I participated in the 9 AM departure. At the check-in counter, I was welcomed in Japanese. Everything else was in English. In the photos of the submarine on the website, there were audio guide earphones provided, but there were no headphones, possibly due to infection control measures. Even though I didn't understand English, I was glad to have met the sea turtles and fish. The view from the submarine was a world of blue sea, and I couldn't distinguish the colors of the fish well, except for yellow.

As a measure against infections, all passengers were required to wear masks. For those who didn't have masks, there were supplies available. The crew sanitized the submarine windows with alcohol during the exchanges.

The weather was nice, and there weren't many waves, so it was good that there was little rocking. The view from the boat before boarding the submarine was also lovely.

I had the best memories surfing at the popular beach in Waikiki while looking at Diamond Head. The lecture was easy to understand as they made an effort to use Japanese. They also took photos during the surfing session. However, it was a bit disappointing that it cost $50.

We purchased the Royal package and it was worth the extra $. We were the first to go up to dinner and front row seating.

The show was funny and entertaining! The Chief put in a lot of funny jokes and taught the audience some Hawaiian words and phrases. Food was great, with roasted pork as the centerpiece with lots of authentic-tasting foods.

Would definitely do it again!

We had an amazing time and will be back on any future trip. We saw about a million fish and two turtles. I accidentally dumped everything out of the kayak and the dry bag kept everything perfectly dry. Snorkeling and kayaking here was one of the absolute highlights of our trip.

My last night in Hawaii was with Chief’s luau. The food was great, the performers was breathtaking and the whole evening was delicious. I’ll never forget how welcomed I felt with that lei made with real flowers. I kept it . It simply a must do . It was my birthday and they sang happy birthday to me. I could go on an on. Great party.

Great show and good food. Just be aware this is long, we were there almost 4 hours from start to finish. Could be a little shorter in my opinion, but the fire thrower was the best we have ever seen at a luau.

This trip was awesome! We are a family of 4 (kids age 5 and 11) and everyone LOVED our time on the boat. The crew was amazing - very informative and helpful. They looked out for everyone’s safety but also made sure folks were having fun. Food was good and they had adult beverages for purchase. Very kid friendly - had child-sized snorkel gear and life jackets. The boat was very clean. Not to mention the beautiful landscape as your backdrop for swimming/snorkeling/turtle-watching…pictures can’t adequately capture just how breathtaking it all was. We didn’t want it to end!

I would recommend anyone that travels to Hawaii to at least go to Jurassic valley and take the ATV tour of Jurassic Park. Not only is the staff very informative but the scenery is amazing.. there is a great history in these parks and the staff knows every single detail about the history.

This is the number one thing you should do when you get to Hawaii if you're looking for an adventure.

My sister and I did this kayak excursion and it was amazing! Staff was nice and very helpful. Views from off the coast were amazing and we were able to choose our route/destinations. We actually chose to skip the main sandbar and headed to smaller, completely empty of other people sandbars that offered great snorkeling views!

I took my folks on this boat trip, and they had a great time. We spotted a whale about 50 yards out and saw a bunch of flying fish. The crew were fun and informative and showed us all sorts of sites. I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone who wants to see a whale or just enjoy a big catamaran.

We wanted to snorkel without taking a boat ride. This was a great option. Our party of 3 (grandparents with granddaughter) were all beginners to snorkeling. They provided nice equipment so we didn’t need to purchase anything. The instructor, Ryan, was very knowledgeable. He showed us how to wear the items properly. He taught us the simple steps of snorkeling - breathing through the tube and floating. The lagoon was a perfect, protected place. We saw many different fish and sea creatures. Ryan’s patience with beginners was much appreciated. This was money well spent for an experience we will never forget.

We had a great time on the lunch snorkel tour in Oahu! The trip is exactly as described. Hanging out on the sand bar was incredible and the turtle watching was stellar, we saw many turtles and even a large sting ray. Lunch was tasty and alcoholic drinks were $5 each. Crew was helpful and personable. The snorkeling around the reef was awesome! Bring lots of sunscreen, your own towels, an underwater camera or go pro for pics, and something easy and light to wear before and after getting in the ocean.
