My family of 4 persons enjoyed this attraction very much. I recommend to anybody who reads this message that you guys need to go with this attraction.

**Positive Points:**
- If you have any questions before participating, you can get detailed information via email (as other participants had inquired beforehand).
- On the day of the event, photos from the activity are uploaded to Facebook, allowing you to download them at no extra charge (this was mentioned in reviews and communicated on the day, but it would have been reassuring if it was clearly stated on the website).
- Since the instructor is knowledgeable about Hanauma Bay, you can efficiently snorkel based on the previous day's information and the sea conditions of the day.
- After participating, you get a snack from a selection of snacks and a cold bottle of water (this was quite nice as it helped satisfy a bit of hunger).
- You can borrow a mat that resembles a mat, so you don’t have to sit on the ground.
- There were no additional charges for participating alone (some other tours do charge extra).
- Instead of being lured by the price into an English tour or a shuttle-only tour, going with someone familiar with Hanauma Bay made the snorkeling experience efficient and easy to understand (initially, I planned to join the English tour because it was cheaper).

**Areas for Improvement:**
- I had no complaints about my participation.
- As mentioned above, it would be reassuring if the website stated that you can receive photo data via Facebook.
- Especially in winter, it would be good to have a wetsuit rental plan available from the start (though Veltra might not be able to offer this option, carrying cash is becoming less common overseas, so it would be convenient to avoid searching for cash or exchanging money during participation).
- It would be very convenient if entry fees that must be paid in cash could be paid in advance, including the entry fee.
- It might be good to mention that there is a possibility of a multinational group rather than just Japanese participants (I was aware of this possibility from the reviews and had no resistance to participating in such a tour, but some people might assume it’s only for Japanese participants and feel dissatisfied).
- Since water is provided after participation, it’s a good idea to bring some water with you if you want to hydrate before the event.
- One hour goes by quickly, so a plan that allows for about two hours of swimming would be great.

I decided to participate the day before and submitted a reservation request on a whim, but I received prompt communication regarding the pickup time and location, which was helpful. On the day of the event, there were three participants, including myself, and we snorkeled in pairs. I hadn’t planned to borrow a wetsuit, but since the instructor, Chieko, mentioned she would be wearing a winter wetsuit, I borrowed one at the last minute. If I hadn’t borrowed it, I might have had to give up due to the cold, so I think it’s especially good to borrow one from the start in winter.

I believe there are multiple snorkeling tours at Hanauma Bay, but I was unsure about whether I would receive underwater photo data for this tour. Reviews mentioned that it could be downloaded via Facebook, so I participated with some apprehension, but they uploaded it afterward. As others have noted, you can’t press buttons on your phone underwater. I was able to take photos with a GoPro, but if you want to take pictures with your phone, you need to change the settings to use the side button for the shutter instead of the screen, which is not possible unless you do that. If that’s not possible, it’s better to give up on taking photos and enjoy the actual scenery. Also, since fish and sea turtles move, video is the most enjoyable format.

Although it wasn’t mentioned in the instructions, you can record underwater videos by timing it right: take your phone out of the water, press the record button, and then put it back underwater. To stop recording, take the phone out of the water again. If you want to record videos, that method is reliable.

・ハナウマ湾に精通したインストラクターと一緒のため前日の情報やその日の海のコンディションで効率よくハナウマ湾のシュノーケリングができる
・参加後に小腹が空くが複数のスナック菓子からお菓子が一つもらえ冷たい水がもらえる（少し小腹を満たせるためかなり嬉しかった）
・参加前にゴザみたいな感じのマットを借りれるので地べたに座らなくていい
・1人参加でも追加料金がかからなかった（ほかはかかるツアーもある）
・値段につられ英語のツアーや送迎のみのツアーに参加せず、ハナウマ湾に精通した人と一緒に行くことで当たり前だが効率的にシュノーケリングができわかりやすい（最初は安いため英語ツアーにする予定だった）

・参加した不満はなし
・上にも記載したが、サイトにフェイスブックで写真のデータがもらえると記載があれば安心
・特に冬は最初からベルトラでウエットスーツ貸し出しプランがあればよいかと（ベルトラがその選択をできないかもしれないが、海外でも最近現金を持ち歩くことがあまりなく、参加時に現金を探したり両替せずにすむため）
・上とかぶるが絶対に入場料が現金で必要なら入場料込みで事前に支払いができたらとても楽
・日本人限定ではなく多国籍になる可能性があると記載があってもいいかなと思った（口コミを見てその可能性があるとわかっていたしそのようなツアーに参加することに抵抗もないが、人によっては日本人限定と思い込み不満に感じる人もいそう）
・水がもらえるのは参加後のため、参加前に水分補給をしたい場合は少し持参しておくとよい
・１時間はあっという間のため2時間ぐらい泳ぎっぱなしでもよかったためそんなプランがあればよいかと

