The staff, boat, and experience was awesome! The only thing I wish was a bit more clear is the check in time is actually 30 minutes before you load the boat. We walked and had to kill 30 minutes in the heat.

The first time I learned to surf was at Ala Moana, the second time in Lahaina on Maui, and this time I took lessons in Waikiki. There were so many people that I almost collided with others, and since I couldn't avoid them, I had no choice but to jump off my board, which was a bit scary. Well, since this is the birthplace of surfing, I guess it's to be expected. The waves were also higher this time, making it tough for the students. I definitely want to try again.

1回目はアラモアナで、2回目はマウイ島のラハイナ、そして今回はワイキキでサーフィンを習いました。人が多くてぶつかりそうになったり、よけられないからボードから飛び降りるしかないので少し怖かったです。まぁサーフィン発祥の地なので仕方ないかな、波も今回は高めなので、レッスン生にはきつかったです。またリベンジしたいと思います。

I participated with my partner. We traveled out to sea by boat, and the outstanding location for parasailing from there made for a precious moment. I highly recommend it, so definitely give it a try!

I tried parasailing for the first time, and the view of the ocean and Oahu was amazing. There isn't much thrill, so I think anyone who isn't afraid of heights can enjoy it. You can leave anything that might get wet on the boat before the flight, which is reassuring. You can buy an SD card with photos for $30. The quality is good, so I recommend it.

パラセールは初めてしたのですが、海とオアフ島が一望できて最高でした。スリルはそれほどないので高所恐怖症でなければ楽しめると思います。
濡れて困るものは船に置いてからフライト出来るので安心です。
30ドルで写真入りのSDカードを買うことができます。画質もよいのでおすすめです。

I experienced a group lesson with 6 people and 2 instructors. The instructors didn't speak Japanese, so the explanations were in English, which some people found a bit difficult to understand. However, they spoke in simple English, so I think it will be fine! It was fun!

グループレッスンで体験しましたが、6名で2人のインストラクターさんでした。
インストラクターさんは、日本語ができない？方だったので、英語での説明だったので、なかなか分からない方もいらしたよです。
簡単な英語で話してくださるので、大丈夫だと思いますよ！楽しかったです！

The weather was great, and the strong wind created the perfect conditions. However, the meeting point was very hard to find, and we wandered around the Sheraton multiple times. Among the participants, we were the only Japanese. The waves were high, and the strong wind splashed water on us, which felt refreshing. It was nice to see the backside of Diamond Head and to spot sea turtles.

天気も良く、風も強く最高のコンディションでした。ただ、集合場所が非常に分かりにくく、何回もシェラトンの周りをウロウロ。参加した人の中に日本人は私たちだけでした。波も高く、風も強く水しぶきがかかり、気持ち良かったです。ダイヤモンドヘッドの裏側が見られ、ウミガメも見られて、良かったです。

I was invited to a wedding in Honolulu and the bride and I were looking at a few activities for us to do while there. I saw the video for the BOB and we immediately wanted to do it. We made reservation for the 4 of us. I’m not a swimmer and haven’t been since high school. The staff was so professional and caring. I love their motto of “we treat everyone as non swimmers...” Their patience is great with all participants. Very knowledgeable about their equipment, their staff and the environment. Each staff played their part in our safety and the for the fish and turtles! And the fact they not only take pictures, they give you memorable videos. The person who picked us up spoke a little Japanese and was polite, which made me feel at ease. When we actually went parasailing, the staff were all locals, but they were very accustomed to Japanese tourists. There were five groups on the boat, including us, so we spent quite a bit of time rocking on the boat, which made me feel quite seasick. My friend was on the verge of throwing up. If you take motion sickness medication properly, it's the best tour where you can enjoy a panoramic view of Waikiki!

