I was looking forward to it, and it was so much fun! It was even more thrilling than I imagined! The weather was great too, it was the best! I want to do it again!

It was our first time in Hawaii, and although we were not good at English, the guide and the driver were both really nice! We enjoyed parasailing even more than we expected! We could see so many beautiful views in the sky and feel the Hawaiian breeze! They took a lot of photos for us! It truly became a wonderful memory!

初めてのハワイで英語も苦手な2人でしたが、ガイドさんをはじめ、ドライバーの方もすごく感じがよかったです！パラセイリングも予想以上に楽しめました！ヽ(*＾ω＾*)ﾉ大空の中でたくさんの景色が見えハワイの風も感じれました！写真もたくさんとってくれました！本当にいい思い出になりました！

It's been almost a week and I still can't get over it! Thank you so much VELTRA and Hawaiian Parasail for accommodating me and my family to parasail with you on Memorial Day! I know it was a holiday and I expected it to be extremely busy and I can't thank you enough that you were still able to get us in! Your staff were very friendly, just wonderful people!!
This was a surprise for my two daughters and we all had a blast! Nice weather, and fantaaaaaaaaastic view!!! Too bad husband and my son could not join us (my son is only 4) but I'll be sure to have them experience this as well when my son is old enough.

The captains are amazing! Kevin and Russell were so much fun, they made our day very relaxing and comfortable, great photographers too! The pictures came out really nice so thank you for capturing the moment we were up in the air, a memory that we will keep forever.

Thank you once again for giving us the opportunity to experience this, we enjoyed it very much!

It was great, i got picked up and he drove out to the northshore, showed us around the town and then the activities started. He was very available to pickup after each activity and drop you off where you wanted to go. Waterfall, snorkeling, shrimp truck, beach time & stand up paddle board, it was great. There are other activities to pick from. He even stopped because he saw a sea turtle was sitting on the beach, so we could see it and take pics, it was great!

We did the extreme and went up 1000 feet. What a great experience. Awesome crew, great energy on the boat, easy check in and absolutely beautiful sights. This was my 2nd time with Extreme Parasailing, I'm going to continue to bring all my friends who come on vacation here to parasail with these great guys. Thank you for a memorable experience.

I experienced snorkeling for the first time at Hanauma Bay. While there are cheaper tours available, I was glad I opted for a guided tour. The ocean was beautiful, the weather was great, and I was taken out further, which made for a wonderful experience. It seemed to be a rare day, but I was able to encounter many turtles, making it a precious day.

I would love to participate again.

今回初めてのシュノーケリングをハナウマベイで体験しました。
安いツアーもありますが、ガイド付きツアーを申し込んで正解でした。
海も綺麗、天気も良く、沖の方まで連れて行ってもらい、良い体験ができました。
その日は珍しいみたいですが、多くの亀さんに遭遇することができ貴重な1日になりました。

また参加したいと思います。

I participated in the 150m extreme and it was really refreshing with an amazing view! I absolutely recommend it! If you're going to do it, I think it's better to go for the higher option rather than the 90m.

What a great day. We swam with turtles and saw reef sharks, octopus, moray eels and beautiful fish. The visibility was incredible and as a certifued diver the best ive ever experienced. Amanda our guide was fantastic and we felt very safe. Wouls do it again definitely!

The day after arriving in Hawaii, I had a parasailing reservation for 8 AM, so I was excitedly waiting at the designated hotel around 7 AM. The pickup time was 7:10, but even after 5 minutes and then 10 minutes, no one showed up. The reservation details mentioned to call the local office if no one arrived after 10 minutes, but the next item stated that the local office opened at 7:30. Even after that time passed, no one came, and eventually, when the hotel front desk called xtremeparasail, they said there was no reservation for 8 AM that day. My excitement about being in Hawaii vanished, and I felt down, wondering who was lying. The only availability was the day before I was set to leave, so I had them make a reservation for that day at the front desk. The parasailing experience itself was amazing, but I wish the local office had communicated more effectively.

