My group consisted of a party of 6 prepaid guests. 4 riders and 2 observers. I was surprised and disappointed when one of the female staff convinced us that one of our observers should not attempt to get into the boat and in fact went out of her way to tell her she should not go. She went back to the car to wait for us and we were all extremely disappointed when we saw that you could step right in and out of the boat. The parasailing experience was fine. Upon our return the driver of the boat announced that we were going to stop and attempt to help another boater who had gotten stuck during low tide. Definitely a nice gesture on his part but when he had all of the males from our boat climb onto the other boat and stand on the high edge for ballast I felt he went a little too far!! Especially considering one was a 14 year old boy...nothing like opening yourself up to a lawsuit if someone had been hurt!! After 3 failed attempts to dislodge the other boat we were finally returned to the dock. I am all for being a good samaratin but in the future I suggest Hawaiian Parasail return their paying customers to the dock and go back on their own time to rescue boaters.

Maita'i Catamaran is an easy cheap way to enjoy a short sail off the coast of Waikiki. Their location is walkable from just about anywhere in Waikiki (which is only about 1.5 miles from east to west), and my family did a quick 90 minute sail. They allow 0-3 year olds on for free, so for my wife and son and I it was a real bargain.

Most boating trips pad your cost by including free booze (which can make you seasick, or might have disappointingly little effect if you are from higher altitudes), so I was glad to see it sold a la carte here (quite cheaply).

Crew was friendly and approachable, and we got to be on a boat in paradise. They use their motor to get to and from shore efficiently, but most of the time the motor is off and they are just sailing, which is ideal. We saw a dolphin and 2 sea turtles too.

I just feel bad that between making sure my 3-year old got off safely and remembering all of our things I totally forgot to tip them. Hopefully this review will help. Book them now!

Great and terribly convenient to get picked up on time, oriented to the experience and put your head under the water to see lots of fish...our driver Kevin was informative, on time and was great conversation for our family group of 8. Would go back any day any time...

The weather was great, and we caught a lot of fish! They cooked the freshly caught fish deliciously with a secret spice, and I had a wonderful time making great memories with my father. It was also lucky to see wild dolphins. If I have the chance to go to Hawaii again, I would love to do it!

This is my second time boarding. It's worth it just to go out to sea at a reasonable price and see the indescribably beautiful cobalt blue ocean. Of course, the view of Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head from offshore is fantastic. Additionally, it's very convenient to board from the beach next to Sheraton Waikiki Resort.

二回目の乗船になります。リーズナブルな価格で沖へ出て、なんとも表現できないコバルトブルーの美しい海を見るだけでも、十分価値があります。もちろん、沖からのワイキキビーチやダイヤモンドヘッドの眺めは最高です。また、シェラトンワイキキリゾート横のビーチから乗船できるのでとても便利です。

Down loading pictures a nightmare everything else was great

I read the reviews and thought, "This is it!" so I decided to participate. Just like the reviews mentioned, I rented a bike and first went to Kailua town to order pancakes to-go from Boots & Kimo's. During the 30-minute wait, I went to buy some Lanikai soap, then returned to the shop to have lunch with pizza and took a boogie board to the beach. After that, I went back to the shop, grabbed a snorkeling set, and rode my bike to Lanikai Beach. However, traveling with just two women, the boogie board was heavy, and even though I put on the snorkeling gear at Lanikai, I couldn't make it to the rocky areas and didn't get to see any fish. I regretted not just going to the middle of Lanikai Beach instead, so I give it four stars.