送迎の方はやや日本語を話せる方でしたし、丁寧だったので、安心でした。
実際にパラセーリングをする際は完全に現地の方でしたが、みなさん日本人慣れしていました。
私が乗った船には私たち含め、5組がおり、その分船に揺られる時間も多かったので、船酔いは結構きつかったです。友人は吐く寸前でした。
酔い止めをしっかり飲めば、ワイキキを一望できる最高のツアーです！

I boarded the Mai Tai Catamaran with my wife, eldest daughter, and grandchild (2.5 years old). During the approximately one and a half hour cruise, everyone was thrilled with the wonderful scenery, the crew's entertaining talks, and the many splashes of waves. Next time, I hope to enjoy it with the whole family.

Also, the meeting point (registration) can be hard to find, so I recommend checking it in advance.

私、妻、長女、孫（2.5才）を連れてマイタイ・カタマラン号に搭乗しました。
およそ1時間半のクルージングの間、素晴らしい景色とクルーの楽しいトーク、そして多くの波しぶきにみんな大喜びでした。
次回は、家族全員で楽しみたいと思います。

なお、集合場所（受付）が分かりにくいので、事前に確認することをお勧め致します。

- I waited a little before the pickup time, but when the time came, no one showed up. I became worried and called the contact number, but I couldn't get through, so I was left feeling anxious for 30 minutes. They mentioned it was due to traffic, but not being able to reach the contact number is a separate issue.
- I was told, "Since the start was delayed by 30 minutes, the end will also be pushed back by 30 minutes," but in the end, it finished at the original time.
- They have rash guards available for rent, but there are no bottoms, so women who are concerned about that need to prepare their own.

・ピックアップ時間の少し前から待っていたが時間になっても来なかったため、心配になり問い合わせ先へ電話したが繋がらず、ただただ不安なまま30分待たされた。交通事情とのことだったが問い合わせ先と連絡が取れないのは別の問題。
・「開始が30分遅れたから終了も30分ずらす」と言われたが、結果的に終了は元の時間どおりだった。
・ラッシュガード貸出があるが、下は無いため女性で気になる方は自身で準備が必要。

Words can't explain...the entire experience was awesome from start to finish. From the excursion to the staff, top notch!

Everything went smoothly from the pickup time to arrival. Renting a bicycle for $10 was a great decision. We quickly got takeout from Kimo's Pancakes. We shared it and ended up very full. The staff were kind, and we had a wonderful time at Kailua Beach. For lunch, we had plates at the hotel.

I had wanted to try SUP for a long time, so my husband and I participated together. I was a bit anxious because we hardly exercise and I was worried about whether I could keep up with the instructor, Emiko, based on the reviews I read.

On the day of the event, it was quite windy, and we paddled while sitting to a nearby island, which took about 40 minutes. On the way back, I was able to stand on the board. I fell into the sea several times, but in the end, I managed to stand on the board and ride the waves all the way to the sandy beach.

In the end!! I was tired, but it was incredibly fun.

There were three participants that day, and two instructors accompanied us.
- The veteran instructor, Emiko, taught us strictly yet kindly. She had a big sister vibe that made her easy to approach, and I really liked her.
- Tomoki was super handsome and kind, and when I had trouble on the water, he gave me precise advice.

I thought I wouldn't be able to stand on the board, but by following their advice, I was able to do it in the end. I felt a sense of accomplishment that I hadn't felt in a while, and it was amazing.

During the free time in the morning, I rented a bike and took out pancakes from Boots & Kimo's to enjoy at Lanikai Beach. Cycling was also fun.

以前からSUPをしてみたくて夫婦で参加しました。
普段ほとんど運動をしていないことに加え、こちらの口コミからエミコさんというインストラクターさんについていけるか、叱られるんじゃないかと不安もありました。。。
当日は風が強く、近くの島まで座って漕ぎました。40分ほどかかりました。
帰りはボードの上に立つことが出来ました。何度も海に落ちましたが、最後はボードの上に立って波に乗りながら砂浜までたどり着くことができました。
結果！！疲れたけど、すごくすごく楽しかったです。

当日の参加者は三名で、インストラクターは二人ついて下さいました。
・ベテランインストラクターのエミコさんは厳しく&やさしく教えてくれました。姉御という感じで接しやすく大好きになりました。
・ともきさんはめちゃくちゃイケメンで、優しくて、海の上で困ったときも的確なアドレスをくれました。

