I was well taken care of in Hawaii during my meals! I enjoyed the drinks and food, and since I have weak legs, they helped me carry things and I also enjoyed dancing! The hula show was more than enough! The performances by Presley and other activities were wonderful and captivating. This year, I also got to see the fire dance for the first time! If I could give advice to someone going for the first time, I would say:
- Since time is limited, wear your swimsuit on the way there. The bus can be cold, so bring a jacket.
- During lunchtime, the snack shop is extremely crowded. You will have to stand in line to place your order and then get in another line to pick it up. Try to have lunch either early or late.
- As the tour's return time approaches, more people will be changing, but there are only about six changing rooms. It’s not ideal to get on a cold bus without properly drying your hair or body, so it’s better to change early and have some time to browse the shops.

It's not a very large facility and can get crowded, but just being able to play in a pool in Hawaii is exciting. Considering that, I give it four stars.

We had the tour yesterday evening and we enjoyed every moment. The park is beautiful set up with the tropical trees/plants. The entertainment and dinner was really good.

Overall a very nice experience to see the local traditional dances and art craftwork. We highly recommend this to do if you have the chance!

Parasailing was fun, refreshing, and the sea was beautiful—it went by in no time! I'm not afraid of heights, but even at 90 meters, it was plenty high. They take photos and videos with a GoPro, but each costs $40 or both for $65, which isn't cheap (laughs). You can ask other participants waiting for their turn or during the boat ride to take a few pictures with your own camera.

The local Hawaiian staff spoke broken Japanese during the ride, but most of the communication was in English. We departed from a port that doesn't go to Ala Moana. There were two crew members, and they also spoke broken Japanese. The explanations were mainly in English, but there were no complicated instructions, so we felt at ease.

Besides our family, there were other Japanese families, newlyweds, foreign couples, and foreign families. Our family was called first, and while we were being set up, they offered to take pictures during the flight for $30. It was a sudden offer, and since I didn't have any cash on hand, I politely declined with a "No, thank you." Shortly after, we were gently released into the air. We soared high, with clear weather, even higher than the birds flying over the sea, and we could see Waikiki Beach from above, which was amazing.

I was looking forward to it, so I was a bit disappointed. Hanauma Bay was murky, probably due to the high tide, and it wasn't worth the money to pay for it. The female instructor... she might need to be that assertive to live in Hawaii, but her condescending tone from start to finish was very unpleasant. I thought it was pointless to get angry halfway through, so I gave up and got used to it. Mr. Dan was surprisingly nice, and I felt he had a good balance. They provided transportation, the equipment was very good, they explained how to use it properly, there was no wasted time, and they took good care of the family who was snorkeling for the first time. We even got to see sea turtles, and they took photos for us. There were more good things than bad, but... I'm done with it.

I couldn't meet the dolphins, but I had a great time. Since I had been learning hula dancing, I was really happy that they danced hula on the boat. It was also nice that they kept the atmosphere lively while we were searching for dolphins, allowing us to enjoy our time on board. After coming out of the water, some people were shivering in the wind, so I was glad I borrowed a wetsuit, but it was a bit tight, and it became uncomfortable after spending a long time on the boat. I regretted not getting a larger size. I wonder if someone brought bananas on board? I'll try again next time.

The tour staff were very helpful in setting up the parasols. The kids were extremely excited. There are so many types of water slides that even parents can enjoy. For some reason, iced coffee was not available for sale.

The initial itinerary mentioned, "You can enjoy snorkeling and experiential learning, and see the fish living in Hawaii's coral reefs!" However, there was absolutely no snorkeling involved. I had thought that I would be taught how to snorkel and see the coral reefs and fish before playing with the dolphins, so I was disappointed given the high price.

My first experience with parasailing was amazing. After arriving in the morning, I took part in the activity, and even though I had been sound asleep on the way to the departure port (about 10 minutes from the hotel), I was wide awake by the time they put on the equipment. I felt a bit anxious while waiting my turn, but once I was pulled up high into the sky, with Waikiki below me, I felt no fear at all and was completely moved by the experience. The guides also helped ease my tension a lot.

初体験のパラセーリング、朝到着してからのアクティビティで、出発の港(ホテルから１０分ほど・・・)迄、爆睡してたのに、装備を付ける頃か目はパッチリ、ちょっと不安で順番待ち、

The facility was not as spacious as I had expected, and I didn't enjoy it much for the price.

First, the person who came to pick us up seemed to have a limited understanding of the booking details. We had requested a cabana as an option, but when we asked for confirmation, they told us to inquire on-site. Additionally, we weren't given detailed explanations; before getting on the bus, we were given colored tape for our wrists according to our course. However, our booked course was not mentioned, and the tape we received was a standard one that didn't indicate anything. Since we had unlimited soft drinks, we found it strange, but before entering the facility, we received a cabana reservation ticket from someone who seemed to be from the tour company, so we thought it would be fine to enter.

When lunchtime came, I looked for any signs indicating unlimited drinks but couldn't find any, and I couldn't locate anyone from the tour company. Eventually, about an hour before our departure, I found someone who seemed to be from the tour company and confirmed that we were on a course that didn't include anything. When I showed them a copy of the booking form, they finally acknowledged it was the company's mistake and changed the tape to a different color. However, even after they made it unlimited drinks, there was hardly any time left to enjoy it.

I wonder if there are people from the tour company stationed within the facility, and if so, where they are. I would like clearer signage. Also, it was difficult to distinguish between those who were simply working at the pool and those who were from the tour company; they all looked quite similar.

Considering all of this, it was quite an expensive tour. I don't think I will go again.

お昼になり、飲み放題の表示等がないか探したが見つからず、がツアー会社のひとも見当たらず結局帰る時間の1時間位前にツアー会社らしき人をみつけ確認したら、何もつかないコースになっているといわれ、申し込み用紙のコピーを見せて初めて会社のミスですとテープを別の色に巻き直してくれました。帰るマジかで飲み放題にしてもらってもほとんど飲む時間がありませんでした。
施設の仲に、ツアー会社の人が常駐しているのか、またいるのならどこに居るのか。表示を
きちんとしてほしです。また、単なるプールで働いている人なのか、ツアー会社のひとなのか
全く見分けがつかず、おぼしき人ばかりでした。

この事を含め、かなり高いツアーだったと。二回目はないとおもいます。

Taken on a boat in an incredible blue Pacific ocean bay, after a few minutes the crew makes you feel like chilling with humor and smiles. Then time for the scooter, they make sure you'll see the Marine life from up close, and while you're on the boat, they provide gear to scuba dive with the people in the scooters, food and drinks on the bridge, and pictures at the end. A must do!

I made a last-minute reservation upon arriving in Hawaii, but the response was quick, and I was able to participate smoothly! The pick-up was also guided very politely, which was great. I joined the plan with unlimited soft drinks, and since it was quite hot, I was glad I chose that option. The pool facilities were very enjoyable, and there were attractions that you can't easily experience in Japan.

ハワイ現地に着いて急きょ予約しましたが、対応が早く、スムーズに参加できました！pick upも丁寧に案内してくれたので良かったです。
ソフトドリンク飲み放題のプランでさんかしましたが、かなり暑かったので飲み放題プランにして良かったです。プール施設内もとても楽しく日本ではなかなか体験できないアトラクションもありました。
