I was really grateful that they provided transportation not only from Waikiki but also from the Ko Olina hotels. 🙏 The instructor was always taking photos, and at the end, we could purchase them for $70. 📸 There was one instructor who spoke Japanese, and they explained everything in Japanese, which made me feel very at ease. 🇯🇵 I was able to see the dolphins up close, and the thrilling water slide was a lot of fun! 🐬 I definitely want to visit again!

ワイキキだけでなく、コオリナのホテルでも送迎していただけた点がとても助かりました🙏常にインストラクターさんが写真を撮ってくださっていて、最後に70ドルで購入が可能でした📸日本語が話せるインストラクターさんが1人いらっしゃって、常に日本語で説明してくださったのでとても安心でした🇯🇵イルカもとても近くで見られて、スリル満点のウォータースライダーもとても楽しかったです🐬また訪れたいと思います！

The early morning bus departed in the dim light, and Sean was kind enough to stop by Starbucks. I had heard there were no restrooms on the boat, so it was great that we could use a public restroom before departure. The boat was beautiful!! Perhaps because everyone took motion sickness medication, none of us felt sick at all. But that might also be because the tour was packed with so many activities that it left us completely exhausted. Thanks to the cool, beautiful-voiced captain and Ken from Japan's attentive support, we dived wildly, swam, laughed, and breathed heavily—it was an incredibly fulfilling tour. Amazing!

朝早いバスは薄暗い中出発，ショーンさんはお優しく、スタバにも立ち寄って下さった。
船にはトイレがないと聞いていたが、出航前に公衆トイレが使えてよかった。
船は綺麗！！酔い止めは全員飲んでおいたせいか全く酔わなかった。でもそれは　へとへとになるくらい盛りだくさんで充実したからかもしれない。かっこいい美声の船長、日本のケンさんのきめ細かいフォロー，などのおかげでワイルドに潜り、泳ぎ，笑い、ゼイゼイ息して超充実のツアーでした。最高！

Today was the best day ever. We found a pod of dolphins and jumped into the sea! It was so thrilling and exciting. When we dove in, the dolphins were right in front of us. It was moving!

We also got to see the humpback whales that come to Hawaii to give birth during this season. I've heard that seeing whales brings good luck, and that made us even happier.

The actor and captain, along with our Japanese guide Ken, was knowledgeable and a fun entertainer. I definitely want to participate again. Thank you for everything.

It was early in the morning, but our bus driver Sean was wonderful; he even stopped by Starbucks for us, showing great consideration. I believe this will be a memorable experience for sure.

朝早く大変ですがバスのドライバーのショーンさんスタバに立ち寄ってくださったり、気遣いが素晴らしかったです。必ず良い思い出になる体験だと思います。

On the day, it was cloudy and it rained on the way back. At the sandbar, the captain brought boards and inflatable canoes, allowing us to play as much as we wanted, creating a very private atmosphere. There were also plenty of snacks and drinks prepared for us. When we got tired of playing, the captain took us on a cruise to see rays and sea turtles, providing excellent service. In the rain, the other groups around us looked cold, wrapped in beach towels, but the captain lent us sweatshirts, so we could comfortably play in the water without worry. On the way back, they also lent us umbrellas and raincoats. Since it was such a great experience, I hope for sunny weather next time and will definitely try again.

当日は曇りで帰りに雨が降りました。サンドバーでは、キャプテンがボードや浮き輪カヌーなどを持ってきてくれて、遊び放題でプライベート感満載でした。スナックやドリンクもたくさん準備してくれています。遊び飽きたらクルージングでエイやウミガメを見に連れて行ってくれたりと、サービス満点でした。雨の中、周りの集団の方達はバスタオルにくるまり寒そうでしたが、キャプテンがスエットを貸してくれるので終始水の中でも平気で思う存分遊べました。帰りは傘とレインコートも貸してくれました。せっかくなので、次回晴れることを祈ってまたチャレンジします。

It was easy to get to the boat departing from Waikiki Beach, which is very close to the hotel. The boat was larger than I expected, and even though it was raining that day, there was a covered area inside the boat, which was a relief. Due to the rain, we couldn't see any sea turtles, but we did see plenty of beautiful fish. Although it was raining that day, the waves weren't particularly strong, and I usually don't get motion sickness, but I felt a bit seasick, so I think it's a good idea to take some motion sickness medication beforehand.