前日に参加を決めダメ元で予約リクエストを入れましたがピックアップ時間や場所についてすぐ連絡を頂け助かりました。
当日は自分を含め二組の計3名参加でシュノーケリングは2名で行いました。
ウエットスーツを借りる予定はなかったのですが、インストラクターのちえこさんも冬用のウエットスーツを着用すると言っていたので急遽借りましたが借りていなければ寒さでリタイアしていた可能性もあったので特に冬は最初から借りておくと良いと思います。
また、ハナウマ湾のシュノーケリングのツアーは複数あると思いますが自分がこのツアーに参加するか迷った点が水中写真のデータがもらえるか分からなかった点です。
口コミにはフェイスブックでダウンロードできたと書いていたので恐る恐る参加したらあとでアップしてくれていました。
携帯はほかの方も記載していますが水中ではボタンを押せません。自分はGoProで撮影できましたが、携帯で写真を撮るには画面上ではなくサイドボタンでシャッター切る設定などに変更しない限り無理なのでそれが無理なら最初からあきらめ実際の光景を堪能すると良いと思います。また、魚やウミガメは当たり前ですが動くため動画が一番楽です。
案内にはありませんでしたが水に浮いたタイミングや携帯だけ海から出し動画の録画ボタンを押し水中に戻す→動画終了時は再度水中から携帯をだし動画を停止することで水中の動画を撮ることは可能です。もし動画を撮りたい人はその方法なら確実です。
参加者の年齢や経験の有無は運です。そして、その日の海のコンディションや場所によって見える光景もあるため短時間でポイントを押さえまわれるのは非常に効率がいいです。
ただ、正直１時間は短くもっと見たい気持ちはありました。（人によってはしんどいかも…）
また、ウミガメを見れなくても魚や海の中は十分綺麗です。参加した際には3匹ほど見れましたが全て運なので、見れたらラッキーと思って参加すると見れた時の喜びが倍増します！
最後に早朝と昼前のツアーがあると思いますが、次回自分が参加するならば早朝を選びます。早朝に参加し帰宅前には入場ゲートに渋滞が起きていましたが早朝ならそんなことはなくすぐはいれます。そして参加後にホテルで休憩し夕方から出かけたりできるため非常に楽に感じました！
また、ハワイに行くことがあればぜひ参加し体験したいツアーでした。参加を迷っている人は時期により満員とかで参加できない可能性もあるため、参加をお勧めします！

It was my first time in Hawaii for our honeymoon, and everything was amazing! I joined this tour because I wanted to see wild dolphins, and with our Japanese guide Ken, I felt safe and enjoyed it from start to finish! He was very knowledgeable, and just listening to him was fun, but I never expected to see whales as well. I was told that if you see a whale's tail, happiness will come, so I'm looking forward to what’s next. This experience included a slide on the boat, which was more thrilling than I imagined! It was so much fun! I want to come back to Hawaii again for some kind of celebration.

ハネムーンで初めてのハワイでしたが全てが最高でした！野生のイルカが見たくてこのツアーに参加しましたが日本人ガイドのKENさんがいて最初から最後まで安心して楽しめました！知識が豊富で聞いてるだけでも楽しかったのにまさかクジラまで会えるとは思いませんでした。クジラの尾びれが見れたら幸せが訪れると教えて頂いたのでこれからが楽しみです。この体験では船に滑り台がついてて想像以上にスリル満載でした！楽しかったです！また何かの記念でハワイに戻ってきたいと思います。

It's completely different from Waikiki Beach. It's a very beautiful beach. The water is clear, and there are a lot of fish. The size of the fish is quite large. Compared to the tropical fish in the southern seas of Japan, they are much bigger. You absolutely should go snorkeling here. There weren't many corals, but if you go to the rocky areas, you can definitely see fish. The beachside has sand and grass. You can relax if you lay out a mat. This tour takes you to the site in about 30 minutes from the center of Waikiki in a nice bus. They also show a video on the bus, so when you arrive, you can skip various procedures and go straight to the beach. I highly recommend it to everyone.

