Despite my companion, who is afraid of heights and dislikes water, feeling nervous before the jump, once we were in the air, they were laughing joyfully. The instructor pushes them from behind, so even kids can ride easily. Once they get on, they can stay up for quite a while. I think they were out there for about 30 to 40 minutes. After finishing, we had to wait about 30 minutes for the bus to arrive, and later I thought that since we stayed at the Sheraton and the location was near the Marriott, we could have just walked back. It was my first time parasailing, and I went up smoothly and steadily, with the view being absolutely amazing! I had a great time. The blue of the ocean was lovely as well. I was able to enjoy a sky walk while looking at Diamond Head and Coco Head, and I felt that choosing Hawaii Kai was the right decision. The ocean splash was fantastic too! Divers friendly but little instruction or guidance given. Lot of waiting around and too many people on boat for number of scooters and divers, reduce sizes for more enjoyable experience. Also suggest providing one digital photo in price of ticket at least as waste if going to effort of taking them if not emailing to parties. Expect to wait around both at office, on shuttle and boat.