I was in a hurry, so I forgot to put on sunscreen when going to town, and I ended up with a bad t-shirt tan (-_-;)

口コミを見て、これだ！を思い参加しましたが、口コミと同じ様に自転車を借り、まずカイルアの街へ行きブーツアンドキモスのパンケーキをテイクアウトで注文し、３０分の待ち時間にラニカイの石鹸を買いに行き、ショップに戻ってランチのピザと、ブギーボードを持ってビーチに行って、その後ショップに戻って、シュノーケルセットを持って自転車でラニカイビーチに行きました。。。。が、女二人の旅では、ブギーボードは重く、ラニカイでシュノーケルのを着けるも岩場までは行く事も出来ず、魚を見る事は出来ませんでした。シュノーケルは諦めて、ラニカイビーチの中央あたりまで行けば良かったと後悔が残りましたので、星4つです。
慌てていたので、街に行く時に日焼け止めを塗り忘れてしまい、しっかりＴシャツ焼けしてしまいました(-_-;)

This was my first trip to Hawaii. I learned that Kailua Beach and Lanikai Beach have been chosen as the number one beautiful beach in the United States, and I really wanted to go there. However, it was quite a distance from Waikiki where I was staying, so I used this tour. Since it was my first time in Hawaii, I decided not to rent a car or use THE BUS, and I was glad I chose this tour, which took care of the round-trip transportation!

I was able to rent a bike on-site for a fee, so I quickly rented one and headed to Kailua Beach first. The waves were higher than I expected, and the water seemed a bit murky, so I soon made my way to Lanikai Beach! The distance from Kailua to Lanikai was greater than I thought, so having a bike was definitely a plus.

Lanikai Beach had almost no waves, and the water was incredibly clear and beautiful! When I put on the snorkel I rented and went into the water... there were so many cute little fish! It was actually my first time snorkeling, but the calm, shallow water made it easy to enjoy.

After snorkeling, I got hungry, so I rode my bike to Kailua Town! I used a lunch ticket to go to a salad shop. I thought I would be having a salad, but it turned out to be a hearty sandwich. It was delicious, though!

Feeling satisfied, I then headed to Whole Foods Market! I bought granola bars and bulk granola with fruit for breakfast the next day. For those who want to be active, having a bike is definitely recommended!

今回、初めてのハワイ旅行でした。
カイルアビーチ・ラニカイビーチが全米ナンバーワンに選ばれた事のある美しいビーチだと知って、是非行きたいと思ったのですが、宿泊しているワイキキからは結構距離があり、こちらのツアーを利用しました。
初めてのハワイという事で、レンタカーやTHE BUSの利用はせず、往復の交通への心配がないこちらのツアーにして良かったです！
現地で有料で自転車を借りられるということで、迷わず借り、まずはカイルアビーチへ。思ったより波が高くて少し海が濁っているように感じたので、程なくしてラニカイビーチへ！
カイルアからラニカイへは、思ったより距離があったので自転車があって良かったです。
ラニカイビーチは波がほとんど無くて、その分透明度が高くて本当に綺麗‼︎ お借りしたシュノーケルをつけて海に潜ったら…可愛らしいお魚がたくさん‼︎
実は初めてのシュノーケルだったのですが、浅くて波のない穏やかな海だったので安心して楽しめました。
シュノーケルを楽しんだ後は、お腹が減ってきたので自転車でカイルアタウンへ！ランチチケットを利用してサラダのお店へ行きました。てっきりサラダを食べられると思っていたら、ヴォリューム満点のサンドイッチでした。笑 でも、美味しかったです。
お腹も満たされたので、今度はWhole Foods Marketへ！翌日の朝食用にグラノーラバーで、量り売りのグラノーラとフルーツを買いました。
アクティブに動きたい人には、自転車があった方が断然オススメです。

We participated in the 10:30 pickup with two people. We boarded the yacht with 4 to 5 groups of two, waiting our turn while wearing life jackets. Since we were the last in line, we felt a bit nauseous from the yacht's rocking while waiting, but once we took off, it was exhilarating and we felt better immediately. I think those who are prone to motion sickness should take some medication. Surprisingly, it felt so light that it was not scary at all. We even had the chance to look down at a turtle that approached the yacht. We had requested photos for an additional $30, which we received when we got off the yacht.