ワイキキのビーチとは全然違います。とても綺麗なビーチです。水も透き通っているし、魚も沢山います。その魚のサイズが大きいのです。日本の南の海の熱帯魚に比べて、全然大きいのです。ここでは、絶対にシュノーケリングを行うべきです。サンゴはあまり存在しなかったけど、岩場に行けば魚を確実に見ることができます。ビーチサイドは砂地と芝生です。シートを引けばくつろげます。このツアーは綺麗なバスで、ワイキキの中心地から30分くらいで現地まで連れて行ってくれます。バスの中でビデオも見せてくれるので、到着したら色々な手続きを省略して、すぐにビーチに行くことができます。皆様にお薦めです。

This time, I visited Hanauma Bay on this tour. We were able to smoothly board the bus from the meeting point, which made it easy to participate even as a first-time visitor. On the bus, a mandatory video was played before entering Hanauma Bay, which heightened our expectations before we arrived. The color of the ocean was more beautiful than I imagined, and I was moved by the clear waters and the natural scenery surrounding us. During snorkeling, I was able to see a variety of colorful fish even in the shallow areas, making it a place that even those who are not used to being in the water can enjoy.

I believe this tour is more efficient and provides a sense of security compared to going on your own, and I would especially recommend it to first-timers or those who want to make the most of their sightseeing time.

今回、こちらのツアーでハナウマ湾を訪れました。集合場所からスムーズにバスに乗って移動できたため、初めて訪れる場所でも安心して参加することができました。車内では、ハナウマ湾に入る際に視聴が必須のビデオが流れ、到着前から期待が高まりました。想像以上に海の色が美しく、透明度の高い海と自然に囲まれた景色に感動しました。シュノーケリングでは、浅瀬でも色とりどりの魚を見ることができ、海に入ることに慣れていない人でも楽しめる場所だと感じました。
個人で行くよりも効率的で安心感があり、初めての方や観光の時間を有効に使いたい方に特におすすめできるツアーだと思います。

I participated in an optional tour organized by Beltora that included tickets to Hanauma Bay and transportation. The organizer was Roberts Hawaii, a well-known company in Hawaii. Upon researching, I found out that they are the official provider for Hanauma Bay. The shuttle bus arrived right on time, and it was a large green bus with "Roberts Hawaii" written on it. Since the meeting point was in front of the ABC Store, I grabbed some rice balls and drinks before the gathering. Once we arrived, I learned that the food stalls were only located up top, and there wouldn’t be any food available once we went down to the beach.

When the bus arrived, the guide who was checking reservations got off. After confirming my reservation name, I boarded the bus. During the ride, the driver and the guide provided various explanations about Hanauma Bay and its rules. Since the guide spoke in English, I understood only about half, or maybe a third, but they were very cheerful, saying "Aloha!" and "Mahalo!" throughout. Fortunately, the important information about Hanauma Bay was detailed in the pre-printed voucher, so I felt reassured even though I didn’t understand everything in English.

At Hanauma Bay, we were required to use reef-safe sunscreen, and it was prohibited to drink alcohol, play ball, touch the coral reefs, or feed the fish. Interestingly, most of the other passengers on the bus were from English-speaking countries, and our group was the only one from Japan. There were many adults, seniors, and children, and the bus was nearly full, highlighting the popularity of the Hanauma Bay optional tour. In fact, I had tried to get tickets through the official Hanauma Bay website last year, but the reservations opened at 7:00 AM local time, which was 2:00 AM in Japan. I had logged in early and was ready with another person, but the time slot I wanted sold out in just a minute or two. While I was trying to change to another time, that one sold out too. I had to give up and ended up just taking photos of Hanauma Bay from above with the Lele Trolley, which made for a disappointing trip to Hawaii. At that time, I didn’t know that there were optional tours like this one.

Knowing about the optional tour this time, I booked it through Beltora, and it included tickets, transportation, and the ability to choose my preferred departure time! It was fantastic! I considered opting for a snorkeling package, but I learned that snorkeling and life jackets could be rented at a shop right by the beach, so I decided to go with this plan. It was also reasonably priced, which was great. The bus ride from the pickup point to Hanauma Bay took about 50 minutes, not even an hour. We picked up passengers from a few hotels before heading there. Besides the explanation of the rules, we also watched a video about Hanauma Bay during the ride. It seemed that everyone needed to watch this video to enter the bay.