ハワイについた翌日に8時からのパラセーリングに予約していたので 指定ホテルで ウキウキドキドキしながら 7時ころから 待ってました。ピックアップ時間は7時10分でしたが 5分たっても10分たってもきません。予約の詳細には10分たってもこなかったら 現地事務所に電話するように書いてありましたが その次の項目に現地事務所の開始時間は7時半からと書いてありました。半になってもこなくて結局宿泊ホテルのホテルのフロントから xtremeparasailにかけてもらうと その日の8時からの予約は入ってなかったとのこと。ハワイついて ウキウキの気持ちはふっとびました、 どちらが嘘ついてると暗い気持ちでした。帰る前日しかあいてなく フロントでその日に予約いれてもらいました。パラセーリング自体は最高でした、が 現地事務所ともう少ししっかりやりとりして欲しいと思いました。

It was Awesome, staff was Nice and made sure we were safe. Had lots of fun.

The 8:00 pickup was delayed, so when I called, they answered in English. The voucher stated that both English and Japanese support were available, but when I asked for a Japanese speaker, I was told there wasn't one. After waiting for a while, I was picked up, but upon arriving at the information center, I was told, "Let's go on the boat!" within a minute, without any instructions on how to operate the Sea Bob. I was left feeling anxious and confused.

The weather was rainy and extremely cold, and despite the voucher stating that warm coffee and tea would be provided, we were given ice-cold water. While the weather is no one's fault, it was freezing, and the pickup vehicle had the air conditioning on full blast, making me shiver the entire time.

Since I was the first to finish, I had to wait for the last group to finish while enduring terrible boat swaying. I was told that snorkeling was an option, but that was the least of my concerns. Although it was stated that we would have 15 minutes on the Sea Bob, it was less than 10 minutes.

I believe it was a valuable experience, and the underwater scenery was beautiful, and I even saw a sea turtle. However, since the experience was heavily affected by the weather, I discussed with other Japanese participants that the price was too high for what we received, especially considering the additional cost for photos.

8:00ピックアップが遅れたので電話をすると英語で出ました。バウチャーには英語、日本語対応と書いてありJapanese speaker pleaseと言ったところいないと言われた。
しばらく待ってピックアップされたが案内所について1分でさあ、船で行こう！とシーボブについての操作方法をなにも聞かされていないのにも関わらず君たち1番に行ってと言われて何もわからず不安しかなかった。
天気は雨でものすごく寒かったしこちらもバウチャーに暖かいコーヒー紅茶用意してあると書かれていたにも関わらずキンキンに冷えた水。
天気はだれのせいでもないのだが極寒で、ピックアップの車も冷房がすごく、終始震えていました。
1番に終わったのでその後最後の方々が終わるまで酷い船揺れの中ひたすら待っていた。
シュノーケリングもできるよと言われたがそれどころではない。
シーボブも15分回れると書いてあったにもかかわらず10分もなかった。
貴重な体験を出来たと思うし海の中は綺麗で海亀も会えました。
しかし天気に左右されまくったので写真代別でこの値段は高すぎると同じ日本人参加者と話していました。

This tour is a great way to see and experience the North Shore from the land and in the water. Our tour guide (HC) knew his way around the island like nobody's business. He went the extra mile to ensure we had a great time. Plenty of time for snorkeling, bike riding, checking out waterfalls, SUP or kayaking AND SHOPPING! I highly recommend!

Under clear skies, we headed out to Waikiki with 10 participants and 2 staff members. It was supposed to be a fun aerial walk with lively foreigners and efficient staff, but I ended up feeling seasick. I wanted to enjoy it longer, so I chose the 150m option, but I regretted it... I asked to be brought down quickly. The atmosphere was very nice, though.