私たちは順番が最後だったので、待っている間にヨットの揺れで少し気分が悪くなりましたが、
飛んだら爽快で、すくに治りました。弱い方は酔い止めを飲まれたほうが良いと思います。
予想外にふわっと浮くのでまったく怖くありませんでした。たまたま、ヨットに近づいてきたカメを上から眺めることもできました。
＋３０＄だかで写真をお願いしていましたので、ヨットを降りるときにいただきました。

It was such a sight to see. The two men were very polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend this to my friends.

My family and I could not have been any happier with the level of service and quality of excellence this adventure provided us! All the staff were friendly(especially our driver) and professional which made parasailing even better. We did the 300ft line and next time we are going all the way to 1000! sent 1 guest on this and he said the right package for someone who wanted to do a snorkel package and at a great location and with safety in a film and guides to assist the least experienced persons and You do not have to be a swimmer to do this and will see Great sights in water within your comfort zone of a few feet. Highly recommend.

For my first activity in Hawaii, I booked parasailing, and during the transfer, I had a cheerful driver who made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. The parasailing was fantastic as well; I was lifted very high, and the view was absolutely beautiful.

初めてのハワイでのアクティビティとして、パラセイリングを予約させていただきましたが、送迎時には陽気なドライバーで終始楽しくさせていただき、パラセイリングについても、とても高く上げていただき、景色がとてもよかったです。

First time to Hawaii I picked this tour. What an awesome experience. Friendly staff and pickup/drop off made it easy. Will do it again with the family.

I cannot say enough about what a great time my husband and I had on this outing! We had never kayaked or gone snorkeling. Thankfully Natalye and Bailey, our guides, were very helpful. I would do this again any time. Thanks for a great experience!

I highly recommend this experience as you can see sea turtles and tropical fish up close. Since you'll be in the water for quite a while, it's a good idea to bring a hoodie or something to keep warm. There are no lockers available, so you'll need to put your belongings in a box with everyone else's, so I suggest bringing only the essentials like some money (for purchasing DVDs, etc.) and a bath towel.

ウミガメ、熱帯魚が超まじかで見れる貴重な体験ができるのでお勧めです。水につかる時間が結構あるので体が冷えないようにパーカー等を持って行かれることやロッカーがなくボックスに荷物を皆と一か所に入れるので必要最低限のお金(DVD等を購入するため)やバスタオルくらいを携帯することをお勧めします。

We participated in our honeymoon trip. Although we didn't speak much English, the atmosphere with the drivers and crew was great, and we had a wonderful time! I’m not good with roller coasters, so I was really scared before flying, but it turned out to be not scary at all, and I truly enjoyed it! The views of Hawaii were so breathtaking that I didn't even have a moment to feel scared!

Also, we were able to take photos, and they provided them on an SD card, which we purchased for $30. I thought it was a bit expensive, but since they took so many pictures, I’m glad we bought it.

Additionally, we tipped when we got off. Most participants gave $20, so I gave $20 as well. I think it's a good idea to have some cash on hand.

A colleague who joined us had an accident where they couldn't surface after getting into the sea, but it was still fun (laughs).
I recommend keeping breakfast light!
It took a little time to reopen the parachute, so everyone felt a bit seasick (^_^;).

On the morning of the day, it was raining, but it quickly turned into clear weather. There were three groups on the boat, two of which were Japanese. The key points were in broken Japanese, so it was okay not to speak English. This was my second challenge in life, and it was wonderful. I brought my camera, but I couldn't take any pictures. However, I was able to purchase photos taken by others on an SD card for $30.

当日の朝、雨が降っていましたが見る見るうちに快晴になりました。船には３組、２組は日本人でした。要所はカタコトですが日本語でなので、英語が話せなくてもOKでした。人生２度目の挑戦でしたが、素晴らしかったです。カメラは持って行きましたが取れませんでした。しかし、写真を撮って貰ってSDカードで購入することができました。30ドルでした。

At first, I was nervous getting on the scooter, but I quickly got used to it and enjoyed the underwater scenery. I also had a great time with my first stand-up paddle in the shallow waters, making it a fulfilling tour. Next time I visit Hawaii, I want to invite my parents and join again! However, the price for the underwater photos was a bit high... but since it's a memory, I ended up buying them anyway (laughs).