When we arrived and got off the bus, there were Japanese staff members who checked if we had any questions, which was reassuring. Inside the bus, we were given wristbands from Roberts Hawaii, which I mistakenly put on my left hand instead of my right, but they helped me correct it. They also explained that if we wanted to delay our return bus, we could either call the number on the wristband or come directly to inform them.

As for entering the bay, since we had already watched the video, we showed our wristbands to Roberts Hawaii staff, and they let us through smoothly to the adjacent lane, while others were still in line for ticket purchases and the video. After passing through the entrance gate, we were taken down to the beach by a mini trolley. We could go back and forth freely. I quickly hopped on and went down to the beach. It was incredibly beautiful, and it was clear why it was protected for environmental conservation.

今回ベルトラさんの開催するハナウマベイチケット付き、送迎付きオプショナルツアーに参加しました。主催はロバーツハワイさんというハワイでは有名な？会社でした。調べてみたところハナウマベイの公式オプショナルになっている会社でした。迎えのバスの送迎も時間通りにぴったりバスがきました。ロバーツハワイと書いてある緑色の大型のバスでした。バスが来るまでに私はABCストア前の集合だったので集合前におにぎりやドリンクを調達しました。ついてからは売店は上の方にしかなく、海に降りてしまったら食べ物などか売っていないとのことでした。バスが到着して案内のガイドさんが降りてきました。予約の照らし合わせをしていました。その方に予約の名前を伝え確認がとれそこからバスに乗り込みました。行きの道中ではドライバーさんの他に先程の予約確認していた案内のガイドさんが、ハナウマベイの注意事項などさまざまな説明をしてくださっていました。英語の方だったので日本人の私には半分？もしかしたら3分の1くらいしかわからなかったですが、アロハ〜！マハロ〜！と終始明るい方でした。ちなみに事前のバウチャーにハナウマベイの注意事項は細かく書いてあったので私はそれを読んでいたので英語がわからなくてもあまり不安はありませんでした。ハナウマベイではリーフセーブの日焼け止めを使用することやお酒は飲んではいけない、ボール遊びをしてはいけないや、珊瑚礁に触れてはいけないや、魚に餌をやってはいけないなどなどです。ちなみにこの日のこのバスのお客さんは英語圏の方がほとんどで日本人は私達のグループだけでした。大人から年配の方、お子さんも多数いらっしゃりバスはほぼ満席でした。ハナウマベイオプショナルツアーの人気さを痛感しました。実際わたしも去年にハナウマベイの公式サイトでチケットを取ろうと試みたのですが、2日前からの現地時間でAM7:00に申し込みがスタートで日本時間ではなんと夜中のAM2:00でした。事前にログインし2人がかりでスタンバイ準備していましたが、ものの１.2分で行きたい時間がソールドアウトになってしまいました。仕方なく別の時間に変えようと携帯を操作している間にその時間も売り切れてしまったのです。泣く泣く諦めてレアレアトローリーでハナウマベイの上から写真を撮るだけに終わり残念なハワイ旅行となってしまいました。その時はこのようなハナウマベイオプショナルツアーがあることを私は知らなかったのです。今回オプショナルツアーがあることを知りベルトラさんで申し込みをしましたがチケットもついて送迎もついていて希望の出発時間も選べる！！最高です！シュノーケル付きのプランにしようかとも迷いましたがハナウマベイではシュノーケルやライフジャケットのレンタルが海の横のレンタルショップでできるとのことだったので今回はこのプランにしました。しかもそんな高くなかったし良かったです。バスで送迎場所からハナウマベイまでは50分？くらいで1時間もかからなかったです。3.4個のいくつかのホテルを回りピックアップしてそこから向かいました。注意事項の説明以外にもバスの道中ではハナウマベイのビデオ鑑賞もありました。ちなみにこれは見ないとみんなハナウマベイに入場できないみたいです。バスが到着してから降りるとそこには日本人スタッフがいました。わからなかったことはなかったかなど聞いてくれて安心しました。バスの中でロバーツハワイの腕に巻くチケットバンドみたいなものが配られて左手につけたのですが、これは右手につけないといけなかったみたいで私達は間違えており右手につけなおしてくれました。また帰りの集合場所はここに来てなど、あらかじめ予約していた帰りのバスをもし遅らせたい場合は腕のバンドにある電話番号に電話するかここに直接その旨を伝えにきてと説明を受けました。いざ入場なんですが私達はビデオ鑑賞もすでに見ているのでロバーツハワイさんの腕のバンドを見せるとすんなりとこちらどうぞと隣のレーンを通してくれました。他の方達はチケット購入やビデオ鑑賞を並んでいました。入場ゲートを通った後はミニトローリーで海がある下まで送ってくれます。行ききは自由でした。すぐに乗り海まで降りました。すごくキレイでさすが環境保護で守られているだけあると思いました。荷物を置いてシュノーケルとライフジャケットを借りにレンタルショップへ行きました。クレジットカード決済もできスムーズに借りることができました。返却は14:30が最終とのことでした。浅瀬で練習をし海の中に入ると珊瑚礁の合間にお魚さんいました。大きい魚や黄色い魚、ニモにでてくるドリー？みたいな魚もいました。ニモはいなかったですが夢中になり帰りの時間が早く感じて、帰り送迎を時間を遅らせてもらいました。迅速に対応してくれてすごく良かったです

