July 1, 2019 - Raymond was the best guide ever! He's very chill and easy to communicate with. He was very accommodating! we choose the later tour which I expected it to be much worse than the earlier scheduled tour, however we ended up being extremely lucky and it ended up being just me and my girlfriend. We had our own private tour with the best guide they had to offer! I would recommend this trip to everyone, very family friendly but also a nice thing to do for couples. My girlfriend really wanted to see some Green sea turtles and Raymond was able to make it happen! Once he spotted one, he immediately alerted us to come view the turtles. Definitely something to put in your books if you plan on heading down to Oahu. One thing to keep in mind is ALWAYS WEAR SUNSCREEN...ITS ALWAYS worth it.

We participated as a family of three, including my 5-year-old daughter who is 105 cm tall and weighs 15 kg. We chose the highest ride available.
My daughter tends to be a bit afraid of heights; she wanted to ride the Ferris wheel but was nervous and needed to be carried. She also gets scared when she sees the ground while going down the stairs, so I was worried she might cry during the ride, but she was fine.
She had a serious expression the whole time we were flying, but after we got off, she said, "Let's go again!" so it seems she enjoyed it. The boat ride felt like a roller coaster, and she had fun with that too. Normally, she doesn't get car sick, but she did feel nauseous on the plane, so we quickly bought some motion sickness medicine at ABC Store before going.
Overall, it felt like an extremely scenic swing. I think anyone who can handle the swinging rides at amusement parks will be fine!

そこからが長かったです。
署名するのに長い列、拠点への移動までも待たされ、拠点に着いてからもまぁまあ待たされました。

10時過半くらいにはホテルに戻れるかと思っていましたが、戻れたのは12時前でした。

Officeの方には日本語を話せる方もおり、インストラクターも日本人慣れしていて、言葉には全く不自由しませんでした。