最初はドキドキでスクーターに乗り込みましたが、すぐに慣れ、水中の様子を楽しむことができました。浅瀬での初スタンダップパドルも楽しめて満喫のツアーでした。次回ハワイ訪問時は両親を誘ってまた参加したいです！！ただ、少し水中で撮っていただける写真のお値段が高かったのが…でも思い出なので買ってしまいましたが(笑)

Once we took off, we quickly ascended to a height of 150 meters! I'm not great with heights, but I wasn't scared at all. The view of Hawaii from 150 meters up was amazing, and the breeze felt wonderful—it was the best! ^ ^ There is an additional fee, but they also took photos for us, which made for great memories.

一度飛び立つと、あっというまに150メートルの高さまで上昇！私は高いところは苦手な方ですが、まったく怖くはありませんでした。150メートルの高さから見るハワイの景色はすばらしく、風も気持ちよくて最高でした^ ^
別途料金はかかりますが、写真も撮ってもらえて、いい思い出になりました。

We participated with six people who don't understand English. The content was completely fine for multiple participants, and I recommend it for beginners.

The gentle waves were a bit lacking, but since it's a nature sport, that's understandable. Everyone was able to ride, and we were satisfied. The lesson was in English, but the content was not difficult, so there were no particular language inconveniences.

We were picked up at 8:10 AM at Hilton Hawaiian Village, and the activity started at 9:00 AM. It ended at 11:00 AM, and when we requested it afterward, they kindly gave us a free ride back. Thank you very much.

They also provided us with photo data for free, and there were many good pictures, so everyone was happy.

Since they take pictures without you noticing, I recommend being aware of your photo appearance, looking ahead, and striking a pose each time you ride.

英語解らない人達6名で参加しました。複数名でもまったく問題の無い内容で、ビギナーにはお勧めです。

穏やかな波で少々物足りなかったですが、自然スポーツなので致し方なし。全員乗れて満足です。レッスンは英語ですが、難しい内容はないので、言語の不便も特にありませんでした。
ヒルトンハワイアンビレッジ伯でしたが、8時10分に迎えが来て、9時スタート。11時に終わり、その後お願いしたら快く無料で送ってくれました。ありがとうございます。
写真データも無料でくれて、良い写真たくさんあったので皆も喜んでいました。

気づかれないうちに撮ってくれているので、写真写りを意識して長く、前を見て、ポーズを決めながら毎回乗ることをお勧めします。

It was our first time parasailing and we enjoyed so much. The activity was safe and the staff was nice as well.

The underwater scooter experience was very valuable and fun. When we went to the sandbar, someone there said they would take pictures and send them to us later, but we received nothing! When I inquired, they said they didn't take any pictures, making it seem like I was lying. That was the worst. Even after they dropped us off at the place to return by boat, we weren't given any instructions on what to do next, and everyone was confused. I understand they want tips, but I wish they had been more thorough until the end. It's really disappointing, especially since the underwater scooter was so enjoyable.

水中スクーターはとても貴重な体験で楽しかったです。サンドバーに行った時そこにいた人が写真を撮ってくれて後で送ってあげると言われたのに何も無し！！問い合わせてもそんな写真撮ってないと言われあたしが嘘ついているかのような対応。最低です。船で帰る場所に下ろしてもらえたあともどうするか指示されず皆さん困っていました。チップ欲しいのはわかるが最後までしっかりして欲しかったです。水中スクーターが楽しかっただけにとても残念です

My first parasailing experience! The staff spoke a little Japanese, so even though I couldn't speak any English, I had a great time! They took a lot of photos for me too! Of course, the view from the sky was amazing!