ホテルからすぐ近くのワイキキビーチから出航するので移動が楽でした。
船は予想より大きくて当日は雨でしたが屋根付き船内もあり、助かりました。
雨のせいか、ウミガメは見ることができませんでしたが綺麗な魚はたくさん見れました。
当日は雨は降っていたものの特段、波の強い日ではなく普段は乗り物酔いもしない私ですが、少し船酔いしましたので酔い止めは飲んでおいたほうが良いかと思います。

The tour that was initially canceled due to bad weather turned out to be amazing. It was raining heavily in the morning, but by the time we arrived, the rain had stopped and it even started to clear up.

We encountered a group of over 100 dolphins! They were so cute, jumping around, and we were able to see them up close even when we entered the water. We got to see them swimming right below us and passing by us multiple times!

I was worried about how it would turn out, but I had such a great time seeing them. I definitely want to participate again! 🫶✨

I opted for the pickup service, but while waiting at the pickup location, the bus did not arrive, so I called the contact number. Unfortunately, the person on the phone only spoke English, which made it difficult for me to understand the situation, and I ended up feeling anxious because I couldn't get the information I needed.

However, once I was there, the staff members were very entertaining, and it turned out to be a memorable tour. I was able to enjoy activities like snorkeling and canoeing multiple times for free, which made the time fly by. I'm really glad I participated.

送迎付きにしましたが、ピックアップ場所で待っていてもバスが来なかったため問い合わせ先に電話を掛けました。しかし、電話口が英語での対応だったため内容を理解できず、結局問い合わせができず不安になったのは残念な点でした。
現地では、スタッフの方々が楽しませてくださり、とても思い出に残るツアーになりました。シュノーケリングやカヌーなど無料で何度もおこなうことができたため、しっかり楽しめて時間があっという間でした。参加してよかったです。

It was a bit cold in February. Unfortunately, I had to give up snorkeling because it was too cold. The tour guide was a very cheerful Japanese person, which made me feel at ease participating. I was satisfied enjoying the beautiful sea from the boat.

2月で少し寒かったです。残念ながらシュノーケリングは寒すぎて断念しました。ツアーの方はとても明るい日本人の方で、安心して参加でできました。美しい海を船から楽しめ満足しています。

I had to share the experience to my sister and her family that my kids and I had the first time we went here back in June 2025. For my nephew's bday March of 2026, I suggested to go to the Kaneohe sand bar again. The consistency of their best service is just really incredible. From the warm welcome of the staff, the island vibe voices of the singers, the lifeguards who constantly keeping an eye to the kids, the captain who made the banana boat super exciting and safe. The place, the view and the people gave us all an unforgettable experience. Looking forward for the next visit, hopefully with the rest of our extended family. Mahalo/ Salamat!

This time, I participated in a dolphin watching and snorkeling tour in Hawaii for the first time. We were incredibly lucky to encounter a pod of spinner dolphins just 15 minutes after departure. There were quite a few dolphins swimming alongside and in front of the boat for a long time, and we even got to see them jumping. During snorkeling, I was able to swim very close to a green sea turtle.

On the way back, we were fortunate enough to see seven humpback whales at the same time, making it a miraculous day, and I had a truly satisfying experience. We were lucky to encounter the dolphins so quickly, but for those who don't get to see them, the boat has to circle around, and after snorkeling, it can get chilly, so I felt that motion sickness medication and cold weather precautions are necessary.