快晴の中、参加者10人と2人のスタッフでワイキキ沖へ。
のりのりの外人さんとテキパキしたスタッフで楽しい空中散歩のはずが、船酔いで大変でした。せっかくなので長く楽しみたいと150ｍにしましたが後悔・・・・早くおろして貰いました。
雰囲気はとても良かったです。

I borrowed a bike and rode south to the farthest part of the beach. It was secluded from everyone which made time more enjoyable. Less noise, more ocean. I snorkeled most of the day and relaxed. Again, very enjoyable.
However, the business and its employees is different story. They were wonderful, helpful, attentive, whatever other synonym out there that reflects on how a business should be.

great time and great fun. one of the best things to do in hawaii. saw sea turtles and even was allowed to hold an octopus. the workers had our safety in mind the entire time. great fun. a must do on hawaii. thanks for the memories.

great company, great people. was our 35th anniversary and wanted it to do something different. was so worth it. wife was nervous at first, but once in the air it was so calm, relaxing and fun. told the driver to go ahead and get us wet in the ocean, and boy did he. would recommend doing this in hawaii, and especially with this company. they had our interest and safety in mind the entire time, and were a riot to be with. would absolutely do this again. thanks for the great memories.

We went on a 5-night, 7-day trip to Hawaii for our honeymoon, and the day we used the service was the third day of our entire itinerary. I had previously done snorkeling in Okinawa and its islands, so I was really looking forward to it.

However, due to the extremely low tide during a big tide, the population density was very high, there were few entry points, and the variety of marine life we could see was somewhat limited, so I apologize for my somewhat harsh evaluation, but I will say I was "satisfied."

That said, the hospitality of the two staff members was wonderful, and I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to enjoy marine leisure with family or friends. When we visited, we were paired with a couple from America and a Japanese family (three generations), and everyone seemed to be having a great time.

Next time, I would like to visit when the tide conditions are better! Thank you very much for your service!

ハネムーンで５泊７日でハワイ旅行に行き、利用させて頂いた当日は全行程の3日目でした。
以前に沖縄本島や離島でシュノーケリングをしたことがあり、非常に楽しみにしていました。
当日は大潮？のド干潮で人口密度が非常に高かったこと、エントリー出来るところが少なかったこと、見れた生き物の種類がやや少なかったため評価が辛めで申し訳ないですが『満足』とさせて頂きました。
ただ、スタッフお二方のホスピタリティは素晴らしく、家族や友達とマリンレジャーを楽しみたい方には是非おすすめしたいです。お邪魔した際はアメリカから来たご夫妻と日本人のご家族（３世代）と組合せでしたが、皆さんとても楽しそうでした
次回は潮まわりが良いときに伺ってみたいです！

I had done the Sea Walker in Guam before, but it was my first experience with the new underwater scooter, and it was fun. It was amazing.

以前グアムでシーウォーカーをやった事はあったのですが新しい水中スクーターは初めての体験で楽しかったです。
最高でした。

First time snorkeling for me and my husband, and it was absolutely amazing!! Dan and his wife really made us feel comfortable in the water... I am not a very good swimmer and had an awesome time even in the deep areas of the ocean. Swimming/Snorkeling with the fishes was an amazing experience and would love to do it again!

This was one of the best things I did, It was beyond Great !

Shuttle service to Hanauma Bay with inclusion of snorkelling hire + flippers. Some additional hire costs $3 for add on to snorkel deeper without water coming into snorkel. Reliable timing of pick up and drop off. Friendly staff. Booked last minute and was very happy with service.

The boat crew for the parasailing consisted of two people. The captain appeared very trustworthy, and I felt comfortable entrusting the operation of the boat to him. On the other hand, the staff who helped us with the parachute was cheerful and took us up to 150 meters above the sea in a fun way.

It was amazing.

However, there was a mention of some cash in the explanation, so don't forget to tip the boat captain and staff, as well as the tip when paying for the SD card that had the photos taken during the parasailing.

