We were worried about the weather since it rained heavily the day before, but on the day itself, there was no wind and we were blessed with good weather. Everyone in the family was a bit anxious, but once we took off, it was simply amazing! I highly recommend it!

I participated in the tour hoping to see whales, as I signed up during a time when other companies had not yet started their whale watching. There was an announcement that a dorsal fin was spotted! However, it did not appear again, and I was unable to see it in person. I did spot two or three dolphins.

It was the rainy season, and it rained, with cold winds making it quite chilly even with two layers of clothing. If the weather had been better, the scenery might have been nice.

Tips were collected in a box at the exit. The food on board was delicious, and the Japanese commentary was well done.

It was the best horseback riding experience. The explanations in English were very easy to understand, even for my 12-year-old and 8-year-old children. The people who accompanied us were fun and great! The horseback riding lasted a full hour along the coast, and we enjoyed the beautiful scenery and the clarity of the water in Haleiwa. The location was also easy to get to. The sign is quite simple, so you might wonder if it's the right place, but I think it has a nice Hawaiian feel to it. I believe it would be easy to find with a navigation system.

I have been using this place every year since it was the old Prince Court. This time it was renamed 100 Sails. I had my fill. The interior has changed, with a bar counter near the entrance and buffet-style seating set up in the middle at the back. The menu seems to have slightly decreased, but the taste seems to have improved. The crab legs have become thicker, and the sashimi portions have also gotten larger. I usually come for the fresh oysters, but they were not available this time. Initially, the seat I was shown was not by the window, so I requested a window seat, but I was told there were none available. However, they managed to set me up with a window seat. I really love the sunset view from this window seat. I was glad to see the sunset again this time. Thank you very much.

メニューは若干減ったようですが、味は良くなった様です。蟹の足は太くなりました。刺身も大きめの物になりました。
都度、生牡蠣目当てでしたが提供はしておりませんでした。
最初案内された席は窓側ではなかったので、窓側にリクエストをお願いすると席はないと言われましたが、どうにかして窓側の席を設定してもらいました。
ここからの窓際席からのサンセットは本当に大好きです。
今回もサンセットも見られて良かったです。

It was more refreshing than I expected, and I was able to fully enjoy all seven zip lines. There were some challenging spots along the way, but there were water, bananas, tomatoes, and macadamia nuts available, which made for a nice break. When it suddenly started to rain, the raincoat I bought at ABC Mart was a lifesaver!

I have used similar facilities in Guam, but this one is larger and more comprehensive in terms of content. Even though it was the end of the year, there were few waits, and we had a great time playing. I was a bit disappointed that there were paid activities inside the facility and that the jacuzzi was gone. There are many negative reviews about the food, but I had the BBQ that they cook right there, and it was delicious without any issues! Since it's about 40 km away from Waikiki, I recommend taking a tour that includes transportation. It would be even better if there were two different return times for the tour bus. I would love to visit again when I come back to Hawaii.

First, the pickup was 15 minutes late. Just as I was about to call because I couldn't wait any longer, they finally arrived, and of course, there was no apology. Next, when boarding the boat, it was so crowded that there were no seats at all. Our group of six had to stand both going and coming back. The staff completely ignored the fact that we were standing without seats. It was difficult to stand with the boat swaying, and when I tried to go towards the deck to grab the handrail, I was told I couldn't. I had no choice but to keep standing. A minute later, when a foreigner tried to go to the deck, the staff said nothing. So, we also moved to the deck. My wife's parents, who are elderly and have weak legs, were with us, and I think it's terrible to accept reservations when there are no seats available. Even though we were visible to the staff, they did nothing and even prevented us from going to the deck. Moreover, when we were sent back, there was no explanation, and we had no idea which car we were supposed to get into. At one point, they changed the route to drop off other customers, and for some reason, they started picking up new customers, leaving us anxious about when they would finally send us. They stopped for a long time near the Sheraton without any explanation, and since it seemed like we wouldn't be departing anytime soon, we had no choice but to get off and go shopping. It was truly the worst experience. I will never use this company's tour again.