Additionally, there was a staff member who spoke Japanese, which allowed us to enjoy the experience even though we couldn't speak English.

今回、初めてのハワイでイルカウォッチングとシュノーケリングのツアーに参加させていただきました。
運がすごくよかったのが、出航15分でハシナガイルカの群に遭遇でき、かなりの数のイルカがとても長い時間、船の前や横を泳いでいて、ジャンプすら姿も見れ、シュノーケリングの際もアオウミガメのすぐ近くで泳げました。
帰りにザトウクジラも同時に7頭見れるという奇跡的な日だったので、すごく満足のできる体験をすることができました。
自分たちは、イルカもすぐ遭遇できたのでラッキーだったのですが、なかなかイルカに遭遇できないと船で色々回らなければいけず、シュノーケリングのあとは、身体も冷えるので酔い止めと寒さ対策は必要だと感じました。
また、スタッフの方の日本語ができる方がいたので、英語ができない自分たちでも楽しむことができました。

It was a very cloudy day, but we were lucky that the sun only shone when we arrived at the sandbar! My mother, in her 70s, didn't have a swimsuit, but she waded into the water up to her thighs wearing her shorts and a sun-protective hoodie, excitedly exclaiming, "I haven't been in the ocean in decades!" (laughs) After returning to the boat, she changed in the restroom to avoid getting cold.

It was a bit disappointing that the tour didn't include stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), as my mother had expressed interest in trying it, but it was just the right tour for us since we weren't planning to get in the water. The staff, who were fluent in Japanese, were attentive throughout and shared various stories about Hawaii, which was also very enjoyable. They have a wealth of experience related to the tour and are properly qualified.

Next time, I plan to try snorkeling and SUP at the emerald green sandbar with this company on a sunny day!

どん曇りの一日でしたが、サンドバーに着いた時にだけ日差しが差し込み、とてもラッキーでした！
70代の母も、水着が無いなりに手持ちのショートパンツと日除けパーカーで股まで着水し、「数十年ぶりに海に入ったわ！」と興奮しておりました(笑)船に戻った後は、体を冷やさないようトイレで着替えておりました。

母が「ＳＵＰしてみたい」と言っていたので含まれていなかった点は残念でしたが、海に浸かるつもりの無かった私たちにはちょうど良いツアーでした。
日本語が堪能なスタッフさんは終始皆さんに気配りくださり、ハワイの色々なお話を聞けたことも大変良かったです＾＾ツアーに関する経験も豊富で、資格もきっちり備えていらっしゃるそうです。

次はまたこちらの会社さんで、晴れたエメラルドグリーンのサンドバーで、シュノーケルとＳＵＰに挑戦してみようと思います！

My wife and I, along with our daughter and her husband and our grandchild, participated in the event. We checked the tide schedule in advance and joined, but it wasn't as low tide as we expected. As a result, our grandchild stayed with us on the boat. However, our daughter and her husband enjoyed paddleboarding and kayaking. Additionally, during snorkeling, we were able to admire various fish along with the coral reefs. We are grateful for the kind assistance from the staff.

私たち老夫婦は、娘夫婦と孫と参加しました。事前に干潮の日時を調べて参加しましたが、思ったほどの干潮ではありませんでした。よって、孫は船内に私たちと待機でした。しかし、娘夫婦はSUPやカヤックを堪能しました。また、スノーケリングでは、サンゴ礁とともに様々な魚を鑑賞することができました。スタッフの皆さんの優しいご対応に感謝します。

We loved everything about the this tour. We went in the morning, and the water was almost waist deep but it didn’t bother us. We got to see many fish by snorkeling, did standup paddle boarding, kayaking, and listened to the amazing musicians perform onboard. The crew were very kind, helpful and entertaining. They made it extra fun. My husband and I had a great time and would gladly do it again, only with KBOS. Highly recommend going with this crew.

My husband and I had a wonderful first trip with this company and first excursion together. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was live music and the atmosphere was great. We would definitely recommend this for anyone else looking for something fun to do while you’re staying in Hawaii.