パラシュートを引っ張るボートの乗組員は2人。
キャプテンは見た目誠実そうで、ボートの操縦を安心して、任せられるお人柄。
一方、パラシュートを上げてくれるスタッフは陽気で、私たちを楽しく海上150メートルまで上げてくれました。

最高でした。

ただ、説明で少々の現金とありましたが、
ボートのキャプテンとスタッフに渡すチップと
パラセイル中の写真を撮ってもらったSDガードの
代金を払うときのチップをお忘れなく。

The shuttle car was over an hour late, which was very troublesome. After contacting them multiple times, the car finally arrived. The surfing lesson itself was enjoyable.

送迎の車が１時間以上遅れ大変困りました。
何度も連絡してやっと車が来ました。
サーフィンのレッスン自体は楽しかったです。

This is my eighth trip to Hawaii, but this was my first time using this service. I signed up thinking it would be a light sailing experience, but it was even more enjoyable than I imagined. First, we went out to sea with the engine, and after turning it off, we raised the yacht's canopy and sailed using only the wind. It was surprisingly fast and refreshing. The original cocktail made by the staff was also quite delicious. My colleague who joined me was thrilled, and it has become a tour we will definitely repeat. If I go again next year, I would love to participate.

ハワイ旅行は８回目ですが、今回初めて利用させてもらいました。軽いセーリング気分で申し込んだのですが、想像以上に楽しめました。まずエンジン駆動で沖まで出て、エンジンを切ったあとヨットの幌を上げて風のみで航行するのですが、思った以上にスピード感もあり、爽快です。スタッフさんが作ってくれたオリジナルカクテルも中々おいしかったです。一緒に参加した同僚も感激しており、リピート確定ツアーになりました。また来年行くことがあれば、ぜひ参加したいと思います。

I boarded the ship alone while my wife saw me off (laughs). The view of Waikiki and Diamond Head from the sea was incredibly beautiful and moving. I want to go again soon!

一人で乗船、家内は見送り(笑)海から眺めるワイキキやダイヤモンドヘッドは大変美しく感動しました。また直ぐにでも乗りたいです‼

I was a bit concerned that the pickup was about 15 minutes late, but the parasailing experience itself was very enjoyable. The process was quick, and it didn't take long to get suited up and take off.

There wasn't much explanation, which made me a little anxious. Since we were the last ones, we could watch the others first, but it might be scary if you're the very first.

The staff guy was super handsome, which really boosted my mood (laughs).

Parasailing is so much fun that I want to do it again.

I regret not bringing a camera that I could hang around my neck.

パラセーリングの体験自体はとても楽しかった。
テンポよく、器具の装着がされ飛び立つのもあっという間。

説明がほとんどないのでちょっと不安ではあった。
私たちはいちばん最後だったので他の人のを見てからできたけど
一番最初だと怖いかも。

スタッフのお兄さんが超イケメンでテンションが上がった(笑)

パラセーリング楽しいからまたやりたい。

首にかけれるカメラ持っていけばよかったと後悔。

We were invited by our 23-year-old son and participated as a family, including my husband, daughter, and four sons. Although we couldn't improve as quickly as the sons, it was a wonderful experience to share as a family, creating very good memories.

息子２３歳に誘われて夫婦と娘、息子四人で参加しました、
息子達のようには早く上達できませんでしたが、家族で同じ体験ができ
非常にいい思い出となりました。

It's disappointing that the instructor is a foreigner and all the explanations are in English without a Japanese driver providing interpretation. The photos are available for $30, so you should consider the participation fee plus the $30 for that.

インストラクターが外国人で、説明も全て英語で日本人のドライバーが通訳してくれないのが残念。写真は30ドルでUSBがもらえるので、参加費プラス30ドルで考えた方がいいです。

With the support of a super veteran beach boy, you'll be able to choose good waves. I believe even beginners can definitely ride the waves!