ボードの上で立てないかと思いましたが、二人のアドバイスに従って最後には立つことが出来ました。
久々に達成感が得られ、最高に気持ちよかったです。

午前中の自由時間で自転車をかりてブーツアンドキモズでパンケーキをテイクアウトラニカイビーチにいきました。サイクリングも楽しかったです。

I challenged myself to 150 meters. It was higher than I imagined, and I was scared at first, but once I got used to it, it felt great. I'm glad I decided to go for the full 150 meters instead of a half-hearted height. The staff were friendly and took lots of photos for a fee. The final splash of water was surprisingly fun.

150mに挑戦。想像以上に高く、始めは怖かったけど慣れると気持ちいい。
中途半端な高さにするのではなく150mにチャレンジしてよかった。
スタッフの方のノリも良く、有料だが写真をいっぱいとってくれた。最後にお約束のお水ジャブンが意外と楽しい。

Despite being warned multiple times, we mistakenly went to the wrong meeting place, but they were very kind to us. (The Hilton Hawaiian Village is really something to watch out for. The Grand Islander and Grand Waikikian can be confusing.)
Our guide, Chieko, was Japanese and very kind and attentive. Unlike a previous snorkeling tour where I had a foreign guide and struggled to communicate, which made me feel scared when I cramped up, we were able to enjoy ourselves as a couple this time.
It's also great that we could take photos with a GoPro and receive them later. I brought an underwater camera, but I was so focused on swimming that I couldn't take good pictures, so this truly became a lifelong memory. Thank you very much.

散々注意されていたにも関わらず集合場所を間違えた私たちに大変親切に対応していただきました。(ヒルトンハワイアンビレッジは本当に要注意。グランドアイランダーとグランドワイキキアンが紛らわしい。）
ガイドのチエコさんは日本人でとても親切丁寧な方で、以前どこかのシュノーケルツアーで外国人ガイドで言葉があまり通じず、足がつったりしても伝えられず怖い思いをしたようなことは全然なく、夫婦で楽しむことができました。
ゴープロで写真を撮ってあとでいただけるのもありがたいですね、水中カメラを持参したのですが、泳ぐのに必死でうまく撮れなかったので、本当に一生の記念、です。ありがとうございました。

The pickup took quite a while. We waited for 40 minutes, and to be honest, we were worried if it would even come. We only caught one fish, and the fishing gear was quite old, with squid being the only bait available. There were about three people on the same tour with us. There was no instruction on how to fish, so I guess only experienced people could catch anything? But I can only say that the crew's cheerfulness and the location were absolutely fantastic!

釣果は1匹、、釣り具も年季もの、エサはイカのみです。
同じツアーで連れていたのは3人くらい？でしょうか。
釣り方もレクチャーはないので経験豊かな人しか釣れないのかな？
でもクルーの陽気さとロケーションは最高としか言えません！

I participated first thing in the morning, so the ending time was also in the morning. It was great that there was no wasted time. I've done parasailing a few times, so I chose a height of 150 meters. It was really pleasant and the best experience. It was still a bit chilly in the morning, so after getting splashed in the sea, I felt a little cold. The foreign girl whose birthday it was that day was getting dunked in the water as a special treat, so by the time she returned to the boat, she was shivering (laughs). That must have become a good memory for her too (*^_^*). I’ve definitely decided to participate again next time!

パラセーリングは何度かやっているので、高さは150メートルにしました。
本当に気持ちよくて最高でした。
朝はまだ少し肌寒かったので、海ポチャされた後はちょっと寒かったです。
その日が誕生日だった外国人の女の子は、大サービスで海に沈みまくられていたので、船に戻ったときには震えていました（笑）
それもいい思い出になったことでしょう(*^_^*)

We participated as a family, and the staff was cheerful and friendly, which was great. If there's an opportunity, we would like to participate again. Our 3-year-old child was also able to join and was very happy.