Our boat captain was terrific, we were able to see two species of whales, many dolphins 3 turtles from the boat and two more snorkeling. Not sure how it could have been any better. Best thing we did in Hawaii

I wasn't confident in my swimming skills, but since we wore life jackets, there were no problems, and the guides were always watching over us. The guides also spoke a little Japanese. We brought waterproof cases for our smartphones and filmed scenes of us swimming with the fish. We left our belongings on the chairs inside the boat. There was always someone watching over us inside the boat, and I heard there are security cameras as well.

I was able to see sea turtles from the boat twice! It felt strange to be away from land yet in shallow water. It was truly amazing.

I'm grateful to the guides as well. At the end, I gave a tip to the person who was always singing for us. Thank you very much! 😊

泳ぎに自信が無かったですが、ライフガードを着用するので問題ないですし、常にガイドさんが見張ってくれます。そのガイドさんたちも日本語を少し喋ってくれます。私たちはスマホ用防水ケースを持っていき、魚と泳ぐシーンを動画で撮影しました。荷物は、船内の椅子に置いてました。船内は常に誰かが見張ってくれますし、防犯カメラもあるそうです。
ウミガメは船内から2度見ることができました！陸から離れているのに浅瀬という不思議な感覚になりました。ほんとに最高でした。
ガイドさんにも感謝です。最後は常に歌ってくれていた方にチップをお渡ししました。

I was lucky enough to see whales, dolphins, and turtles all in one trip. We saw five whales, 15 dolphins, one turtle in the sea, and three on land. I'm not very good at snorkeling, so I watched the dolphins from above the water, and my snorkeling experience was only about 15 minutes, but I was very satisfied. However, the boat was really rocky, and since I tend to get seasick, I took motion sickness medication the night before and in the morning, which helped me manage. Unfortunately, another group of Japanese tourists was vomiting the whole time. Also, the boat ride and the bus back were cold after snorkeling, so it's essential to have something to wear.

運が良かったのが、クジラ・イルカ・カメを全部見ることができました。
クジラは５頭、イルカは15頭、カメは海で１匹、陸で３匹でした。
シュノーケルはあまり得意はないので、イルカは海の上から見て、シュノーケルも15分程度の体験でしたが、非常に満足しました。
ただ、船の揺れはすごく、自分はかなり船酔いするタイプなので、前日の夜と当日の朝に酔い止めを飲んでなんとか平気でしたが、もう一組の日本人はずっと吐いてました。
また、シュノーケル後の船と帰りのバスは寒いので、羽織るものは必須です。

The fish population was denser than at Hanauma Bay, and I even encountered a sea turtle while paddleboarding. The songs on the boat were wonderful!

For lunch, it was just a piece of ham and a piece of cheese sandwiched between two slices of bread, which left me thinking, "Really... is this lunch?" If they had made it a bit more luxurious, it would have balanced out the overall experience, but this part felt too cost-cutting and might lower the impression of the whole trip.

ハナウマベイよりは魚影が濃く、サップ中にウミガメにも会えました。
船上の歌も素敵でした！

ランチはパンにハム1枚とチーズ1枚挟んだだけの物で、「えぇ、、これがランチ？」と言う印象。もう少しだけ豪華にすれば総合的にバランスが取れるのに、ここだけコスト抑え過ぎてて全体の印象が落ちてしまいそうです。

The weather was perfect, and the sea conditions were excellent. We had a full experience seeing humpback whale tails, green sea turtles, bottlenose dolphins, and seals. The wonderful staff, including the handsome captain Jason, Minako, Koa, and the photographer Brian, were amazing! 😃 The captain's speech on board was also enjoyable. Above all, Minako, the Japanese staff member, was incredibly kind and helpful with everything, making it a fantastic memory. I'm so grateful! 🥰

お天気もバッチリで、海のコンディションも最高でした。

It was a tour on a day with a bit of strong wind, but I had a great time!