The weather wasn't great, but the waves were calm, so we were able to enjoy various activities. Other activities, like interacting with turtles at the deep sea or the venue, can be quite challenging for children, but turtles also came to the sandbar, and the experience of seeing them up close in the shallow water was fantastic. I highly recommend it for families with kids. The staff who spoke Japanese (local people?) were very kind.

天気に恵まれなかったのですが、波が穏やかでしたので諸々楽しめました。他のアクティビティは深い海の底や会場でカメと触れ合うため子供には大変ですが、サンドバーにもカメがやってきてくれて、浅瀬でカメを間近に見れる体験は最高でした。子連れにこそおススメです。日本語を話せるスタッフさん(現地の方？)がとても親切でした。

Best customer service. Best shuttle driver to pier with Kaplan. He is amazing. Very personable and knowledgeable about Oahu. Excellent communicator in both English and Japanese. He is a great ambassador for the tour and for Oahu.
Snockel crew was excellent. Very personable and helpful. Made all guests feel comfortable. Communicate in both English and Japanese. Very helpful in pointing out marine life. Jaime was excellent.

I had made a reservation at Dolphin Middle School, but due to adjustments in the number of participants, I ended up joining Dolphin University instead.

As soon as we got out to sea, we spotted a whale! (Is it seasonal?), and after about 10 minutes of searching for dolphins, we found some! We got ahead of them and dove in twice. The excitement of having dolphins swimming nearby was incredible, and the beauty of the ocean was even more breathtaking!

After that, we moved to a slightly shallower area where we enjoyed snorkeling and relaxed on mats floating in the sea, fully taking in the beauty of Hawaii's waters.

Thanks to the change to Dolphin University, we were lucky enough to see beautiful fish as well! From the morning gathering to the end, there was a Japanese guide with us, which gave us a great sense of security!

I highly recommend it!

イルカ中学で予約してましたが人数調整でイルカ大学への参加になりました。
海に出てすぐにクジラを発見！（季節による？）、イルカも探し始めて10分程で発見！
先回りして2回ダイブしました。
イルカが近くで泳いでいる感動はもちろん、海が綺麗すぎてさらに感動！
その後は少し浅めの場所に移動し、シュノーケリングしたり、海に浮かせたマットの上でゆっくりしたりとハワイの海を満喫できました。
イルカ大学に変更になったおかげで綺麗な魚も見れてラッキーでした！
朝の集合から最後まで日本人のガイドさんが居てくれて安心感もバッチリでした！

Satomi and her group had an amazing time, and the live music on the boat was wonderful! It was a bit cold, but we could do as much snorkeling, stand-up paddleboarding, and kayaking as we wanted! The fish were so big that it was a little intimidating. Seeing the black, fast sea turtles in person was like being in heaven.

サトミさん御一行が最高に楽しくて、船の生演奏も素敵！少し寒かったけど、シュノーケリングのサップもカヤックもやり放題！魚はデカすぎてちょっとビビります。黒くて早い海亀も生で見れて天国でした。

Having the instruction manual in Japanese and staff who spoke Japanese made me feel very secure. They were also very accommodating with changes to the pickup time on the day, which was great.

The tour wasn't bad, but it wasn't as fantastic as I had hoped for. "Lunch" was a simple sandwich and a pack of chips that left us hungry. The sandbar was beautiful but snorkeling was underwhelming.