I had an absolutely amazing time!!! The boat was smaller than I expected, and there were just four groups of Japanese people, which was just right! The waves and wind were thrilling! If you're even a little worried about seasickness, taking motion sickness medication is a must to enjoy the experience! The staff was really entertaining!

I was nervous before taking off, but once we were in the air, it was so much fun, and the view of the blue ocean, Diamond Head, and Waikiki was incredible!!! I put my smartphone in a waterproof case and hung it around my neck, and I was able to take photos while flying!

When you drop into the water, they probably adjust based on the people. You can purchase the SD card with the photos taken. I paid $30 in cash. This experience was truly the best! I highly recommend it!!!

On my last day in Hawaii, I always look down at the city of Waikiki from the sky here and think, "I want to come back next time!"

It was my first time surfing, and I was worried about participating alone, especially since I'm not very good at English, but I had a great time. The instructor provided careful guidance in simple English and broken Japanese, and I was able to stand on the board from the very first time. Thank you very much.

I participated with my 7-year-old daughter.
It was her first time paragliding.
Since she loves roller coasters, I thought she would enjoy it, so we chose the 120-meter option.

When we took off, she seemed scared and cried! (laughs)
But as she got used to it, she started to enjoy it, albeit nervously. (^_^)

We hadn't planned to buy photos, but we decided to purchase them as a keepsake.
They are provided on an SD card.

いざ、飛び？出すと怖かったようで、泣きました！笑
だんだんなれてくると、ビビりながらも楽しんでました(^_^)

Despite the voucher confirming a pickup at 7:25 AM in front of the hotel, I received a phone call in English just before leaving my room on the morning of the event, stating, "The pickup has been canceled, so you need to get a taxi on your own and come to the meeting point." I also had to cover the taxi fare. The sudden change communicated in English caused me to panic, and with an unstable Wi-Fi connection and no Uber account, I struggled to communicate the meeting location clearly to the taxi driver I managed to flag down in front of the hotel. I got lost in the harbor as well, and the taxi fare ended up being over $20. I felt deceived. The catch was decent, but the fishing gear was quite old and in poor condition, though I was glad to catch something. If it weren't for the last-minute change in transportation, I would have been nearly completely satisfied. I was really disappointed by the abrupt change. I recommend being prepared for self-arrival in case of transportation changes (confirming the meeting location clearly, having taxi fare, and having the Uber app ready) instead of relying solely on the provided transportation.

予約確定後のバウチャーに｢滞在ホテル前で7時25分にピックアップ」と記載されていたにも関わらず、当日の朝、部屋を出る直前に、ホテルの部屋電話に、「ピックアップは無くなったから、自力でタクシーを拾って、集合場所まで来て」という英語での電話を受けた。タクシー代もこちらもち。いきなりの英語での電話による変更で、パニクる上、wifi状態も不安定で、Uberも未登録だったため、ホテル前で待機のタクシーを拾って、その運転手に、集合場所を明確に知らせるのに、とても苦労した。ハーバー内でも、迷って、タクシー代金も20ドル以上した。騙された気分。釣果はまあまあ。釣具はかなりの年季物で傷みがひどいが、釣れたから良し。送迎間際の送迎変更さえなければ、ほぼ大満足。出鼻を挫かれ、ホントにガッカリ。送迎があると安心せず、自力で集合する場合の備え(明確な集合位置確認、タクシー代、Uberアプリ等)をお薦めする。

I visited Hawaii for my wedding and honeymoon. The day before going to Hawaii, I suddenly decided I wanted to participate in this activity, so I thought it would be quicker to check for availability with someone local. As soon as I arrived in Hawaii, I visited the Beltora store there and made a reservation. The staff spoke Japanese, which made the reservation and payment process smooth. The activity itself was a lot of fun! My wife, who usually isn't comfortable with heights, seemed fine even at 150 meters and really enjoyed it.

It seemed that the staff wouldn't take photos unless you asked them. When we went out on the boat and I mentioned it while the other guests were flying, they took out a camera and started taking pictures. In the end, they took about 70 or 80 photos. When we got back, I checked the data on the camera and received it on an SD card. By the way, it cost $30. I'm very satisfied as we made some wonderful memories.