I got to see sea turtles, and the tour captain and staff were all very kind, which made me very satisfied! On this tour, there were two staff members who spoke Japanese, and they carefully explained the safety instructions on the boat, how to play at the sandbar, and how to snorkel! (They provided explanations in Japanese after the English ones.)

I was able to see sea turtles while at the sandbar and during snorkeling, so it was a very valuable experience!

The bus driver who took us to the port was also a friendly and nice person!

I had a wonderful experience until the end, and it was really fun!

The water was cold, so we couldn't play for long, but we had a great time snorkeling and seeing lots of fish, as well as enjoying stand-up paddleboarding.

水が冷たくてのんびり長くあそべませんでしたが、シュノーケリングで沢山の魚を見たり、サップを楽しんだり楽しかったです。

I participated in this tour on February 28th. The weather was clear, and the water was very clear, making for the best conditions. The snorkeling gear is available for rent on-site, which is reassuring. All the explanations are in English, but there is generally a Japanese guide on the voucher, so I was able to understand everything without any issues. Although I didn't encounter any sea turtles, I was able to see a variety of colorful fish, both large and small, which was very moving. I think even beginners can participate with confidence. There are also facilities for restrooms and changing spaces. It was a wonderful tour where I could fully enjoy the nature-rich Hanauma Bay, and I definitely want to participate again.

2/28に本ツアーを利用しました。当日は晴天で海の透明度も高く、最高のコンディションでした。シュノーケリングセットは現地でレンタル可能で安心。説明はすべて英語ですが、バウチャーに概ね日本語の案内があるため問題なく理解できました。ホヌには出会えなかったものの、大小さまざまな色とりどりの魚に出会うことができ、とても感動しました。初心者でも安心して参加できると思います。トイレや着替えスペースも整っています。自然豊かなハナウマベイを満喫できる素敵なツアーで、ぜひまた参加したいです。

I participated in this activity during my honeymoon trip to Hawaii, hoping to have a Hawaiian experience. The weather had been bad until the day before, but on the day of the activity, the weather cleared up, and we were able to proceed without any issues.

The crew members were locals, but they spoke Japanese fluently, so there were no communication problems at all. They encouraged us to take lots of photos, which made for great memories.

I would love to participate again the next time I visit Hawaii!

新婚旅行でハワイに行った際にハワイらしい体験をと思い参加しました。前日までは天気も崩れていましたが、参加日は天候も回復し無事にアクティビティが実施されました。
クルーの方も現地のかたですが、日本語ペラペラでコミュニケーション等は全く問題ありませんでした。写真等も声をかけてもらいたくさん撮ってもらい良い思い出になりました。
またハワイに行った際には参加したいと思います！

My boyfriend and I had the BEST time on this experience. Firstly the bus that picked us up was LUSH and so comfortable (more comfortable than the flight to get to Hawaii!). The tour guide and bus driver were so nice and very informative. Took us through the most scenic route to get to the bay so it was really nice to see the beautiful coastline before we even arrived. The bay itself is just INCREDIBLE. So so beautiful. They have a great service to drive you down to the bay to save your leggies (although we did walk back up and it was fine - short and sharp lol). We got ourselves a great spot on the beach, then got straight in to the water. The water was crystal clear, and beautiful temperature and we saw SO many fish from the get-go. It was a really love few hours snorkelling and then just relaxing in the sun, would absolutely recommend doing this experience to anyone and everyone!

The pickup was smooth, and we were able to watch the video that we would normally see after arriving while still in the car. Depending on the time, there were long lines for individuals to get tickets, but since we were part of a group, we were able to go to the beach smoothly. Overall, there was no wasted time, and we got to enjoy a beautiful beach!

The guide provided explanations in English, and they spoke slowly, making it easy to understand!