I would do this again! This saved our time and no stress on making reservation to Hanauma Bay. The transportation is so convenient and we watched the introduction video on the shuttle so we can just walk straight in without wasting any time. The snorkeling was one of our favorite things of the trip! I’m so glad we booked through here because they took us straight in and we didn’t have to wait in line. We saw so many fishes and coral reef. We also rent wetsuit and life jacket. We had so much fun feeling safe since the waves and current can get strong.

The captain and staffs are amazing. They take good care of us and make sure we are safe while having fun. The boat provided spam musubi, chips, cookies, granola bars and drinks. We had fun playing SUP on the sandbar and the water is so clear. The snokeling is the most fun part of the tour. We were able to see sea turtle that swim by us so close. Highly recommended to join if you are coming to Hawaii.

Crews are so friendly, music is great, sandwiches are delicious, everything is good except the cloudy weather, so definitely gonna book again when the weather is nice

We brought our family of 3 on this excursion. For reference our kids are 11,9 and 6. They had alot of keep the entertained. Paddle boarding, kayak, snorkeling and snacks. As well as a bathroom on board their boat. The boat was nice and clean! It was a fun excursion that took about half of the day with travel time from our resort at the Aulani. Defintely worth our time! The weather was nice and sunny on the day we went so it was nice to relax on their floating raft.

During the transfer, the driver kindly introduced us to recommended restaurants along the way. He was very friendly and left a good impression.

We were able to see sea turtles. We took photos from the boat and also saw them swimming nearby while snorkeling.

It was great to take commemorative photos while doing activities like stand-up paddleboarding (SUP).

**[Negative Aspects]**
The time when you can see sandbars like those shown in guidebooks and on websites is quite limited. Although we were there during a relatively low tide, the sand was completely submerged, and the water level was above an adult's waist.

This is due to weather conditions, so there's not much that can be done, but on the day we participated, there were strong winds, and the current was quite fast. The SUP was being swept away, so it didn't feel like a leisurely activity, and we ended up exhausting ourselves.

Again, this is due to the weather, but because it had rained right before and there were strong winds during the activity, the sea didn't look very clear. (We didn't see many fish while snorkeling.)

Additionally, there were participants who were confused when they were told on-site that you cannot participate in snorkeling if you can't swim. I think it would be good to include this information in the participation guidelines.

**[Varies by Person]**
As mentioned by another reviewer, the Japanese-speaking staff used casual language throughout. While some may appreciate having someone who can communicate in Japanese during an activity abroad, others might find this somewhat rude. I think this depends on how individuals perceive the quality of service relative to the price paid.

Since the staff cannot judge how well someone can swim, I understand that self-assessment is necessary, but I think it would be helpful to have some criteria or steps to determine participation eligibility in shallow areas. Some people might feel like they were treated coldly or dismissed.

送迎の際にはドライバーの方が道中にあるおすすめレストランなど紹介してくれました。とても親切な方で好印象でした。

ウミガメを見ることができました。船上から写真を撮ることも、シュノーケリング中に近くを泳いでいるところを見ることもできました。

SUPなどしながら記念撮影できたのはよかったです。

【悪かった】
ガイドブックやサイトHPに掲載されている写真ようなサンドバーがみられる時期はかなり限られています。比較的干潮に近い時間帯でしたが砂は全く見えず、水位は大人の腰より上でした。

これは天候によるものなのでどうしようもないですが、自分たちが参加した日は強風で、潮の流れがかなり早かったです。SUPもどんどん流されてしまうので、優雅に遊ぶという感じではなく、体力を消耗しました。

これも天候によるので仕方ないですが、直前まで雨が降っていたことと、アクティビティの時間帯に強風が吹いていたため、海はあまりきれいに見えませんでした。（シュノーケリングはあまり魚を見つけられませんでした。）

また、平泳ぎができないとシュノーケリングには参加できない。ということを現場で伝えられて戸惑っている方がいました。参加時の注意事項に記載してもよいかと思いました。


【人による】
別の方も口コミで書かれていましたが、日本語スタッフの方は終始タメ口でした。
海外で参加するアクティビティにもかかわらず、日本語でコミュニケーションをとることが可能な方がいてくれるのでありがたい。ととらえる方もいると思いますし、応対がやや失礼に感じると思う方もいると思います。これは払った料金とサービスの質を各位がどうとらえるかによるかと思います。

どの程度泳げるのかはスタッフでは判断できないので自己判断というのは分からなくもないですが、目安となる基準や、浅瀬で参加可否を判断してもらうためのステップとかはあってもいいのではないかと思いました。人によっては冷たく突き放されたように感じてしまうかと思いました。

On this day, I had requested a Japanese tour for dolphin watching by myself, and as a result, I was able to have a one-on-one experience. The guide spent over an hour searching the sea to find dolphins, visiting various points, and finally, we were able to encounter them. Because they worked so hard for a long time, the excitement of that moment was immense.