This was a great experience. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. I was having problems swimming in the choppy water and one of the girls stuck by me, made sure I was ok and also made sure I was able to see the dolphins.
My son and grandson loved seeing the turtles and the kayak.
Thank you for a wonderful time. We highly recommend this excursion with this company. They’re outstanding!

The pickup came to the hotel, and everything, including the check-in, was smooth. I had heard there would be no Japanese guide, but they communicated well in broken Japanese, so it was not a problem at all. The parasailing itself was much more stable than I expected, and it wasn't scary at all! I enjoyed it thoroughly even at 90 meters. I am very satisfied and highly recommend it!!!

お迎えもホテルまで来てくれて、受付含め全てスムーズでした。日本語ガイドなしと聞いてましたが、カタコトでしっかり教えてくれるので全く問題なかったです。

Swimming with two sea turtles was amazing!
There were so many beautiful fish, and the scenery was fantastic.
I think it’s better to take motion sickness medication just in case you might get seasick.
Wearing a wetsuit provides buoyancy and keeps you warm, so I recommend borrowing one.
The tour guides were very kind, making it the best tour ever.
At first, when I was swimming away from my son, they helped bring me back to him, so thank you for that.
Holding hands with my son while swimming with the sea turtles became a lifelong memory. Also, when I got seasick, it was really reassuring to swim back to shore together.
Thank you very much.

I took the bus number 55 from Ala Moana Shopping Center at 8:30 AM, and it took almost two hours. Since I wasn't sure where to get off, I asked the driver in advance to let me know when we arrived at Gunstock Ranch. I got off after the 56-160 on Kamehameha Highway. It was written on a utility pole at stop 46. Right after getting off the bus, there was a sign for Gunstock, so I didn't get lost.

What was frightening was how cold the bus was. Even with a long-sleeved jacket and a towel as a blanket, it was still chilly... Even though I knew it would be cold and prepared for it, I still needed to be cautious. There seem to be various horseback riding courses available, but since it was a place where no Japanese was spoken at all, I participated as a beginner. Next time, I would like to join a different course.

There were no other customers, just the two of us for a little over an hour, walking through the mountains. It was a unique experience that allowed us to feel the time and air that we can't experience in Japan. The sea breeze felt very nice, and it was enjoyable.

Lima, the new female staff member, was very polite and interacted with us, even though we didn't understand English well. Please feel the vastness of the 800 acres of land.

We went to Hawaii for our honeymoon, and it was an incredibly enjoyable time! Next time, I want to go with our children when we have them. The staff were great at creating a lively atmosphere, making it a very memorable experience.

The entry “free” Mai Tai is ridiculously watered down, which is unfortunate as it serves as a poor harbinger of events to come for the evening. Given attendance of 1000 on Christmas Eve at at least $100 per seat, you’d think they could afford to spare a little cheap rum. Anyway, the rest of the event was very well done. Food was excellent. Drinks less so. Dancing and entertainment was superb. The difference in the various packages is difficult to discriminate from the website. Essentially the higher the price the more credit you get for drinks and you get closer to the stage. We chose the orchid package, which is a reasonable compromise and I would recommend this.

Good show - cheap food - high price

The best thing about this luau was the show. The fire dancing was really cool and the activities beforehand were pretty nice. It felt like the drinks had next to zero alcohol in them. The buffet was kind of done on the cheap and with over 1000 people there, it was kind of crowded. It was well organised and the staff were really friendly. If you don’t like things aimed at tourists, you should run a mile. It felt a bit like Disney goes to do a luau. Having said that, we enjoyed the evening, even if it did feel a bit like ‘organised fun’ with the forced getting to know you activities on the bus ride there. I was left wondering if it was really value for the money we paid. At $80 it was kind of expensive for watered down pina coladas and lomi lomi salmon that was mostly just chopped tomatoes with the tiniest little pieces of salmon in it. Also, I’ve seen the exact same things in the gift shop in other stores for much cheaper. All in all, the show was good but it felt like a bit of a tourist trap.
