated the affordable alcoholic beverages that were offered as well as the free fresh donuts. We really enjoyed floating on the barge and kayaking and it was my first time on a paddleboard. What was so cool was that the water there is as calm as the lake.! we would highly recommend this trip!

You can have an absolutely amazing experience. Just give it a try for now. I think you have some fatigue from daily life, but it will blow you away.