The guide, Fuko, shared a lot of interesting facts about Hawaii, and I was able to enjoy my time on the boat throughout the trip. Although I had some swimming experience, it was my first time snorkeling, but thanks to the careful instruction I received, I was able to enjoy it with peace of mind. The lunch we had at the end of the tour was also very delicious, making it a fulfilling day that satisfied both my heart and my stomach.

この日は、私一人でイルカウォッチングの日本語ツアーをお願いしていたのですが、結果的に1対1で対応していただくことができました。
イルカを見つけるために、1時間以上にわたって海の上を探し回ってくださり、さまざまなポイントを巡った末、ついにイルカに出会うことができました。長い時間をかけて一生懸命探してくださったからこそ、その瞬間の感動はとても大きかったです。

ガイドのふうこさんはハワイに関する豆知識をたくさん教えてくださり、船に乗っている間も終始楽しく過ごすことができました。
また、泳ぎの経験はあったものの、シュノーケリングは初挑戦でしたが、とても丁寧に教えていただいたおかげで、安心して楽しむことができました。
ツアーの最後にいただいたお昼ご飯もとても美味しく、心もお腹も満たされる大満足の一日となりました。

Swimming with sharks was an experience I honestly couldn't imagine at all, and I felt a bit anxious about it. However, after being introduced to it by a friend, I decided to take the plunge and give it a try.

I was really nervous right up until the moment I entered the water, but once I was in the ocean, I found that the sharks swam gracefully and calmly. Being able to swim alongside them and see them up close turned out to be a very enjoyable experience.

The speed at which they swam was not as fast as I had expected, and I was able to swim right above them. While it was thrilling, the sense of awe I felt was much greater than any fear, making it an unforgettable time.

The tour was conducted in English only, but the staff occasionally spoke to us in Japanese, which made me feel more at ease. Additionally, I had heard from friends who participated in other tours that they had trouble receiving their photos, but in this tour, the photos were sent immediately after we arrived at the port, making the process very smooth. (There were no issues even with an Android phone.)

サメと一緒に泳ぐという体験は、正直なところまったく想像がつかず、少し不安もありましたが、友達に紹介してもらったことをきっかけに思い切って挑戦しました。
直前までとてもドキドキしていましたが、いざ海に入ってみると、サメはとても悠々と落ち着いて泳いでいて、その姿を間近で見ながら一緒に泳ぐことができ、とても楽しい体験となりました。

泳ぐスピードも思っていたほど速くなく、サメのすぐ上を並んで泳ぐこともできました。迫力はありつつも、怖さよりも感動の方が大きく、忘れられない時間になりました。

ツアーは英語のみでしたが、スタッフの方が時折日本語を交えながら話しかけてくださり、安心して参加することができました。
また、他のツアーに参加した友達からは、写真の送付がなかなか届かないといったトラブルを聞いていましたが、このツアーでは港に到着後すぐに写真を送信してくださり、とてもスムーズでした。（携帯の機種がAndroidでも問題ありませんでした。）

The scenery and the driver were great, but during this time of year, it gets quite cold in the early morning, so I wouldn't recommend it too much. It was so cold that I could only swim a little. I envied those who went in the afternoon. I wish they would at least schedule the tours in the afternoon during winter.

景色もドライバーさんも良かったが、この時期は朝早くは冷えるのであまりオススメではないです。寒いので少ししか泳げませんでした。昼から行ってる人が羨ましかったです。
せめて冬はツアーを昼からで組んでほしい。

I enjoyed snorkeling. There were fish swimming right there, and it was amazing! I guess it's because of the conservation efforts.

The weather was also great, making it a lifelong memory. However, there was a lack of information, so I ended up going far away without knowing where the restrooms and showers were.

天気にも恵まれ、一生の思い出になりました。
インフォメーションが少なめなので、トイレやシャワーの場所が分からず、遠いところへ行ってしまいました。

I attended in mid-January, and it was cloudy and quite cold that day. It must be beautiful when it's sunny, but since it was cloudy, I left early.