本来なら着いてから見るビデオを車内で見ることが出来たことや、
時間によっては個人でチケット手配して入るところは長蛇の列でしたが、団体だからかスムーズに海に行くことが出来、
全体的に無駄な時間がなく、素敵な海に行けました！

In February, I really wanted to visit Hanauma Bay, so I searched the web and found this transportation plan from VELTRA. It was cheaper compared to other sites and had good reviews, so I booked it right away. The reservation form was easy to understand, and they sent plenty of reminder emails after the booking, which was very helpful.

I wished for sunny weather the whole time, and finally, the day arrived! I was picked up at 8 AM in the alley behind the Hyatt. The bus arrived a little late, possibly due to traffic, which made me a bit worried, but the large green bus with "Roberts Hawaii" written on it was easy to spot, so I felt reassured. Inside the bus, we watched a 10-minute video, and we were given wristbands for entry to Hanauma Bay after confirming our viewing.

The bus driver continuously explained the scenery around us, so I was never bored; it was fun! We arrived at Hanauma Bay in just over 30 minutes. Those who booked directly through the official site had to wait in a long line for entry, but since we had already watched the video, we could skip the line! We entered without any stress.

Hanauma Bay was as beautiful and blue as I had seen in photos, with a lot of colorful fish swimming around; it felt like paradise! The number of visitors is limited to 1,400, so it wasn't crowded at all.

It was amazing. I definitely want to book through this site again!

ずーっと晴れを願いに願ってついに当日！
朝は8時にHyatt裏路地でピックアップ。
道路渋滞のせいか、バスが少し遅れて到着したので若干心配でしたが、「Roberts Hawaii」と書かれた大きな緑のバスがわかりやすくやってくるので安心。
バスの中で10分程度のビデオを観て、視聴認証のリストバンドを渡されハナウマベイに入場する仕組みです。
バスの運転手さんが周りの景色についてずーーっと説明してくれるからまったく飽きず、楽しい！！
30分強程度でハナウマベイに到着。
ハナウマベイを公式から予約した方々は入場のための長蛇の列に並ばなければいけないようでしたが、私たちはビデオも視聴済なのでそのまま列をスルー！
ストレスなしで入場できます。

ハナウマベイは写真で見た通りとーっても綺麗で真っ青で、色とりどりの魚も沢山泳いでおりまるで楽園でした！！
入場人数が1400人と限られているので混雑もなし。

最高でした。
またぜひこちらのサイトから予約したいです！

It was an experience blessed with good weather and opportunities! We were able to see a spinner dolphin, a sea turtle, a whale, and it seems some people also spotted a ray. It seems rare to see so much, but according to our guide, there are various creatures to be seen each time, so I think it's great to cherish those opportunities!

If you're looking to enjoy snorkeling in Hawaii, I recommend this sea! The weather was cloudy, so I couldn't see the true blue of the ocean, but there were plenty of fish swimming around, which was a lot of fun. There is a dedicated shuttle car from the high point down to the beach, making it very convenient, although it might take some time to board if it's crowded. The beach in front of the hotel was also beautiful, but there weren't any fish swimming there, so I think it's worth coming here!

I don't speak much English, but I think it's fine to join an English tour if you use a translation app! Also, it might have just been a coincidence, but there were people on-site who spoke Japanese, which was reassuring! Next time, I want to participate when the weather is nice!

天気が曇りで本来の海の青さを見ることができませんでしたが、海の中はお魚がいっぱいで泳いでて楽しかったです。
高台から下のビーチまでは専用の移動カーがあり、とても楽でしたが、混雑していると乗るまで時間がかかるかもしれません。
ホテル前のビーチも綺麗で良かったですが、魚は1匹も泳いでいなかったので、ここに来る価値はあるかと思います！

英語はほとんど話せませんが、翻訳アプリを使えば英語ツアーでも大丈夫だと思います！
また、たまたまかもしれないですが、日本語が通じる方も現地におりましたので、心強かったです！今度は天気のいい時に参加したいです！