ハワイには挙式とハネムーンで訪問しました。
ハワイに行く前日にこのアクティビティに参加したいと急遽思い立ち、空きの確認等現地の方が早いかなと思って、ハワイに到着してすぐにベルトラさんのハワイの店舗に訪問し予約しました。
対応スタッフの方は日本語も対応していてスムーズに予約と支払い完了。アクティビティ自体もとても楽しかったです(^-^)嫁も高い所は苦手だったけど150mでも大丈夫そうでとても楽しんでいました。
写真の撮影はスタッフに言っておかないとしてくれない様子でした。ボートで沖に出て、他のお客さん飛ばしてる時に言ったら、カメラ取り出して撮り始めてくれました。結果7,80枚くらい写真撮ってくれました。帰ったら一応カメラで中のデータ確認してSDカードで貰いました。ちなみに30ドルでした。とても良い思い出ができて満足です。

- The distance from the base (Kailua Beach Center) to Kailua Beach is short, making it convenient.
- Bicycle rentals are available ($10 per person).
- For lunch, you can choose between a lunch plate shop and a pizza place (Bob's Pizzeria). The pizza is highly recommended.
【Negative Points】
- Tips are not included in the tour price, so you need to pay tips separately.
【Other】
- Lanikai Beach is about a 20-minute bike ride away, but it's worth visiting.
- Be careful as time flies by quickly! (I couldn't go to downtown Kailua...)
- The bike I rented was a fixed gear, so those who are not used to riding should be cautious. (I wasn't used to it and fell while trying to brake suddenly, and since I was in a swimsuit, I ended up with serious injuries.)

・ラニカイビーチまでは自転車で約20分の距離だが、訪れる価値がある。
・あっという間に時間が過ぎてしまうため注意！(カイルアの街中に行けなかった…)
・レンタサイクルで借りた自転車が固定ギアのため運転に慣れていない人は注意してほしい。(私は慣れてなく、急ブレーキで転倒してしまい、水着姿だったため、重傷を負ってしまった)

The pickup was 10 minutes late, which was expected. Be careful of seasickness on the small boat from near the Hilton to the sea. You can take selfies with your camera, but if you ask for help, it will be charged. The scenery is amazing, but my wife was feeling groggy from seasickness.

I enjoyed a calm tour with no waves. In the morning, I fully enjoyed kayaking, had a big pizza, and in the afternoon, I rented a bicycle and headed to a beach where I could enjoy snorkeling. It was a fulfilling day.

I was worried because there were only foreign customers, but it was totally fine. I had signed up for the 150m jump, so I was a bit anxious about it, but once I actually jumped, it was absolutely amazing.

外国人のお客さんばかりで心配してましたが、全然大丈夫でした。150mに申し込みしてたので内心、大丈夫かなって思っていましたが、いざ飛んでみるとめっちゃ、最高でした。

I experienced the 150m activity. As the title suggests, the activity was very enjoyable. The staff primarily spoke English, but they were very kind and used Japanese when speaking to us.

As for the activity itself, a point to note is that the boat rocked quite a bit, and more than half of the other people on board got seasick, so it's better for those who are prone to motion sickness to take medication beforehand.

The reason I gave it four stars instead of five is that the pickup bus was about 15 minutes late. While it seems understandable due to the arrangements for other guests, I had seen stories in experiences where the pickup didn’t show up, which made me quite anxious. However, the driver was friendly, and my overall impression was very good.

アクティビティ自体の注意点としては船の揺れが結構激しく乗っていた他の人達が半分以上酔っていたので弱い人は酔止めを飲んで行ったほうがいいです
星を一個下げた理由ですが迎えのバスが15分程遅れて来たことで下げました
他の方の送迎の関係もあり仕方ない気もしますが、体験談で迎えに来なかったという話も見ていましたのでかなり不安になりました
ですが運転手さんも気さくな方で印象はとても良かったです