There is no hot water in the showers. However, there’s no doubt that the sea is beautiful, and I think the facilities are well-equipped. You can also see colorful and relatively large fish in the shallow waters!

一月中頃に参加しましたが、この日は曇っておりかなり寒かった。きっと晴れていたら綺麗なんだろうけど、曇っていたので早めに退散してしまいました。
シャワーは温水はありません。
ただ海が綺麗なことは間違いないし設備としては整っていると思います。カラフルで割と大きめな魚も浅瀬で見れます！

It was a surprisingly chilly morning for Hawaii. Initially, we signed up without needing wetsuits, but the day before, our guide contacted us and advised that it would be quite cold in the morning, so it would be better to wear wetsuits. My husband and I, both over sixty, along with our daughter, participated in the tour. From the pick-up to entering the bay and snorkeling, our guide was with us the entire time. While our daughter is experienced, it was our first time, and I personally had some physical limitations, which made me anxious at first. However, thanks to the guide's help and instruction, I was able to get used to breathing and managed to complete an hour of snorkeling. It was truly a valuable experience. I highly recommend this tour to those who have never tried it before, so don't hesitate to join as a beginner!

ハワイにしては冷え込む朝で当初ウェットスーツ不要で申し込みしたが前日にガイドさんから連絡いただき、当日朝相当寒くなるのでウェットスーツ着用した方が良いとアドバイスもらい私ら還暦過ぎの夫婦と娘1人ので3人で参加しました、送迎から入湾、シュノーケルまでガイドさんが付きっきりで対応してくれました，娘は経験者ですが私ら夫婦は初体験だった更に私は身体的ハンディがあり初めは不安で一般でしたがガイドさんのヘルプと指導により呼吸には慣れが必要ですが何とか1時間やり切ることが出来ました。本当に貴重な体験をすることができました。未体験の方は初心者だと臆せずに
このツアーに参加されることをお勧めします。

This was my third time participating, and depending on the timing and the people going, the condition of the sandbar varied, which made it enjoyable. I was able to see a lot of sea turtles 🐢. During our free time, I had fun doing stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). The snacks, spam musubi, and drinks on the boat were plentiful. It was a tour that went by in the blink of an eye. The female staff were all lively and wonderful.

I’ve been on various snorkeling tour options before, but this one was quite disappointing for the price. There was no thorough explanation, just “do as you like.” The cold weather was unavoidable, but everyone felt cold on the boat. In the end, they managed to serve us tea, but it was too late; many were already shivering. I wish they would consider the situation a bit more at those moments.

The arrival bus came on time, and there were Japanese staff who provided a thorough explanation upon arrival. After that, the communication was in English, and while there were some things I didn't understand, I never felt completely lost or troubled. It was great that we could watch a video explanation on the bus, which minimized any downtime after arriving.

On the day of the trip, it was colder than I expected, so I couldn't snorkel for a long time. However, I was very grateful that they were flexible and accommodated a sudden change in the return bus schedule when I negotiated it on the spot.

I brought my own snorkeling set, but for those who don't have one, rentals are available on-site. The bus was easily recognizable with the company's logo, which was also a nice touch!

到着のバスも時間内に来てくれて、到着時には日本人がいて丁寧に説明してくれました。
その他は英語対応となり、分からないこともありましたが分からなくてどうしようもなく困ることはありませんでした。
バス内で説明のVTRも見れて到着してからのロスタイムもなくよかったです。
当日は思ったより寒く、長い時間シュノーケリング出来なかったのですが、急な帰りのバスの時間変更にもその場で交渉したら応じてくれて柔軟に対応してもらえて大変ありがたかったです。
シュノーケルのセットは持参しました。持っていない方は現地でもレンタルがあるので借りることは可能です。
バスは会社のロゴの描かれたバスなのでとても分かりやすいのも良かったです！

away to a stunning beach paradise! Our
departure was just as seamless, with a timely
pickup that left us beaming with delight. lt's
clear that Roberts Tours has perfected the art
of transportation, and we cannot wait to
embark on our next adventure with them!

I absolutely loved the Hawaiian singers on this tour. It was the highlight of my tour and my whole trip. Lived the Guava jelly song.

It was stated that there would be staff available who could speak Japanese, but after the initial greeting, everything was in English. There were no staff members who understood Japanese.

日本語対応可能スタッフがいると記載があったが、最初の挨拶以降は全て英語。日本語がわかるスタッフはいませんでした。
